"Laporan magang ini berisi pembahasan mengenai evaluasi terhadap penerapan manajemen proyek terintegrasi pada proyek implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning di PT HOPE, sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa keuangan berbasis teknologi digital di Indonesia. Proyek ini melibatkan PT INFO sebagai konsultan teknologi dan pengembang sistem ERP PT HOPE. Tujuan proyek adalah mengintegrasikan sistem informasi akuntansi PT HOPE dengan WISH Holdings Inc. sebagai entitas induk. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian terhadap kelengkapan komponen dan kesesuaian dengan tujuan setiap proses pada manajemen proyek terintegrasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen proyek terintegrasi telah diterapkan pada keseluruhan proyek. Namun, terdapat ketidaksesuaian pada proses pemantauan dan penutupan proyek yang berdampak pada kelancaran operasi sistem setelah Go-Live dilakukan, sehingga dirumuskan rekomendasi yang bisa diterapkan pada proyek-proyek lainnya. Bagian akhir laporan magang ini berisi refleksi diri berdasarkan pengalaman yang dijalani selama magang karya akhir serta rencana pengembangan diri usai laporan magang ditulis.

This internship report contains discussion over the evaluation of project integration management practice within the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system at PT HOPE, a digital technology-based financial services provider in Indonesia. This project involved PT INFO as the technology consultant and developer of the system for PT HOPE. The objective was to integrate accounting information system between PT HOPE and Wish Holdings Inc. as its holding entity. Evaluation is performed through an assessment over component completeness and conformity with the objective of each project integration management process. The result showed that project integration management had been practiced throughout the whole project. Though a number of discrepancies were identified in the monitoring and closing processes of the project that impacted system operation after Go-Live, thus recommendations were formulated to be applicable in other projects. The last part of the report contains self-reflection based on the experiences gained during the internship accompanied by a self-development plan to be carried out after this report is completed."

"Tesis ini mengidentifikasi risiko yang mempengaruhi pasca implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) melalui persepsi para operator dan pengguna layanan sistem ERP di PT Indofarma Tbk terhadap aspek kemungkinan, dampak dan frekuensi terjadinya peristiwa risiko yang timbul pada tahap pascaimplementasi sistem ERP.Hasil penelitian menemukan 34 risiko harus dicermati oleh perusahaan dalam rangka perbaikan layanan sistem ERP di masa mendatang. Diantara 34 risiko tersebut, risiko yang paling mempengaruhi pascaimplementasi sistem ERP perusahaan didominasi oleh risiko yang berhubungan dengan organisasi dan sumberdaya manusia yang terlibat dalam sistem ERP baik sebagai operator maupun pengguna sistem bukan risiko yang berakar dari permasalahan teknis.

This thesis identifies risks that could affect post-implementation system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The risks were identified as a result from the perception of the operators and user ofERP system at PT Indofarma Tbk on the probability, impact and frequency of risks that occurred post-implementation of the ERP system.

This study also identifies 34 risks that should be carefully monitored by the Company in order to improve the ERP system in the future. Amongst these risks, it was evident that the most critical risks to post implementation of the ERP system is related to organization and human resources that are involved in the ERP system both who functions as the operators and system users which implies that these risks are not originated to technical matter."

"Perum Bulog merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak pada bidang logistik pangan. Perum Bulog memiliki peranan sebagai alat perekonomian negara yang bersifat mandiri untuk memperkuat perekonomian negara dalam mengelola logistik pangan secara nasional dalam bentuk pelayanan masyarakat ataupun yang bersifat komersial. Sesuai dengan salah satu misi Perum Bulog yaitu “melaksanakan praktik manajemen unggul dengan dukungan sumber daya manusia yang profesional, teknologi terdepan, dan sistem yang terintegrasi”, Perum Bulog mengimplementasikan sistem yang terintegrasi yaitu sistem ERP. ERP bertujuan untuk membantu Perum Bulog dalam mengatasi permasalahan Perum Bulog dalam pengelolaan organisasi seperti denda pajak yang tinggi, banyaknya piutang tak tertagih, dan lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan proses pengadaan dan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat bisnis dari implementasi ERP dan mengidentifikasi risiko tidak tercapainya manfaat bisnis. Benefit dependency network digunakan untuk menganalisis manfaat akibat perubahan proses bisnis. Manfaat yang sudah teridentifikasi kemudian diverifikasi dan diklasifikasi berdasarkan Tabel manfaat generik SI/TI. Manfaat bisnis yang sudah diverifikasi kemudian dianalisis sebab akibat dengan menggunakan systematic diagram sehingga menghasilkan manfaat bisnis utama. Manfaat bisnis utama yang sudah ditemukan kemudian dipetakan dengan menggunakan Metrik TI untuk membantu menghitung manfaat dari investasi ERP. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi risiko untuk menunjang manfaat bisnis. Manfaat bisnis utama yang ditemukan diidentifikasi potensi risikonya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi ERP mampu meningkatkan pendapatan karena meningkatnya kualitas laporan, mengurangi risiko piutang tak tertagih, meningkatkan produktivitas disebabkan restrukturisasi pembagian fungsi kerja, mengurangi biaya distribusi, mengurangi risiko kehilangan penyimpanan, dan meningkatkan pendapatan disebabkan meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil dari identifikasi risiko tidak tercapainya manfaat, terdapat enam potensi risiko yang dapat menghambat pencapaian manfaat dari implementasi ERP. Potensi risiko yang telah diketahui dapat menjadi perhatian Perum Bulog agar manfaat investasi ERP dapat tercapai.

