"Program klinik sanitasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan derajad kesehatan masyarakat melalui upaya preventif dan kuratif yang dilakukan secara terpadu, terarah dan terus menerus dengan sasarannya adalah para pasienlpenderita penyakit yang berhubungan dengan masalah kesehatan lingkungan yang datang berobat ke Puskesmas serta masyarakat umum (klien) yang datang berkonsultasi mengenai masalah kesehatan lingkungan.
Di Propinsi Sumatera Barat pelaksanaan kegiatan telah dimulai sejak tahun 1997, secara kuantitatif sebanyak 65 Puskesmas telah melaksanakan kegiatan ini, dengan rata-rata jumlah kunjungan pasien yang dirujuk ke klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas setiap bulan berkisar 20 sampai 25 pasien, sementara klien/masyarakat yang berkunjung khusus untuk berkonsultasi tidak ada sama seka]i. Petugas klinik sanitasi ke lapangan dalam rangka menindak lanjuti kasus, rata-rata baru terlaksana 4 kasus sampai 6 kasus dari 20 kasus per bulannya atau sekitar 20 %, hal ini sangat rendah kalau dibandingkan dengan beberapa daerah lain yang melaksanakan kegiatan ini.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan klinik sanitasi pada Puskesmas di Propinsi Sumatera Barat, dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel yang diambil adalah total populasi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang petugas klinik sanitasi di Puskesmas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan menggunakan instrument berupa kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian temyata kinerja petugas yaitu 55,4 % baik dan 44, 6 % kinerja petugas kurang. Pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 % terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel motivasi, sarana, buku pedoman kerja dan supervisi terhadap kinerja petugas klinik sanitasi. Dari hasil analisis multivariat didapat bahwa variabel yang paling berperan dalam menentukan kinerja petugas klinik sanitasi adalah supervisi, buku pedornan dan sarana. Diantara tiga variabel ini yang paling besar pengaruhnya didalam menentukan kinerja adalah supervisi.
Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan klinik sanitasi, terutama didalam meningkatkan kinerja petugas adalah dengan meningkatkan kegiatan supervisi secara berkesinambungan oleh pimpinan puskesmas terhadap petugas, Dinas kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota ke Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi ke Kabupaten/Kota serta menyiapkan sarana penunjang program dengan melakukan perencanaan yang tepat dengan didukung dana dari Pemerintahan Daerah.

Factors Analyze related to Official Clinic Sanitation Performance towards Implementation of Clinic Activities Sanitation in Society Healthy Center Province Of West Sumatra 2003Sanitation Clinic Program purpose to increasing society's healthy standard through preventive and curative attempts that could be done with integrated, directed and continuously with subjects is patient 1 medical patient related to environmental healthy issues who come to Healthy Center and general people (clients) who came to assist about environmental healthy problems.
In province of West Sumatra, its implementation has been started since 1997, quantitatively in 65 Society Healthy Center, average patient's pay a visit referred to clinic sanitation is 20 - 25 patients each month, while general people 1 clients especially who come to assist (consultation) is zero. Clinic sanitation officials sent to field in order to taking measure this case, then average 4 - 6 done of 20 cases each month or about 20%. It is very low rate than other regions where to do these activities.
This research purpose to know drawn of performance and factors related to official performance within implementation of clinic sanitation activities in Healthy Center at province of West Sumatra, used a cross sectional program. Sample whose take is population rate with 65 samples of sanitation clinic officials in Health Center. To collect data by interview with questioners instrument uses.
Research's outcome, obviously a large part is 55.4% of officials performance categorized good, and 44.6% is less. In confident shape 95% there is significance related between motivation variable, facilities, working handbook and supervision towards clinic sanitation official performance. From a multivariate analysis that dominance variable to determine clinic sanitation official performance is supervision, working handbook and facilities. From these variables that had greatest influence to determine the performance is supervision.
Attempts that can do to support the implementation clinic sanitation activities, mainly to increase official performance is by increase supervision activities constantly and continuously by the leaders or head of Health Center, Department of Healthy in district to sub-district, Department of Healthy in Province to its district, also to prepare facilities which support the program with carry as fund from local government.

