"Remaja rentan menggunakan NAPZA ketika mengalami ansietas, harga diri rendah, dan ketahanan yang rendah. Latihan asertif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga merupakan tindakan spesialis keperawatan jiwa yang diharapkan mampu mengatasi kecemasan, meningkatkan harga diri, dan meningkatkan ketahanan remaja untuk mencegah penggunaan NAPZA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan asertif, dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap penggunaan NAPZA, ansietas, harga diri, dan ketahanan remaja dalam pencegahan penggunaan NAPZA di pondok pesantren. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experimental pre-post test with control group. Enam puluh empat remaja santri dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok menggunakan cluster random sampling. Kelompok 1 mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners dan kelompok 2 mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan asertif, dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penurunan ansietas serta peningkatan harga diri dan ketahanan secara bermakna setelah mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners p value < 0,05 ; penurunan ansietas serta peningkatan harga diri dan ketahanan secara bermakna setelah mendapatkan latihan asertif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga p value < 0,05 ; terjadi penurunan ansietas serta peningkatan harga diri dan ketahanan pada remaja santri yang mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan asertif, dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga lebih tinggi secara bermakna p value < 0,05 dibandingkan remaja yang hanya mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners. Latihan asertif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga direkomendasikan pada remaja santri dalam pencegahan penggunaan NAPZA di pondok pesantren.

Adolescents are susceptible to using drugs when experiencing anxiety, low self esteem, and low resisilience. Assertiveness training and family psychoeducation therapy is a mental nursing specialist action that is expected to overcome anxiety, increase self esteem, and increase adolescent resilience to prevent drug use. This study aims to determine the effect of ners nursing actions, assertiveness training and family psychoeducation therapy on the use of drugs, anxiety, self esteem, and adolescent resisilience in the prevention of drug use in islamic boarding schools. The research design used was quasi experimental pre post test with control group. Sixty four adolescent students were selected using purposive sampling and divided into 2 groups using cluster random sampling. The intervention group 1 only received ners nursing actions and the intervention group 2 received ners nursing actions, assertiveness training, and family psychoeducation therapy. The results showed that there were decreased anxiety, increased self esteem, and increased resilience significantly after ners nursing action p value "

"Peningkatan angka kriminalitas perlu mendapatkan perhatian, terutama terkaitpenyalahgunaan NAPZA. Di Indonesia, jumlah pengguna NAPZA yang berada dilapas diperkirakan hampir mencapai 40 dari keseluruhan narapidana. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tindakan keperawatan ners, terapikognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap penggunaan NAPZA,ansietas dan harga diri narapidana remaja di lapas narkotika. Desain penelitian iniquasi eksperimental pre-post test with control group. Kelompok intervensi 1diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners serta kelompok intervensi 2 diberikantindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasikeluarga dengan jumlah sampel masing-masing kelompok adalah 31 orang.Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Drug Abuse Screening Test-20 DAST-20 ,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale HAM-A dan Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale RSES . Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah uji repeated ANOVA, independent ttestdan chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tindakan keperawatan ners,terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga menurunkan ansietas danmeningkatkan harga diri secara bermakna p value < 0,05 lebih besar daripadasetelah mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, penggunaan NAPZAmempunyai hubungan yang lemah secara bermakna p value < 0,05 denganansietas dan harga diri, dan pola asuh berhubungan secara bermakna p value.

