"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran dari persepsi gaya pengasuhan orang tua pada efikasi-diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir melalui mediasi trait kecerdasan emosi pada siswa SMK. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 702 siswa SMK kelas 12. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga alat ukur yang telah diadaptasi ke Bahasa Indonesia yaitu Career Decision Self Efficacy-Short Form, Parental Authority Questionnaire dan Trait Emotional Questionnaire. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dan model mediasi sederhana PROCESS Hayes. Hasil pengujian analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa gaya pengasuhan authoritative ayah, authoritative ibu, authoritarian ayah, serta trait kecerdasan emosi terbukti signifikan memiliki peran pada efikasi-diri keputusan karir. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa gaya pengasuhan authoritative ayah dan ibu terbukti signifikan dan positif memiliki peran pada efikasi diri dalam pengambilan karir melalui mediasi parsial trait kecerdasan emosi. Selain itu, gaya pengasuhan authoritarian ayah dan ibu terbukti signifikan secara negatif memiliki peran pada efikasi-diri keputusan karir melalui mediasi parsial trait kecerdasan emosi. Sedangkan gaya pengasuhan permissive ayah dan ibu tidak terbukti signifikan memiliki peran pada efikasi-diri keputusan karir melalui mediasi trait kecerdasan emosi. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya dan implikasi terhadap pihak terkait didiskusikan dalam akhir penelitian.

This study aimed to examine the role of perceived parenting styles on career decision self-efficacy through mediation of trait emotional intelligence in vocational high school students. The respondents of the study were 702 students in 12 grade. The adapted Career Decision Self Efficacy-Short Form, Parental Authority Questionnaire, and Trait Emotional Questionnaire were used in this study. The data were analysed using multiple regression and Hayes PROCESS simple mediation model. Regression analyses showed that paternal and maternal authoritative parenting styles, paternal authoritarian, and trait emotional intelligence significantly predicting career decision self-efficacy. Mediation analyses showed that trait emotional intelligence partially and positively mediated the effect of paternal and maternal authoritative parenting styles on career decision self-efficacy trait emotional intelligence partially and negatively mediated the effect of paternal and maternal authoritarian parenting styles on career decision self-efficacy. The results also showed that trait emotional intelligence did not significantly mediated the effect of paternal and maternal permissive parenting styles on career decision self-efficacy. The implication for further research are given on the end of study.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek mediasi dari dimensi-dimensi emotional labor, yakni deep acting dan surface acting sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara trait stabilitas emosi dan komitmen afektif dalam konteks industri budget hotel. Data komitmen afektif dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan alat ukur komitmen afektif dari Allen dan Meyer (1990). Data trait stabilitas emosi menggunakan 10 aitem dari alat ukur trait stabilitas emosi IPIP-NEO dan deep acting serta surface acting menggunakan Hospitality Emotional Labor Scale (HELS) dari Kruml dan Geddes (2000). Partisipan penelitian adalah 66 individu yang bekerja pada industri budget hotel. Data dianalisis menggunakan Hayes PROCESS macro ver. 3.4. pada software IBM SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa deep acting memediasi hubungan antara trait stabilitas emosi dengan komitmen afektif, sedangkan surface acting tidak memediasi hubungan antara trait stabilitas emosi dengan komitmen afektif. Peneliti kemudian membentuk modul pelatihan selama tiga sesi dalam kurun waktu seminggu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan deep acting dikarenakan deep acting terbukti memediasi hubungan antara trait stabilitas emosi dengan komitmen afektif pada karyawan budget hotel. Intervensi direncanakan dilakukan pada sepuluh orang karyawan dari sebuah budget hotel yakni Hotel X. Tiga tahapan evaluasi dijadwalkan dengan pendekatan paired t-test yang menggunakan metode Wilcoxon pada IBM SPSS 3.4 sebagai evaluasi akhir efektivitas intervensi, terutama untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata antara skor deep acting dan skor komitmen afektif sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Untuk memastikan penerapan pelatihan dan memberikan data real-time kondisi emosi peserta dalam pekerjaan keseharian aplikasi android Mood Vibe digunakan. Diskusi lebih lanjut serta saran penelitian dijelaskan pada bab terakhir penelitian ini.

