"Tuntutan di dunia kerja yang terus berubah mengikuti perkembangan zaman menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam kariernya sehingga mereka perlu memiliki adaptabilitas karier. Adaptabilitas karier dapat ditingkatkan dengan persepsi dukungan sosial. Hubungan keduanya dapat dijelaskan melalui hubungan mediasi oleh variabel efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran efikasi diri dapat menjadi mediator hubungan persepsi dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan merupakan mahasiswa tingkat akhir (N = 218) yang berusia 18-25 tahun yang pernah melakukan magang. Hasil penelitian menemukan efikasi diri secara parsial memediasi hubungan persepsi dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier.
Changing demands in a rapidly growing working field era has become a challenge for final year students to pursue their career goals. High career adaptability is needed to attain success during the transition to work life. One of the factors to enhance career adaptability is perceived social support. Their relationship can further be explained by self-efficacy. The purpose of this research is to identify self-efficacy as a mediator between perceived social support and career adaptability. Participants were final year students (N = 218) from age 18 - 25 who had done internships. The result was self-efficacy could partially mediate the relationship between perceived social support and career adaptability."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat peran efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier terhadap adaptabilitas karier Siswa SMP kelas 9 di kota Depok. Pengukuran efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier dilakukan menggunakan career decision making self efficacy scale short form CDMSE-SF milik Taylor dan Betz 1983 yang sudah dimodifikasi oleh Sawitri 2008 . Nilai koefisien reliabilitas untuk alat ukur CDMSE-SF adalah sebesar 0.879. Pengukuran adaptabilitas karier dilakukan menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale CAAS miliki Savickas dan Porfeli 2012 . Nilai koefisien reliabilitas untuk alat ukur CAAS adalah sebesar 0.899. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 666 responden dengan karakteristik siswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Pertama kelas 9 di kota Depok. Melalui teknik simple regression, diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier mampu memprediksi secara signfikan kemampuan adaptabilitas karier siswa SMP kelas 9 kota Depok R= 0.627, p < .01.
This research is conducted to examine wheter career decision making self efficacy could predict career adaptability among 9th grade students in Depok City. The career decision making self efficacy is measured with career decision making self efficacy scale short form CDMSE SF which was created by Taylor and Betz 1983 . Reliability coefficient for CDMSE SF is 0.879. The career adaptability is measured with Career Adapt Abilities Scale CAAS which was created by Savickas and Porfeli 2012 with reliability coefficient of 0.899. Participants of this study consist of 666 respondents with following students who are currently in 9th grade at Depok City. Using simple resgression analysis, the result pointed out that career decision making self efficacy could predict career adaptability R 0.627, p .01."

"Masa transisi dari institusi pendidikan ke dunia kerja adalah periode yang penting untuk dihadapi oleh mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan fresh graduates. Meski sifatnya sangat vital dalam perjalanan karier individu, transisi ini adalah proses yang tidak mudah dan penuh dengan ketidakpastian, sehingga dapat menjadi masa yang menekan bagi mereka yang menjalaninya. Untuk bisa melewati masa transisi ini dengan sukses, individu membutuhkan kemampuan adaptabilitas karier yang baik. Dengan berdasar pada Teori Konstruksi Karier, penelitian ini bertujuan melihat peran aspek-aspek dalam diri yaitu efikasi diri, optimisme, harapan, dan resiliensi yang diteliti dalam payung konstruk psychological capital (PsyCap) terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengambilan data primer pada 448 partisipan mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan fresh graduates di Indonesia. Hasil analisis regresi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PsyCap dan aspek-aspek yang terkandung di dalamnya yaitu efikasi diri, optimisme, harapan, dan resiliensi dapat memprediksi adaptabilitas karier secara signifikan dan positif, dimana efikasi diri ditemukan memiliki peran terbesar terhadap adaptabilitas karier (β = 0.281, SE = 0.028, p <0.01). PsyCap secara keseluruhan ditemukan dapat memprediksi adaptabilitas karier dengan baik, dimana 60.9% variasi pada adaptabilitas karier dapat dijelaskan oleh PsyCap (F (1, 446) = 693.477, p <0.01 dengan R2 = 0,609).