"Pelayanan gawat darurat merupakan upaya penaggulangan terhadap keadaan yang gawat dan darurat di bidang kesehatan, yang dilaksanakan kepada individu atau kelompok masyarakat yang berada dalam keadaaan gawat atau akan menjadi gawat dan terancam jiwanya. Upaya penanggulangan ini dilaksanakan secara cepat dan tepat, sehingga dapat menolong jiwa si penderita sehingga terhindar dari kematian dan kecacatan.
Dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan gawat darurat Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi DKI Jakarta berperan sebagai regulator, yang mengatur mekanisme, arah kebijakan dan pedoman-pedoman pelayanan, suku dinas di tingkat kotamadya berperan sebagai auditor yang melaksanakan fungsi pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan dan puskesmas berperan sebagai operator yang melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan pelayanan di puskesmas dan di luar gedung puskesmas.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja petugas pelayanan gawat darurat dan factor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas pelayanan gawat darurat, dengan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas di Wilayah Kota Madya Jakarta Barat tahun 2003. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar petugas dengan kinerja buruk dan ada faktor-faktor yang berhubungan yaitu: pendidikan, pelatihan, imbalan dan pembinaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan, pelatihan, imbalan dan pembinaan berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas pelayanan gawat darurat.
Dan 96 responden diperoleh gambaran kinerja 18 responden kinerjanya baik (18,8%) dan 78 responden kinerjanya buruk (81,2%). Yang memiiikli pendidikan perguruan tinggi (PT) sebanyak 57 responden (59,4%) danSLTA 39 responden (40,6%), 58 responden (60,4%) sudah pernah dilatih dan 38 responden (39,6%) belum pernah mendapat pelatihan. Dari 96 responden 38 responden memperoleh imbalan yang baik (72,9%), dan 58 responden (27,1%) memperoleh imbalan yang buruk, yang memperoleh pembinaan baik sebanyak 33 responden (34,4%) dan yang memperoleh pembinaan yang buruk sebanyak 63 responden atau (65,6%).
Dan berdasarkan ini pula disarankan agar upaya-upaya perbaikan kinerja lebih mengutamakan 4 faktor di atas. Faktor pendidikan lebih berorientasi kepada kesempatan untuk mengikuti jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, melalui proses izin belajar atau tugas belajar dengan perencanaan anggaran yang matang. Faktor pelatihan dilaksanakan secara intensif melibatkan semua petugas pelaksana pelayanan gawat darurat. Imbalan diberikan berupa materi dan penghargaan mengingat kualifikasi dan sifat tugas yang dilaksanakan. Seharusnya pembinaan dari atasan langsung dalam bentuk pertemuan-pertemuan teknis dilaksanakan secara rutin dan berkesinambungan.

Emergency services represent the handling efforts toward the critical and emergent condition in health area, performed to the individual or community group which are in critical condition or about to become critical and their lives are threatened. This handling effort carrier out fast and accurately, so it can help the lives of the patients so they can be prevented from the death and disability.
In performing the emergency service the Health Agency of Greater Jakarta province plays a role as regulator, regulating the mechanisms, the direction of the policies and the service guidelines, the sub agencies in municipal level play a role as auditor conducting the functions of development, supervision, and controlling toward the service implementation and the public health center plays a role as an operator undertaking the service activities mot; public health center and outside the public health enter.
This research is aiming to know the emergency service officers' performance and factors related to the emergency service officer's performance, by using Cross Sectional design. Performed at public health in West Jakarta Municipality area in 2003. The data collection was performed by interview and observation.
The research found that majority of the officers with the bad performance and there were factors related factors namely education, training, reward, and development. From this research results it is concluded that education, training, reward and development relate to the emergency service officers' performance.
From 96 respondents is obtained the performance picture of 18 respondents with good performance (18.8%) and 78 respondents with bad performance (81.2%). Those with college education is 57 respondents (59.4%) and < Senior High School education 39 respondents (40.6%), 58 respondents (60.4%) have been trained and 38 respondents (39.6%) have never been trained. From 96 respondents, 38 respondents obtain good compensation (72.9%) and 58 respondents (27.1%) obtain bad compensation, as for those having good education are 33 respondents (34.4%) and those having bad education are 63 respondents or 65.6%.
And based on these also it is suggested in order that the performance improvement efforts are more to prioritize the above factors. The educational factor is more oriented to the opportunity to attend the higher education, thorough learning permit process or learning assignment by mature budget planning. The training factor held intensively involving all the emergency service officers. The reward was given in form of material and appreciation considering the qualification and the nature of the duties they carry out. It should be the development from the superiors directly in form of the technical meeting held routinely and sustainable.

