"Kepatuhan petugas terhadap standard operating procedure pelayanan dapat membantu mengurangi risiko kesalahan dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Sejak akreditasi tahun 2017 di Puskesmas Kalijaga Permai belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi kepatuhan petugas terhadap standard operating procedure pelayanan rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepatuhan petugas terhadap standard operating procedure pelayanan rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kalijaga Permai dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dengan kerangka teori kepatuhan diadaptasi dari theory of planned behavior, theory of knowledge, attitude dan practice serta theory of compliance. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan petugas terhadap Standar Operating Procedure pelayanan rawat jalan di Puskesmas Kalijaga Permai walaupun secara umum sudah baik namun masih terdapat beberapa ketidakpatuhan oleh petugas di bagian kesehatan ibu dan anak, pendaftaran dan balai pengobatan umum. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan petugas terhadap standard operating procedure rawat jalan yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, dan sarana. Upaya perbaikan kepatuhan petugas terhadap standard operating procedure pelayanan rawat jalan diperlukan dengan cara peningkatan kepatuhan petugas antara lain pengawasan oleh pimpinan puskesmas, audit internal terkait kepatuhan, serta penguatan komitmen pada jam buka dan tutup pelayanan.

Compliance of personnel with standard operating procedures (SOP in healthcare services can help reduce the risk of errors and improve patient safety. Since the accreditation in 2017 at Kalijaga Permai Community Health Center (Puskesmas), there has been no evaluation of the compliance of personnel with the SOPfor outpatient care. This research aims to analyze the compliance of personnel with the SOP for outpatient care at Kalijaga Permai Puskesmas and the influencing factors. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design, using a theoretical framework of compliance adapted from the theory of planned behavior, theory of knowledge, attitude, and practice, as well as the theory of compliance. The results of this research indicate that although the overall compliance of personnel with the SOP for outpatient care at Kalijaga Permai Puskesmas is good, there are still some non-compliance issues among personnel in the Maternal and Child Health, registration, and General Health Clinic departments. The factors influencing the compliance of personnel with the SOP for outpatient care include knowledge, attitude, and facilities. Efforts to improve the compliance of personnel with the SOP for outpatient care are needed, including increased supervision by the Puskesmas management, internal audits related to compliance, and strengthening commitment to the opening and closing hours of service."

"One of the Indonesian health problems is under 5-year child`s mortality still high. This highly mortality is caused by Pneumonia (10, 6/1000 children. The effort to decrease this problem is by enchanting Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARTI) service standard, which the health workers compliance to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) can be performed. The strategy to overcome this problem is by approaching the Quality Assurance.
The objective of this study is to get the description of staff level compliance to the standard operating procedure of the ARTI service at the Health centers. In the otherhand also to find the correlation of characteristic factors and the dominant factors to health workers compliance. This study was carried out on April until May 2001 at 7 Health Centers, where the Quality Assurance had already applied. The objects of this study were 35 health workers who conduct the ARTI health serviceman. This study was cross sectional, analyzing univariate, bivariate and also multivariate were used to find the distribution, correlation and the major factors.
The result showed that the proportion of the health workers compliance at those 7 Health Centers are still low, especially for the counseling activity. The bivariate analysis showed that there was a predominant factor, as knowledge, training and supervision significantly correlated to the compliance of the Health workers. Multivariate analysis showed us that the most dominant factor is Health training concerning to the ARTI. Supporting this effort, staff training is needed to improve the quality of the health services.

"Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu salah satu hal yang dinilai dalam Quality assurance adalah tingkat kepatuhan petugas. Tingkat kepatuhan petugas terhadap standar pemeriksaan pasien ISPA merupakan penilaian terhadap kinerja petugas. Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan salah satu daerah proyek penerapan QA. Dan Laporan Puskesmas uji coba tingkat kepatuhan petugas terhadap standar pemeriksaan masih rendah yaitu 56,0 %.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh informasi tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepatuhan petugas standar pemeriksaan ISPA di Puskesmas Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2002. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel total populasi sebanyak 102 petugas pemeriksa di Balai Pengobatan. Pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh gambaran faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan, petugas diminta mengisi kuesioner, sedangkan untuk memperoleh tingkat kepatuhan petugas dengan mengamati petugas selama memeriksa pasien ISPA dengan menggunakan daftar tilik.
Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan dari 102 petugas pemeriksa pasien di BP yang diteliti maka hanya 30,4 % petugas yang patuh, pendidikan berlatar belakang medis 28,4 %, yang memiliki beban kerja ringan hanya 19,6 %, kepala Puskesmas yang mempunyai kepemimpinan kondusif hanya 59,8 %, pengetahuan tentang program ISPA 55,9 % pengetahuan baik, 62,7 % petugas mempunyai motivasi baik, 40,2 % pernah mengikuti pelatihan, 40,2 % petugas mengatakan pernah memperoleh pembinaan dan sarana minimal pemeriksaan dipuskesmas yang lengkap 27,5 %. Dari 8 variabel yang diuji stastististik dengan kai kuadrat diperoleh hubungan yang bermakna antara kepatuhan dengan kepemimpinan, pengetahuan petugas, motivasi, pelatihan, pembinaan dan sarana minimal dengan nilai P < 0,05. Sedangkan untuk analisis multivariat dengan regresi logistik ganda hanya tiga variabel yang secara signifikan berhubungan dengan kepatuhan yaitu kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan sarana minimal, dengan nilai P<0,05. Kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dengan OR 19,8361 kali. Untuk uji interaksi antara ketiga variabel dipemleh hasil yaitu tidak ada hubungan interaksi antara ketiga variabel tersebut.
Kesimpulan secara umum kepatuhan petugas terhadap standar pemeriksaan pasien ISPA di Puskesmas Seluruh Kota Bandar Lampung masih rendah, disarankan kepada Depkes untuk menyederhanakan daftar tilik agar dalam penerapan dilapangan lebih operasional. Kepada Dinas Kesehatan hendaknya dalam penempatan kepala puskesmas harus benar-benar kepala puskesmas mempunyai visi untuk kemajuan puskesmas dan dalam melakukan pembinaan kepada puskesmas secara rutin dan terstruktur dan untuk semua petugas harus membudayakan budaya mutu dalam setiap kegiatannya.

In order to improve the quality of health service the one that should be examined in quality assurance is the level of the health worker compliance. The level of health worker compliance to the examining standard of ARI patient is assessment to health worker?s performance. Lampung City is one of the rural projects in implementing the QA. Based on the report of Health Center model to the standard of examining is still low, that was 56,0%.
The objective of this study is to obtain the information on the factors that related with the level compliance of the health worker, who giving the examining standard of ARI patient at the Health Center of Bandar Lampung in 2002. This study design used cross-sectional, with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The number of sample and population was 102 examiner workers at the Health Center. The data were collected to obtain the description of factor that related with the compliance, the worker asked to fill-out the questionnaire, while to obtain the level of worker compliance by observation to the worker during the examining of ARI patient, the observation used checklist.
The result of this study shows that out of 102 patients who examining by the workers at the Health Center which studied, it was only 30,4% whose compliance. Their education background in medical was 28.4%. The ones who having light work loading are 19,6%. Head of the Health Center who's having conducive leadership only 59.8%, the knowledge on ARI program was good 55,9%. The workers who having good motivation was 62,7%, 40,2% ever followed the training, 40,2% workers said that they ever obtained the development and minimal utility of full examining at the Health Center was 27,5%.
Four variables, that are education, staffs knowledge, the facility of examining, leadership, work load, supervision, training, and motivation statistically significant associated with compliance, and minimum equipment with p<0,05. While for multivariate analysis by double logistic regression, only three variables that significantly having relationship to compliance, i.e. leadership, training and minimal utility, with p<0,05. The leadership was variable those the most dominant with OR 19,8361 times. For interaction test among the three variables, it obtained the result; i.e. there was not any relation among those three variables.
The conclusion in general, the health worker compliance to the examining standard of ARI patient at the Health Center throughout Bandar Lampung City was still low, It is suggested to the MOH to make simple the examining list in order the implementation at the field more professional. To Local Health Office, when he placed the head of Health Center should be the real of head of Health Center who's having vision to the development of the Health Center and in doing the development to Health Center routinely and structurally. For entire of the health workers should be socialized the quality in each activity.

"Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif merupakan hak dasar penduduk usia 15-59 tahun untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan sesuai standar yang harus dipenuhi oleh pemerintah daerah kab/kota. Dengan status akreditasi puskesmas yang sudah diraih dan manajemen puskesmas yang sudah diterapkan, capaian SPM pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif di Kota Cirebon masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efek status akreditasi dan manajemen puskesmas terhadap capaian SPM pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif puskesmas di Kota Cirebon. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian crossectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh puskesmas di Kota Cirebon. Sampel penelitian adalah 22 puskesmas (total sampling). Analisis statistik menggunakan uji annova one way, uji korelasi dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan status akreditasi puskesmas tidak berefek terhadap capaian SPM pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif, sedangkan semua aspek manajemen puskesmas berkorelasi cukup kuat dan kuat kecuali fokus pelanggan yang berkorelasi lemah/tidak berkorelasi. Diperlukan penerapan manajemen puskesmas yang berkualitas dan dukungan dinas kesehatan agar SPM pelayanan kesehatan pada usia produktif dapat tercapai.  

Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for health services at productive age are the basic rights of the population aged 15-59 years to obtain health services according to the standards that must be met by the district/city regional government. With the accreditation status of the public health center that has been achieved and the management of the public health center that has been implemented, the achievement of SPM for health services at productive age in Cirebon City is still low. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the accreditation status and management of the public health center on the achievement of the MSS for health services at the productive age of the public health center in Cirebon City. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. The research population was all health centers in Cirebon City. The research sample was 22 health centers (total sampling). Statistical analysis using one-way annova test, correlation test and simple linear regression test. The results showed that the accreditation status of the public health center had no effect on the achievement of SPM for health services at productive age, while all aspects of public health center management had a fairly strong and strong correlation except for customer focus which had a weak correlation/no correlation. It is necessary to implement quality health center management and the support of the health office so that the SPM for health services at productive age can be achieved."

"Dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 disebutkan bahwa puskesmas harus melaksanakan pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai standar. Saat ini belum semua puskesmas memenuhi standar pelayanan kefarmasian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepatuhan implementasi standar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas Kota Bekasi sehingga diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberi masukan agar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas berjalan sesuai standar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan unit analisis pelayanan kefarmasian meliputi pelayanan resep, pelayanan informasi obat, dan konseling. Untuk memperkuat pembahasan dilakukan pengumpulan data kualitatif. Sampel sebanyak 100 pelayanan kefarmasian diambil dari 10 puskesmas di Kota Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, pengisian lembar kuesioner, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil bahwa puskesmas telah melaksanakan pelayanan resep dan pelayanan informasi obat namun belum sesuai standar sedangkan konseling belum dilaksanakan di semua puskesmas. Puskesmas yang memiliki apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab, fasilitas kefarmasian yang baik, standar prosedur operasional, uraian tugas dan mendapatkan komunikasi kebijakan dan supervisi yang baik lebih patuh terhadap standar pelayanan kefarmasian.
Pemerintah disarankan untuk merevisi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 75 Tahun 2014 tentang Puskesmas dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, menetapkan apoteker sebagai tenaga kesehatan strategis, program internsip dan kebijakan pegawai tidak tetap untuk apoteker. Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bekasi disarankan untuk melakukan advokasi kebijakan penempatan apoteker di puskesmas sesuai analisis beban kerja, pelatihan berkelanjutan, sosialisasi kebijakan kepada tenaga kefarmasian di puskesmas, penyusunan petunjuk teknis pelayanan farmasi klinik, supervisi rutin, dan menetapkan sistem penilaian kinerja perorangan untuk pemberian kompensasi dan sanksi. Puskesmas disarankan untuk merencanakan kebutuhan apoteker sesuai analisis beban kerja, menempatkan apoteker sebagai penanggungjawab pelayanan kefarmasian, menyediakan fasilitas kefarmasian sesuai standar, menyusun standar prosedur operasional, menyusun uraian tugas, supervisi internal, dan menerapkan penilaian kinerja perorangan dan memberikan insentif berbasis kinerja perorangan.

Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 74 of 2016 states that primary health centers must perform pharmaceutical services according standard. Currently, not all community health centers meet the standard of pharmaceutical service. This study aims to analyze the compliance in the implementation of pharmaceutical services standard in primary health centers in Bekasi so it is expected to provide an input to the pharmaceutical services at primary health centers in order to be implemented in accordance with the standards. This research was conducted with quantitative approach with pharmaceutical services as unit of analysis which including prescription service, drug information service, and counseling. To strengthen the results discussion then in this study also conducted qualitative data collection. Samples of 100 pharmaceutical services were taken from 10 in primary health centers in Bekasi. The data were collected by observation, filling in questionnaire, and in depth interviews. The results showed that the primary health center had performed prescription and medication services but not yet meet with the standard while counseling had not been implemented in all primary health centers. Primary health center that have pharmacists, good pharmacy facilities, standard operating procedures, job descriptions and good policy communication and supervision are more obedient to the standard of pharmaceutical services.
The Government is advised to revise Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 75 of 2014 on Primary Health Center and Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 74 of 2016 on Standard of Pharmaceutical Service in Primary Health Center, establishing pharmacist as strategic health officer, internsip program and non permanent employee policy for pharmacist. Bekasi City Distric Health Office is advised to advocate placement of pharmacist in community health center policy according to work load analysis, continuing professional development, policy communication to pharmacy staff at community health center, preparation of clinical pharmaceutical services technical guidance, routine supervision, and set individual performance appraisal system for reward and punishment. Primary health centers are advised to plan the pharmacist 39 s needs in accordance with workload analysis, placing pharmacists as responsible pharmaceutical services, providing pharmaceutical facilities according to standards, developing standar operating procedures, preparing job descriptions, internal supervision, and applying individual performance assessments and give incentive based on individual performance.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pelayanan rekam medis rawat jalan di RSUD Gunung
Jati Kota Cirebon. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
lama waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pelayanan rekam medis rawat jalan
serta mengidentifikasi hambatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah
penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata lama waktu
yang dibutuhkan adalah 151 menit. Proses terlama terdapat di tahap pencarian
rekam medis rawat jalan. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk proses pelayanan rekam
medis rawat jalan yaitu > 10 menit, dipengaruhi oleh minimnya pelatihan tentang
penyimpanan, serta belum optimalnya lemari penyimpanan rekam medis dibagian
penyimpanan

ABSTRACT
This research analyzed the outpatient medical record services at RSUD Gunung
Jati Cirebon. The purposes of this study were to determine the length of time it
takes in a series of processes of outpatient medical record services and to identify
obstacles. The type of research employed was qualitative research. The results
showed that the average length of was 151 minutes. The longest process occurred
in the search stage of outpatient medical records. The time required in the process
of outpatient medical record services was still within the old category, i.e. >10
minutes, which was affected by the lack of training on storage, and the nonoptimum
use of medical record storage cabinets in the storage section"

"Mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang baik di puskesmas akan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien sebagai pelanggan eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan pelayanan rawat jalan poli umum puskesmas di Kota Sabang tahun 2008, dengan desain penelitian cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif yang kemudian dianalisa secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariate, serta pendekatan kualitatif yang dianalisa dengan menggunakan matrik. Sampelnya adalah pasien yang berkunjung rawat jalan poli umum puskesmas di Kota Sabang pada bulan Februari 2008 berjumlah 110 pasien.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pasien yang merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan sebesar 50,9%. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan yang berhubungan adalah status pekerjaan (nilai p = 0,037). Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah sumber biaya askeskin (nilai p = 0,035). Faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah: umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan. Hasil pemetaan dimensi mutu didapatkan pernyataan yang menjadi prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki adalah alat periksa tersedia dan lengkap, petugas memberi informasi yang jelas tentang penyakit yang diderita pasien, pasien selalu mendapatkan pelayanan dari dokter, dan petugas memberi kesempatan pasien untuk bertanya dan menyampaikan keluhan.
Perlu adanya alur pelayanan, petunjuk ruangan, pembatas ruangan, SOP, standarisasi tugas, uraian tugas, bimbingan teknis yang baik dan benar, dokter yang selalu melakukan pemeriksaan di poli umum sesuai jadwal piket dan ilmu yang telah didapatkan sesuai profesinya, sehingga memberi kesempatan pasien untuk bertanya dan menyampaikan keluhan, serta memberi informasi penyakit yang diderita pasien.

The good quality of health care on public health centre will give satisfaction to patient as the external customer. The purpose of this research want to find out characteristic of outpatient service satisfaction of poly public health centre in Sabang city in 2008, this research was done by a cross sectional method with quantitative approach and univariate, bivariate, multivariate analyzed, and qualitative approach that analysed by using matrix. The sample in this research was taken from outpatient public poly in Public Health Centre in Sabang City on Februari 2008 amount 110 patient.
Result of research shows of patients feel satisfied with service that give as high as 50,9%. Result of bivariate analysis is got corelated is job status (value p = 0,037). Dominant factor which relation with patient satisfaction is expense source askeskin (p-value = 0,035). Factor is not relation with patient satisfaction is age, gender, education. Whereas statement that become main priority for repaired is tool checks available and complete, officer gives clear information about patient's diseases, patient always gets service from doctor, and officers gives patient opportunity to enquire and submit sigh.
Must existence of service path, room guideline, room constrictor, SOP, duty standardization, duty description, good technical supervision and correctness, docter always serve in public poly on schedule care of service and knowledge that has been got according its profession.

"Analysis on the Compliance Rate of Health Personnel towards the Integrated Management of Childhood Illness at DKI Jakarta Health Center Year 2001The Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with the World Health Organization, since 1997, has developed an approach in managing sick child under-five at the primary health services known as Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI). Today, IMCI has been implemented in 26 provinces (of 30 provinces present) covering 128 districts/municipalities in Indonesia.
The province of DKI Jakarta, using regional budget 2000, has started socializing the IMCI to 14 health centers in 5 regions of Jakarta. How is the compliance of health worker in implementing the IMCI has never been studied.
The objective of this study is to have a outline information on factors related to the health worker's compliance towards IMCI implementation at HC in Jakarta. The study will use "cross-sectional" design with quantitative and qualitative approach and total sample of 23 IMCI-implement health workers. Data collection is conducted by direct observation to the health workers during sick child examination using a checklist. After the observation, the health workers will fill in a questionnaire. Some secondary data will also be collected using the checklist for Monitoring IMCI record and checklist for supporting facilities.
The result of the study shows that of 23 IMCI-implement health workers in DKI Jakarta 21.72% comply with interval value 58.61% - 90.28%, with cut off point value 80. The Internal factors is proven to have significant correlation with health worker's compliance with p = 0.04. While the external factors is proven to have significant correlation with human resources/MMCI facilities with p = 0.02 and leader's commitment with p = 0.009.
In conclusion, the compliance rate of HC personnel in DKI Jakarta towards IMCI has not adequate. It is suggested to the Provincial Health Services DKI Jakarta to provide a health policy in managing sick child under-five using IMCI approach and at the same time improving quality of its monitoring and supervision.
Health Center needs to have a clear task description for each of their personnel and a continued monitoring/supervision. A reward system should also be considered. The Ministry of Health needs to review the IMCI Monitoring and Supervision Checklist also considers Cut of Point of IMCI compliance rate and finalizing the Essential Drug for IMCI."