School-to-work transition is a vital period that has to be imminently faced by final-year university students and recent graduates. Despite its importance in one’s career path, this transition is not easy and full of uncertainty, thus can be a stressful period for transitioners. To successfully navigate this transition, one needs career adaptability skills. Using the Career Construction Theory framework, this study aims to investigate the role of self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience as part of the higher-order construct of psychological capital (PsyCap) in predicting career adaptability. The study was conducted by collecting primary data from 448 final year students and fresh graduates in Indonesia. The results of the regression analysis done in the study showed that PsyCap and its components, namely self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience positively and significantly predict career adaptability, with self-efficacy having the largest role in predicting career adaptability (β = 0.281, SE = 0.028, p <0.01). PsyCap in its entirety was found to be a good predictor of career adaptability, with 60.9% variation in career adaptability being explained by the individual’s PsyCap (F (1, 446) = 693.477, p <0.01 with R2 = 0,609)."

"Masa transisi dari perkuliahan ke dunia kerja merupakan periode yang penuh tantangan bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Masa transisi ini seringkali diwarnai dengan berbagai ketidakpastian dan perubahan, sehingga menuntut individu untuk memiliki kemampuan beradaptasi yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran career decision self-efficacy dalam memediasi hubungan antara parental career-related behavior dan adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program sarjana (N=256) dari berbagai universitas di Jabodetabek yang sedang menempuh semester 6 atau lebih. Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale – Short Form (CDSE-SF), Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS), Parental Career-Related Behavior Scale (PCB-S) menjadi alat ukur dalam penelitian ini. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Pearson Correlation dan macro PROCESS dari Hayes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa career decision self-efficacy dapat menjadi variabel mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara support parental career-related behavior dengan adaptabilitas karier, dan menjadi mediator penuh dalam hubungan antara interference dan lack of engagement parental career-related behavior dengan adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bahwa peningkatan career decision self-efficacy dan dukungan karier dari orang tua dapat meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat bagi pengembangan karier di perguruan tinggi, mahasiswa, dan orang tua.
The transition from college to the workforce is a challenging period for senior year college students. These transitional periods are often colored with a variety of uncertainties and changes, thus demanding that individuals have good adaptability. This study aims to examine the role of career decision self-efficacy in mediating the relationship between parental career-related behavior and career adaptability among senior year college students. This is a quantitative study with a non-experimental research design. Purposive sampling was used to collect data from 256 undergraduate students from various universities in the Jabodetabek area who were in their 6th semester or higher. The research instruments used were the Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale – Short Form (CDSE-SF), Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS), and Parental Career-Related Behavior Scale (PCB-S). Data analysis was conducted using Pearson Correlation and Hayes' macro PROCESS. The results of this study showed that career decision self-efficacy can be a partial mediator in the relationship between support parental career-related behavior and career adaptability, and a full mediator in the relationship between interference and lack of engagement parental career-related behavior and career adaptability. This research has implications that improved career decision self-efficacy and support parental career related behavior can improve the career adaptability of senior year college students. This study provides benefits for career development in higher education, students, and parents."

"Mahasiswa yang sedang memasuki periode realistis dalam tahap perkembangan karier masih memiliki tingkat adaptabilitas karier rendah. Faktor eksternal yang sangat memengaruhi adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa adalah dukungan teman sebaya, dimana mahasiswa lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu bersama teman sebayanya untuk saling memberikan informasi dan saran karier, dukungan emosional, serta menjadikan teman sebagai panutan dalam hal yang berkaitan dengan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi oleh efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier (CDSE) pada pengaruh dukungan teman sebaya terhadap adaptabilitas karier kepada mahasiswa. CDSE dipilih sebagai mediator karena adaptabilitas karier dapat ditingkatkan melalui sumber-sumber efikasi diri. Responden adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang kuliah di Jabodetabek (N = 538) dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen Career-Adapt-Abilities Scale, Career-Related Peer Support, dan Career Decision Self Efficacy - Short Form yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karier memediasi secara penuh pengaruh dukungan teman sebaya terhadap adaptabilitas karier (c = 0,247; p < 0,001). Dukungan teman sebaya sebagai faktor eksternal tidak cukup untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier, namun