"ABSTRAKPenelitian pada tesis ini membahas mengenai perumusan strategi operasi dari Divisi Jaringan Teknologi Informasi terkait adanya investasi dengan melakukan integrasi vertikal infrastruktur jaringan komunikasi. Divisi Jaringan Teknologi Informasi sebagai unit kerja yang dibentuk terkait adanya integrasi vertikal ini belum memiliki prioritas dan tahapan implementasi strategi operasi yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk mengoptimalkan dukungan terhadap layanan bisnis dalam mencapai efisiensi operasional. Perumusan strategi operasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan model strategi operasi Slack and Lewis. Hasil dari perumusan strategi operasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan strategi operasi Divisi secara formal dalam bentuk matriks strategi operasi dan tahapan implementasi untuk digunakan sebagai arahan dalam kegiatan operasional unit kerja.

ABSTRACTThe research on this thesis discusses the formulation of the operation strategy of the Information Technology Network Division related to the investment by doing vertical integration of communications network infrastructure. The Division of Information Technology Network as a work unit that is formed related to the existence of vertical integration has no priority and implementation stage of operational strategy yet which later can be used as a reference to optimize support for business services in achieving operational efficiency. The formulation of an operating strategy is done using the Slack and Lewis strategy model approach. The results of the operation strategy formulation of this research are expected to give the Division 39 s strategic strategy formally in the form of operational strategy matrix and implementation stages to be used as a direction in the operational activities of the work unit."

"Pengembangan bisnis PT AJN Solusindo membuat teknologi komunikasi yang digunakan untuk melayanai kebutuhan pelangan menjadi semakin beragam. Pengelolaan jaringan merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan PT AJN Solusindo untuk menjaga performansi layanan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan masalah performansi layanan yang tidak mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan. Pengelolaan jaringan yang ada dirasa belum cukup untuk membantu menjaga performansi layanan, karena penggunaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang tidak optimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang infrastruktur teknologi informasi sistem pengelolaan jaringan yang dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan performansi layanan. Metodologi yang akan digunakan dalam perancangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi sistem pengelolaan jaringan adalah TOGAF ADM dan Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Fungsi pengelolaan jaringan disusun mengikuti referensi fungsi pengelolaan FCAPS. Metode pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan adalah melalui wawancara dengan para pemangku kepentingan, dan observasi terhadap proses bisnis dan kondisi infrastruktur teknologi informsi yang sedang berjalan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi sistem pengelolaan jaringan yang memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan untuk membantu meningkatkan performansi layanan.

Business development of PT AJN Solusindo makes communication technologies that are used to serve the needs of the customer, becoming increasingly diverse. Network management is one of the efforts made by PT AJN Solusindo to maintain service performance. This study begins with the issue of service performance that does not meet the target. Existing network management are still not enough to help maintain the service performance, due to the use of information technology infrastructure is not optimal. Therefore, the information technology infrastructure of network management system needs to be designed, so it supports company to maintain service performance. Methodology that will be used in the design of information technology infrastructure of network management system is TOGAF ADM and service oriented architecture (SOA). The network management functions are arranged to follow the reference model of FCAPS management functions. Methods of data collection are conducted through interviews with stakeholders, and observations of business processes and existing information technology infrastructure. This study provides the information technology infrastructure of network management systems design that meet the needs of the company to maintain service performance."

"Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk dan pengguna internet terbesar keempat di dunia membuat kemungkinan serangan siber semakin besar. Oleh karena itu, dalam mempertimbangkan banyak potensi serangan siber yang dapat terjadi, perusahaan harus memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kualitas keamanan infrastruktur teknologi informasi (TI) yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kualitas keamanan infrastruktur TI yang dimiliki PT XYZ saat ini dan membandingkannya dengan kualitas keamanan infrastruktur TI yang diharapkan PT XYZ menggunakan perluasan model kematangan keamanan siber yaitu Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2). Peneliti mengadopsi 10 (sepuluh) domain C2M2 dan 2 (dua) domain lain yang bersumber dari Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls sehingga jumlah domain yang diuji pada model konseptual adalah 12 domain. Perluasan model ini menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dalam masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah in-depth interview dan kuesioner self-evaluation assessment. Data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan gap analysis dan importance-performance analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 10 domain C2M2 dan 2 domain CIS yang diujikan terhadap PT XYZ memiliki gaps pada Maturity Indicator Level (MIL) di masing-masing domain. Hampir seluruh domain yang diujikan berada di kuadran A pada matriks importance-performance analysis dimana tingkat kinerja rendah namun tingkat kepentingan tinggi. Skala prioritas dibuat agar PT XYZ dapat fokus memperbaiki domain yang memiliki selisih gaps besar dan tingkat kepentingan tinggi. Prioritas I atau prioritas utama domain yang harus segera dibenahi oleh PT XYZ adalah asset, change, and configuration management (ACM); identity and access management (IAM); dan event and incident response, continuity of operations (IR). Kemudian, prioritas II yaitu domain threat and vulnerability management (TVM). Lalu, prioritas III yaitu domain risk management (RM) dan situational awareness (SA). Kemudian, prioritas IV yaitu domain workforce management (WM) dan data protection (PR). Lalu, prioritas V yaitu domain information sharing and communications (ISC) dan cybersecurity program management (CPM). Terakhir, prioritas VI yaitu domain supply chain and dependencies management (EDM). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas keamanan infrastruktur TI di PT XYZ belum mampu mengatasi risiko keamanan yang ada sehingga membutuhkan banyak perbaikan dan perlu dievaluasi secara menyeluruh.

Indonesia is a country with the fourth largest population and internet users in the world, making the possibility of cyberattacks even greater. Therefore, in considering the many potential cyberattacks that can occur, companies must have a deep understanding of the security quality of their information technology (IT) infrastructure. This research evaluates the security quality of PT XYZ's current IT infrastructure and compares it with the quality of IT infrastructure security expected by PT XYZ using a framework’s expansion of Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (C2M2). The researcher adopted 10 (ten) C2M2 domains and 2 (two) other domains sourced from the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls so that the number of domains tested in the conceptual model is 12 domains. The expansion of this model adapts to conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The methods used in this research are in-depth interviews and self-evaluation assessment questionnaires. The data is then processed and analyzed using gap analysis and importance-performance analysis. Based on the research results, 10 C2M2 domains and 2 CIS domains tested against PT XYZ have gaps in the Maturity Indicator Level (MIL) in each domain. Almost all of the tested domains are in quadrant A in the importance-performance analysis matrix where the level of performance is low but the level of importance is high. The priority scale is made so that PT XYZ can focus on improving domains that have large gaps and high levels of importance. Priority I or the main priority domains that must be addressed by PT XYZ are asset, change, and configuration management (ACM); identity and access management (IAM); and event and incident response, continuity of operations (IR). Then, priority II is the threat and vulnerability management (TVM) domain. Then, priority III is the domain of risk management (RM) and situational awareness (SA). Then, priority IV is the domain of workforce management (WM) and data protection (PR). Then, priority V is the domain of information sharing and communications (ISC) and cybersecurity program management (CPM). Finally, priority VI is the supply chain and dependencies management (EDM) domain. This shows that the overall security quality of PT XYZ’s IT infrastructure has not been able to overcome the existing security risks so that it requires a lot of improvements and needs to be evaluated thoroughly."

"PT XYZ telah berkembang menjadi salah satu penyedia infrastruktur TIK (teknologi informasi dan komunikasi) terkemuka di Indonesia. Kategori layanan yang diberikan PT XYZ kepada pelanggan saat ini adalah Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Collaboration, Big Data & Analytics, Digital Business Management, Adaptive Security Architecture, dan Service yang memanfaatkan layanan TI (teknologi informasi). Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada perancangan infrastruktur TI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelolaan layanan TI PT XYZ dengan menggunakan metodologi Architecture Development Method (ADM) dari The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). Teknik pengumpulan data untuk menyusun penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Metodologi penelitian untuk menyusun penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan hermeneutics. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan infrastruktur TI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengelolaan layanan TI PT XYZ."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang perumusan strategi operasi pada Divisi Syariah Reasuransi Jiwa di PT. Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia Tbk yang menyediakan produknya berupa jasa reasuransi. Pertumbuhan bisnis asuransi syariah meningkat 30% per tahun secara nasional namun pertumbuhan rata-rata Divisi Syariah Resuransi Jiwa di Marein hanya sebesar 17% per tahun. Sebagai satu-satunya perusahaan reasuransi swasta di Indonesia, dengan persaingan pasar yang ketat, Divisi Syariah Resuransi Jiwa di Marein perlu merumuskan strategi operasi dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Perumusan strategi operasi pada tesis ini menggunakan model Slack dan Lewis, dimana hasil strategi operasi dibedakan ke dalam area produktivitas dan kapasitas, arearantai pasok, area teknologi proses, serta area perkembangan dan organisasi. Hasil strategi dipetakan untuk dilaksanakan selama 3 tahun ke depan dan disusun berdasarkan skala prioritas untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan, yaitu peningkatan hasil underwriting sebesar 20% dari pencapaian produksi tahun sebelumnya.

