"Kepuasan pengguna pada siswa pengguna SCELE-UI salah salah satu indikator untuk menilai keberhasilan e-learning di Universitas Indonesia. Faktor yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna adalah manfaat yang dirasakan dan faktor intrinsik individu itu sendiri, salah satunya adalah kebutuhan akan kognisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara manfaat yang dirasakan dan kepuasan pengguna dengan kebutuhan kognisi sebagai moderator pada pengguna SCELE-UI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada 236 mahasiswa menggunakan SCELE-UI. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa manfaat yang dirasakan (M=19.72, SD=4.80) memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan (r = .761, p < .01, two tails) dengan kepuasan pengguna (M=16.40, SD=4.33). Hasil lain yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah perlunya kognisi yang tidak memiliki pengaruh moderasi yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai t = 0,75; p = 0,45. Perlu perbaikan dalam hal penampilan SCELE-UI dan penambahan fitur notifikasi tugas akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna yang akan mengarah pada niat menggunakan SCELE-UI dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar pengguna.
User satisfaction on SCELE-UI user students is wrong one of the indicators to assess the success of e-learning at the University of Indonesia. The factors that most influence user satisfaction are the perceived benefits and the individual's own intrinsic factors, one of which is the need for cognition. This study aims to identify the relationship between perceived benefits and user satisfaction with cognitive needs as a moderator of SCELE-UI users. This research is a quantitative research conducted on 236 students using SCELE-UI. The results of the study found that perceived benefits (M=19.72, SD=4.80) had a positive and significant relationship (r = .761, p < .01, two tails) with user satisfaction (M=16.40, SD=4.33). Another result found in this study is the need for cognition which does not have a significant moderating effect on user satisfaction with a value of t = 0.75; p = 0.45. Need improvement in the appearance of SCELE-UI and the addition of the task notification feature will affect user satisfaction which will lead to the intention to use SCELE-UI and increase user learning motivation.

"Penelitian ini melihat hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia dan kepuasannya setelah menggunakan SCELE-UI. Perbedaan individu memiliki peran penting untuk memprediksi tingkah laku pembelajar; karenanya trait conscientiousness yang erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian akademis digunakan sebagai moderator penelitian ini. Responden merupakan 236 mahasiswa dari Universitas Indonesia. Trait conscientiousness diukur menggunakan Big Five Inventory (John, Donahue, & Kentle, 1991) yang telah diadaptasi Ramdhani (2012). Kepuasan pengguna dan persepsi kegunaan menggunakan alat ukur Mohammadi (2015). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1) terdapat hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna; 2) terdapat hubungan antara conscientiousness dan persepsi kegunaan dan dengan kepuasan pengguna; 3) Tidak terdapat efek moderasi dari conscientiousness pada hubungan antara persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar konsiderasi inovasi dan penyesuaian fitur SCELE-UI bagi KSDP UI.
This study examined the relationship between perceived usefulness felt by University of Indonesia students and their satisfaction after using SCELE-UI. Individual differences have an important role to predict learner's behavior; hence conscientiousness trait, which is closely related to academic achievement, is used as the moderator of this research. The respondents were 236 students from University of Indonesia. Conscientiousness was measured using the Big Five Inventory (John et al., 1991) which had been adapted by Ramdhani (2012). User satisfaction and perceived usefulness was measured using instruments developed by Mohammadi (2015). The results show that, 1) there is a relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction; 2) there is a relationship between conscientiousness and perceived usefulness and with user satisfaction; 3) There was no moderating effect from conscientiousness on the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction. This research can be a basis for innovation consideration and adjustment of SCELE-UI features for KSDP UI."