diperlukan adanya faktor internal untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa, dimana dalam hal ini diwadahi oleh CDSE. College students are in a realistic period in the career development stage, but in reality, the level of students’ career adaptability is still low. The external factor that greatly influences the career adaptability of students is peer support, where students spend more time with their peers for providing information and career suggestions to each other, emotional support, and being role models in matters related to careers. College students tend to spend most of their time with peers to exchange career information and suggestions, emotional support, and peers as their role models in a career-related setting. This present study aims to analyze the mediating role of career decision self-efficacy (CDSE) on the effect of peer support on career adaptability to college students. CDSE was chosen as moderator because career adaptability can be enhanced through self-efficacy sources. Participants are final year students in Jabodetabek (N = 538) and data was collected using convenience sampling techniques. This study was using Career Adapt-Abilities Scale, Career-Related Peer Support, and Career Decision Self-Efficacy - Short Form that have been translated to Bahasa. Mediation analysis shows that career decision self-efficacy fully mediated peer support on career adaptability (c = 0,247; p < 0,001). Peer support as an external factor is not sufficient enough to enhance career adaptability, but internal factor is needed to enhance career adaptability, which is career decision self-efficacy. "Mahasiswa, khususnya yang sedang berada di tingkat akhir, sedang bersiap untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan meniti karier. Pemilihan karier yang mereka lakukan dipengaruhi berbagai hal, salah satunya efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier career decision self-efficacy; CDSE . Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh aspek orangtua seperti kelekatan atau dukungan terhadap CDSE. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara persepsi keterlibatan orangtua dan CDSE. Penelitian korelasional ini dilakukan pada 487 mahasiswa yang berada di tahun atau tingkat terakhir perkuliahan. Pengukuran keterlibatan orangtua dibagi menjadi tiga dimensi yaitu ekspresif, instrumental, dan mentoring/advising menggunakan Father Involvement Scale-Reported FIS-R; Finley Schwartz, 2004 dan Mother Involvement Scale-Reported MIS-R; Finley, Mira, Schwartz, 2008 . CDSE diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy?Short Form CDSE-SF oleh Betz, Klein, dan Taylor 1996 . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara ketiga dimensi persepsi keterlibatan ayah dengan CDSE ekspresif: r=.206, p= le;.01; instrumental: r=.170, p= le;.01; mentoring/advising: r=.185, p= le;.01 dan hubungan positif antara ketiga dimensi persepsi keterlibatan ibu dengan CDSE ekspresif: r=.257, p= le;.01; instrumental: r=.273, p= le;.01; mentoring/advising: r=.266, p= le;.01 . Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini serta saran untuk penelitian lanjutan didiskusikan.
Final year undergraduates are preparing to enter the workforce and to build their careers. Choosing a career is influenced by numerous factors, one of which is career decision self efficacy CDSE . A number of studies have shown positive relationships between some parental aspects, such as attachment or support, and CDSE. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between perceived parental involvement and CDSE. This correlational study was conducted on 487 final year undergraduates. The measurement of perceived parental involvement was separated into three dimensions, namely expressive, instrumental, and mentoring advising using Father Involvement Scale Reported FIS R Finley Schwartz, 2004 and Mother Involvement Scale Reported MIS R Finley, Mira, Schwartz, 2008 . CDSE was measured using Career Decision Self Efficacy Short Form CDSE SF by Betz, Klein, and Taylor 1996 . Results showed positive relationships between the three dimensions of perceived father involvement and CDSE expressive r .206, p le .01 instrumental r .170, p le .01 mentoring advising r .185, p le .01 and also positive relationships between the three dimensions of mother involvement and CDSE expressive r .257, p le .01 instrumental r .273, p le .01 mentoring advising r .266, p le .01 . The implications of the results and suggestions for future studies are discussed."

"Adaptabilitas karier adalah kemampuan penting bagi mahasiswa yang akan memasuki dunia kerja dan diketahui berhubungan positif dengan dukungan orang tua, mengingat peran orang tua masih relevan di tahap perkembangan ini. Hubungan tersebut diduga dimediasi oleh career decision self-efficacy (CDSE). Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran CDSE sebagai mediator antara dukungan orang tua dan adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa Indonesia. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program Diploma dan Sarjana Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia (N = 216). Ketiga variabel penelitian diukur menggunakan Career Adapt-Adapt Abilities Scale (CAAS), Career-related Parent Support Scale (CRPSS), dan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDSE-SF). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa CDSE memediasi penuh hubungan antara dukungan orang tua dan adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa (ab = 0,1984, 95% CI [0,1294, 0,2815]). Temuan ini mendukung kerangka Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) dan menekankan pentingnya penguatan CDSE dalam pengembangan karier mahasiswa dan masih relevannya dukungan orang tua terhadap perkembangan karier mahasiswa.