The present study investigates emotional labor dimensions' influence, namely deep acting and surface acting as a mediator in the relationship between emotional stability traits and affective commitment within budget hotel industry. Affective commitment data were collected using affective commitment scale from Allen and Meyer (1990). Emotional stability traits used 10 items from IPIP-NEO emotional stability trait scale, while deep acting and surface acting were assessed by Hospitality Emotional Labor Scale (HELS) developed by Chu and Murrmann's (2006). Research participants were 66 individuals who work in budget hotel category. Data were analyzed using Hayes’ PROCESS macro ver. 3.4. on SPSS software. Results showed that deep acting mediated the relationship between emotional stability trait and affective commitment, while surface acting had no mediating effect on the relationship between emotional stability trait and affective commitment. Furthermore, the researcher formed a training module for three sessions within a week to improve deep acting skills for deep-acting was proven to have mediating effect on emotional stability traits and affective commitment. Training intervention planned to be carried out on ten employees from a budget hotel, namely Hotel X. Three stages of evaluation scheduled with paired t-test approach using Wilcoxon method on IBM SPSS 3.4 as a final evaluation of intervention effectiveness, especially to found significant difference in the mean between deep acting and affective commitment scores before and after intervention program given. Mood Vibe application was used to support the application of deep acting capabilities in daily work activities. Further discussion and research suggestions are discussed."

"ABSTRAK
Anak berkebutuhan khusus seringkali mengalami kesulitan untuk menguasai kemampuan sosial emosional sebagaimana anak lain seusianya, padahal kemampuan tersebut penting agar anak dapat menjalin interaksi yang positif dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Dukungan sosial dari lingkungan dapat membantu anak menguasai kemampuan sosial emosional, namun pengetahuan yang minim dari masyarakat Indonesia mengenai kebutuhan khusus membuat masyarakat ragu untuk memberikan dukungan secara langsung dan justru memberikan dukungan pada orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus. Jika mengacu pada model Bioekologikal Bronfenbrenner, dukungan sosial yang diterima orang tua tetap dapat memberikan pengaruh pada kemampuan sosial emosional anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui peran orang tua. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh setiap bentuk dukungan sosial terhadap kemampuan sosial emosional anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui peran variabel penerimaan orang tua pada anak. Penelitian ini melibatkan 291 responden dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis jalur dengan program IBM SPSS 22 dan R versi 3.4.2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dalam bentuk emosional dan kelompok dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan sosial emosional anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui variabel penerimaan orang tua. Dukungan sosial dalam bentuk nyata dan informasi dapat memberikan pengaruh langsung pada kemampuan sosial emosional anak berkebutuhan khusus tanpa melalui variabel penerimaan orang tua pada anak.

