"Tujuan dari penelitian in adalah merancang intervensi pada sistem pelaporan pengetahuan pelanggan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada tenaga penjulan lini terdepan di PT. X BUF. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan data yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi Medical Representative pada PT. X BUF dalam berbagi pengetahuan pelanggannya adalah proses kerja, peran dan fungsi atasan yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kinerja Medical Representative secara khusus dan organisasi secara umum.

This research is aimed at designing an intervention on customer knowledge reporting system to improve the work performance of Medical Representative, frontline sales person, at PT. X BUF. The research applied quantitative methodology by collecting data from a set of questionnaires. The finding of the study shows that work process as well as manager role and function have significant impact on willingness of Medical Representative in sharing their customer's knowledge which eventually impact their work performance in particular and company performance in general.

"Penelitian tesis ini dilakukan di kantor PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan farmasi terhadap Medical Representative (Medrep), dengan responden sebanyak 73 orang. Rendahnya jumlah Medrep yang konsisten mencapai target penjualan, mempengaruhi hasil kinerja dan profit PT XYZ. Sehingga diperlukan suatu intervensi yang mempengaruhi perilaku penjualan yaitu kompetensi dalam hal learning goal orientation, performance goal orientation, adaptive selling skills serta penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi melalui aktivitas knowledge sharing. Intervensi ini disusun secara bertahap dengan difokuskan pada Technostructural Intervention, dan Human Resources Management Intervention. Aktivitas knowledge sharing ini dilakukan oleh change agent yaitu Medrep Top Performers dengan menggunakan pendekatan SECI dan double loop learning.

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, a pharmaceutical company for medical representatives, with 73 respondents. Lower number of sales people who were consistent in achieving sales target, influenced to sales performance and profit of PT XYZ. It needed an intervention that impacted to selling behavior i.e competencies in learning goal orientation, performance goal orientation, adaptive selling skills and ICT use through knowledge sharing. Intervention was planned and focused to Technostructural and Human Resources Intervention. Knowledge sharing activities will be done by change agent i.e. Medrep Top Performers through SECI approaches and double loop learning.

"Proyek EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning) merupakan jenis proyek yang melibatkan banyak sekali aktifitas, dan membutuhkan banyak orang. Pengelolaan pengetahuan menjadi faktor penting dalam menjalankan proyek ini. Diperlukan adanya pengukuran keberhasilan tingkat adopsi pengelolaan pengetahuan di dalam suatu organisasi agar aktifitas ini dapat memberikan nilai lebih bagi jalannya proyek. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat tiga kategori elemen pengelolaan pengetahuan yang diukur, antara lain sumber daya pengetahuan (knowledge resources), proses pengetahuan (knowledge processes), dan faktorfaktor penunjang (knowledge factors). Dengan menggunakan analisa faktor, berhasil didapatkan dua belas komponen laten dari ketiga kategori tersebut yang menjadi faktor utama dalam penerapan pengelolaan pengetahuan. Akhirnya, strategi pengelolaan pengetahuan dirumuskan dengan menggunakan analisa kepentingan - kinerja agar adopsi pengelolaan pengetahuan dapat ditingkatkan dan menjadi keunggulan kompetitif bagi organisasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat adopsi pengelolaan pengetahuan pada proyek EPC mencapai tingkat tiga, yaitu enabled/practiced. Strategi untuk meningkatkannnya adalah dengan pembuatan sistem informasi pengelolaan pengetahuan, pemberdayaan database pengetahuan dan penyebaran strategi dan tujuan pengelolaan pengetahuan.

The EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning) project is a type of construction contract which requires many human resources with a lot of activities in its process. Due to the vast scope of the project, knowledge management holds an important role in the process. It is necessary to measure the adoption rate of knowledge management adoption in an organization who works on an EPC project. There are three main categories of knowledge management elements which measured, i.e. knowledge resources, knowledge processes, and knowledge factors. By using factor analysis, major factors of knowledge management implementation could be obtained out of these categories. Furthermore, the knowledge management strategy was formulated using importance - performance analysis in order to improve the adoption of knowledge management and become a competitive advantages for the organization. Result showed that adoption rate of knowledge management in EPC project is in level 3, which is enabled/practiced. The strategies to increase the adoption rate are build integrated knowledge management information system for the company, increase the usage of knowledge asset database and spread the knowledge management strategy and goals to the employees.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Knowledge Management dengan Kinerja Eksekutif PT PLN Batubara Kantor Induk Jakarta. Variabel dari knowledge management yaitu people, technology dan process, sedangkan variable kinerja karyawan diukur dengan quality, quantity, timeless, need for supervisor dan interpersonal impact. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey yang menggunakan teknik Simple Randon Tehnique (Judgement Sampling) terhadap pegawai organik dan tugas karya di PT PLN Batubara Kantor Induk Jakarta yang berjumlah 45 responden.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Knowledge Management memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT
The study was conducted using quantitative methods with a survey method that using a Simple Randon Technique (Judgement Sampling) from employees of Organic Staff and Expert Staff at PT PLN Batubara Head Office Jakarta, which in totaly 45 respondents and provide means of interventions to address those issues.
The Result of this study indicate that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performances.