This relationship is hypothesized to be mediated by career decision self-efficacy (CDSE). This study aims to examine the mediating role of CDSE in the relationship between parental support and career adaptability among Indonesian university students. The participants were diploma and undergraduate students from universities in Indonesia (N = 216). The three research variables were measured using the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS), the Career-related Parent Support Scale (CRPSS), and the Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDSE-SF). Statistical analysis showed that CDSE fully mediated the relationship between parental support and career adaptability (ab = 0.1984, 95% CI [0.1294, 0.2815]). These findings support the Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) framework and emphasize the importance of strengthening CDSE in students’ career development, as well as the continuing relevance of parental support in their career growth."

"Saat ini, prevalensi orang dengan demensia (ODD) di Indonesia terus meningkat dan diperkirakan mencapai 4 juta jiwa pada tahun 2050 (Alzheimer’s Indonesia, 2020). Risiko mengalami demensia lebih besar pada kelompok lanjut usia (lansia). Kondisi tersebut menegaskan kebutuhan akan peran caregiver keluarga, karena lansia dengan demensia memerlukan bantuan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Di sisi lain, peran tersebut kerap disertai tantangan yang membebani caregiver. Keberadaan sumber daya yang dipersepsikan sebagai dukungan sosial diduga dapat membangun keyakinan caregiver terhadap kemampuannya dalam menghadapi kesulitan selama merawat sehingga meringankan beban yang dirasakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran efikasi diri caregiver sebagai mediator pada hubungan persepsi dukungan sosial dan beban pengasuhan pada caregiver keluarga lansia dengan demensia. Partisipan berjumlah 95 caregiver (16 laki-laki, 79 perempuan; rata-rata usia 40,79 tahun (SD = 12,26) dan rata-rata telah merawat selama 39.79 bulan (SD = 32.97). Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), dan Caregiver Inventory (CGI). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan program Macro PROCESS Hayes SPSS Model 4 simple mediation dan bootstrapping 5000 sampel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri caregiver memediasi penuh hubungan persepsi dukungan sosial dan beban pengasuhan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa persepsi dukungan sosial berperan penting dalam meringankan beban selama pengasuhan, melalui peningkatan efikasi diri. Sebagai implikasi dari temuan, peneliti menekankan pentingnya intervensi untuk mempererat hubungan sosial dan mendorong peningkatan keyakinan diri caregiver.
The prevalence of people with dementia (PwD) in Indonesia continues to rise and is predicted to reach 4 million by 2050 (Alzheimer’s Indonesia, 2020). Dementia is more prevalent among older adults, highlighting the need for family caregivers, as elderly with dementia require assistance in daily activities. However, caregiving often comes with challenges that place a burden on caregivers. Resources that are perceived as social support may enhance caregivers’ confidence in managing caregiving responsibilities, which in turn may alleviate their burden. This study aims to examine the mediating role of caregiver self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived social support and caregiver burden among family caregivers of elderly with dementia. A total of 95 caregivers participated in the study (16 males, 79 females; age (M = 40.79, SD = 12.26 years old; caregiving duration (M = 39.79 SD = 32.97 months). The instruments used were the Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Caregiver Inventory (CGI). Data were analyzed using Hayes’ PROCESS Macro SPSS Model 4 with 5,000 bootstrap samples. Results showed that caregiver self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between perceived social support and caregiver burden. The finding highlights the importance of perceived social support in alleviating caregiver burden by enhancing caregiver self-efficacy. This study highlights the importance of interventions that strengthen social relationships and enhance caregivers’ self-efficacy."