"Implementasi EMR merupakan kewajiban bagi setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, namun implementasi EMR masih menemui banyak kendala sehingga evaluasi menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan, salah satunya dari sisi pengguna. Untuk itu RSUI merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang telah menerapkan EMR dan belum ada penelitian yang dilakukan di rumah sakit ini. tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan EMR berdasarkan perspektif tenaga kesehatan di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analisis deskriptif-kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui pengisian kuesioner oleh responden terpilih dengan cara purposive sampling dengan sampel 68 tenaga kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan berada pada kategori baik. Akan tetapi, terdapat beberapa indikator pada dimensi penelitian yang memiliki persentase kurang baik yang cukup tinggi yaitu kemudahan penggunaan (32,3%), keamanan (35,3%) dan kecepatan waktu respon (67,7%) pada kualitas sistem dan dukungan teknis berkaitan dengan panduan (57,3%) dan dukungan infrastruktur (30,9%) pada kualitas layanan. Sehingga, walaupun sudah berada pada kategori baik akan tetapi masih perlu dilakukan perbaikan khususnya pada indikator persepsi kurang baik dengan persentase cukup tinggi.

EMR implementation is an obligation for every health care facility, but EMR implementation still encounters many challenges so that evaluation becomes an important thing to do, one of which is from the user's perspective. For this reason, RSUI is one of the hospitals that has implemented EMR and no studies have been conducted at this hospital. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the implementation of EMR based on the perspective of health professionals at the University of Indonesia Hospital outpatient installation. This study used a descriptive quantitative analysis research design, with primary data collection through filling out questionnaires by selected respondents by purposive sampling with a sample of 68 health professionals. The results of this study indicate that information quality, system quality and service quality are in the good category. However, there are several indicators in the research dimensions that have a fairly high percentage of unfavorable, namely ease of use (32.3%), security (35.3%) and speed of response time (67.7%) in system quality and technical support related to guidance (57.3%) and infrastructure support (30.9%) in service quality. Thus, although it is already in the good category, improvements still need to be made, especially in the unfavorable perception indicator with a fairly high percentage."

