"[ABSTRAK
Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari masalah yang sering muncul dalam perkembangan karir pada remaja terutama dalam hal memilih, meningkatkan, dan mempertahankan konsistensi dalam memilih karir seperti pilihan pendidikan. Kemampuan itu disebut adaptabilitas karir. Penelitian ini mempertanyakan faktor apa yang mempengaruhi peningkatan adaptabilitas karir. Asumsi yang ditegakkan adalah ketika individu berhasil menerapkan regulasi diri dalam belajar, yang pembentukannya dipengaruhi oleh dukungan sosial, maka perencanaan, pemilihan dan pengembangan karir akan lebih mudah dilakukan. Untuk membuktikan asumsi tersebut, penelitian ini melihat keterakaitan antara dukungan sosial sebagai sumber yang membantu pembentukan keterampilan regulasi diri dalam belajar dengan pembangunan adaptabilitas karir sebagai sikap dan kesiapan dalam menghadapi tantangan perkembangan karir. Penelitian ini menguji kesesuaian model yang melihat peranan dukungan sosial dalam internalisasi regulasi diri dalam belajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan pembangunan adaptabilitas karir yang tinggi. Penelitian ini mengukur tiga variabel yaitu dukungan sosial sebagai variabel independen, regulasi diri dalam belajar sebagai variabel mediator dan adaptabilitas karir sebagai variabel dependen. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1012 mahasiswa baru dari semua fakultas yang ada di UI dengan pengolahan data menggunakan structural equation model dari Lisrel 8.80, teknik regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yang ditegakkan dan menggunakan anovar untuk memperkaya hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan model yang diajukan sesuai dengan data di lapangan dan membuktikan bahwa variabel regulasi diri dalam belajar adalah mediator penuh antara variabel dukungan sosial dengan variabel adaptabilitas karir. Artinya dukungan sosial hanya akan bermakna dalam pembangunan adaptabilitas karir apabila dimediasi oleh regulasi diri dalam belajar. Perlunya peningkatan peranan dukungan sosial untuk membantu remaja dalam internalisasi regulasi diri dalam belajar agar mereka dapat membangun adaptabilitas karir yang kuat.;