"Usia dewasa muda berkaitan dengan banyaknya stres, seperti dalam hal akademik, karier, finansial, maupun hubungan sosial. Perceived stress dan inhibitory control memegang peranan penting dalam kepuasan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara ketiga variabel, khususnya peran inhibitory control sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara perceived stress dan kepuasan hidup bagi usia dewasa muda. Perceived stress diukur dengan menggunakan Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS) versi 21 sub skala stres, kepuasan hidup diukur dengan menggunakan The Satisfaction with Life Scale, dan inhibitory control diukur dengan menggunakan tugas kognitif berupa Negative Affective Priming Task. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode korelasi. Melalui 116 partisipan non-depresi (usia 18-25 tahun), hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek negatif perceived stress terhadap kepuasan hidup yang signifikan dimana hubungan keduanya dimoderasi oleh inhibitory control. Hasil tersebut dapat membuka wawasan baru terkait proses regulasi emosi secara kognitif dan dapat dijadikan landasan dalam mengembangkan metode intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan hidup bagi usia dewasa muda.
Emerging adulthood is associated with a great deal of stress, such as in academics, careers, finances, and social relationships. Perceived stress and inhibitory control play an important role in life satisfaction. This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between those variables, specifically the role of inhibitory control as a moderator in the relationship between perceived stress and life satisfaction in emerging adults. Perceived stress was measured using The Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale version 21 of the stress subscale, life satisfaction was measured using The Satisfaction with Life Scale, and inhibitory control was measured by using a cognitive task in the form of Negative Affective Priming Task. This study was carried out using correlation method. The findings of this study, which included 116 non-depressed participants (aged 18-25 years), indicate that perceived stress has a significant negative effect on life satisfaction, with the relationship between the two moderated by inhibitory control. These findings provide new insights on the process of cognitive emotion regulation and can be used to develop intervention methods to improve the life satisfaction of young adults."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada efek moderasi dari grit dalam hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pada karyawan milenial. Sebanyak 300 karyawan, berusia 20-39 tahun, berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Alat pengukur Skala Kepuasan Kerja Umum, Skala Kinerja Peran dan Skala Grit-S digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja, kinerja dan ketabahan.
Hasil analisis statistik uji moderasi menggunakan PROCESS HAYES versi 3.3 model 1 menunjukkan bahwa grit tidak memoderasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Ini diduga disebabkan Kepuasan kerja milenial lebih banyak ditentukan oleh faktor lingkungan dan pengawasan yang bagus.
Pemenuhan ini akan mengarah pada kepuasan kerja berhubungan langsung dengan tingkat kinerja, terlepas dari apakah gritnya dimiliki oleh individu yang tinggi atau tidak yang artinya variabel grit belum berperan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.
This study aims to see whether there is a moderating effect of grit in the relationship between job satisfaction and performance in millennial employees. A total of 300 employees, aged 20-39 years, participated in this study. Measuring tools for General Job Satisfaction Scale, Role Performance Scale and Grit-S Scale are used to measure job satisfaction, performance and grit. The results of the statistical analysis of the moderation test using PROCESS HAYES version 3.3 model 1 shows that grit does not moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and performance. This is thought to be due to millennial job satisfaction determined more by environmental factors and good supervision. This fulfillment will lead to job satisfaction which is directly related to the level of performance, regardless of whether the grit is owned by high individuals or not, which means that the grit variable has not played a role in strengthening the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance."

"Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan berbagai perubahan yang terjadi pada aspek kehidupan, termasuk dampak terhadap perusahaan dan karyawan. Krisis kesehatan dan ekonomi yang terjadi membuat perusahaan menerapkan beberapa kebijakan sebagai upaya untuk tetap dapat menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melihat peran grit sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Terdapat tiga alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu The Minessota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) short-form, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), dan short grit scale (Grit-S). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang perusahaannya melakukan kebijakan sebagai dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Analisis data secara statistik yang dilakukan yaitu uji asumsi, uji korelasi, dan uji moderasi menggunakan PROCESS Hayes Model 1. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik dari 748 partisipan ditemukan terdapat efek interaksi antara ketidakamanan kerja dan grit terhadap kepuasan kerja signifikan (b = -0,02, 95% CI [-0,04, -0,01], t=-3,09, p<0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa grit berperan sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Analisis lanjutan yang dilakukan mendapatkan bahwa grit dapat melemahkan pengaruh negatif dari ketidakamanan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja ketika grit pada tingkat kategori sedang dan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya perusahaan untuk melakukan usaha guna menurunkan ketidakamanan kerja dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.
Covid-19 brought changes in various aspects of life, including impact on companies and employees. The health and economic crisis that occurred made the company implements several policies as an effort to continue to be able to carry out its operational activities. This study aims to examine the role of grit as a moderator in the relationship between job insecurity and job satisfaction on employee. The approach of this research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. There are three measuring tools used, namely The Minesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) short-form, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), and short grit scale (Grit-S). The population of this research is employees whose company implemented policy as result of the Covid-19. S Data analysis was carried out by assumption test, correlation test, and moderation test using PROCESS Hayes Model 1. Based on the statistical analysis from 748 participants, the results show significant interaction effect between job insecurity and grit on job satisfaction (b = -0.02, 95% CI [-0.04, -0.01], t=-3.09, p<0.05). With that, it can be concluded that grit acts as a moderator on the relationship between job insecurity and job satisfaction. Further analysis found that grit can attenuate the negative effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction when grit is in the medium and high category. The results of the study emphasize the importance of companies to make efforts to reduce job insecurity and increase job satisfaction."

"Perselingkuhan melalui kontak virtual (cyber affair) dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya trait kepribadian extraversion, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness, dan kepuasan hubungan yang rendah. Trait kepribadian, kepuasan hubungan, dan cyber affair juga berkorelasi satu sama lain. Kepuasan hubungan sudah pernah dijadikan moderator dalam penelitian trait kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan hubungan sebagai moderator terhadap hubungan antara trait kepribadian dan cyber affair pada individu berpacaran usia dewasa muda. Terdapat tiga alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Social Media Infidelity-Related Behavior (SMIRB) oleh McDaniel et al. (2017) diadaptasi tim peneliti, IPIP-BFM-25 dimensi extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness (Akhtar & Azwar, 2018), dan Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) adaptasi Vivian (2020). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan partisipan sebanyak 734 orang. Analisis statistik yang dilakukan meliputi statistika deskriptif, korelasi, kovariat, dan moderasi guna menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasilnya, trait kepribadian conscientiousness memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan cyber affair. Analisis moderasi menunjukkan tidak ada efek moderasi kepuasan hubungan pada hubungan antara trait kepribadian dan cyber affair.
Infidelity through virtual contact (cyber affair) is influenced by various factors, including extraversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness personality trait, and low relationship satisfaction. Personality traits, relationship satisfaction, and cyber affair are also correlated. Relationship satisfaction has been used as a moderator in personality trait research. This study aims to determine the role of relationship satisfaction as a moderator of the relationship between personality traits and cyber affair in young adult dating individuals. There are three measurements used in this study, namely Social Media Infidelity-Related Behavior (SMIRB) by McDaniel et al. (2017) adapted by the research team, IPIP-BFM-25 dimensions of extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness (Akhtar & Azwar, 2018), and Vivian's adaptation of Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS, 2020). The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, with 734 participants obtained. Statistical analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlations, covariates, and moderation to answer the research questions. As a result, the conscientiousness personality trait has a significant negative correlation with cyber affair. Moderation analysis indicates no moderating effect of relationship satisfaction on the relationship between personality traits and cyber affair. "

"Many researchers in behavioural organizational science found that multidimensional effect of commitment variables - effective commitment and normative commitment - have different influence to turnover intention. This research aims to investigate influence multidimensional effect of commitment to turn over intention and to analyze multidimensional of commitment as mediator variables. Quesionaires distribute among lectures and nurses of Sultan Agung Foundation amounting 59 respondents. The result using regression analysis find that all of multidimensional of commitment have no signifinance to turn over intention and discussed deeply in discussion session."