Increasing the crime rate needs to get attention, especially related to drug abuse.In Indonesia, the number of drug users in prisons is estimated to be almost 40 ofall inmates. This study aims to determine the effect of nursing actions ners,behavioral cognitive therapy and family psychoeducation therapy against druguse, anxiety and pride of juvenile inmates in prison narcotics. The study designwas quasi experimental pre post test with control group. The intervention group 1was given nursing action ners as well as the intervention group 2 were givennursing actions ners, behavioral cognitive therapy and family psychoeducationtherapy with the number of samples each group was 31 people. "Pengaruh Latihan Keterampilan Koping dan Pendidikan Kesehatan Keluarga Terhadap Penggunaan NAPZA, Ansietas, Harga Diri, dan Ketahanan Remaja Dalam Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan NAPZA di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Remaja rentan menggunakan NAPZA ketika mengalami ansietas, harga diri rendah, dan ketahanan yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan keterampilan koping dan pendidikan kesehatan keluarga terhadap penggunaan NAPZA, ansietas, harga diri dan ketahanan remaja dalam pencegahan penggunaan NAPZA di Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Desain penelitian yaitu quasi experimental pre-post test with control group, dan 87 remaja dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dilanjutkan dengan cluster random sampling. Kelompok 1 mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners dan kelompok 2 mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan keterampilan koping, dan pendidikan kesehatan keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan remaja bersih dari penggunaan NAPZA. Tindakan keperawatan ners berpengaruh terhadap harga diri p value < 0,05 dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap ansietas dan ketahanan p value > 0,05. Latihan keterampilan koping dan pendidikan kesehatan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap ansietas dan harga diri remaja p value< 0,05 , dan tidak terdapat pengaruh latihan keterampilan koping dan pendidikan kesehatan keluarga terhadap ketahanan remaja p value > 0,05.

The Influence of Coping Skill Training and Family Health Education Against Substance Use, Anxiety, Self Esteem, and Resilience of Adolescent in Prevention of Substance Abuse in Junior High School Adolescents are susceptible in substance use when they get anxiety, low self esteem, and low resilience. This study has goal to know the influence of coping skills training and family health education against substance use, anxiety, self esteem and adolescent resilience in prevention of substances use in Junior High School. The design of study is quasi experimental pre post test with control group, and 87 of adolescents are selected by purposive sampling technique and cluster random sampling. The first group got nursing intervention and second group got nursing intervention, coping skills exercises, and family health education. The results showed adolescents was free from substances use. The nursing intervention had effect against self esteem p value 0.05. Coping skills training and family health education had effect on anxiety and self esteem of adolescents p value 0,05."

"Prodroma early psychosis dimulai pada awal masa remaja dimana merupakan masa transisi yang mengalami perubahan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis yang dapat menyebabkan remaja mengalami prodroma early psychosis, ansietas dan harga diri rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap prodroma early psychosis, ansietas dan harga diri remaja di pondok pesantren. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah rdquo;quasi experimental dengan rancangan pre-post test with control group rdquo;. Menggunakan instrumen prodroma early psychosis PQ16 Dengan metode purposive sampling. Responden berjumlah 78 yang dipilih dengan tehnik simple random sampling terdiri dari 39 orang setiap kelompok. Tindakan keperawatan ners diberikan pada kelompok intervensi 1 dan tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga pada kelompok intervensi 2.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prodroma early psychosis dan ansietas megalami penurunan secara bermakna serta peningkatan secara bermakna pada harga diri pada intervensi 1 dan 2 dengan p-value < ? 0,05 , penurunan prodroma early psychosis dan ansietas serta peningkatan harga diri lebih besar pada kelompok intervensi 2 dibandingkan dengan kelompok intervensi 1. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai program preventif dan promotif dengan pemberian tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga.

Prodroma early psychosis begain in early adolescence, teenagers is the transition that experienced changes either physicall or psychological that can cause teenagers experienced anxiety and low self esteem. The purpose of this research to know the effect of cognitive behaviour therapy and family psychoeducation therapy towards prodroma early psychosis, anxiety and self esteem of adolescents in islamic boarding school. Design research used is quasi experiment pre post test with control group with purposive sampling methods. Instrement of this research using Prodroma Questionnaire PQ16. Responden were 78 the selected with simple random sampling consisting of 39 people every group. The group of intervention 1 given nursing therapy and the group intervention 2 given nursing therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and family psychoeducation therapy.
The results of the study showed prodroma early psychosis and anxiety had significant decrease and self esteem had significant increase after giving nursing intervention and cognitive behaviour therapy with p value 0,05. The results showed prodroma early psychosis and anxiety higher decrease and self esteem higher increase in a compare group 1 and 2. The results of this study can be consedered as preventive and promotive program with nursing therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and family psychoeducation.