The background of this study come from problems that often arise in career developmental skill, especially in terms of choosing a career, improve, and maintain consistency in choosing a career (e.g. education). That ability is called career adaptability. This study questioned what factors influence the increase career adaptability. The assumption made is when an individual successfully implementing self-regulation in learning, that its formation is influenced by social support, the planning, selection and career development will be easier to do. To prove these assumptions, this study will look at a relationship between social support as an agent of the formation of self-regulation skills in the development of career adaptability as attitude and readiness to face the challenges of career development task and the situational changes. This study examined the suitability of the model that saw the role of social support in the internalization of self-regulated learning to improve the development of strong and high career adaptability. This study measured three variables: social support as an independent variable, self-regulated learning as mediator variables and career adaptability as the dependent variable. Participants in this study amounted to 1012 new students of all faculties at the UI. For processing the data, this study using structural equation model of Lisrel 8.80, and using multiple regression techniques to test the hypothesis. Anovar was used to rich the rusult. The results of this study indicate that the model proposed in accordance with the data in the field and prove that the variables of self-regulated learning is a full mediator between social support and career adaptability. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara regulasi diri untuk belajar dengan pengambilan keputusan karir pada mahasiswa semester akhir. Pengukuran regulasi diri untuk belajar menggunakan alat ukur Self-regulated Learning Interview Schedule Questionnaire (SRLIS-Q) yang disusun oleh Zimmerman dan Pons (1988) serta diperbaharui oleh Purdie dan Hattie (1996) dan pengukuran pengambilan keputusan karir menggunakan alat ukur Career Decision-Making Difficulties (CDDQ; Gati, Krausz & Osipow, 1996). Partisipan berjumlah 122 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang memiliki karakteristik sebagai mahasiswa semester akhir.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara regulasi diri untuk belajar dengan pengambilan keputusan karir pada mahasiswa (r = 0.345; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Artinya, semakin tinggi regulasi diri untuk belajar yang dimiliki seseorang, maka semakin tinggi kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karir. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, mahasiswa perlu diberikan intervensi sedini mungkin mengenai regulasi diri untuk belajar, sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan karir.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between self-regulated learning with career decision-making among college students. Self-regulated learning was measured using an instrument named Self-regulated Learning Interview Schedule Questionnaire (SRLIS-Q) made by Zimmerman and Pons (1988) which later was modified by Purdie and Hattie (1996) other hand career decision-making was measured using a modification instrument named Career Decision-Making Difficulties (CDDQ) which was developed by Gati, Krausz & Osipow (1996). Participants of this research were 122 senior year undergraduate student of Universitas Indonesia.
The main result of this research shows that self- regulated learning positively correlated significantly with career decision-making (r = 0.345; p = 0.000, significant at L.o.S 0.01). Thus this research conclusion is the higher self-regulated learning prossess, means higher capability of their career decision-making. Based on research results, individual needs to intervene student early in the self-regulated learning early in effort of constructing their career decision-making.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan future work self dengan adaptabilitas karir. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah lulusan sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang baru bekerja, sebanyak 202 orang. Pengukuran future work self dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Future Work Self Salience yang dikembangkan oleh Strauss, Griffin, dan Parker (2012), sementara adaptabilitas karir diukur menggunakan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2012) dan telah diadaptasi oleh Indianti (2015). Melalui teknik korelasi Pearson, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara future work self dengan adaptabilitas karir (r (202) = .557, p < 0.01, two-tailed). Dari hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa semakin jelas future work self individu, semakin baik pula kemampuannya beradaptasi dalam karirnya.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research was to find the correlation between future work self and career adaptability. The participants of this research were 202 fresh graduates of Universitas Indonesia. Future work self was measured with Future Work Self Salience constructed by Strauss, Griffin, and Parker (2012), while career adaptability was measured by Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) constructed by Savickas and Porfeli (2012) that has been adapted by Indianti (2015). The Pearson correlation indicated that future work self correlated significantly with career adaptability (r (202) = .557, p < 0.01, two-tailed). This finding implied that the more salience one?s future work self leads to better ability to adapt in one?s career.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara adaptabilitas karir dan prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Pengukuran adaptabilitas karir menggunakan modifikasi dari Career Issues Survey milik Creed, Fallon dan Hood (2008). Untuk pengukuran prestasi akademik menggunakan indeks prestasi yang diraih oleh partisipan. Partisipan berjumlah 158 mahasiswa yang memiliki usia remaja, 18-19 tahun.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara adaptabilitas karir dengan prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa (r = 0.177; p = 0.026, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.05). Artinya, semakin tinggi adaptabilitas karir yang dimiliki seseorang, maka semakin tinggi prestasi akademik yang ia miliki. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, seseorang perlu diintervensi dalam hal adaptabilitas karir agar ia memiliki kemantapan dalam tugas vokasional sehingga kesadaran akan pentingnya memiliki prestasi akademik akan tertanam sejak dini.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between career adaptability and academic achievement among students. Career adaptability was measured using a modification of Career Issues Survey from Creed, Fallon and Hood (2008). For academic achivement was measured using grade point average (GPA) index reached by the participants. The participants of this research are 158 students who have adolescent ages around 18-19 years old.
The main results of this research show that career adaptability positively correlated significantly with academic achievement (r = 0.177; p = 0.026, significant at L.o.S 0.05). That is, the higher career adaptability of one?s own, the higher having academic achievement. Based on these results, someone needs to intervened in the career adaptability, so they will have a readiness in vocational tasks, so that they will understand the importance of having an academic achievement.