ABSTRACT
Children with special needs often have difficulty mastering the social-emotional ability, even though this ability is important thus children can establish positive interactions with the surrounding environment. Social support from the environment can help them to overcome that difficulty, but the minimal knowledge of Indonesian people about special needs make people hesitate to provide direct support for them. People choose to provide social support to parents of children with special needs. According to Bronfenbrenner Bioecological model, social support received by parents can still helpful to develop social-emotional ability of children with special needs through the role of parents. Therefore, this study aims to know the effect of each form of social support for the social-emotional ability of children with special needs through the role of parental acceptance on children. This study involved 291 respondents from various regions in Indonesia. The analysis was performed by regression analysis and path analysis with the IBM SPSS 22 and R version 3.4.2 program. The results of this study indicate that The results of this study indicate that social support in the form of emotional and group can affect the social-emotional ability of children with special needs through the variable of parental acceptance on children. Social support in the form of real and information directly affect the social-emotional ability of children with special needs."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier yang dimoderasi oleh harapan orang tua. Menurut teori perkembangan karier, siswa SMA yang berusia 14-18 tahun berada pada tahap eksplorasi. Dalam tahapan ini, siswa dituntut untuk menilai kapasitas diri mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Padahal, siswa SMA masih ditemukan belum dapat memutuskan masa depan mereka sepenuhnya secara mandiri. Adanya peran orang tua yang termanifestasikan melalui harapan orang tua pun membentuk persepsi bagi anak-anaknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 785 siswa SMA di enam sekolah wilayah Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, career decisions self-efficacy scale  short form (CDSE-SF) untuk efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier, wong and law emotional intelligence scale (WLEIS)  untuk kecerdasan emosi, dan parental expectation scale  (PES) untuk harapan orang tua. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis moderasi melalui PROCESS oleh Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier yang dimoderasi oleh harapan orang tua, b= 0,006 p<0.05. Keterbatasan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan alat ukur membuat perlunya dilakukan perbaikan oada beberapa aitem alat ukur CDSE-SF, serta memberitahukan pada partisipan agar saat menjawab pertanyaan mengenai harapan orang tua perlu membayangkan salah satu orang tua mereka. Implikasi penelitian ini bagi pihak sekolah dan psikolog sekolah dapat merancang program bimbingan karier bagi siswa agar siswa lebih yakin dalam menjalani tugas-tugas yang berkaitan dengan keputusan karier. Selain itu, psikolog sekolah juga dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi orang tua mengenai peran harapan orang tua terhadap keputusan karier anak-anaknya.

The present study examined the effect of emotional intelligence on career decision self-efficacy with parental expectation as a moderating variable. Career development theory states that students aged 14-18 years are in the exploration stage of life. Students are thus required to assess themselves, especially their capability to face future challenges. However, the role of parents remains relatively crucial during this stage because adolescents are still unable to fully make decisions about their future. In addition, parents expect the continuation of their childrens studies. This case is especially true in Asian culture, which illustrates the major role that parents play in their childrens lives. A total of 785 high-school students from Jabodetabek, Indonesia, were recruited using the convenience sampling method. Instruments used in this study were Career Decisions Self-Efficacy Short Form (CDSE-SF) for career decisions self-efficacy, Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) for emotional intelligence, and Parental Expectation Scale (PES) for parental expectation. Moderation analysis was used as the data analysis technique through PROCESS. Results confirmed the moderating role of parental expectations on emotional intelligence and career decision self-efficacy b= 0,006 p<0.05. Limitations in this study that researchers also did not revise several items on the CDSE-SF. In addition, researcher could give instructions for participants to imagined one of their parents when they were filled out parental expectations scale. This limitations could be a concern for future study. Implications for school and school psychologist could create career guidance programs for students based on competence in career decisions. "Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin menguji pengaruh dari gaya pengasuhan ayah, ibu, dan kecerdasan emosi terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier siswa SMK. Di Indonesia peran orangtua sangat besar terhadap perkembangan anak terkait karier dalam hal ini memilih sekolah. Orangtua cenderung memaksa untuk sekolah di SMK. Hal ini dikarenakan lulusan SMK memiliki kesiapan kerja dan peluang lebih besar untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Faktor eksternal yakni gaya pengasuhan ayah dan ibu yang berperan besar terhadap perkembangan karier siswa SMK perlu dilihat bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier siswa SMK. Sebagai faktor internal, kecerdasan emosi juga berperan terhadap perkembangan karier siswa SMK. Hal ini mendorong untuk melihat lebih jauh bagaimana pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional dengan partisipan yang terdiri dari 550 siswa SMK di Jakarta dan Depok. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya pengasuhan ayah, ibu, kecerdasan emosi terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier siswa SMK. (F = 17,271, p=0,000, <0,001)

The purpose of this study is to test the effects of both father and mother parenting style also student's emotional intelligence to l self-efficacy in career decision of vocational students. In Indonesia, parents holds big role in their child's career, by choosing which school should be attended by their child. l Many parents in Indonesia often push their child to attend vocational schools in order to prepare them to workforce, hence l bigger opportunities to get jobs earlier.. The parenting style of both father and mothers is the external factor to their child's self-efficacy in making career decision. Student's emotional intelligence also holds important role on their self-efficacy in making career decision. To test whether external and internal factors have roles in student's self-efficacy, we conducted study to 550 vocational students in Jakarta and Depok. The results of multiple regression analysis regarding the influence of parenting style of both father and mother also emotional intelligence to self-efficacy in making career decision of vocational students. "Career indecision merupakan masalah yang cukup penting bagi kehidupan remaja saat ini. Jika hal ini terus berlanjut, maka remaja cenderung gagal dalam menentukan kariernya di masa depan. CDSE sebagai kapabilitas individu dalam pengambilan keputusan karier di masa depan, sangat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor yaitu parenting styles (eksternal) dan thinking styles (internal). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi siswa SMA mengenai parenting styles orang tua yang dimediasi oleh thinking styles terhadap tingkat CDSE ketika membuat keputusan karier. Selain itu juga, penelitian ini akan menganalisis perbedaan gender yang terjadi pada remaja laki-laki dan perempuan, sehingga didapatkan data yang faktual terkait isu gender terhadap CDSE siswa SMA.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif non-eksperimental dengan jenis cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 617 orang siswa yang berasal dari tiga sekolah di Jakarta yang duduk di kelas 11 dan 12. Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale - Short Form (CDSE-SF), Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ), Thinking Styles Inventory-Revised II (TSI-R2) menjadi alat ukur dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Simple Mediation Model with Hayes's Model 4 dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 23 ­- PROCESS Macro.
Ditemukan bahwa CDSE pada siswa laki-laki secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh parenting styles ayah otoriter dan ibu otoritatif, sedangkan pada siswa perempuan dipengaruhi oleh parenting styles ayah otoritatif dan ibu otoriter, serta secara signifikan juga dipengaruhi oleh thingking styles Tipe I dan Tipe II. Pengujian mediasi menemukan bahwa variabel thinking styles secara signifikan menengahi beberapa hubungan antara parenting styles ayah dan ibu terhadap CDSE. Namun, ada beberapa keterbatasan, di mana implikasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut diberikan.

Career indecision has become a considerable issue among adolescents recently. Students would likely fail in determining their future career if this issue continued to occur. Career Decision Self-Efficacy (CDSE) as individual's capability in decision making related to future career was strongly influenced by parenting styles (external factor) and thinking styles (internal factor). This study aims to examine the effects of high school students' perceptions about their parents' parenting styles mediated by the thinking style on CDSE level in making various decisions related to their future career. In this study, the effects of gender between male and female adolescents was also analyzed in order to obtain factual data regarding gender-related issues toward high school students' CDSE level.
This study employed a non-experimental quantitative research using a cross-sectional design. The research subjects covered 617 students from three schools in Jakarta who were currently in their 11th and 12th grades. The data of this study were collected using Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale - Short Form (CDSE-SF), Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ), Thinking Styles Inventory-Revised II (TSI-R2) as the research instruments. The obtained data were then analyzed using a Simple Mediation Model with Hayes' Model 4 using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 23 - PROCESS Macro.
