"Tesis ini menganalisis serta membangun kompetensi jabatan supervisor divisi marketing dan collection di PT. XYZ yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan manager divisi human resource planning and development, beberapa orang dari divisi marketing (area manager dan supervisor) dan beberapa orang dari divisi collection (area manager dan supervisor), visi dan misi perusahaan, nilai-nilai perusahaan, serta deskripi pekerjaan diperoleh hasil bahwa kompetensi yang sesuai untuk jabatan marketing supervisor terbagi kedalam 4 kategori, yaitu achievement and action, helping and human service, impact and influence cluster, dan personal effectiveness. Sedangkan untuk kompetensi jabatan collection supervisor terbagi menjadi 6 kategori, yaitu Achievement and action, helping and human service, impact and influence cluster, managerial, cognitive, dan personal effectiveness.

This thesis analyzed and building the role competence of marketing and collection supervisor in PT. XYZ as one of multifinance company in Indonesia. Based on the result of behavioral event interview, the vision and mission of the company, the corporate values, and the job descriptions obtained the outcome that the role competences of marketing supervisor are divided into 4 categories including achievement and action, helping and human service, impact and influence cluster, and personal effectiveness and the competences of collection supervisor are divided into 6 categories including Achievement and action, helping and human service, impact and influence cluster, managerial, cognitive, and personal effectiveness.

"Internal Brand Management IBM bagian dari Employer Branding, untuk membangun value proposition yang bertujuan untuk mempertahankan karyawan potensial bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak IBM terhadap brand commitment, employee job satisfaction, dan intention to stay pada maskapai penerbangan X. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan data yang dihimpun dari 131 karyawan maskapai penerbangan X dan diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan IBM berpengaruh positif terhadap brand commitment, employee job satisfaction, dan intention to stay. Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap brand commitment. Job satisfaction dan brand commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to stay.

Internal Brand Management IBM is a part of Employer Branding, to develop a value proposition for retaining potential employees for the Company. The aims of this study is to find out the impact of IBM to brand commitment, employee job satisfaction and intention to stay on an X Airlines Company. Hypotheses were tested using collected data from 131 employees of an X Airlines Company and were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling SEM method. The result of this study reveals that IBM has a positive effect towards brand commitment, employee job satisfaction and intention to stay. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on brand commitment. Job satisfaction and brand commitment have a positive effect on intention to stay."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap commitment to change dan pengaruh mediasi trust dan employee engagement di organisasi publik. Penelitian dilakukan di instansi X yang sedang mengimplementasikan perubahan struktur organisasi (restrukturisasi). Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai instansi X dengan posisi staf (nonstruktural) pada kantor Pusat di Jakarta. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dari 247 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap commitment to change dimediasi oleh trust and employee engagement. Selain itu, transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan tetapi negatif terhadap.

The aims of this study are to determine the effect of transformational leadership on commitment to change and the mediation effect of trust and employee engagement at the public organization. The research was conducted at institution X that is implementing a change in organization structure (restructuring). The respondents were the employee on a staff position (nonstructural) of institution X at the head office in Jakarta. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data from 247 respondents. The result of the study showed that the effect of transformational leadership on commitment to change mediated by trust and employee engagement. Also, transformational leadership had a significant but negative direct effect on commitment to change."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh ethical leadeship terhadap ethical behavior yang dipengaruhi oleh peran penting dari ethical climate sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini meneliti pada industri perbankan menggunakan kuesioner yang didapatkan dari 262 responden yang bekerja di PT Bank M sebagai salah satu bank BUMN. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan dari penelitian sebelumnya dan diuji menggunakan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ethical leadership memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ethical climate tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap ethical behavior pegawai PT Bank M. Sedangkan ethical climate memiliki pengaruh signifikan full mediating terhadap hubungan antara ethical leadership dengan ethical behavior pegawai PT Bank M.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the effect of ethical leadeship on ethical behavior which is influenced by the important role of ethical climate as a mediator. This research examined the banking industry using a questionnaire obtained from 262 respondents working at PT Bank M as one of the state-owned banks. The research hypothesis was formulated from previous studies and tested using structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that ethical leadership had a significant influence on ethical climate but did not directly influence the ethical behavior of employees of PT Bank M. While ethical climate had a full mediating significant effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical behavior of employees of PT Bank M."