This thesis discusses the formulation of operation strategy in Sharia Reinsurance Division in PT. Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia Tbk that provides reinsurance services. The growth of sharia insurance business increased by 30% per year nationally, but Marein Life Sharia Division?s increase approximately only 17% per year. As the only private reinsurance company in Indonesia, with intense market competition, Marein need to formulate a strategy in its business operations.

Operations strategy formulation in this thesis uses Slack and Lewis model, where the results of operations strategy differentiated into areas of productivity and capacity, supply chain area, the area of process technology, as well as the areas of development and organization. Strategy mapped to be implemented over the next 3 years and compiled based on priorities to achieve the stated goal, namely to increase the underwriting result amounted to 20% from the previous year's production."

"Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) terhadap perkembangan pariwisata di negara-negara ASEAN. Pelanggan telepon selular dan internet broadband digunakan sebagai proxy untuk TIK. Selain itu, kami memperhitungkan seperti kualitas jalan, PDB perkapita dunia, PDB perkapita negara-negara anggota ASEAN, inflasi serta dummy Kebijakan ASAM ASEAN. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel periode 2010-2018. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Fixed Effect Model dan mengestimasi variabel interaksi internet dan PDB perkapita dunia serta PDB perkapita negara-negara anggota ASEAN. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa, TIK memberikan pengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan pariwisata di ASEAN. Lalu untuk variabel kualitas jalan, PDB perkapita negara-negara anggota ASEAN, kebijakan ASAM ASEAN, dan variabel interaksi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Selanjutnya variabel inflasi memberikan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan.

This study investigated the impacts of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on tourism development in ASEAN countries. Mobile-phones and broadband internet subscribers are used as proxies for ICT. In addition, we estimated quality of road, GDP per capita of world, GDP percapita ASEAN member countries, inflation and ASAM as ASEAN Policy as dummy. This study uses panel data for the 2010-2018 period. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) Fixed Effect Model and estimated the interaction variables internet and GDP per capita of world and GDP percapita ASEAN member countries. The results show that, ICT has a positive and significant impact on tourism developments in ASEAN. Then for quality of road, ASEAN ASAM policies, and interaction variables also have a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, the inflation variable has a negative and insignificant."

"ABSTRAKTeknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) baru, seperti Web 2.0 dan media sosial membuat perbedaan dalam praktik partisipasi politik di kalangan individu muda. Penelitian ini memperkenalkan Actor-Network Theory (ANT) sebagai sebuah kerangka untuk menganalisis hubungan antara TIK baru dan perubahan praktik pada partisipasi politik pemuda, secara khusus dalam fenomena adopsi Twitter. Peneliti beragumen bahwa ANT menawarkan sebuah perspektif baru dalam studi media dan politik serta praktik mediasi, sebab ANT menaruh fokus pada aktor heterogen, yakni manusia, konstruksi simbolis, dan elemen materi termasuk teknologi, setara dengan elemen penting lain sebagai bahan analisis. Penelitian ini menawarkan contoh empiris mengenai berbagai cara Twitter menjadi elemen spesifik pada aktor-jaringan. Argumen lain ialah, ketika melibatkan materialitas-teknologi-dalam analisis partisipasi politik, peneliti harus menghindari pengkhususan 'efek' Twitter. Teknolog Twitter harus diperlakukan secara analitis sebagai aktan dalam sebuah jaringan terintegrasi dengan aktan lain.