Perum Bulog is a State-Owned Enterprise company (BUMN) engaged in food logistics. Perum Bulog has a role as an independent state economic tool to strengthen the country's economy in managing national food logistics in the form of community services or commercial. In accordance with one of Bulog's mission to "implement superior management practices with the support of professional human resources, cutting edge technology, and integrated systems", Perum Bulog implements an integrated system that is the ERP system. ERP aims to assist Bulog in overcoming Perum Bulog problems in organizational management such as high tax fines, the number of uncollectible receivables, and the length of time needed to carry out the procurement and sales process. This study aims to identify the business benefits of ERP implementation and identify the risks of not achieving business benefits. The benefit dependency network is used to analyze the benefits due to changes in business processes. The benefits that have been identified are then verified and classified according to the generic SI / IT benefits table. The business benefits that have been verified are then analyzed cause and effect using systematic diagrams to produce key business benefits. The main business benefits that have been discovered are then mapped using IT Metrics to help calculate the benefits of ERP investment. This research also identifies risks to support business benefits. The main business benefits found were identified as potential risks. The results show that ERP investment can increase revenue due to improved report quality, reduce the risk of uncollectible accounts, increase productivity due to restructuring the division of work functions, reduce distribution costs, reduce the risk of lost storage, and increase revenue due to increasing business capacity. Based on the results of the identification of risks not achieving benefits, there are six potential risks that can hinder the achievement of benefits from ERP implementation. Potential risks that have been identified can be a concern by Perum Bulog so that the benefits of ERP investment can be achieved."

"Karya akhir ini membahas tentang pembuktian kelayakan proyek implementasi dan pengembangan sistem aplikasi ERP di PT. XYZ, dilihat dari pandangan keuangan. Proyek implementasi dan pengembangan sistem aplikasi ERP tersebut dijabarkan melalui cash inflow, cash outflow, depresiasi, proyeksi cash flow sebagai komponenkomponen perhitungan NPV dan IRR. Kedua metode tersebut adalah metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran apakah layak atau tidaknya suatu proyek implementasi sistem aplikasi ERP di Perusahaan selama pengembangan dan lima tahun setelahnya terhitung setelah sistem aplikasi tersebut digunakan secara operasional. Dari hasil analisis dengan menggunakan kedua metode tersebut, proyek implementasi dan pengembangan sistem aplikasi tersebut layak untuk dijalankan.

This thesis discusses about the feasibility of the ERP application systems development project at PT. XYZ from the financial outlook. To measure the feasibility study in this project, NPV and IRR are the main method will be used. Those two method were used for establishing the project whether it is feasible or not. The main component for calculating the NPV and IRR includes cash inflow, cash outflow, depreciation, cash flow projections. Based on observations and calculations, the ERP implementation and development project in the Company is feasible."

"Implementasi sistem ERP di PT XYZ pada awalnya memiliki harapan untuk melakukan simplifikasi terhadap pulau-pulau aplikasi dan mencapai value chain alignment dalam hal proses distribusi media dari berbagai penerbit di Indonesia. Namun, berdasarkan dokumen business blueprint PT XYZ diketahui bahwa manfaat dari implementasi sistem ERP dirasa kurang maksimal, dari 135 business blueprint yang rencananya akan terpenuhi melalui penerapan sistem ERP hanya 57 yang berhasil terpenuhi. Salah satu penyebab kurang maksimalnya manfaat dari implementasi sistem ERP tersebut dadalah rendahnya tingkat penerimaan pengguna akhir terhadap sistem ERP.Dalam penelitian ini dibangun model teoritis yang menjelaskan penerimaan pengguna akhir terhadap sistem ERP. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan adaptasi dari model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan oleh Davis (1986). Kemudian dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 350 responden yang merupakan pengguna sistem ERP di PT XYZ. Data yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner kemudian digunakan untuk menguji kerangka pemikiran atau hipotesis- hipotesis dengan menggunakan tahapan pada Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel-variabel pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap implementasi sistem ERP di PT XYZ adalah Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Towards System Use, dan Perceived Ease of Use yang dipengaruhi oleh dua variabel lain yaitu User Involvement dari perspekti individu dan Training dari perspektif organisasi.