"ABSTRACT
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan beretika dan iklim kerja etis terhadap perilaku etis pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di instansi pemerintahan. Subjek penelitian menggunakan 205 orang pegawai negeri sipil dari beberapa instansi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 20 untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel dan juga efek mediasi dari iklim kerja beretika. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa adanya kepemimpinan yang beretika memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku etis dari pegawai, sementara iklim kerja yang beretika memediasi secara parsial pengaruh antara kepemimpinan beretika dan perilaku etis karyawan.

ABSTRACT
This research focused on the effect of ethical leadership and ethical climate on ethical behavior for government employees context. This study employed quantitative method using surveys to 205 civil servants working at several government institutions. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data using SPSS 20 and  the mediation effect of ethical climate on the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical behavior. This study found that ethical leadership positively related to ethical behavior and the effect of ethical leadership and ethical behavior was partially mediated by ethical climate."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh Leader Member Exchange Terhadap Innovative Behavior Dengan Job Engagement dan Organization Engagement Sebagai Mediasi. Penelitian ini meneliti pada industri pertambangan menggunakan kuesioner yang didapatkan dari 290 responden yang bekerja di kantor pusat PT XYZ sebagai salah satu perusahaan pertambangan BUMN. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan mengalami sedikit modifikasi dan diuji menggunakan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek positif pada Job Engagement, Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek negatif pada Organization Engagement, Kualitas Leader Member Exchange memiliki efek positif pada Innovative Behavior, Job engagement memiliki efek positif pada Organization engagement, Job engagement memiliki efek positif pada Innovative Behavior, Organization engagement memiliki efek positif pada Innovative behavior. Job Engagement terbukti memediasi antara Leader Member Exchange dan Innovative Behavior, Organizational Engagement terbukti memediasi antara Leader Member Exchange dan Innovative Behavior di kantor pusat PT XYZ.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the effect of Leader Member Exchange on Innovative Behavior on which is influenced by the role of Job Engagement and Organizational Engagement as a mediator. This research examined the mining industry using a questionnaire obtained from 290 respondents working at Headquarter office of PT XYZ. The research hypothesis was formulated from previous studies and added hypothesis and tested using structural equation model (SEM). The result showed that quality of Leader Member Exchange has positive effect on Job Engagement, quality of Leader Member Exchange has negative effect on Organization Engagement, quality of Leader Member Exchange has positive effect on Innovative Behavior, Job engagement has positive effect on Organization engagement, Job engagement has positive effect on Innovative Behavior, Organization engagement has positive effect on Innovative behavior. While Job Engagement directly influence Leader Member Exchange and Innovative Behavior, Organizational Engagement directly influence Leader Member Exchange and Innovative Behavior of employee at Headquarters office of PT XYZ."

Saat ini, Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan serta peluang baru dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan kondisi ekonomi. Hal ini membuat tekanan bagi usaha untuk memiliki pemimpin yang memiliki kapabilitas yang akan memandu mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial motivation dan agility telah terbukti memiliki pengaruh kepada kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial motivation dan agility terhadap kinerja UMK di Indonesia. Metode penelitian adalah menggunakan survei dengan 450 responden yang terdiri dari pemilik usaha. Structural equation method digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial motivation and agility mempunyai pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja bisnis namun entrepreneurial leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Agility terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi antara entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial motivation dan kinerja bisnis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada pelaku bisnis untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka serta memberikan pandangan lebih dalam bagi akademisi untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut.

 


Nowadays, Indonesian Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are faced with the challenge and opportunity that arise due to advancement in technology and the changes in the environment. The challenges put a pressure for businesses to have capable leaders that will guide them. Entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial motivation and agility have shown to be influential towards performance. This study investigates the influence of entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial motivation towards the business agility. Then how those factors affect business performance. The method used is a survey of 450 respondents consisting of business owner of MSEs. Structural equation method is used to analyze the data. The result of the study showed that entrepreneurial motivation and agility have significantly positive affect on business performance however entrepreneurial leadership didn’t have such influence. Agility was significantly proven as a mediator between entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial motivation and business performance.  This study provides insight for businesspersons to further improve their business performance and for academicians to further analyze the variables.

Person-job fit memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai secara langsung di
Kelompok Wilayah I Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Dengan menggunakan analisis
strategi causal step yang dikembangkan oleh Baron dan Kenny (1986) terhadap
data 438 responden yang dikumpulkan pada bulan Oktober 2012, penelitian ini
menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja bukan merupakan variabel mediator pada
pengaruh person-job fit terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kelompok Wilayah I
Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Kondisi ini terjadi karena adanya ketidakpuasan terkait
kebijakan punishment yang sangat tinggi dibandingkan dengan reward serta
belum terintegrasinya sistem kepuasan kerja dan penilaian kinerja pegawai di
Direktorat Jenderal Pajak.