ABSTRACTNew information and communication technologies (ICTs) such as Web 2.0 and social media have altered the practices of political participation amongst youth. This article introduces Actor-Network Theory (ANT) as a framework for analyzing the relation between new ICTs and changing practices in youth political participation related with the adoption of Twitter in particular. It argues that ANT offers an exciting new perspective on 'holistic' studies of media and politics, and mediation practices, because it calls for a focus on heterogeneous actors: people, ideals, symbolic constructions, and material elements are seen as equally important elements to analyze. The article offers empirical examples of how ICTs have become elements of speci!c actor-networks, and argues that, at this point, the new aspect of them is their seamlessness. It is argued that while including materiality-technology-in analyses of journalism practices we should refrain from essentializing the 'effects' of ICT. Rather, technology should be treated analytically as an actant tightly integrated in networks with other actants, without being assigned particular forces or consequences."

This research is conducted to analyze Blackberry communication in Marketing Communication Division PT. Excelcomindo Pratama by using a framework to reveal established communication network model consumption value indicator the most centralized Blackberry data communication feature, and the network member who becomes a star in network.

The result shows that the established communication network is an interesting circle. "Angkutan barang memiliki peran penting dalam menghubungkan supply dan demand sehingga angkutan barang memiliki dampak yang cukup besar pada perekonomian daerah. Pengiriman barang yang lebih reliable dan door to door transport tentunya membutuhkan transportasi multimoda agar lebih efektif dan efisien, terlebih pada negara kepulauan seperti Indonesia. Saat ini pengembangan jaringan infrastruktur transportasi belum terintegrasi dan belum ditinjau dari perspektif multimoda. Sementara itu, banyaknya pemangku kepentingan atau aktor yang terlibat dalam sektor angkutan barang juga menambah kompleksitas perencanaan jaringan multimoda. Dari sisi pemerintah, masing-masing subsektor transportasi berdasarkan moda memiliki perencanaannya sendiri dan kurang terintegrasi, khususnya dalam sistem transportasi multimoda. Disertasi ini mengusulkan model perencanaan strategis yang terintegrasi dari jaringan angkutan barang multimoda. Model ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan manfaat optimal yang diwakili dengan nilai efisiensi dalam sistem angkutan barang. Tujuan model ini adalah untuk meminimalkan selisih total biaya distribusi dari keseluruhan sistem sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan infrastruktur dengan total biaya investasi, operasional, dan pemeliharaan (IOM) infrastruktur transportasi. Batasan anggaran diperlukan karena terkait dengan peran pemerintah dalam menyusun anggaran untuk sektor transportasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ini dapat menyeleksi skenario terbaik pengembangan infrastruktur dari perspektif transportasi multimoda dan bukan uni-moda. Model yang diusulkan dapat digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan perencanaan subsektor transportasi dan, pada saat yang sama, mengembangkan sistem transportasi multimoda yang lebih optimal.

Freight transportation has an essential role in connecting supply and demand that are spread geographically, which impacts the regions economic. More reliable cargo delivery and door to door transport certainly requires multimodal transportation especially in an archipelagic country like, Indonesia. Currently, the development of transportation infrastructure networks is not yet integrated and lacks a multimoda perspective. Meanwhile, many stakeholders or actors involved in the freight transport sector also increase the complexity of multimoda network planning. From the government perspective, each transportation sub-sectors that based on the mode, has its planning and lacks of integration, particularly in multimoda transport. This paper proposes the integrated strategic planning model of a multimoda freight transport network. It emphasizes to attain the optimum benefit which is represented by the efficiency of the freight transport system. The model's objective is to minimize the total distribution cost of the whole system by using the budget limitation of the transportation infrastructure's total investment, operational, and maintenance (IOM) cost as the constrains. The budget limitation constraint indeed represents the role of the government to arrange the budget for the transportation sector. The results showed that this model can select the best scenario of infrastructure development from the perspective of multimoda transport rather than uni-modal. The proposed model can be used to integrate the planning of the transportation sub-sectors and, at the same time, develop more optimum multimoda transportation system."