"Untuk mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang handal dan dapat memenuhi tuntutan yang ada. Sebagian besar pimpinan kelompok kerja di PT.X mengalami kesulitan di dalam mengendalikan kinerja karyawan padahal sumberdaya manusia adalah salah satu aset perusahaan yang paling unik yang dapat dijadikan competitive advantage.
Hasil pengamatan dan diperkuat oleh wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait, menggambarkan bahwa program pengelolaan kinerja di PT.X tidak dijalankan sebagaimana lazimnya di perusahaan-perusahaan lain (umum nya terdiri dari penetapan sasaran yang diturunkan pada target kerja individual, proses bimbingan, dan evaluasi kinerja). Induk perusahaan menciptakan satu sistem penilaian kinerja untuk seluruh kelompok usaha yang terdiri dari bermacam - macam industri dengan tujuan untuk dijadikan dasar pembagian THR dan kenaikan gaji tahunan, beberapa kali telah dilakukan pengembangan sistem penilaian kinerja, tetapi hasilnya belum dapat membantu di dalam proses pengendalian kinerja karyawan.
Melihat kebiasaan-kebiasaan di organisasi serta penolakan-penolakan terhadap sistem penilaian kinerja yang ada, memberikan ide pada penulis untuk mengusulkan suatu pengembangan sistem penilaian kinerja berbasis knowledge management hanya untuk PT.X yang di dalam pelaksanaannya akan melibatkan semua unsur yang terkait di dalam proses pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan mengacu pada visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi.

To reach the vision, mission, and organizational target, reliable human resources and the ability to fulfill existing demands are needed. One major problem faced by most companies in the group, is the difficulty in controlling employees performance; even though human resource is considered as one of the most unique company assets, which can be seen as the competitive advantage.
The perception result, strengthened by interviews of with related parties, depicts that the program of performance assessment in PT.X do not run as in other companies. The target of this performance assessment is to base the idea of THR division and the increase of annual salary. One system is created for the entire group which consists of several industries. The performance assessment systems have severally been developed by the holding company, however, these results were still unable to help the process of developing employee?s performance.
The habits in an organization and also the resistance of the existing performance assessment system, giving me, as the writer, some ideas to propose the development of performance assessment system based on knowledge management just for PT.X which, in implementation of its assessment will entangle all elements related to the vision, mission and the company target.

Tesis ini membahas mengenai proses berbagi pengetahuan antara staf dan pimpinan
Perpustakaan Bank Indonesia. Adapun tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui proses berbagi pengetahuan antara staf dan pimpinan perpustakaan Bank
Indonesia serta melihat nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam diri staf dan pimpinan
dalam proses berbagi pengetahuan diantara mereka guna mengembangkan
kompetensi personal. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode interpretif. Pengumpulan data yang
dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen
terkait proses berbagi pengetahuan di Perpustakaan Bank Indonesia. Adapun hasil
penelitian ini bahwa budaya berbagi pengetahuan telah terinternalisasi di dalam diri
individu baik staf maupun pimpinan di Perpustakaan Bank Indonesia sehingga
mereka dapat mengembangkan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Pembentukan budaya
berbagi pengetahuan tersebut dibangun berdasarkan adanya relasi antar staf
perpustakaan dan pimpinan. Pembanguan relasi antara staf dan pimpinan dibangun
atas dasar nilai kepercayaan dan saling menghargai antar staf perpustakaan. Dalam
proses menjaga relasi tersebut terdapat juga proses negosiasi yang dapat
menyeimbangkan antara kepentingan individu yang berbeda-beda dengan
kepentingan kelompok yang akan dituju.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about the process of knowledge sharing between the
commissioners and staffs of Bank Indonesia Library. The aim of conducting this
research is to figure out the process of knowledge sharing between the commissioners
and staffs of Bank Indonesia Library and to examine values internalized within
commissioners and staffs in the process of knowledge sharing to develop personal
competence. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach with
interpretive method. The data collection is done through deep interview, direct
observation, and document analysis related to the process of knowledge sharing at
Bank Indonesia Library. The result of this research is that the culture of knowledge
sharing has been internalized within individuals, either staffs of commissioners of
Bank Indonesia Library so that they are able to develop the competence needed. The
formulation of knowledge sharing culture is built based on the relation between the
library staffs and commissioners. The development of relations between staff and
commissioners is built on the basis of trust and mutual respect among the library
staffs. In the process of maintaining the relation, there is also a process of negotiation
which can balance between the interests of different individual with the interests of
the group to be addressed.;This thesis discusses about the process of knowledge sharing between the