"Permasalahan kesehatan yang perlu penanganan serius di Indonesia adalah tingginya angka kasus stunting. Stunting terjadi hampir diseluruh wilayah Indonesia satu dari tiga baduta dan balita mengalami stunting, prevalensi stunting berdasarkan Studi Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) tahun 2022 sebesar 21,6%. Target pemerintah Kota Jambi untuk menurungkan prevalensi sebesar 14% ditahun 2024 hal ini termuat secara jelas dalam Peraturan Presiden nomor 18 tahun 2020 tentang RPJMN 2020-2024. Dampak stunting pada anak-anak menyebabkan hilangnya PDB hingga mencapai 300 triliun rupiah setiap tahunnya, dengan implikasi serius terhadap aspek psikososial dan kesehatan mental anak. Stunting adalah gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak akibat kekurangan gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang, yang ditandai dengan pendek atau sangat pendek berdasarkan panjang / tinggi badan menurut usia yang kurang dari -2 standar deviasi (SD) pada kurva pertumbuhan WHO. Prevalensi stunting Provinsi Jambi berdasarkan tarikan data EPPGBM berjumlah 18% pada Tahun 2022. Data tertinggi stunting pada Agustus 2023 terdapat di Puskesmas Tanjung Pinang Kota Jambi sebanyak 67 anak yang mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2022 sebanyak 23 anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis studi kualitatif program pencegahan stunting pada pelaksanaan intervensi gizi spesifik integratif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Pinang Kota Jambi Tahun 2023. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari wawancara mendalam dan data sekunder yang berasal dari telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan belum optimalnya perencanaan dan penganggaran, kerjasama lintas sektoral serta pembagian kewenangan pada jajararan pemerintahan yang dapat menjadi potensi penghambat pada percepatan penurunan stunting di wilayah kerja Kecamatan Jambi Timur terutama pada kualitas pelayanan intervensi gizi spesifik integratif stunting yang dilaksanakan di puskesmas Tanjung Pinang. Pada komponen input, perencanaan dan pengganggaran serta kerjasama lintas sektor dan pembagian kewenangan belum di laksanakan dengan implementasi langsung terkait integrasi stunting . Pada komponen proses, yaitu pelayanan yang di lakukan terhadap sasaran prioritas sudah di lakukan tetapi pemantauan dan evaluasi pemberian TTD ibu hamil belum dilakukan berkala dan pendistribusia MT serta TTD belum dibuat jadwal secara tertulis. Pada komponen output, kualitas peningkatan indikator intervensi gizi spesifik terutama pada capaian cakupan Ibu memberikan asi eksklusif dan remaja putri mendapatkan TTD serta Ibu hamil mendapat TTD masih belum mencapai target. Peran dari keterlibatan lintas sektor serta edukasi dari tenaga kesehatan untuk menggiatkan para ibu guna memberikan asi eksklusif serta para remaja putri dan Ibu Hamil untuk rutin mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah perlu ditingkatkan dan didukung penuh.

A health problem that needs serious treatment in Indonesia is the high number of stunting cases. Stunting occurs in almost all regions of Indonesia, one in three toddlers and toddlers are stunted, the prevalence of stunting based on the 2022 Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI) is 21.6%. The Jambi City government's target to reduce prevalence by 14% by 2024 is clearly stated in Presidential Regulation number 18 of 2020 concerning RPJMN 2020-2024. The impact of stunting on children causes GDP losses of up to 300 trillion rupiah every year, with serious implications for psychosocial aspects and children's mental health. Stunting is a growth and development disorder in children due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, which is characterized by being short or very short based on length/height for age which is less than -2 standard deviation (SD) on the WHO growth curve. The prevalence of stunting in Jambi Province based on EPPGBM data is 18% in 2022. The highest stunting data in August 2023 was at the Tanjung Pinang Community Health Center, Jambi City, with 67 children, which had increased from 2022 with 23 children. This research aims to analyze a qualitative study of the stunting prevention program in the implementation of specific integrative nutritional interventions in the work area of ​​the Tanjung Pinang Community Health Center, Jambi City in 2023. This qualitative research uses primary data originating from in-depth interviews and secondary data originating from document review. The results of the research show that planning and budgeting, cross-sectoral cooperation and the division of authority within government levels are not yet optimal, which could be a potential obstacle to accelerating stunting reduction in the East Jambi District work area, especially in the quality of stunting-specific integrative nutritional intervention services implemented at the Tanjung Pinang health center. In the input component, planning and budgeting as well as cross-sector collaboration and division of authority have not been carried out with direct implementation regarding stunting integration. In the process component, namely the services provided to priority targets have been carried out but monitoring and evaluation of the provision of TTD to pregnant women has not been carried out regularly and the distribution of MT and TTD has not yet been made into a written schedule. In the output component, the quality of improvement in specific nutritional intervention indicators, especially in achieving coverage of mothers providing exclusive breastfeeding and adolescent girls receiving TTD and pregnant women receiving TTD, has still not reached the target. The role of cross-sector involvement and education from health workers to encourage mothers to provide exclusive breastfeeding as well as young women and pregnant women to regularly consume blood supplement tablets needs to be increased and fully supported.