The results of the data analysis indicated that male students' CDSE had been significantly influenced by the parenting style applied by authoritarian paternal and authoritative maternal. Meanwhile, the CDSE level of female students was influenced by the parenting styles applied by authoritative paternal and authoritarian maternal, besides it was also significantly influenced by thinking styles Type I and Type II. Based on the results of the mediation testing, thinking styles were found to significantly mediated the relationship between parenting styles applied by paternal and maternal towards CDSE level. However, this study suffered from several limitations that could be improved by future researchers.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran masing-masing trait kepribadian, menurut teori the Five-Factor Model, terhadap career decision self-efficacy CDSE pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. CDSE adalah keyakinan seseorang mengenai kemampuannya untuk melakukan tugas-tugas dan perilaku spesifik yang dibutuhkan untuk mengambil keputusan karier Taylor Betz, 1983 . Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 419 mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari berbagai perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Trait kepribadian diukur dengan kuesioner the NEO-Five Factor Inventory Costa McCrae, 1989, dalam McCrae Costa, 2004 sedangkan CDSE diukur dengan the Career Decision Self- Efficacy scale - Short Form Betz, Klein, Taylor, 1996 yang keduanya telah diadaptasi ke bahasa Indonesia dan diuji reliabilitas serta validitasnya. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya dimensi extraversion yang terbukti berperan secara signifikan terhadap CDSE pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir = 0,457, p < 0,001 . Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman baru yang lebih mendalam akan bagaimana trait kepribadian dapat memprediksi tingkat CDSE yang dimiliki individu, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa tingkat akhir.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of each personality traits, based on the Five Factor Model theory, on career decision self efficacy CDSE in final year undergraduates. CDSE is defined as a person s beliefs concerning his or her ability to perform specific tasks and behaviors required in making career decisions Taylor Betz, 1983 . Participants in this study is 419 final year undergraduates from various colleges throughout Indonesia. Personality traits were measured with the NEO Five Factor Inventory Costa McCrae, 1989, in McCrae Costa, 2004 meanwhile CDSE was measured with the Career Decision Self Efficacy scale Short Form Betz, Klein, Taylor, 1996 , both of which has been adapted to Bahasa Indonesia and tested for reliability and validity. Results from data analysis shows that only extraversion has a significant role on CDSE in final year undergraduates 0,457, p 0,001 . Findings from this study provides a new and deeper understanding of how personality traits can predict the level of CDSE in an individual, especially among final year undergraduates.

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dimensi-dimensi kecerdasan emosional pada keputusan karier self-efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat sarjana tahun senior karena masih ada perbedaan dalam hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Para peserta penelitian ini terdiri dari 339 mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun sarjana di Universitas Indonesia yang tersebar di seluruh Fakultas. Dimensi kecerdasan emosional diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Wong dan Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi: penilaian emosi-diri, penilaian emosi lainnya, penggunaan emosi, dan regulasi emosi, dengan total 16 item ( Wong & Law, 2002). Selanjutnya, konstruk self-efficacy keputusan karier diukur menggunakan Skala Self-Efficiency Keputusan Karir - Bentuk Pendek (Betz, Klein, & Taylor, 1996) yang telah diadaptasi ke Indonesia yang terdiri dari 25 item.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah dimensi penilaian emosi-diri (β = 0,181, p> 0,05), penggunaan emosi (β = 0,354, p> 0,05), dan regulasi emosi (β = 0,106, p > 0,05) memprediksi self-efficacy keputusan karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun, sementara emosi lainnya tidak memprediksi self-efficacy keputusan karier. Juga ditemukan bahwa penggunaan emosi paling berkontribusi pada keputusan karier self-efficacy pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahun senior (B = 1.093, t (196) = 5.817, p <0,05). Penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi mahasiswa.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the dimensions of emotional intelligence in career self-efficacy decisions in senior year undergraduate students because there are still differences in the results of previous studies. The study participants consisted of 339 undergraduate year-end students at the University of Indonesia, spread throughout the Faculties. The dimensions of emotional intelligence are measured using the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) measuring device which consists of four dimensions: self-emotional assessment, other emotional assessment, emotional use, and emotional regulation, with a total of 16 items (Wong & Law, 2002). Furthermore, the constructs of career decision self-efficacy are measured using the Career Decision Self-Efficiency Scale-Short Form (Betz, Klein, & Taylor, 1996) which has been adapted to Indonesia consisting of 25 items.
The results of this study are the dimensions of self-emotional assessment (β = 0.181, p> 0.05), emotional use (β = 0.354, p> 0.05), and emotion regulation (β = 0.106, p> 0.05) predicting career decision self-efficacy at the end of year level students, while other emotions do not predict career decision self-efficacy. It was also found that the use of emotions most contributed to career self-efficacy decisions in senior year end level students (B = 1,093, t (196) = 5,817, p <0.05). This research can be a reference for students.
