Untuk mengurangi kecenderungan untuk turnover maka PT. Z perlu untuk mengelola hope karyawannya Hope yang terkelola akan memunculkan kebutuhan karyawan untuk ter-engaged dengan perusahaan. Pengelolaan hope dilakukan dcngan melalcukan program intervensi 26, yaitu good development dan good citizenship. Kedua program ini dilandwi pada prinsip engagement yang mengelola faktor motivator dan hygiene untuk mengelola hope karyawan.
Program intervensi yang dilakukan pilot project adalah program good development dengan annual refreshment employee orientation (ARRO). Program AREO akan menghasilkan kontnak psikologi yang bam. Kontrak psikologi merupakan pertukaran hope antara karyawan dengan pemsahaan.

This activity is an implementation of consultation process due to the increasing turnover index in PT Z. To reduce the intentions of turnover, company needs to maintain employee's hope. Maintaining employee's hope will retain employee's needs to engage with the company. There are two programs called 2G to maintain employee's hope, it is good development and good citizenship. Both programs base on the engagement princmles include motivator factor and hygiene factor and its function is to maintain hope.
The intervention program which has been conducted was good development through annual refreshment employee orientation program (A REO). AREO program will create a renewal psychological contract for each employee. This psychological contract is a hope that fit each other between employee and company.

Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti juga menambahkan variabel moderasi yaitu turbulensi lingkungan dan Networking Capability untuk menguji apakah masing-masing variabel tersebut dapat meningkatkan pengaruh Orientasi pasar dan Orientasi Wirausaha terhadap kinerja pengembangan produk baru. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS. Penelitian ini berimplikasi secara teoritis dan manajerial. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini berkontribusi memperkaya konsep strategic entrepreneurship dan secara manajerial memberikan arah kepada manajer maupun pelaku usaha dalam menerapkan Oreintasi Pasar dan Orientasi Wirausaha dan juga factor yang mempengaruhinya terhadap pengembangan produk baru. Dengan demikian tingkat manajerial dapat menciptakan faktor-faktor pendukung yang kuat dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja dari Pengembangan produk baru.

This study examines the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of new product development in the fashion industry in DKI Jakarta. In this study, researchers also added moderating variables namely environmental turbulence and Networking Capability to test whether each of these variables can increase the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of new product development. Test equipment used is SEM PLS. This research has theoretical and managerial implications. Theoretically, this research contributes to the enrichment of the concept of strategic entrepreneurship and managerially provides direction to managers and business people in implementing Market Ore across and Entrepreneurial Orientation and also the factors that influence it on new product development. Thus the managerial level can create strong supporting factors in order to improve the performance of new product development."

"Globalisasi pasar menghadirkan tantangan bagi para pengusaha, baik skala besar maupun skala kecil. Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah UMKM hadir menjadi mesin penggerak perekonomian nasional. Namun, kontribusi UMKM belum dibarengi dengan kinerja yang maksimal. Permasalahan UMKM adalah belum maksimal berorientasi pasar dan ketidakkonsistenan semangat berwirausaha. Tujuan penelitian membahas pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi wirausaha terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM ekspor. Populasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM ekspor yang terdata di Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM selama tahun 2016 ndash; 2017 dan dengan rumus ditemukan sampel sejumlah 84 UMKM ekspor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi wirausaha yang dimiliki para pelaku UMKM ekspor memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan angka penjualan produk, keudukan di pasar dan peningkatan pemenuhuan proses produki. Orientasi pasar tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM ekspor, sehingga orientasi pasar dapat digantikan dengan variabel lain.

Market globalization presents challenges for entrepreneurs, both large and small scale. Micro, small and medium enterprises MSMEs are present to become the engine of the national economy. However, the contribution of MSME has not been accompanied by maximum performance. The problem of MSME is not maximally market oriented and inconsistent entrepreneurship spirit. The purpose of this study is discusses the influence of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSME export business. The population of this study is the MSME export recorded in the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs during the year 2016 2017 and with the formula found a sample of 84 MSME exports. This research is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant influence on business performance which is characterized by sales growth, market position and productivity. Market orientation does not have a significant relationship to the business performance of MSME export, so that market orientation can be replaced with other variables."

