"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh internal service quality terhadap kepuasan kerja. Internal service quality diukur menggunakan delapan dimensi yang terdiri dari tools, policies and procedures, teamwork, management support, goal allignment, effective training, communication, dan rewards and recognition (Hallowell dkk, 1997) sedangkan kepuasan kerja diukur menggunakan Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (Spector, 1997). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 55 karyawan NTS Sekolah XYZ yang menggunakan teknik total sampling.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi sederhana. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sedang antara internal service quality dan kepuasan kerja. Analisis regresi sederhana mengkonfirmasi bahwa internal service quality mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Dalam pembahasan juga didiskusikan hasil dan implikasi serta rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya.

This study aims to examine the effect of internal service quality on job satisfaction. Internal service quality were used to measure by eight dimenssion that consist of tools, policies and procedures, teamwork, management support, goal allignment, effective training, communication, and rewards and recognition (Hallowell dkk, 1997) while job satisfaction were used Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (Spector, 1997). A quantitative survey was conducted on 55 NTS employees XYZ School with total sampling technique.
This study used correlation analysis and simple regression. The results uncovered that there was a moderate positive association between internal service quality and job satisfaction. The simple regression analysis showed that internal service quality affecting job satisfaction. The results and implications of the study were discussed and recommendations for future research.

"Dunia kerja yang semakin dinamis mengharuskan para karyawan untuk bekerja melebihi ekspektasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja dari Spector (1997) dan organizational citizenship behavior dari Organ (2006). Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Sampelnya adalah 33 orang karyawan tetap non-manajerial Divisi Konstruksi I PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

An increasingly dynamic world of work require employees to work beyond the company's expectations. This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction towards organizational citizenship behavior. The variables are job satisfaction from Spector (1997) and organizational citizenship behavior from Organ (2006). The method of the research is quantitative. The sampling method using questionnaire and analyzed by simple regression analysis. The sample are 33 permanent staff at construction division I PT Adhi Karya. "Kepuasan konsumen merupakan tujuan dari semua organisasi. Salah satu cara untuk mencapai kepuasan konsumen adalah dengan memandang karyawan sebagai konsumen, berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan karyawan dalam bekerja dan mengupayakan tercapainya kepuasan karyawan. Hallowell et al. (1996) mencoba menjelaskan kebutuhan-kebutuhan karyawan tersebut dalam delapan komponen Internal Service Quality. Penelilian ini bertujuan melihat sejauh mana komponen Internal Service Quality di Universitas Sanata Dharma mempunyai pengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawannya.
Penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah segenap karyawan administratif dan edukatif dari berbagai unit kerja di Universitas Sanata Dharma. Data didaparkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para responden dan selanjutnyanya dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda sesuai musing-masing tujuan khusus penelitian.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komponen yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan administratif di Universitas Sanata Dharma adalah komponen Teamwork, Management Support, Policies and Procedures, Communication serta interaksi antara Teamwork dan Management Support, Teamwork dan Policies and Procedures. dan interaksi antara Teamwork dan Training. Sedangkan untuk karyawan edukatif, komponen yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah Management Support, Policies and Procedures, Communication serta interaksi antara Management Support dan Communication serta antara Management Support dan Tools.

Customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal of every organization. One way to reach this goal is by treating the employees as customers, trying to fulfill their needs and reaching their satisfaction at work. Hallowell et al. (1996) explained the employee needs at work in terms ot` internal service quality. The proposed eight components of internal service quality to be examined. The research aimed at examining how far these components of internal service quality influenced the job satisfaction at Sanata Dhanna University.
This is a descriptive research employing survey method. The respondents chosen as the sample of the research were the administrative and educative personnel. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and then was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research concluded that among eight components of internal service quality, there were three components found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction of administrative staff. The components were Teamwork, Management Support, Policies and Procedures, Communication and interaction factors between Teamwork and Management Support, Teamwork and Policies and Procedures, and between Teamwork and Training. On the other hand, the job satisfaction ofeducative staffs is influenced by Management Support, Policies and Procedures, Communication and interaction factors between Management Support and Comtnunication, and between Management Support and Tools."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari employer branding terhadap retensi serta kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam tipe applied research, kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT.XYZ dengan total responden sebanyak 100 orang yang sebagian besar merupakan Generasi Y. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modeling dengan aplikasi SmartPLS.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employer branding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, selanjutnya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, dan komitmen karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi. Retesi karyawan yang menjadi isu bagi PT.XYZ yang perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain. Dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan employer branding berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap retensi, dapat dikatakan untuk meningkatkan retensi karyawan perusahaan dapat melakukan strategi employer branding.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of employer branding on retention, also employee satisfaction and employee commitment as mediator variable. This study belongs to the type of applied research, and quantitative non- experimental research design. Data collected by using a questionnaire. This research was conducted on employees who work at PT.XYZ with total respondent of 100, which is majority a Generation Y. Data analysis is conducted using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS application.
The result of the study show that employer branding have significant effect on employee satisfaction, and employee satisfaction have significant effect on employee commitment, employee commitment have significant effect on retention. Employee retention becomes an issue for PT.XYZ that needs to be improved in order to compete with other companies. The study that shows employer branding significantly affect retention, therefore to improve the employee retention of a company can do employer branding strategy.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari employer brand terhadap intensi voluntary turnover karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memasukkan variabel mediasi terduga yaitu komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Untuk mengukur komponen-komponen employer brand, peneliti melakukan studi eksplorasi untuk mengkonfirmasi item-item yang sudah dikembangkan dalam employer brand attractiveness. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap di suatu perusahaan asuransi jiwa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employer brand memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi voluntary turnover, dan hubungan ini dimediasi secara parsial oleh komitmen organisasi. Sehingga untuk menjaga tingkat turnover di perusahaan, pihak manajemen perusahaan dapat mengembangkan strategi employer branding yang bisa meningkatkan komitmen organisasi untuk menjaga tingkat turnover tetap rendah.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the employer brand to voluntary turnover intentions. In this study, researcher propose mediating variables, namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment. To measure the components of employer brand, researchers conducted an exploratory study to confirm the items that have been developed in the employer brand attractiveness. The samples of research are 100 respondents who are permanent employees in an insurance company. The results of this study indicate that the employer brand has an influence on voluntary turnover intentions, and this relationship is partially mediated by organizational commitment. So that, to keep the turnover rate in the company, the management company can develop employer branding strategies that can improve an organization's commitment to keep the turnover rate low."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas pengaruh job insecurity dan employee empowerment terhadap job satisfaction
dalam meningkatkan employee performance pada karyawan Service Contract United Nations
Development Programme (UNDP) Indonesia di Jakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif
dan juga didukung dengan data kualitatif untuk penunjang hasil temuan, serta bersifat eksplanatif.
Hasil penelitian membuktikan job insecurity berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction,
employee empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, dan job satisfaction
berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance. Maka disarankan agar manajemen UNDP
Indonesia, mencermati faktor-faktor internal dan organisasional sebelum membuat kebijakan
tentang status karyawan Service Contract dengan memperpanjang masa kontrak menjadi lebih dari
satu tahun, memberi pemberdayaan dengan cara peningkatan pendelegasian tugas secara maksimal
dalam batas kompetensi dan keterampilannya, serta menyediakan anggaran untuk pendidikan dan
pelatihan yang relevan dengan tugas dan tanggungjawab dalam pekerjaan. Karena job satisfaction
karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi menjadi kunci di dalam meraih employee
performance yang baik

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the effects of job insecurity and empowerment employee against employee
job satisfaction in improving the performance of the Service Contract Employee in United Nations
Development Programme (UNDP) Indonesia in Jakarta. This research is also supported by
quantitative and qualitative data to support the findings, and also explanative. The research shows
that job insecurity has a negative effect on job satisfaction, employee empowerment has positive
effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. It is
suggested that the management of UNDP Indonesia, should look more closely at the internal
factors and the organizational policy on the status of employees with extend the contract period to
be more than one year, giving empowerment by increasing the delegation of tasks to the fullest
within the limits of their competence and skills, and provide the budget and engage employees in
the planned education and training which relevant to the duties and responsibilities in the work.
Job satisfaction of employees within a company or organization is key in achieving a good
employee performance"

"Persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat dan diikuti oleh lingkungan yang sering berubah, kesuksesan suatu organisasi tidak bisa lepas dari peran serta customer service employee yang berfungsi sebagai ujung tombak perusahaan. Maka dari itu kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja customer service employee harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk. dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian dikarenakan pertumbuhan cepat tetapi turnover tinggi dalam tiga tahun terakhir.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan bagaimana besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover customer service employee, stres kerja terhadap intensi turnover customer service employee, dan kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap customer service employee di PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intensi turnover pada customer service employee dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh besarnya persepsi customer service employee akan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu intensi turnover customer service employee juga dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh besarnya persepsi customer service employee akan Stres Kerja. Sedangkan intensi turnover customer service employee juga dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh besarnya persepsi customer service employee akan kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja. Sementara dari hasil wawancara, kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif akan alasan keluar atau resign.
Penelitian diharapkan dapat memperkaya hasil-hasil penelitian mengenai kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap intense turnover di sektor swasta. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan wawancara dengan karyawan yang masih aktif guna mengetahui secara mendalam faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi intense turnover customer service employee di sektor swasta.

An increasingly competitive business environment followed by frequent changes, as well as in achieving an organization's success is inseparable from the role of customer service employee that serves as the spear head of the company. So, job satisfaction and work stress customer service employee should be considered by the company. PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk. serves as the object of research because of its rapid growth but high turnover in customer service employee in the last three years.
The purpose of this study is to discover how the magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions in customer service employee, work stress on turnover intentions in customer service employee, and job satisfaction with work stress on turnover intentions in customer service employee.
The results of this study indicate that the turnover intention to the customer service employee of the company is affected by the negatife and significant perception of the customer service employee in variable of work satisfaction. Also the intention of the turnover intention in customer service employee of the company is also affected by the positive and significant perception of customer service employee in variable of job stress. While the results of the interviews, the variable of job stress, and the job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence and the strongest reason to intention leave or resign.
This study is expected to enrich the results of research on job satisfaction, job stress and turnover intentions in the private sector. Future studies are advised to use interviews with employees who are still active to know in depth the factors affecting turnover intention of customer service staff in the private sector.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan antara psychological empowerment dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Bank X Cabang YZ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychological empowerment dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Bank X Cabang YZ.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Bank X Cabang YZ dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 orang dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel total sampling. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Rank Spearman. Pengujian hipotesis akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Z.
Dari hasil analisis korelasi Rank Spearman dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara psychological empowerment dengan kepuasan kerja dengan korelasi sebesar 0,758. Dari hasil uji signifikan z dapat diketahui bahwa nilai z hitung ternyata lebih besar dari nilai z tabel dengan nilai z hitung sebesar (4,734) sedangkan nilai z tabel (1,96). Sehingga dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara psychological empowerment dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

This study discusses about the effect of psychological empowerment on employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to to determine Psychological Empowerment influence to Employee Job Satisfaction in PT. Bank X, Tbk Branch YZ.
This study uses a quantitive approach.Sample that used in this research are 39 PT. Bank X, Tbk Branch YZ employees with using total sampling method. Instrument for collecting data is questionnaires. For scaling, the writer adopts likert scaling. And, Technique for analyzing data is metode Rank Spearman method. The hypothesis would be tested using Z-test.
From the analysis of Rank Spearman correlation can be seen that there is a positive relationship between psychological empowerment with employee job satisfaction with a correlation value of 0.758. From the significant test results can be seen that z value calculated was greater than the value of z table to calculate the z value of (4.734) while the z value table (1.96). Thus Ho was rejected and Hi was accepted, which means there is positive relationship between psychological empowerment andempoyee job satisfaction.

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan stres kerja terhadap intensi perpindahan kerja karyawan. Peneliti melakukan survey sebagai metode perolehan data kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, stres kerja, dan intensi perpindahan kerja masing - masing karyawan PT Control Systems Arena Para Nusa Jakarta. Setelah dilakukan uji regresi berganda, diketahui bahwa komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap intensi perpindahan kerja karyawan. Sementara untuk kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Organisasi yang ingin mengendalikan intensi perpindahan kerja anggotanya sebaiknya memfokuskan pada upaya peningkatan komitmen organisasi setiap anggotanya terhadap organisasi.

The focus of this study is to discuss influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress toward employee turnover intention. Survey is used as data collection method from employee of PT Control Systems Arena Para Nusa Jakarta. From the multiple regression test, we found that organizational commitment have a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention. While job satisfaction and job stress don't have significant effect on employee turnover intention. Organization who tries control employee turnover intention should be focusing on developing organizational commitment of the employee."