Implementation of ERP systems in PT XYZ initially had hopes to make simplification towards the islands of application and achieve value chain alignment in terms of the distribution of media from various publishers in Indonesia. However, based on the business blueprint document of PT XYZ is known that the benefits of implementing ERP systems is considered less than the maximum, of 135 business blueprint which planned to be met through the implementation of ERP systems, only 57 were successfully met. One of the things that cause the benefit of the implementation of ERP system become less maximum is the low level of end-user acceptance of the ERP system.

In this study constructed a theoretical model that describes the end-user acceptance of the ERP system. The model used in this study is an adaptation of the model of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1986). Then conducted questionnaires distribution to 350 respondents who are the users of ERP systems in PT XYZ. Data collected from the questionnaire were then used to test the framework or hypotheses using the stages on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the variables on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) that affect the user’s acceptance of the ERP system implementation in PT XYZ is Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Towards System Use, and Perceived Ease of Use which is influenced by two other variables, namely the User Involvement from the perspective of individuals and Training from the perspective of the organization."

"Perusahaan Umum Badan Urusan Logistik (Perum Bulog) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang logistik pangan pokok. Bulog memiliki peran sebagai alat perekonomian negara yang bersifat mandiri untuk memperkuatperekonomian negara dalam mengelola logistik pangan secara nasional baik dalam bentuk pelayanan terhadap masyarakat ataupun yang bersifat komersial. Perum Bulog membutuhkan sistem ERP untuk mencapai visi organisasinya. Namun, Perum Bulogtidak siap menerapkannya karena manajemen perubahan yang tidak matang. Oleh karena itu, Perum Bulog membutuhkan perumusan pendekatan strategi manajemen perubahan dari sisi manusia yang sebaiknya digunakan dalam penerapan ERP di Perum Bulog. Pendekatan strategi manajemen perubahan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan strategi manajemen perubahan dasar dan umum dalam melakukan perubahanpada sisi manusia yaitu rational empirical approach, normative reeducation approach,power coercive approach, dan environmental adaptive approach. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, dokumen organisasi, dan tinjauan literatur yang diolah dengan analisis tematik. Pada studi kasus Perum Bulog, pendekatan strategi manajemen perubahan yang sebaiknya digunakan dalam penerapan ERP adalah kombinasi antara rational empirical approach,power coercive approach, dan environmental adaptive approach. Ketiga kombinasi pendekatan manajemen perubahan ini mewakili pendekatan strategi manajemen perubahan dari sisi top-down dan bottom-up. Kombinasi pendekatan strategi perubahan ini mampu mendukung perubahan pada tingkat organisasi untuk menunjang kesuksesan proyek ERP di Perum Bulog dari sisi manusia.

Perusahaan Umum Badan Urusan Logistik (Perum Bulog) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in the field of basic food logistic. As an independent national economic tool, Perum Bulog strengthen the national economy by providing services to the public and commercial to manage national food logistics. Perum Bulog needs ERP system to achieve its organizational vision. However, Bulog is not ready to implement it due to immature change management. Therefore, Bulog requires formulation of change management approach by human perspective that should be used in implementing ERP at Bulog. The change management strategy in this research is basic and general change management strategy for making changes by human perspective such as rational empirical approach, normative reeducation approach, power coercive approach, and environmental adaptive approach. This research methodology is qualitative method to collect data through interviews, organizing documents, and literature reviews. In the Perum Bulog case study, change management strategy approach in implementing ERP should use combination of rational empirical approach, power coercive approach, and environmental adaptive approach. These three combinations of change management methods represent top-down and bottom-up approach in change management strategy. This change strategy combination may support changes by human perspective in organizational level to support ERP project success at Perum Bulog.

"Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang Critical Success Factor yang berpengaruh terhadap implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) di PT XYZ dan peran stakeholder PT XYZ dalam mendukung keberadaan Critical Success Factor tersebut dilihat dari perspektif pengguna ERP di PT XYZ. Critical Success Factor dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 13 faktor dan penulis dapatkan dari salah satu jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 13 faktor tersebut, semuanya berpengaruh terhadap implementasi ERP di PT XYZ. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa peran stakeholder akan sangat menentukan keberhasilan implementasi ERP di suatu perusahaan.

This research analyzes Critical Success Factor that influence the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at PT XYZ and role of PT XYZ stakeholders in supporting the existence of these Critical Success Factor based on ERP users perspective at PT XYZ. These Critical Success Factor consist of 13 factors and obtained from one of scientific journal. This research shows that all of 13 factors had an impact on ERP implementation at PT XYZ. This research also shows that the role of stakeholders will greatly determine the success of ERP implementation in a company."