"Tenaga sanitasi Puskesmas merupakan tenaga yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan program kesehatan lingkungan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Oleh karena itu tenaga sanitasi tersebut harus terampil dan memiliki kinerja yang baik. Tolak ukur kinerja adalah cakupan penggunaan air bersih dan cakupan inspeksi sanitasi sarana air bersih_ Masalah dalam penelitian belum adanya gambaran tentang kinerja Petugas Sanitasi Puskesmas di Kabupaten Pidie dan falctor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja, sehingga perlu dilalcukan suatu penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Petugas Sanitasi Puskesmas dilihat dari cakupan penggunaan air bersih dan cakupan inspeksi sanitasi sarna air bersih, dimana kinerja baik bila cakupan 2 60 % dan kinerja kurang bila cakupan < 60 %. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Pidie Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Aceh. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah crass sectional, sedangkan sampel penelitian semua Petugas Sanitasi Puskesmas khususnya yang menangani program air bersih di Kabupaten Pidie, yaitu sebanyak 23 orang (total populasi).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa cakupan penggunaan air bersih baru mencapai 44,96 % dan cakupan inspeksi sanitasi sarana air bersih 10,83 %, masih dibawah target yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja Petugas Sanitasi Puskesmas di Kabupaten Pidie masih kurang. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti meliputi faktor predisposisi (jenis kelamin, pengalaman kerja dan pendidikan), faktor pemungkin (pelatihan, tugas rangkap, buku pedoman kerja dan peralatan), faktor penguat (dukungan pimpinan, supervisi/bimbingan teknis dan insentif). Dari semua variabel yang diteliti hanya variabel insentif yang mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna terhadap kinelja Petugas Sanitasi Puskesmas dilihat dari cakupan inspeksi sanitasi sarana air bersih. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlu peningkatan dana operasional. pemenuhan peralatan dan sarana, pedoman kerja (petunjuk pelaksanaan dan petunjuk teknis), reward (penghargaan), peningkatan kualitas supervisi dan pelatihan umuk memperbaiki kinerja Petugas Sanitasi Puskesmas dimaksud.

The sanitation oiiicer of Public Health Center is otlicer who to determine. The successfull sanitation?s program, especially water suppy program. Therefore, the sanitation officer have to be skilled and good-exellent of his job performance. The indicators of job performance are covering of water supply and sanitation inspection of water supply fasilities. The problem in this study, that had not description of sanitation officer job performance in district of Pidie and the factors related to job performance. The study had objectives to know the sanitation otiicer job performance that observed from covering of water-supply using and emering of sanitation inspection of water-supply facilities, if coverage at least 60%, the performance is said good-exellent, and lower than 60% of covering is considered unsatisfactory performance. The Study in district of Pidie, Province of Daerah Istimewa Aceh. The study used cross sectional design and all of the sanitation oliicer in district of Pidies as sample especially who handled of water-supply program. Total sample amount 23 sanitation officer.
The results of study showed that the covering of water-supply using only 44,96% and the covering of sanitation inspection of water supply facilities l0_83%. Means, under the target that determined. The study conclude that the job performance of sanitation officer in district of Pidie is unsatisfactory. The variables that are studied; predisposing factors (sex, esperience of working and education), enabling factors (training, double job, guider's book of working and tools), reinforcing factors (the chief supporting, supervision, incentive) and incentive is variable significant related to performance.

"Kinerja petugas sanitasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya mutu/kualitas lingkungan, khususnya sanitasi dasar yang berdampak terhadap timbulnya penyakit-penyakit yang berbasis lingkungan seperti diare, kulit, ISPA dan lain-lain. Selain itu peningkatan kinerja merupakan salah satu upaya dalam rangka meningkatkan sumber daya manusia di daerah yang mandiri dan berkualitas.
Dalam penelitian ini, rendahnya cakupan ISPA dan tingginya jumlah penyakit yang berbasis lingkungan dijadikan latar belakang timbulnya rnasalah. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja petugas sanitasi puskesmas di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja petugas sanitasi di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan kinerja tersebut. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah seluruh petugas sanitasi di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah yang berjumlah 30 petugas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dengan ukuran persentase, sedangkan analisa bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Nilai alpha yang digunakan adalah 5% (CI 95%).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kinerja dengan tingkat pendidikan, aktifitas sosial, sarana dan prasarana, imbalan, struktur, dukungan pimpinan, desain pekerjaan, kontrol dan motivasi.
Disarankan kepada Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas sanitasi dengan upaya-upaya antara lain: peningkatan pendidikan, peningkatan aktifitas sosial, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, pernberian imbalan, peningkatan kerjasama lintas program, dukungan pimpinan, pengurangan tugas rangkap secara bertahap, peningkatan kontrol terhadap petugas sanitasi dan peningkatan motivasi kerja petugas sanitasi.