"Kompetensi sosial emosional merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menyiapkan siswa yang kompeten secara sosial emosional untuk menghadapi berbagai tantangan di abad 21. Dalam mengembangkan kompetensi sosial emosional pada guru, persepsi guru terhadap iklim sekolah dan tingkat efikasi diri guru menjadi faktor yang mendukung hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari efek mediasi yang dimiliki oleh efikasi diri guru terhadap hubungan antara persepsi iklim sekolah dan kompetensi sosial emosional guru. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 493 guru sekolah dasar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan alat ukur Social Emotional Competencies-Teacher Rating Scale untuk mengukur kompetensi sosial emosional guru, Revised-School Level Enviromental Questionnaire untuk mengukur persepsi iklim sekolah, dan Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale versi bahasa Indonesia untuk mengukur efikasi diri guru. Analisis regresi Hayes dilakukan terhadap penelitian ini dan ditemukan bahwa terdapat mediasi parsial untuk variabel efikasi diri guru terhadap hubungan persepsi iklim sekolah dan kompetensi sosial emosional guru pada dimensi teacher-student relationships dan emotion regulation. Hasil temuan ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi positif guru terhadap iklim sekolah dan efikasi diri guru berperan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial emosional pada guru sekolah dasar.
Social-emotional competence is one of the abilities required by teachers to prepare students who are socially and emotionally competent to face various challenges in the 21st century. In developing social-emotional competence in teachers, teachers' perceptions of the school climate and the level of teacher self-efficacy become factors that support this. This study aims to find the mediating effect of teacher self-efficacy on the relationship between perceptions of the school climate and the social-emotional competence of teachers. The participants in this study were 493 elementary school teachers in Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature, using the Social Emotional Competencies-Teacher Rating Scale (SECTRS) to measure teachers' social-emotional competence, the Revised-School Level Environmental Questionnaire (R-SLEQ) to measure perceptions of the school climate, and the Teachers’ Sense of Efficacy Scale in the Indonesian language (I-TSES) to measure teacher self-efficacy. Regression analysis, specifically Hayes' method, was applied to this research, and it was found that there is partial mediation for the variable of teacher self-efficacy in the relationship between perceptions of the school climate and teachers' social-emotional competence in the dimensions of teacher-student relationships and emotion regulation. These findings demonstrate that positive perceptions of the school climate and teacher self-efficacy play a role in enhancing social-emotional competence in elementary school teachers."

"Masa remaja adalah masa untuk memilih dari berbagai macam pilihan yang berkaitan dengan karier masa depan. Salah satunya adalah memilih peminatan di SMA yang dalam kurikulum 2013 dilakukan pada waktu siswa duduk di kelas 10. Proses memilih peminatan erat kaitannya dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier. Salah satu faktor yang dapat membantu siswa untuk dapat mencapai efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier adalah persepsi siswa mengenai dukungan sosial yang didapatkan dari guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi mengenai dukungan dari guru, yaitu guru bidang studi dan guru BP/BK, dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier pada siswa SMA kelas 10. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 200 orang siswa SMA kelas 10 di Depok yang telah memilih peminatan.Persepsi dukungan guru diukur menggunakan Teacher Support Scale dari McWhirter (1997, dalam Metheny, McWhirter, & O’Neil, 2008) dan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier diukur dengan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale dari Taylor dan Betz (1983, dalam Taylor & Betz, 2006) yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Korelasi antara persepsi dukungan guru, baik guru bidang studi maupun guru BP/BK, dengan efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Hasil akan didiskusikan lebih lanjut.
Adolescence is a time to choose from a wide variety of career options related to the future. One of them is to choose a specialization in high school which in the Kurikulum 2013 performed when students sitting in 10th grade. The process of selecting specialization is closely related to career decision-making self-efficacy. One of the factors that can help adolescents reach their career decision-making self-efficacy is the perception of students regarding social support obtained from the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of perceived support from teachers, which is divided as subject teachers and schoolcouselors, with the career decision-making self-efficacy on 10th grade students in high school. The participants of this study are 200 10th grade students in senior high school in Depok who have chosen specialization. Perceived teacher support was measured using the Teacher Support Scale from McWhirter (1997, in Metheny, McWhirter, & O'Neil, 2008 ), and career decision-making self-efficacy was measured using the Career Decision Self -Efficacy Scale from Taylor and Betz (1983, in Taylor & Betz, 2006) which has been adapted and modified by the researcher. The correlation between perceived teacher support, both subject teachers and school-counselors, with career decision-making self-efficacy showed significant results. The results will be discussed further."