"Penerapan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di perguruan tinggi saat ini menjadi upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas lulusan di Indonesia. Hanya saja, program MBKM tersebut dapat memberikan tantangan dan kesulitan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa selama mereka menjalaninya. Mahasiswa dinilai memerlukan kemampuan adaptabilitas karier untuk mampu menjalani salah satu tugas perkembangan karier tersebut dengan optimal. Dukungan sosial dan psychological capital dinilai menjadi faktor yang berperan penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran psychological capital dalam memediasi hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa yang sedang menjalani program MBKM. Partisipan penelitian terdiri atas 149 orang mahasiswa Indonesia yang sedang menjalani program MBKM. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Career Adapt-Abilities Scale International Form (CAAS-IF), Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale (CASSS), dan Academic Psychological Capital Questionnaire (A-PCQ) yang sudah diadaptasi dan diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier mahasiswa yang menjalani program MBKM. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diperoleh mahasiswa, maka akan semakin meningkatkan modal psikologis pada dirinya, yang pada akhirnya akan semakin meningkatkan kemampuan adaptabilitas kariernya.

The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program in higher education institutions aimed to improve the quality of future graduates in this fourth industrial revolution era. However, the program as students’ new career development tasks provides new challenges and difficulties during their participation. To keep optimizing their performance in such conditions, students need career adaptability. Social support and psychological capital are allegedly the important factors that contribute to enhancing students’ career adaptability. This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between social support and career adaptability among students. This study used the Indonesian version of the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale International Form (CAAS-IF), Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale (CASSS), and Academic Psychological Capital Questionnaire (A-PCQ). The results from 149 college students across Indonesia that are participating in MBKM Program indicated that psychological capital fully mediated the relationship between social support and career adaptability. The more social support that students receive from their surroundings, the more it boosts their psychological capital, which in turn enhances their career adaptability during the MBKM program."

"Tuntutan di dunia kerja yang terus berubah mengikuti perkembangan zaman menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam kariernya sehingga mereka perlu memiliki adaptabilitas karier. Adaptabilitas karier dapat ditingkatkan dengan persepsi dukungan sosial. Hubungan keduanya dapat dijelaskan melalui hubungan mediasi oleh variabel efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran efikasi diri dapat menjadi mediator hubungan persepsi dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan merupakan mahasiswa tingkat akhir (N = 218) yang berusia 18-25 tahun yang pernah melakukan magang. Hasil penelitian menemukan efikasi diri secara parsial memediasi hubungan persepsi dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier.

Changing demands in a rapidly growing working field era has become a challenge for final year students to pursue their career goals. High career adaptability is needed to attain success during the transition to work life. One of the factors to enhance career adaptability is perceived social support. Their relationship can further be explained by self-efficacy. The purpose of this research is to identify self-efficacy  as a mediator between perceived social support and career adaptability. Participants were final year students (N = 218) from age 18 - 25 who had done internships. The result was self-efficacy could partially mediate the relationship between perceived social support and career adaptability."

"Dalam perjalanan karier, keputusan karier merupakan hal yang sangat pentingdan untuk mampu memilih dan mengambil keputusan karier yang baik dibutuhkan adalah efikasi diri keputusan karier. Efikasi diri keputusan karier berhubungan dengan dukungan kontekstual dari lingkungan mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara efikasi diri keputusan karier dengan dukungan kontekstualpada mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 516 mahasiswa S1 Universitas Indonesia dari seluruh fakultas. Efikasi diri keputusan karier diukur menggunakan Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form yang telah diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan positif antara efikasi diri keputusan karier dengan dukungan kontekstual. Melihat hasil dari penelitian ini, disarankan Badan Konseling Mahasiswa (BKM) untuk mempertimbangkan pengaruh kontekstual khususnya dukungan kontekstual dalam konseling permasalahan karier mahasiswa.