Factor Related to the Sanitation Officials Performance of Public Health in Order to Improve Coverage Waste Water Treatment System in Central Lampung Region 2003The sanitation officials performance is one factors which influence low environmental quality, Especially the basic sanitation which causes the disease from environment such as : Diarrhea, Scabies, ISPA, etc. Besides the improvement of performance is one way to improve human resources in region which is qualified and self relied on.
In this research, low coverage of waste water treatment system and the high number of diseases which are environment based is the back ground. The problem of this research is the low performance of sanitation officials in Public Health Centre in Central Lampung. The objectives of this research were to find out the performance of sanitation officials in Central Lampung and factor related to performance. The population and sample of the research were all sanitation officials of thirty Central Lampung. This research is quantitative using cross sectional. The data were analyzed univariate and bivariate. Univariate used frequent distribution with percentage, while bivariate analysis used chi square test. Alpha being used was 5 % (Cl 95 % ).
The result of the research shows that there is a meaningful correlation between the sanitation officials performance with educational level, social activities, accommodation, incentive, divisional relationship inter organizational, leader support, work design, control and motivation.
It is suggested to public Health Centre and Health Institution of Central Lampung to improve the sanitation officials performance with some efforts such as : the improvement of education, the improvement of social activities, providing accommodation, providing financial support, the better cooperation across program, leader support, the step by step reduction of double functions, better control to the sanitation officials and their motivation.

"This research is intended to identify the description of the performance and factors that effect the performance of the drugs personnel in managing report of drug request utilization (LPLPO). The research method use cross-sectional design. The research location are all community health centers that available in distrcit of Padang Pariaman and district of Agam with respondents of 46 drug personnel of community health centers. Data collection is done by filling-up questionaire, and continued with monthly checking of documents of report of drug request utilization (LPLO).
Results of the research indicate that performance of the drug personnel of the community health is 67,4%. The results of research regarding the description of performance level of drug personnel of the community health centers is viewed in terms of internal and external factors. Regarding significant variables after chi-square test, the internal factor related with the performance of drug personnel is the work tenure and level of education, while knowledge does not show significant relationship. Within the external factors, only training is significantly related to the performance. While othe factors, i.e., remuneration, support of coworkers, supervision, and work load do not have significant relationship. From the multivariate analysis the most dominant variable is education.
The suggestion from the result of this reseacrh is that it is ecxpected that the province needs to recommend personnel recruitment to manage the drug at the community health centers with formal education of assitant pharmacist. the suggestion for districts is that refreshing training for drug personnel needs to be done periodic meetings need to be done."

"Tuntutan dan kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu terutama dalam penanggulangan gizi buruk merupakan tantangan yang harus dipersiapkan secara benar dan ditangani secara mendasar, terarah dan sungguh-sungguh mengingal banyaknya kasus gizi buruk dari tahun ke tahun. Hasil pernantauan status gizi diwilayah kerja dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Padang Pariaman tahun 2005 ditemukan kasus gizi buruk sebanyak 4,3%. Kasus gizi buruk memerlukan perawatan yang intensif balk dirumah tangga, puskesmas dan rumah sakit. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan pelayanan kesehatan maka yang harus dilakukan adalah melaksanakan penanggulangan gizi buruk dengan mengikuti pedoman yang dibuat dcpkes. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran kinerja tenaga pelaksana gizi (TPG) puskesmas dalam penanggulangan gizi buruk dan faktor-faktor apa yang berhubungan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah cross sectional, dengan sampel 23 orang yang merupakan total populasi yang dilaksanakan di kabupaten Padang Pariaman pada bulan Maret sampai April 200G. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian sendiri kuesioner oleh TPG, meliputi variabel independent yaitu umur, pendidikan, pengetahuan, lama kerja, pelatihan, motivasi, sarana, beban kerja, kepemimpinan dan supervisi. Variabel dependent yaitu kinerja TPG dalam penanggulangan gizi buruk yang diperoleh dari check list dan penelusuran dokumen. Analisis data meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat (chi-square). Untuk pengayaan informasi dilakukan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalarn terhadap beberapa orang informan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan proporsi kinerja TPG puskesmas yang baik 52,2% dan kinerja kurang 47,8%. Hasil uji bivariat menunjukan ada 7 variabel yang berhubungan secara statistik (p-value < 0,05) yaitu pendidikan, pengetahuan, pelatihan, motivasi, sarana, beban kerja dan kepemimpinan. Faktor -faktor Iainya yaitu umur, lama kerja dan supervisi tidak berhubungan dengan kinerja TPG puskesmas dalam penanggulangan gizi buruk.
Berdasarkan basil penelitian ini disarankan bagi penentu kebijakan agar menempatkan TPG dari pendidikan profesi gizi dan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perlu diadakan pelatihan secara berkala. Untuk pimpinan puskesmas disarankan untuk dapat memotivasi TPG agar kinerjanya lebih baik, selain itu juga diperhatikan beban kerja yang diberikan sesuai dengan kemampuan petugas.

