"Usaha Kecil dan Menengah UKM di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam ekonomi Indonesia. UKM dianggap sebagai pilar ekonomi untuk mencapai kesetaraan dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian sebelumnya menyatakan bahwa keberhasilan UKM tergantung pada kinerjanya. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik, work-life balance, dan komitmen afektif memiliki dampak positif terhadap kinerja organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan mediasi komitmen afektif. Work-life balance telah menjadi topik menarik dalam praktik SDM, namun penelitian mengenai work-life balance pada UKM masih kurang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan kuisioner terhadap pemilik UKM di Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 770. Dalam penelitian ini, motivasi intrinsik dan work-life balance memiliki dampak yang signifikan dan positif terhadap komitmen afektif. Sementara itu, hanya motivasi intrinsik memiliki dampak yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja organisasi. Peran komitmen afektif sebagai mediator terbukti untuk kinerja non-finansial.

Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs in Indonesia have an important role in the Indonesian economy. SMEs are considered as economic pillars to achieve equality and prosperity. Moreover, SMEs have a large contribution to Indonesia 39 s GDP. Previous research suggested that success of SMEs depends on their performance. Previous studies show that intrinsic motivation, work life balance, and affective commitment have a positive impact on organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of intrinsic motivation and work life balance on organizational performance with the mediation of affective commitment. Work life balance has become an interesting topic in HR practice, but work life balance research on SMEs is still lacking. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey using questionnaires to the owners of SMEs in South Sulawesi with the number of respondents as much as 770. In this study, intrinsic motivation and work life balance have a significant and positive impact on affective commitment. Meanwhile, only intrinsic motivation has a significant and positive impact on organizational performance. "Keseimbangan waktu mengurus pekerjaan dan mengurus hal lain di luar pekerjaan merupakan hal penting bagi pemilik UMK. Selain itu, motivasi dan kepribadian pemilik UMK juga menjadi bagian penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMK. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh work-life balance, motivasi, dan owner personality terhadap kinerja UMK di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 152 pemilik UMK sebagai responden. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance motivasi, dan personality pemilik UMK dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMK. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK, sementara motivasi dan personality pemilik UMKM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMK. Jumlah responden dan waktu penelitian perlu ditingkatkan guna penelitian selanjutnya. Selain itu, motivasi kewirausahaan dengan alat ukur yang spesifik perlu digunakan dalam penelitian selanjutnya.

Balance of time for taking care of work and other things in micro and small entreprises is important thing to the owners. In addition, the motivation and the personality of the owners in micro and small entreprises also become the important thing. The research discuss about the influence of work life balance, motivation, and personality on small medium enterprises performance in Jabodetabek. This research conduct of 152 micro and small enterprises owners. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 20.0 software. The purpose of the research is to know the influence of work life balance, motivation, and personality of the micro and small entreprises owners in order to improve the performance. The results of the research are work life balance do not have influence on small medium enterprises performance, where motivation and personality have influence on micro and small enterprises performance. The number of respondents and time for research need to be improved. Besides that, entrepreneurial motivation with specific measuring tools should be used for future research. "

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan peranan praktik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja UMK di Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan beberapa variabel yang memediasi hubungan tersebut seperti work-life balance, komitmen afektif, dan motivasi intrinsik. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 750 orang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pemilik UMK dari beberapa kota di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan SEM sebagai metode analisis data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan ekonomi nasional, khususnya perkembangan UMK di Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hubungan praktik pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja dimediasi oleh motivasi intrinsik. Tidak ditemukan efek mediasi dari work-life balance dan komitmen afektif dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to demonstrate the role of human resource practice on the performance of Micro Small Enterprise MSE in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This study also shows some variables that mediate that relationship, such as work life balance, affective commitment, and intrinsic motivation. Total respondents in this research are 750 people. The respondents are the owners of MSE from several cities in South Sulawesi. This study uses Structural Equation Method as the analysis method. This study is expected to contribute to the national economic development, especially the development of MSE in South Sulawesi. The result from this study indicates that the relationship of human resource management and performance is mediated by intrinsic motivation, but not by work life balance and affective commitment. "

"Penelitian ini menginvestigasi secara empiris pengaruh praktik knowledge management, transformational leadership, dan work-life balance terhadap employee performance melalui peran affective commitment sebagai mediator pada Organisasi Keuangan Pemerintah (OKP) Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dengan pengukuran skala Likert 7 poin, dan dianalisis menggunakan Lisrel 8.8 dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar konstruk. Data diperoleh sebanyak 1.269, dan diolah sebanyak 996 tanggapan responden setelah melalui proses screening dan cleaning data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik knowledge management, transformational leadership, dan work-life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap affective commitment dan employee performance, serta affective commitment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. Di sisi lain, affective commitment memediasi secara positif secara parsial hubungan antara knowledge management, transformational leadership, dan work-life balance terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini berkontribusi di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam memperluas literatur mengenai knowledge management, transformational leadership dan work-life balance di sektor publik yang merupakan tema yang sedang berkembang saat ini, sekaligus menambahkan affective commitment sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