"Prodroma early psychosis di mulai untuk pertama kalinya pada usia remaja. Gejala prodroma early psychosis diantaranya adalah adanya ansietas dan harga diri rendah Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku kelompok dan psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap prodroma early psychosis, ansietas dan harga diri remaja. Desain penelitian ini quasi eksperimental pre- post test with control group dengan jumlah sampel 79 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling dimana 39 remaja yang mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku kelompok dan psikoedukasi keluarga dipilih dengan menggunakan cluster sampling, sedangkan 40 remaja tidak mendapatkan tindakan. Uji analisis yang digunakan yaitu repeated ANOVA dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian tindakan keperawatan ners dapat menurunkan prodroma early psychosis dan ansietas, serta meningkatkan harga diri responden. Tindakan keperawatan ners ditambahkan dengan terapi kognitif perilaku kelompok dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga menurunkan prodroma early psychosis, ansietas dan meningkatkan harga diri secara bermakna p value < 0,05 . Tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku kelompok dan psikoedukasi keluarga direkomendasikan untuk remaja yang mengalami prodroma early psychosis, ansietas dan harga diri rendah.

Prodromal early psychosis begins for the first time in adolescence. The symptoms of prodromal early psychosis include the existence of anxiety and low self esteem. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of nursing intervention, group behavioral cognitive therapy and family psychoeducation of prodroma early psychosis, ansietas and adolescent self esteem. The study design was a quasi experimental pre post test with control group with a sample size of 79 adolescents selected using random sampling technique in which 39 adolescents who received nursing action ners, group behavioral cognitive therapy and family psychoeducation were selected using cluster sampling, while 40 adolescents did not get intervention. Analytical test used is repeated ANOVA and independent t test. The results showed that nursing care ners can reduce prodroma early psychosis and anxiety, and increase self esteem of respondents. Nursing actions were added with group behavioral cognitive therapy and family psychoeducation therapy reduced prodroma early psychosis, anxiety and increased self esteem significantly p value."

"Prodroma early psychosis merupakan perubahan-perubahan sebelum mengalami psikotik yang banyak terjadi pada remaja. Uji analisisnya menggunakan ANNOVA Repeated Measure dan Independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif dan psikoedukasi keluarga menurunkan gejala prodroma early psychosis dan ansietas serta meningkatkan harga diri remaja secara bermakna p value < 0,05 . Prodroma early psychosis berhubungan dengan ansietas dan harga diri p value < 0,05 . Terapi kognitif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga direkomendasikan pada remaja panti asuhan yang mengalami prodroma early psychosis, ansietas dan harga diri rendah.

"Usia remaja sangat labil dalam proses pencarian identitas diri. Hambatan dalam pencapaian identitas diri dapat menimbulkan perilaku menyimpang. Tujuan penulisan yaitu menggambarkan hasil pelaksanaan Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik, Latihan Asertif dan Psikoedukasi Keluarga terhadap peningkatan perkembangan remaja. Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik adalah terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa yang membantu mengembangkan potensi dan meningkatkan kualitas antar anggota kelompok untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan. Namun dengan karakteristik dan masalah anggota yang berbeda diperlukan terapi tambahan sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi oleh remaja. Remaja dengan kesulitan bersikap asertif diberikan tambahan terapi Latihan Asertif serta diberikan Psikoedukasi keluarga pada keluarga remaja. Evaluasi menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan aspek dan tugas perkembangan remaja. Analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Stuart dan King. Rekomendasi laporan ini dapat dijadikan standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa dan disosialisasikan pada tatanan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa komunitas.

During adolescent age, the teenagers are struggling for their self identity. The obstacle of teenagers to gain their self identity to some extent can be manifested through their deviant behaviors. The purpose of this scientific paper was to explore the result of Therapeutic Group Therapy, Assertiveness Training, and Family Psycho Education to improve adolescence growth and development. Therapeutic Group Therapy was mental health-psychiatric nursing specialization treatment with the purpose to assist the adolescence to develop their potential capacity and to improve the quality of group members to deal with their health problems. However, the different characteristics and problems of each group member required additional therapy which was appropriate with the problems they were facing. Teenagers with a difficulty of being assertive were given Assertiveness Training and Family Psychoeducation for their family. The results of these interventions showed the improvement particularl on diferrent aspects and developmental task of teenagers. Stuart and King Model were used for writing this scientific paper, and it was recommended that this report would be utilized as a standard of mental health-psychiatric nursing specialized treatment and to be socialized at all community mental health care settings.