Demand and requirement of quality health service especially in handling a severe malnutrition is a challenge which must be prepared correctly and handled primarily, directional an seriously considering cases number of severe malnutrition each year. Monitoring result of nutrition status at working area of health service in district of Padang Pariaman in 2005 found 4,3% cases of severe malnutrition. Severe malnutrition cases need a good intensive care in household, public health center and hospital. To fulfill demand of health service so it is important to implement on handling severe malnutrition by following a guidance which arc made by health department of RI. Therefore goal of this research is to know describing of nutrition workers performance of public health centre handling severe malnutrition and related factors.
Research used a cross sectional design with a quantitative approach. The number of samples is 23 respondent where they are a population total which are conducted in district of Padang Pariaman from March-April 2006. Data collected has been done with answering a questioner by nutrition workers, incIiuded independent variables, such as age education, knowledge, working duration, training, motivation, equipment, work loading, supervision and leadership. Dependent variables is nutrition workers performance of public health center in handling severe malnutrition which is obtained from check list and document research. Data analysis consist of univariate analysis and bivariate analysis (chi-square). For information enrichment, they had been done a qualitative approach by a deep interview to some informants.
The result of this research showed nutrition workers at public health center with good performance is 52,2% and with less performance is 47,8%. Bivariate analysis showed there are 7 related variables significant statistically to nutrition workers performance at public health center in handling severe malnutrition (p-value < 0,05), that is education, knowledge, training, motivation, equipment, work loading, and leadership. The other factor such age, working duration and supervision are not related to nutrition workers performance.
To suggested for policies makers in order to exercise non nutrition workers by periodical training to improve knowledge. For the leader of public health centre suggested to be able to motivate nutrition workers so their performance becomes better, besides it is important to give attention of work loading which is given according to officers ability.

"Program penanggulangan tuberkulosis paru mempunyai tujuan untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan angka kematian akibat penyakit tuberkulosis dengan cara memutuskan mata rantai penularan, sehingga tidak merupakan masalah lagi bagi kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk mendeteksi dan mengobati tuberkulosis, strategi pengobatan yang dianjurkan oleh WHO adalah dengan penerapan DOTS (Direct Observe Treatment Shartcourse). Dalam DOTS tersebut faktor pencatatan dan pelaporan merupakan strategi yang penting dalam pemantauan dan evaluasi program penanggulangan tuberkulosis. Suskesnya strategi ini sangat bergantung kepada perilaku dan sikap dari petugas kesehatan yang melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja pelaksana program tuberkulosis dalam upaya pencatatan laporan TB-01 di Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jumlah responden seluruh petugas pelaksana tuberkulosis di puskesmas wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan data sekunder laporan pencatatan TB-01, dan kemudian dilakukan wawancara mendaiam kepada 7 orang petugas TB puskesmas untuk memperkuat hasil penelitian.
Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kinerja mayoritas petugas pelaksana program tuberkulosis dengan rata-rata usia 44,5 tahun dan tingkat pendidikan rata-rata SLTA/SMK serta lama masa kerja lebih dari 5 tahun, adalah baik, namun kinerja 44,7% petugas tuberkolusis adalah buruk. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti untuk mengetahui hubungan dengan kinerja petugas pelaksana program tuberkulosis adalah umur, pendidikan, lama kerja, motivasi, kepemimpinan, supervisi, imbalan dan sarana. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang paling berhubungan dalam menentukan kinerja petugas program tuberkulosis dalam pencatatan laporan TB-01 adalah supervisi.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja petugas pelaksana program tuberkulosis berimbang antara petugas yang berkinerja baik dan buruk. Adapun faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas adalah pelatihan, motivasi dan supervise. Sedangkan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kinerja petugas adalah supervise kemudian motivasi. Dengan melihat kesimpulan penelitian ini, maka disarankan bagi puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kinerja petugas dengan cara membuat dan melaksanakan standar operasionai baku, meningkatkan pembinaan, kerjasama tim dan memberikan penghargaan atas prestai kerja kepada petugas, selain juga memperbaiki kualitas pencatatan laporan dengan siklus PDCA.
Adapun untuk Suku Dinas Kesehatan Masyarakat disarankan untuk memfasilitasi pertemuan berkala guna meningkatkan kualitas pencatatan, meneruskan pelatihan petugas secara berkelanjutan dan selalu melaksanakan program studi banding untuk meningkatkan kualitas. Sedangkan untuk Dinas Kesehatan, disarankan agar sosialisasi kebijakan-kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan strategi DOTS tetap dinformasikan keseluruh UPK dan guna meningkatkan kualitas informasi suatu Sistem Informasi Kesehatan yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh UPK agar secepatnya dapat diselesaikan.

