Fractures are musculoskeletal system problems that most frequently occur. Fracture improper handling can lead to osteomyelitis. Tibial osteomyelitis is the second largest after the femoral osteomyelitis. Nurses act as care providers, researchers and innovators. Nurse as care provider use Orem's self-care deficit theory approach for client with osteomyelitis. Nurse as researcher found that the most often problem that occurs in clients with musculoskeletal system dysorder attempt Total Hip Replacement (THR) and Total Knee Replacement (TKR) is constipation that need to be performed bowel management as evidence based nursing. Nurse as innovator provides guidance communication using SBAR method in cases musculoskeletal system dysorder to support effective communication inter-intra discipline when handover or communication by telephone."

X berdasarkan PERMENKES no. 48 tahun 2016 tentang Standar K3 Perkantoran.

Computers are work tools that are familiar to office workers. This activity can increase the risk of discomfort to body and become musculoskeletal pain. This study aims to analyse the relationship of individual factors (posture, age, sex, and body mass index) and work environment (temperature and lighting) on occurrence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders at PT. X. This paper is also assessing the ergonomics of work station at PT. X based on PERMENKES no. 48 of 2016 concerning Office K3 Standards. The design of this study was cross-sectional with 42 workers and direct observation. 61.9% of workers experienced pain in the body during the last 1 month. The results of Nordic Body Map questionnaire show the most pain occurrence are at point 5 (back) as much as 57,7%, point 7 (waist) as much as 53,8%, and point 0 (upper neck) as much as 46,2%. Through quantitative analysis, it is known that on the individual factors, only the body mass index factor has a correlation (rho = 0,330 = moderate positive correlation) and significant (p-value = 0,033) on pain occurrence. Meanwhile, on the work environment factor, only the lighting factor has correlation (rho = -0.323 = moderate negative correlation) and significant (p-value = 0.037) on pain occurrence. Work station at PT. X needs some improvements because an unergonomic work station can be one of the contributors of work-related musculoskeletal disorders occurrence complaints among workers."

An ergonomic work posture and work area will affect safety, health and productivity at work. Work in shrimp farming, especially when checking anco by workers/feeders, is related to repetitive and monotonous work postures. Of course, these conditions cause the feeder in shrimp ponds to be in an unnatural and static working posture so that it is at risk of causing musculoskeletal disorders. This research tries to study the work series and ergonomic aspects that affect the ergonomic work area posture in anco checking activities using a simulation method in a virtual environment. Adjustments are made by designing ergonomic chairs and seats. Assessment of work posture is carried out by evaluating the Posture Evaluation Index (PEI), which consists of LBA, OWAS and RULA assessments from the Tecnomatix Jack 8.2 software task analysis toolkit."

"This volume acquaints the non-neuropathologist with the advantages of clinical-radiologic-pathologic correlation in neuropathology specimens, particularly in the intra-operative consultation. As a good cytology preparation can add to, or even supply in isolation, a diagnosis, this volume covers the enormous and sometimes insurmountable artifacts involved with freezing tissue, especially central nervous system tissue. The text presents how to perform, and stain the cytologic preparations, and how to interpret them. The advantages and disadvantages of both frozen sections and cytologic preparations of various kinds are discussed. The presentation and format is very visual with diagrams, tables, with many figures including pearls and pitfalls and therefore easy reading.
An introductory chapter presents the pros and cons of cytology, the advantages and disadvantages of frozen sections, and the artifacts in both. Also included is an argument for knowing what the scans reveal, and the impact of relevant patient history. The volume uses a case-based approach to show correlation between scan, history, frozen section and cytologic preparations.
With the combination of extensive correlation of scans, cytology, and frozen section with differential diagnosis, and analysis of the information crucial to the neurosurgeon in a case-based approach and with a special chapter written by a neuroradiologist, this volume is unique in presentation and utility and will be of great value to the trainee in pathology (residents/fellows), and practicing pathologists who include neuropathology in their practice, but do not have formal fellowship training in neuropathology."

"The neurologic diagnosis : a practical bedside approach is an introductory text that simplifies the often unwieldy method of making a neurologic diagnosis. Medical students are often intimidated by a deluge of data, extensive differential diagnoses, and have no organizational structure to follow. Diagnostic techniques of general medicine are not applicable. Neurology is a unique specialty since it requires the intermediary step of an anatomic diagnosis prior to proffering a differential diagnosis. Yet the required knowledge of neuroanatomy need not be profound for the student who will specialize in any field other than neurology and neurosurgery. This text is directed to medical students and residents who will all be regularly faced with numerous patients who have neurologic symptomatology. Typical one-month neurology rotations out of four years of medical school is clearly inadequate training to make a cogent neurologic diagnosis, especially since subsequent instruction is commonly provided by upper level residents who have the same background and numerous misconceptions. This is not a comprehensive text. The emphasis in this concise and practical title is on establishing a neuroanatomic diagnosis before formulating a differential diagnosis. In addition, treatment is seldom discussed since it is likely to change radically over time. Focused and succinct."

""Clinical Orthopaedic Examination is firmly established as a standard guide to the subject. Although the basic techniques of a good clinical examination are best learned by performance under supervision, the lack of opportunities to experience an adequate range of suitable clinical cases makes this difficult to achieve in practice. As a result many students and trainees have only a sketchy knowledge of the techniques of examination which are fundamental to diagnosis and treatment. This book will be invaluable in helping fill some of these inevitable gaps until sound practice based on experience is achieved. The author's illustrations, arranged in a linear sequence, follow the traditional lines of inspection, palpation and the examination of movements and pertinent anatomical structures. The essential role of radiographic examination in the investigation of most orthopaedic cases is fully illutrated and integrated with the unique line drawings. For this Sixth Edition the text has been updated to include a number of new tests and methods of assessing overall limb function."--Publisher's description."