This research aims to empirically investigate the influence of knowledge management practices, transformational leadership, and work-life balance on employee performance through the mediating role of affective commitment in Indonesian Government Financial Organizations (OKP). Data were collected via an online questionnaire with a 7-point Likert scale measurement, and analyzed using Lisrel 8.8 with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to explain the relationship between constructs. 1,269 data were obtained, and 996 respondents' responses were processed after going through a data screening and cleaning process. The results indicate that knowledge management practices, transformational leadership, and work-life balance have a positive and significant impact on affective commitment and employee performance, moreover, affective commitment also positively and significantly influences employee performance. On the other hand, affective commitment partially mediates the relationship between knowledge management, transformational leadership, and work-life balance on employee performance. This study contributes to the field of Human Resource Management by expanding the literature on knowledge management, transformational leadership, and work-life balance in the public sector, which are currently emerging themes, while also adding affective commitment as tools to enhance employee performance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh quality of work life terhadap work life balance melalui peran mediasi job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment pada karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan jasa konsultan bisnis di daerah Jabodetabek. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat single cross sectional. Responden sejumlah 225 orang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dikembangkan dari penelitian sebelumnya. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik covariance based structural equation modeling. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa quality of work life berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui peran mediasi job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment terhadap work life balance.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini secara praktis dapat disarankan bahwa untuk menciptakan keseimbangan kehidupan dan pekerjaan pada karyawan, manajemen perusahaan jasa konsultan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja atau kondisi kerja yang positif sehingga kelelahan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dapat berkurang, kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan meningkat, dan rasa ingin berkomitmen kerja yang tinggi. Secara teoritis penelitian ini dapat mengkonfirmasi penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang menyelidiki dinamika hubungan antara quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction, dan job commitment.

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work life on work life balance through the mediating role of job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment in employees who work in business consulting services companies in the Jabodetabek area. The approach used is a quantitative approach and is single cross sectional. Respondents were 225 people involved in this study. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been developed from previous studies. Data processing was carried out using a covariance based structural equation modeling technique. The research findings show that the quality of work life has an indirect effect through the mediating role of job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment to work life balance.
Based on the results of this study it can be practically suggested that in order to create a work-life balance for employees, the management of a consulting service company can create a positive work environment or working conditions so that the work fatigue felt by employees can be reduced, perceived job satisfaction increases, and a high sense of work commitment. Theoretically, this research can confirm previous studies that investigated the dynamics of the relationship between quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment.

"Organisasi dalam berbagai macam bentuk dan latar belakang senantiasa dituntut untuk terus mengikuti perubahan kebijakan dan dinamika lingkungan eksternal. Maka dari itu, diperlukan perhatian organisasi dalam mempertimbangkan faktorfaktor yang sekiranya dapat berpengaruh dalam pengambilan kebijakan seperti work-life balance, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengaruh dari motivasi kerja dan work-life balance terhadap komitmen kerja serta bagaimana kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja dan work-life balance terhadap komitmen kerja pegawai Markas Besar Badan Narkotika Nasional. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data responden, diperoleh 292 data yang valid dan dapat dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara langsung, work-life balance dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja pegawai. Namun secara tidak langsung, terdapat hubungan signifikan antara work-life balance dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen kerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Atas hal tersebut, pembuat kebijakan di Markas Besar Badan Narkotika Nasional harus menaruh perhatian terhadap work-life balance, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dalam upaya meningkatkan komitmen kerja pegawai. Selain itu, organisasi juga perlu mempertimbangkan motivasi kerja serta work-life balance dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Organizations in various forms and backgrounds are always required to continue to follow changes in policy and dynamics of the external environment. Therefore, organizational attention is needed in considering factors that could influence policy making such as work-life balance, work motivation, job satisfaction and work commitment. This research aims to explore the influence of work motivation and work-life balance on work commitment and how job satisfaction can mediate the influence of work motivation and work-life balance on the work commitment of employees at the National Narcotics Agency Headquarters. Based on the collection of respondent data, 292 valid data were obtained and further analysis could be carried out. This research found that directly, work-life balance and work motivation did not significantly influence employee work commitment. However, indirectly, there is a significant relationship between work-life balance and work motivation on work commitment which is mediated by job satisfaction. Due to this, policy makers at the National Narcotics Agency Headquarters must pay attention to work-life balance, work motivation and job satisfaction in an effort to increase employee work commitment. Apart from that, organizations also need to consider work motivation and work-life balance in increasing employee job satisfaction."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian bertujuan meneliti pengaruh work-life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian juga meneliti pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja individu. Penelitian dilakukan pada 190 karyawan di perusahaan asuransi di Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja namun work-life balance tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu.