The aim of the lung tuberculosis prevention program was to reduce the mortality or sickness number caused by tuberculosis by way of cutting off the chain infection, in order to reduce the people healthcare problem in Indonesia. To detect and cure the tuberculosis, the cure strategy recommended by the WHO is implementing the DOTS (Direct Observe Treatment Short course). The reporting and report writing in DOTS was the important strategy in observing and evaluating tuberculosis prevention program. The success of this strategy relies on the behavior and attitude of the health officers who report and do the writing of the report.
The purpose of this research is to obtain understanding on factors related with the performance of tuberculosis program's officers in the Puskesmas TB-01 report writing. This research was using a cross-sectional design with qualitative and quantitative approach with respondent were the entire tuberculosis officers at the South Jakarta's Puskesmas. Data collections were carried out by examining the secondary data on TB-01 report writing, and followed by in-depth interview to 7 officers to verify the examination results.
The research shown that majority performance of tuberculosis program officer which average age were 44.5 years old and high school level of education and with length of service of 5 years was excellent, however the performance of 44.7% of the tuberculosis program officer were unsatisfactory. Factors examined from measuring the tuberculosis program officer's performance were age, education, length of service, motivation, leadership, supervision, rewards-recognitions and facilities. However, factor which related most with tuberculosis program officer's performance in TB-O1 report writing was supervision.
Research results summarized that the tuberculosis program officer's performance were balanced between excellent and unsatisfactory performers. Factors related to officer's performance were training, motivation and supervision, but the dominant factors in officer's performance were supervision followed by motivation. Looking into the results summaries, it is therefore suggested that the Puskesmas should improved officer's performance by way of developing and implementing the standard operational procedures, increased activities in supervision and team works, giving rewards and recognition to officers' performance, as well as to improve the quality of report writing using a PDCA cycle.
As to the District Public Health, it was suggested to facilitated regular meeting to improve the officers' report writing quality, continue the sustainable training for officers and carrying out the comparative study exercise for performance improvement. For the Province Health Office, it was suggested that it continues the policy related to the DOTS' implementation be informed to every Health Services Units and to improve the information quality, a Health Information System which can be access by every Health Services Units be developed quickly.

"Masa nifas merupakan masa kritis dalam kehidupan ibu. Sekitar 60% kematian ibu terjadi segera setelah melahirkan, dan hampir 50% dari kematian pada masa nifas terjadi pada 24 jam pertama setelah persalinan. Angka Kematian Ibu di Kota Pariaman tahun 2009 adalah 256/100.000 KH (4 kematian ibu/1.558 KH), 50 % kematian ibu terjadi pada masa nifas (2 kematian ibu dari total 4 kematian ibu). Cakupan kunjungan nifas pada tahun 2009 adalah 63.3% (dari cakupan persalinan yang ada di Kota Pariaman). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja bidan desa dalam pelaksanaan kunjungan nifas di Kota Pariaman Tahun 2011. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan populasi dan sampel seluruh bidan desa di Kota Pariaman yang berjumlah 71 orang. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data univariat dan bivariat (chi square). Instrument penelitian ini adalah kuisioner.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bidan desa yang baik dalam pelaksanaan kunjungan nifas 45.07% dan kinerja jelek 54.93%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor motivasi dan rencana kerja memiliki hubungan yang bermakna secara statistic dengan kinerja bidan desa dalam pelaksanaan kunjungan nifas di Kota Pariaman, dan 6 faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bidan desa secara tidak langsung dan harus melalui motivasi kerja bidan desa di Kota Pariaman adalah faktor rencana kerja, faktor pengetahuan, faktor transportasi, dan faktor supervisi dinas kesehatan, faktor supervisi oleh IBI dan faktor pembinaan Ka. Puskesmas. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja bidan desa dengan meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan rencana kerja. Peningkatan motivasi kerja dapat dilakukan dengan membuatkan acuan rencana kerja yang baku bagi bidan desa, meningkatkan pengetahuan bidan desa, penyediaan sarana transportasi dan pelaksanaan supervisi.