Career decision is an important factor to be able to choose career wisely. In the course of someone?s life, career is important because career carve outcome of someone education and experience. Career decision self-efficacy correlate with contextual support from a college student's life. The aim of this research is to find the correlation between career decision self-efficacy and contextual support amongst undergraduate student in University of Indonesia. 516 participant from each faculty take part in this research. Career decision self-efficacy was measured with Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form that modified to suit research condition. The outcome of this research is positive and significant correlation between contextual support and career decision self-efficacy. Considering the result of this research, Badan Konseling Mahasiswa (BKM) should consider contextual influences, particularly contextual support for better understanding about students career problem.

Pengukuran locus of control dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Internal External Scale atau IE Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Rotter (1966), sedangkan adaptabilitas karir diukur menggunakan skala adaptabilitas karir (Indianti, 2015) yang diadaptasi dari Career Adapt-Abilities Scaleatau CAAS (Savickas & Porfeli 2012). Melalui teknik analisis Pearson, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hasil yang signifikan antara locus of control dan adaptabilitas karir.

"Di Indonesia, prevalensi penyakit kronis terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Penyakit kronis dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif baik fisik, psikologis, maupun sosial. Persepsi dukungan sosial dapat membantu penyembuhan individu dengan penyakit kronis. Salah satu faktor yg dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dukungan sosial adalah penerimaan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan dukungan sosial pada mahasiswa yang memiliki penyakit kronis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional pada 115 mahasiswa status aktif program studi Sarjana Universitas Indonesia yang memiliki penyakit kronis. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (USAQ) sebagai alat ukur penerimaan diri dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) untuk mengukur persepsi dukungan sosial. Temuan pada penelitian ini menggambarkan 73,9% mahasiswa memiliki tingkat penerimaan diri pada kategori sedang dan 69,6% mahasiswa memiliki tingkat persepsi dukungan sosial dengan kategori sedang. Hasil analisis membuktikan adanya hubungan yang positif antara penerimaan diri dengan persepsi dukungan sosial pada mahasiswa yang memiliki penyakit kronis.

In Indonesia, the prevalence of chronic diseases continues to increase from year to year. Chronic disease can have a negative impact on physically, psychologically, and socially. Perceived social support can help heal individuals with chronic diseases. One of the factors that can affect perceived social support is self-acceptance. This study aims to determine the correlation between self-acceptance and social support in college students who have chronic illnesses. The research method used was quantitative research with a cross-sectional study on 115 undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia who had chronic diseases. The instruments of this research that were used in this study is the Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (USAQ) as an instrument of self-acceptance and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) as an instrument of perceived social support. The findings in this study illustrate that 73.9% of students have a moderate level of self-acceptance and 69.6% of students have a moderate level of perceived social support. The results of the analysis prove that there is a correlation positively between self-acceptance and perceived social support in college students who have chronic illnesses."

"Dalam menjalani peran sebagai mahasiswa baru banyak masalah yang harus dihadapi, sehingga dapat menimbulkan distres psikologis. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan upaya-upaya sistematis untuk menunjang kegiatan dalam perkuliahan, seperti self regulated learning. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara self regulated learning dan distres psikologis pada mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 414 mahasiswa baru Universitas Indonesia.
Variabel distres psikologis diukur dengan Self Report Questionaire 20 (SRQ-20), sedangkan variabel self regulated learning dengan Motivated Strategies of Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). Dengan analisis Biserial Correlation, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif (rb = -0.731, p< 0.01, one-tailed) antara self regulated learning  dan distres psikologis.

New college student are faced with several problems that can trigger psychological distress. To overcome such problems, they need efforts that can support daily college life, such as self-regulated learning. Using a sample of 414 first-year students of University Indonesia, study aims to investigate the relationship between self regulated learning and psychological distress in first-year students of University Indonesia.
Psychological distress is measured using Self Report Questionaire 20 (SRQ-20), while self regulated learning is measured using Motivated Strategies of Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). With Biserial Correlation analysis, it was found that self regulated learning negative relationship with psychological distress (rb = -0.731, p< 0.01, one-tailed) between self regulated learning and psychological distress.