"Pendahuluan: Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan jiwa yang terjadi pada fungsi otak. Prevalensi skizofrenia mencapai dua puluh empat juta di seluruh dunia dan sering terjadi pada usia remaja akhir. Prevalensi skizofrenia mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 0,18% di Indonesia sedangkan di Provinsi Bali skizofrenia menempati urutan pertama. Tanda dan gejala skizofrenia dapat berupa perilaku kekerasan. Sebanyak 68 % pasien skizofrenia dilakukan perawatan kembali (rehospitalisasi) di rumah sakit karena perilaku kekerasan. Dampak kekambuhan yang dikarenakan oleh perilaku kekerasan adalah memburuknya gejala, menurunnya fungsi kognitif, resistensi terhadap pengobatan dan sulit diterima kembali di masyarakat. Maka dari itu diperlukan tindakan untuk mencegah terjadinya kekambuhan pada pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan asertif, dan psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap kemampuan mencegah kekambuhan pada pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan.
Metode : Menggunakan desain penelitian Quasy experiment dengan rancangan pre-post test with control group yang dianalisis menggunakan univariat dan bivariat.
Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan penurunan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan, peningkatan kemampuan pasien mengendalikan perilaku kekerasan, peningkatan kemampuan berperilaku asertif, peningkatan kepatuhan minum obat, dan peningkatan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat pasien dengan perilaku kekerkasan. Rekomendasi: tindakan keperawatan ners, latihan asertif, dan psikoedukasi keluarga direkomendasikan sebagai upaya untuk mencegah kekambuhan pada pasien.

Background: Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that occurs in brain function. The prevalence of schizophrenia reaches twenty-four million worldwide and often occurs in late adolescence. The prevalence of schizophrenia has increased by 0.18% in Indonesia while in Bali Province schizophrenia ranks first. Signs and symptoms of schizophrenia can include violent behavior. As many as 68% of schizophrenia patients are rehospitalized in the hospital due to violent behavior. The impact of relapse caused by violent behavior is worsening symptoms, decreased cognitive function, resistance to treatment and difficulty being accepted back in society. Therefore, measures are needed to prevent relapse in patients with violent behavior.
Objective: To determine the effect of nursing actions, assertive training, and family psychoeducation on the ability to prevent relapse in patients with violent behavior.
Methods: Using Quasy experiment research design with pre-post test design with control group which was analyzed using univariate and bivariate.
Results: The study showed a decrease in signs and symptoms of violent behavior, an increase in the patient's ability to control violent behavior, an increase in the ability to behave assertively, an increase in medication compliance, and an increase in the family's ability to care for patients with violent behavior.
Recommendations: nursing actions, assertive practice, and family psychoeducation are recommended as an effort to prevent relapse in patients.

"[ABSTRAK
Skizophrenia paranoid memperlihatkan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan yang berisiko cedera bagi klien dan lingkungan. Tujuan Karya Ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi generalis, latihan asertif, psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap tanda dan gejala, kemampuan klien, keluarga. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif analitik dengan memberikan terapi generalis, latihan asertif, pada 20 klien dan selanjutnya pada 7 klien diberikan psikoedukasi pada keluarga. Pemberian terapi generalis, latihan asertif pada 13 klien menunjukkan penurunan tanda, gejala, peningkatan kemampuan klien. Pemberian terapi generalis, latihan asertif, psikoedukasi keluarga pada 7 klien dan keluarganya menunjukkan penurunan tanda dan gejala, peningkatan kemampuan yang lebih besar daripada pemberian terapi generalis, latihan asertif. Direkomendasikan kombinasi terapi generalis, latihan asertif, psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien resiko perilaku kekerasan.