Puerperal period is a critical period in the life of the mother. Approximately 60% of maternal deaths occur soon after birth, and nearly 50% of deaths during childbirth occur in the first 24 hours after delivery. Maternal Mortality in the City of Pariaman in 2009 was 256/100.000 KH (4 deaths ibu/1.558 KH), 50% of maternal deaths occur during childbirth (2 maternal deaths out of 4 total maternal deaths). Puerperal visit coverage in 2009 was 63.3% (from the coverage of deliveries in the city of Pariaman). Therefore this study aims to obtain information about the factors associated with the performance of village midwives in the implementation of puerperal visit in Pariaman City in 2011. The research design used was a cross sectional sample of the entire population and village midwives in the City Pariaman numbering 71 people. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate data analysis (chi square). Research instrument was questionnaires.
The results of this study indicate that the performance of a good midwife in the implementation of puerperal visits 45.07% and 54.93%. The result of bivariate analysis showed that the factor of motivation and action plans have statistically significant correlation with the performance of village midwives in the implementation of post partum visit in City of Pariaman, and 6 factors that affect the performance of village midwives and should indirectly through motivation village midwives working in the City of Pariaman is factors work plan, knowledge factors, transport factors, and factors of the health department supervision, supervision by the IBI factor and development factor Ka. PHC. Given this research it is necessary to attempt to improve the performance of village midwives to enhance work motivation and work plans. Increased motivation to work can be done by making a standard reference work plan for village midwives, village midwives to increase knowledge, providing transportation and supervision.

"Keberhasilan kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan ditentukan oleh banyak faktor, baik dari pemerintah, lembaga non pemerintah, maupun masyarakat itu sendiri. Sanitarian Puskesmas sebagai pelaksana terdepan dari kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan, kinerjanya tentu mempunyai peran yang cukup besar dalam menentukan keberhasilan kegiatan tersebut.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja sanitarian, tingkat kinerja sanitarian, hasil kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan, dan hubungan kinerja sanitarian dengan hasil kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan.
Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode survei dan responden adalah sanitarian penanggung jawab kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan di Puskesmas, yang telah bertugas di Puskesmas tempat tugasnya sekarang minimal 2 tahun, seluruhnya berjumlah 86 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa univariat, analisa bivariat dengan uji chi square, dan analisa multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik model prediksi.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh : tingkat pendidikan responden sebagian besar (74,4%) adalah SPPH, 57% responden belum banyak mengikuti pelatihan, 51,2% Puskesmas kurang tersedia peralatan kesehatan lingkungan, 72,1% responden kurang mendapat perhatian dari atasannya, 80,2% responden menerima insentif, 75,6% responden kurang mendapat bimbingan teknis, 50% Puskesmas tersedia pedoman/juklak kesehatan lingkungan, dan 88,4% responden mempunyai tugas rangkap. Kinerja sanitarian Puskesmas 68,6% termasuk kategori rendah dan hasil kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan 55,8% termasuk kategori rendah. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kinerja sanitarian Puskesmas dengan hasil kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan. Variabel yang ada hubungan bermakna dengan kinerja sanitarian Puskesmas, yaitu : peralatan, perhatian, bimbingan teknis, dan pedoman/ petunjuk pelaksanaan. Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan adalah pedoman/ petunjuk pelaksanaan.
Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa rendahnya hasil kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan ada hubungannya dengan rendahnya kinerja sanitarian, dan rendahnya kinerja sanitarian ada hubungannya dengan ketersediaan pedoman, ketersedian peralatan, bimbingan teknis dan perhatian dari atasan. Disarankan kepada pimpinan instansi kesehatan di semua jenjang, untuk mengambil langkah-langkah dalam upaya memperbaiki/meningkatkan kinerja sanitarian Puskesmas, yang selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil kegiatan kesehatan lingkungan.