Manajemen pengetahuan merupakan suatu proses untuk menyediakan cara sehingga perusahaan dapat mengenali dimana aset intelektual kunci berada, menangkap ukuran aset intelektual yang relevan untuk dikembangkan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan banyak perusahaan yang memutuskan untuk menerapkan knowledge management ke dalam strategi bisnisnya. Dalammenerapkan knowledge management (KM) yang baik dibutuhkan langkah-langkah strategis dimana salah satunya adalah evaluasi kinerja KM. Namun nyatanya tidak semua perusahaan telah memiliki sebuah evaluasi kinerja KM secara mandiri. Implementasi KM melibatkan tiga faktor penting yaitu faktor people, process, dan technology yang dikenal dengan sebutan KM Triad. Sehingga penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model evaluasi kinerja KM berindikator menggunakan perspektif people, process, dan tekhnologi.

ABSTRACT
Knowledge management is a process to provide a way so that companies can identify which are their intellectual assets, and capturing the size of the relevant intellectual assets to be developed. This causes a lot of companies decided to implement knowledge management into its business strategy. In implementing knowledge management (KM), a company needs some strategic steps which one of the steps is evaluating the KM performance. But unfortunately, not all the companies that implement KM already have their own evaluation system of KM performance. KM implementation involves three important factors are factors people, process, and technology known as KM Triad. Therefore, this research proposes a model of KM performance evaluation using the indicators from people, process, and technology perspectives."

"Penyebaran COVID-19 yang sangat cepat hampir menginfeksi seluruh wilayah yang ada di Indonesia. Wilayah-wilayah besar di Indonesia, seperti DKI Jakarta, Banten, Depok, Bekasi, dan Bogor masih menjadi bagian dari wilayah Indonesia dengan transmisi komunitas (Kemenkes, 2022). Community transmission biasanya terjadi dalam lingkungan masyarakat dan perkantoran. Peningkatan kasus COVID-19 pada klaster perkantoran dapat terjadi ketika kedisiplinan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang abai. Satgas COVID-19 mengkonfirmasi adanya peningkatan kasus COVID-19 yang ditemukan pada klaster perkantoran. Satgas COVID-19 mendapati adanya temuan 459 kasus pada 90 klaster perkantoran khususnya DKI Jakarta per 28 Juli 2020. Maka untuk membantu mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19 di perkantoran, diperlukan upaya perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan karyawan terhadap kejadian COVID-19 di PT Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta. Penelitian dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif, desain cross sectional, dilakukan pada 324 karyawan di PT Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner secara online dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Dalam analisis hubungan pengetahuan karyawan dengan kejadian COVID-19 ditemukan adanya hubungan signifikan pengetahuan karyawan dengan kejadian COVID-19 di PT Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno Hatta dengan p-value sebesar 0.003. Bagi karyawan, diharapkan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan lebih baik lagi mengingat bandar udara merupakan pintu keluar dan masuknya masyarakat global, baik selama pandemi COVID-19 maupun pasca pandemi COVID-19. Menerapkan protokol kesehatan secara konsisten di masa pandemi COVID-19 penting untuk dilakukan saat ini agar seluruh aspek dapat kembali pulih dan bebas dari COVID-19. Disarankan ada evaluasi bersama bagi para karyawan akan pentingnya pengetahuan dalam menyikapi permasalahan COVID-19.

COVID-19 has spread rapidly and almost infected all regions in Indonesia. Large areas in Indonesia, such as DKI Jakarta, Banten, Depok, Bekasi, and Bogor, are still part of the territory of Indonesia with community transmission (Kemenkes, 2022). Community transmission usually occurs in the community and office environment. An increase in COVID-19 cases in office clusters can happen when discipline in implementing health protocols is neglected. The COVID-19 Task Force confirmed increased COVID-19 cases found in office clusters. The COVID-19 Task Force found that there were 459 cases in 90 office clusters, especially DKI Jakarta, as of July 28, 2020. So, to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 in offices, preventive behavior measures were needed for employees. This study aims to determine the employees’ knowledge related to the incidence of COVID-19 at PT Angkasa Pura II Soekarno Hatta International Airport. Research with a quantitative method approach, cross-sectional design, was conducted on 324 employees at PT Angkasa Pura II Soekarno Hatta International Airport. Data were collected by online questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. In the analysis of the relationship between employees’ knowledge and the incidence of COVID-19, it was found that there was a significant relationship between employees’ knowledge and the incidence of COVID-19 at PT Angkasa Pura II Soekarno Hatta International Airport with a p-value of 0.003. Employees are expected to implement health protocols better, considering that airports are the entry and exit points for the global community during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Implementing health protocols consistently during the COVID-19 pandemic is important now so that all aspects can recover and are free from COVID-19. It is recommended that there will be an evaluation for employees of the importance of knowledge in addressing the COVID-19 problem."