"Artikel ini mencoba menjelaskan orientasi kerja PNS di Biro Perencanaan Kementerian ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia dengan tipe orientasi kerja instrumental, karier/birokrasi, hubungan sosial dan penilaian kerja. Sedangkan penelitian sebelumnya berangkat dari pendekatan instrumental tanpa melihat lebih jauh hubungan sosial dan penilaian kerja (bersifat umum). Pada tahap awal, seorang pekerja memiliki orientasi kerja instrumental dikarenakan faktor kebutuhan akan kebutuhan hidup mereka. Selanjutnya seorang pekerja akan mengalami perubahan orientasi kerjanya selama dia merasakan adanya kepuasaan dan hasil yang didapat selama mereka bekerja . Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap 9 orang pegawai di biro perencanaan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan.

This article tries to explain the work orientation of civil servants in the Ministry of Manpower Planning Bureau of the Republic of Indonesia with the type of work orientation instrumental, career / bureaucracy, social relations and assessment work. While previous research departed from the instrumental approach without looking further social relations and job assessment (general). In the early stages, a worker has an instrumental work orientation because of the need factor for their life needs. Furthermore, a worker will experience a change in work orientation as long as he feels the satisfaction and results obtained during their work. The data collection technique of this research is qualitative with in-depth interviews of 9 employees in the planning bureau of the Ministry of Manpower."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kepada pelanggan
dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap persepsi mengenai efisiensi dan efektivitas
ritel kecil. Data untuk penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu
penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung pada 130 pemilik ritel kecil dan diolah
menggunakan program SPSS 22 dan LISREL 8.51. Penelitian ini dilakukan di
Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Setelah penelitian dilakukan selama bulan April hingga
Juni 2015 didapati penerapan strategi orientasi pelanggan pada ritel kecil
berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja bisnis. Lain halnya dengan orientasi
kewirausahaan yang tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja bisnis
melainkan harus mempengaruhi orientasi pelanggan terlebih dahulu. Dimana
orientasi kewirausahaan juga mempengaruhi terjadinya orientasi pelanggan.
Kinerja bisnis yang dimaksudkan pada penelitian ini yakni efisiensi dan
efektivitas.
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the effect of orientation to customer and
entrepreneurial orientation towards effectiveness and efficiency perceptions of
small retail. Data for this research using quantitative methods for distributing
questionnaires directly to the 130 owners of small retail and processed using SPSS
22 and LISREL 8.51. This research was conducted in Depok City, West Java.
After the study was conducted during the months of April to June 2015 found the
application of the strategy of customer orientation on small retail impact
positively on the performance of the business. As with the entrepreneurial
orientation that does not directly affect business performance, but should affect
customer orientation first. The entrepreneurial orientation also affect the
occurrence of customer orientation. Business performance intended in this
research are effectiveness and efficiency."

Sekolah Dasar merupakan pendidikan dasar wajib di Indonesia, sehingga para guru dituntut untuk berinovasi dalam pengajaran dan lingkungan kerjanya untuk mewujudkan perkembangan baru dan bermanfaat. Sebuah studi korelasional dilakukan untuk menguji apakah orientasi tujuan pembelajaran dan pengembangan profesional secara bersamaan memprediksi perilaku inovatif guru. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur perilaku inovatif guru adalah perilaku inovatif yang dikembangkan pertama kali oleh Messmann dan Mulder (2012) (α = 0,94), sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur orientasi tujuan pembelajaran adalah instrumen orientasi tujuan yang pertama kali dikembangkan oleh VandeWalle (1997). ). ) (α = 0,80). Peserta berjumlah 243 guru sekolah dasar di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok dan Bekasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara bersamaan memprediksi perilaku inovatif guru. Secara khusus, semakin tinggi keinginan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilannya, maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan guru untuk berperilaku inovatif. Temuan ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut.

ABSTRACT
Elementary school is compulsory basic education in Indonesia, so that teachers are required to innovate in their teaching and work environment to realize new and useful developments. A correlational study was conducted to test whether learning goal orientation and professional development simultaneously predict teacher innovative behavior. The instrument used to measure the teachers innovative behavior is the innovative behavior that was first developed by Messmann and Mulder (2012) (α = 0.94), while the instrument used to measure the orientation of learning goals is a goal orientation instrument first developed by VandeWalle ( 1997). ). ) (α = 0.80). Participants totaled 243 elementary school teachers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Bekasi. The data analysis used multiple regression which showed that the two variables simultaneously predict the innovative behavior of teachers. In particular, the higher the desire of teachers to improve their competence and skills, the higher the tendency for teachers to behave innovatively. These findings will be discussed further."