The success of the environmental health activities are determined by several factors, either by the government, non-governmental institution, or the people themselves. The sanitarians of public health centers as the front implementer of the environmental health, the quality of their work should have a great role in determining the success of those activities.
This research aims to find out factors which deal with the job quality of sanitarians, level of the job quality of sanitarians, result of environmental health activities, and the relationship between the job quality of sanitarians and the result of environmental health activities.
The research is held with survey and respondent methods by sanitarians who are responsible to the environmental health activities in the public health centre, who have worked in the public health center where they are working now minimum 2 years, all of them are 86 people. The collection of the data using questionnaire and data analysis are done by univariat analysis, bivariat analysis with chi square test and multivariate analysis with logistic regression of predictive model test.
From the result of the research is required: the level of almost respondents' education (74.4%) are SPPH, 57% of respondents have not followed the training yet, 51.2% of the public health centers are available fewer equipment of environmental health, 72.1% of respondents got less attention from their leaders, 80.2% of respondents earned incentive, 75.6% of respondents got less technical guidance, 50% of public health centers are available guidelines of environmental health, and 88.4% of respondents had double duties. The job quality of the public health centers sanitarians 68.6% included to the low category and the result of the environmental health activities 55.8% included to the low category. There is a significant relationship between the job quality of public health centers sanitarians and the result of the environmental health activities_ Variables which has a significant relationship between the job qualities of public health centers sanitarians, are: equipment, attention, technical guidance, and guidelines. The most dominant correlative variable is the guidelines.
From the result of the environmental activities have a connection between the low of the job quality of sanitarians, and guidelines availability, equipment availability, technical guidance and the attention from the leader. In accordance with the result of this research, it is suggested to the leaders of the health institute for the whole levels, to take steps in improving the job quality of public health centers sanitarians which are desired to be able to improve the result of the environmental health activities in the future.

"Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat adalah dilaksanakannya Program Pemberantasan Penyakit Kusta dan kesepakatan global Eliminasi Kusta Tahun 2000. Kusta merupakan penyakit menular menahun dengan menimbulkan "sligina" dan dampak sosial negatif akibat cacat yang ditimbulkannya. Kabupaten Sumedang tidak terlepas dengan problematika kusta. Bila dibandingkan dengan kabupaten yang berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Sumedang yaitu Subang, Indramayu dan Majalengka cakupan penemuan kasus kusta masih rendah. Prevalensi kusta yang rendah di Kabupaten Sumedang mungkin belum menunjukkan angka yang sesungguhnya. Karena pada penemuan kasus baru, tipe multibasiler yang potensial sebagai sumber penularan juga disertai kecacatan tingkat 2, relatif lebih banyak daripada tipe pausibasiler.
Penelitian deskriptif analitik, menggunakan desain penelitian dengan metode pendekatan potong lintang serta pengukuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Sumedang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petugas pemberantasan penyakit kusta puskesmas di Kabupaten Sumedang.
Penelitian menghasilkan sebagian besar petugas mempunyai kinerja yang buruk. Dari 13 variabel bebas yang diteliti terdapat 3 variabel yang mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan kinerja petugas, yaitu motivasi petugas, insentif yang didapat petugas dan pembinaan serta dukungan yang didapat petugas. Hubungan antara kinerja dan ketiga variabel bebas diatas secara simultan tidak bermakna.
Disarankan agar dalam meningkatkan kinerja petugas, memperhatikan faktor motivasi petugas, insentif bagi petugas dan pembinaan maupun dukungan terhadap petugas yang berkesinambungan.

The Program of Leprosy Control and the Global Plan of Action for the Elimination of Leprosy by the Year 2000 are efforts towards the improvement of public health. Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease causing stigma and generating negative social impact due to the deformities resulted.
Sumedang shares problems attached to the leprosy, even though in comparison to the neighboring regencies : Subang, Indramayu and Majalengka, the number of leprosy cases is low. However, the low prevalence of leprosy in Sumedang cannot significantly be determined as an indication of the real number since new case findings suggest that more multibacillary types, which have the potential to become the source of contagion along with disability grade 2, have been found rather than the paucibacillary.
This analytic descriptive research was conducted at the Sumedang Regency. The research was designed with a crsoss-sectional approach, and was quantitatively and qualitatively measured. The population of the research was all of the public health center fieldworkers of Leprosy Control Program in Sumedang.
The hypothesis is that there is a correlation between the performance of the Public Health Center fieldworkers of Leprosy Control and the internal factors (individual) and the external factors (environment).
Evidence reveals low performance among a large number of the fieldworkers. Out of 13 independent variables, 3 variables indicate significant correlation with the performance of the fieldworkers. The variables are motivation of the fieldworkers (p:0.04422), incentive received by the fieldworkers (p:0,01210), and guidance as well as support for the fieldworkers ( p:0,029-18). Nevertheless, from a simultant perspective, the correlation between the performance and the three variables is not significant.
To improve performance of the fieldworkers, it is suggested that there should be more significant consideration towards factors of motivation, incentive, continuous guidance and support for the fieldworkers.