ABSTRACT
Person-job fit has an effects on employee performance at Region I Directorate
General of Taxes directly. By using causal step strategy analysis that developed
by Baron and Kenny (1986) of the data from 438 respondents which collected in
October 2012, the study found that job satisfaction is not a mediator variable in
the effects of person-job fit on employee performance at Region I Directorate
General of Taxes. It occurs because of employee’s dissatisfaction with
punishment policies which is very high compared to the reward policies and
disintegration between job satisfaction and performance appraisal systems at
Directorate General of Taxes."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan
transformasional terhadap komitmen karyawan dalam menjalankan reformasi
birokrasi. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu organisasi sektor publik di Jakarta
dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 163 yang merupakan pegawai dari organisasi
tersebut. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepemimpinan
transformasional adalah kuesioner Multifactor Leadership Questionnaires
(MLQ5X), dan kuesioner komitmen perubahan yang dikembangkan oleh
Herscovitch dan Meyer (2002) untuk mengukur komitmen karyawan terhadap
reformasi birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen karyawan
terhadap reformasi birokrasi dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kepemimpinan
transformasional. Kepemimpinan transformasional juga berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap komponen affective commitment to change dan normative
commitment to change, sedangkan kepemimpinan transformasional tidak
berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap continuance commitment to change. Hasil
penelitian ini menyarankan untuk melakukan analisis lebih lanjut mengenai
pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan yang lain yaitu, kepemimpinan transaksional,
laissez-faire, servant leadership, dan change leadership terhadap komitmen
karyawan dalam menjalankan reformasi birokrasi.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership toward
commitment to bureaucracy reformation. The research was held in one of the public
sector organization in Jakarta with the 163 employees of the organization used for the
sample. The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaires (MLQ) was used to measure
transformational leadership and questionnaires developed by Herscovitch and Meyer
(2002) was used to measure commitment to bureaucracy reformation. The results showed
that commitment to bureucracy reformation was significantly influenced by
transformational leadership. The transformational leadership also has significant
influence on affective and normative commitment to change, whereas transformational
leadership has no significant influence on continuance commitment to change. The study
suggests conducting more analyses about the influence of other leadership style
(transactional, laissez-faire, servant leadership, and change leadership) toward
commitment to bureaucracy reformation."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap
komitmen organisasi pegawai KPP di Jakarta. Selain itu penelitian ini juga
dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja para
pegawai di KPP tersebut sampai pada dimensi masing-masing variabel tersebut.
Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 438 pegawai di beberapa
KPP di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis dskriptif, regresi linear
sederhana dan general linear model. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner
Organizational Commitment Scale yang dikembangkan Allen dan Meyer untuk
mengukur komitmen organisasi dan kuesioner Job Satisfaction Survey yang
dikembangkan Spector untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian
menemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen
organisasi. Apabila dilihat berdasarkan dimensinya, hanya beberapa dimensi dari
kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dimensi dari
komitmen organisasi yakni dimensi rekan kerja, sifat pekerjaan dan komunikasi
terhadap komitmen affective serta dimensi gaji, promosi dan sifat pekerjaan
terhadap komitmen normative. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa
kondisi komitmen organisasi masuk dalam kategori sedang dan kepuasan kerja
juga masuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan untuk
menganisis lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen
organisasi dalam skala yang lebih besar yakni Direktorat Jenderal Pajak.

ABSTRACT
This research analyzes the influence of job satisfaction on organizational
commitment of Tax Offices employees at Jakarta. This research also analyzes the
condition of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of Tax Offices
employees at Jakarta and also the dimensions of each variable. The sample used in
this research was 438 employees of several Jakarta Tax Offices.This research used
descriptive analysis, simple regresion and general linear model. This research
utilize Organizational Commitment Scale of Allen and Meyer to measure the
organizational commitment and Job Satisfaction Survey of Spector to measure job
satisfaction.The research result shows that job satisfaction positively influences
organizational commitment. The result of dimension of each variable shows that
only several dimensions of job satisfaction influence the dimensions of
organizational of commitment, they are coworker, nature of work, communication
on affective commitment and pay, promotion and nature of work on normative
commitment. This research result also shows that the condition of employees
organizational commitment is on the medium level and job satisfaction is also on
the medium level. This research suggest to do further study of analyzing the
influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of employees at the
higher level, Directorate General of Taxation."