ABSTRACT
Research aims to investigate the effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job motivation. Research also analyzes the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job motivation on individual performance. 190 employees at insurance company in South Jakarta have been surveyed. The result showed that work-life balance has significant effect with job satisfaction but the work-life balance has no significant effect with organizational commitment and work motivation. The research also showed that organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job motivation have significant effect on individual performance."

"Work-life balance merupakan salah satu faktor yang perlu diperhatikan perusahaan. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk sebagai salah satu perusahaan perbankan yang memiliki tingkat work-life balance yang baik. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia bagi BNI sebagai salah satu faktor utama untuk mencapai keberhasilan strategi di dunia perbankan. Salah satunya dengan memperhatikan aspek work-life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 99 responden yang merupakan pegawai tetap di kantor pusat PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, analisis mediasi (causal step) dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari work-life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, work-life balance terhadap organizational commitment, dan organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Berdasarkan hasil uji mediasi yang telah dilakukan, tidak terdapat pengaruh mediasi organizational commitment pada pengaruh work-life balance terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

Work-life balance is one of the factors that companies need to pay attention to. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as a banking company that has a good work-life balance. Managing human resources for BNI is one of the main factors in achieving a successful strategy in the banking world. One of them is by paying attention to the work-life balance aspect. This study aims to analyze the effects of work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable on the employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research used a quantitative approach using data by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents who are permanent employees at the headquarters of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Data analysis in this study was conducted by descriptive analysis, regression analysis, mediation analysis (causal step) and sobel test analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior, work-life balance on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of mediation tests, there is no mediation effect of organizational commitment on the influence of work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior."

"Karyawan milenial wanita yang kini prosentasinya mulai meningkat berperan penting untuk organisasi dan membutuhkan dukungan organisasi dan supervisor untuk menjadi talent dan top executive sehingga akan meningkatkan keterlibatannya terhadap organisasi. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan dukungan supervisor terhadap afektif komitmen. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara dukungan organisasi dan dukungan supervisor terhadap komitmen afektif yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification dan work life balance. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 242 responden yang bekerja di industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi, persepsi dukungan supervisor berpengaruh terhadap organizational identification dan work life balance. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi, persepsi dukungan supervisor tidak signifikan terhadap affective commitment, organizational identification dan work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif. Serta, organizational identification dan work life balance mampu memediasi hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan persepsi dukungan supervisor terhadap komitmen afektif. Sehingga, penelitian ini memberikan saran manajerial yaitu komitmen afektif karyawan milenial wanita penting untuk ditingkatkan dengan memberikan kesejahteraan dan komunikasi yang rutin baik dalam bentuk reputasi organisasi yang baik dan keseimbangan kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaan.

Female millennial employees are now increasing in importance to the organization and need organizational support and supervisors to become talents and top leaders so that they will increase their interaction with the organization. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to investigate the effect of organizational support and supervisor support on affective commitment. Furthermore, this study aims at the relationship between organizational support and supervisor support for affective commitment that is mediated by organizational identification and work-life balance. The research sample was 242 respondents who worked in the manufacturing industry. This study was analyzed using a Structural Equation Model that shows the perception of organizational support, the response of supervisor support to organizational identification and work life balance. In addition, the results of this study indicate that perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of supervisor support are not significant towards affective commitment, organizational identification and work-life balance have a positive effect on affective commitment. Also, identify the organization and work life balance that are able to mediate the relationship between responses to organizational support and perceptions of supervisor support on affective commitment. Related, this study provides managerial advice, namely that affective commitment of female millennial employees is important to improve welfare and regular communication both in the form of good organizational partnerships and a balance of personal and work life."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work-life balance terhadap employee engagement pada milenial PT XYZ melalui persepsi kepuasan kerja. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan studi pustaka dari penelitian dengan topik sejenis yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 responden, dan diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement, dan work-life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis kausal step yang dilakukan, kepuasan kerja dapat dikatakan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan work-life balance dengan employee engagement yang bersifat parsial dan signifikan.

This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance on employee engagement at PT XYZ millennials through perceptions of job satisfaction. The research technique used was survey and literature study of research with similar topics that had been done previously. The sample used in this study amounted to 102 respondents, and obtained using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of regression tests that have been conducted, it shows that work-life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee engagement, and work-life balance has a significant effect on employee engagement. Then based on the results of the causal step analysis carried out, job satisfaction can be said to be a mediating variable in the work-life balance relationship with employee engagement which is partial and significant.