"Penerapan Knowledge Management di perusahaan nampaknya sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan mendasar pada era globalisasi ini. Kurangnya pengelolaan pengetahuan di divisi Medical Representative PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria, Tbk dapat menghambat proses pemerataan kompetensi karyawan. Hal ini terjadi karena terbawanya pengetahuan yang unik seiring dengan karyawan yang pensiun atau pindah ke perusahaan lain, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu solusi untuk menyimpan dan menyebarkan pengetahuan tersebut.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model yang sesuai untuk sistem manajemen pengetahuan di perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada divisi Medical Representative PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria, Tbk dimana lokasi setiap pegawai tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi contingency factor dari Sabherwal & Fernandez karena cocok diterapkan pada perusahaan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan empat proses manajemen pengetahuan, yaitu externalization, routines, socialization for knowledge discovery, socialization for knowledge sharing.
Berdasarkan proses-proses yang dianalisis, maka didapatkan lima teknologi, yaitu document management, article management, online library, forum discussion, dan chatting. Semua proses dan teknologi tersebut dijadikan dasar untuk pengembangan sistem manajemen pengetahuan.

Application of Knowledge Management in the company seems to have become a basic necessity in this era of globalization. Lack of knowledge management in the division Medical Representative PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk can hinder the process of equalization competence of employees. This happens because the entrainment unique knowledge as employees retire or move to another company, so company need a solution to store and disseminate such knowledge.
This study aims to obtain an appropriate model for the knowledge management system in the company. The study was conducted at the Medical Representative division of PT. Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk where the location of each employee throughout Indonesia. This study uses a methodology contingency factor of Sabherwal and Fernandez as compatible to the company. Based on research conducted found four knowledge management process, namely externalization, routines, socialization for knowledge discovery, socialization for knowledge sharing.
Based processes are analyzed, it obtained five technologies, namely document management, article management, online library, discussion forums, and chat. All the processes and the technology is used as the basis for the development of knowledge management systems.

"Knowledge Management merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang digunakan untuk menciptakan sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan. Implementasi KM di sektor publik mulai diterapkan sejak munculnya permenPANRB No. 14 tahun 2011 mengenai pedoman implementasi manajemen pengetahuan. Menindaklanjuti peraturan ini, Bappenas berupaya untuk menerapkan Knowledge Management System di dalam organisasinya. Namun sejak 2011 hingga saat ini, belum adanya penerapan yang terstruktur dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengambil persepsi dari pegawai Bappenas Bagaimana implementasi KM seharusnya dijalankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori model Knowledge Management Inukshuk sebagai landasan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa narasumber penting. Berdasarkan hasilnya diketahui bahwa mayoritas pegawai Bappenas berpendapat bahwa dalam elemen proses, Bappenas perlu menciptakan sistem KM yang terintegrasi dengan adanya aksesibilitas untuk semua pegawai. dalam elemen budaya, mayoritas pegawai setuju bahwa diperlukannya budaya yang mendukung kebiasaan Knowledge Sharing. Mayoritas pegawai juga setuju bahwa diperlukannya peran dari pimpinan untuk menciptakan budaya Knowledge Sharing. pada elemen teknologi, mayoritas pegawai setuju bahwa diperlukannya sistem KM yang berbasis aplikasi namun juga menggunakan alat intranet yang dapat menghubungkan semua repository. Dalam elemen Measurement, mayoritas pegawai setuju bahwa diperlukannya strategi evaluasi untuk mengukur pengaruh KM terhadap kualitas kinerja Bappenas.

Knowledge Management is a science that is used to create a knowledge management system. The implementation of KM in the public sector has been implemented since the emergence of Permen PANRB No. 14 of 2011 regarding guidelines for the implementation of knowledge management. Following up on this regulation, Bappenas seeks to implement a Knowledge Management System within its organization. However, since 2011 until now, there has been no structured and integrated implementation. This study aims to obtain perceptions from Bappenas employees on how KM implementation should be carried out. This study uses the Inukshuk Knowledge Management model theory as the research foundation. This study uses a quantitative approach with online questionnaire distribution techniques and in-depth interviews with several important sources. Based on the results, it is known that the majority of Bappenas employees think that in the process element, Bappenas needs to create an integrated KM system where there is accessibility for all employees. In terms of cultural elements, the majority of employees agree that a culture is needed that supports Knowledge Sharing habits. The majority of employees also agree that the leadership role is needed to create a Knowledge Sharing culture. On the technology element, the majority of employees agree that there is a need for a KM system that is application-based but also uses an intranet tool that can connect all repositories.
