"ABSTRAKPT XYZ, salah satu perusahaan perakitan kendaraan niaga di Indonesia telah berusaha untuk mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dinamakan sebagai Human Resource Management System (HRMS). Namun, seiring perkembangan bisnis perusahaan, HRMS yang ada saat ini kurang mampu menyesuaikan dengan requirements bisnis perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen PT XYZ sepakat untuk melakukan peningkatan terhadap HRMS saat ini. ABSTRACT

PT XYZ, one of the commercial vehicle manufacturing company in Indonesia, has implemented an information system called Human Resource Management System (HRMS). However, as the development of company business in PT XYZ, HRMS could not fulfill current company business needs. Therefore, PT XYZ management agreed to improve current HRMS. Through this research, author tried to develop new system requirements to improve current HRMS. Author tried to develop requirements using Rational Unified Process (RUP) as a method for requirements development. Author also used workflow requirements in requirements discipline of RUP as a group of processes for requirements development. All of analysis and documentation process was developed using Rational RequisitePro ver.7.1.3.

Result for the research consist some of documents artefact from Rational RequisitePro application including Requirements Management Plan, Stakeholder Requests, Visions, Software Requirements Specification, Supplementary Specification, 36 documents of Use Case Specification, Business Glossary, Business Rules, and 9 documents of Traceability Matrix, which are STRQ vs NEED, STRQ vs FEAT, STRQ-Nonfunctional vs SRS-Nonfunctional, NEED vs FEAT, FEAT vs SRS, BR vs FEAT, BR vs SRS, SRS vs UCSP, serta SRS vs SUPP."

"ABSTRAKKeakuratan data dan informasi menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam pengiriman barang. Ketidakkonsistensi data dan informasi dapat menghambat pengiriman barang kepada konsumen yang dapat menimbulkan kerusakan barang ataupun denda dengan jumlah besar. Kerugian perusahaan pun tidak dapat dihindari.RoadNet merupakan sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk mempercepat pengiriman barang dan mengurangi biaya kerugian yang muncul pada saat pengiriman barang dengan data pengiriman yang dihasilkan oleh Microsoft Dynamics Axapta. Fitur utamanya adalah kemampuannya untuk melihat tingkat kepadatan jalanan pada waktu yang ditentukan. Data hasil pengiriman akan dimasukkan kembali ke Microsoft Dynamics Axapta.Rational Unified Process (RUP) merupakan sebuah metodologi yang sering digunakan dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Tiga sifat dasar RUP adalah Use Case and Risk Driven, Architecture Centric dan Iterative and Incremental. RUP bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh end user dalam jadwal dan biaya yang telah diprediksi.PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara (SSN) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang distribusi buah. Sebagai salah satu anak perusahaan dari PT. Gunung Sewu Kencana (GSK), SSN merupakan distributor buah-buahan yang dihasilkan oleh anak perusahaan GSK lainnya seperti PT. Great Giant Pineapple sebagai penghasil nanas dan PT. Nusantara Tropical Fruit sebagai penghasil pisang, papaya, kiwi, dan lain sebagainya. Inti bisnis dari SSN merupakan pengiriman buah, sehingga proses pengiriman buah-buahan dari gudang ke konsumen menjadi hal yang krusial. Selain permasalahan ketepatan waktu, kesegaran buah juga harus menjadi prioritas.Karya akhir ini akan membahas mengenai spesifias Kebutuhan RoadNet dan integrasinya dengan Microsoft Dynamics Axapta pada perusahaan Sewu Segar Nusantara dengan menggunakan RUP sebagai metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak.

ABSTRACTThe Accuracy of data and information are important things in the delivery of goods. Not to the consistency of data and information may hamper the delivery of goods to the consumer which can cause damage to the goods or the number of large fines. Companies's loss was unavoidable.RoadNet is a information system that is used to speed up delivery and reduce damage cost because the delivery was late. RoadNet will use data from Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2009 and send it back too. The main feature from RoadNet is to see the road's density at the specified time.Rational Unified Process (RUP) is a methodology that is commonly used in the software development process. Three basic properties of RUP is Use Case and Risk Driven, Architecture Centric, and Iterative and Incremental. RUP aims to ensure the software that will be design by developer, according to the needs and required with user's requirement, in schedule and costs that have been predicted before.PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara (SSN) is a company who engaged in the distribution of the fruit. As a subsidiary of PT. Gunung Sewu Kencana (GSK), SSN is a distributor of fruits that produced by the other subsidiaries from GSK, such as PT. Great Giant Pineapple as a producer of pineapple and PT. Nusantara Tropical Fruit as a producer of banana, papaya, kiwi, and many more. The business core from SSN is delivery of fruit to consumer or branch, so the delivery of fruit to consumer or branch becomes crucial. In addition to issues of timeliness, freshness fruit should also be a priority.This thesis will discuss the development process RoadNet and integration with Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2009 at PT. PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti is one of automotive wiring harness and battery cable manufacturer in Indonesia. Maintenance of production equipments and the most of company's general utilities is the responsibility of Maintenance Division, to minimize equipment breakdown is the primary objective. In performing its responsibilities, Maintenance Division performs administrative activities in addition to its technical plant activities. These administrative activities are not simple tasks to do, due to a large number of equipment resources to be managed.Maintenance Information System is a software system to be developed to automate administrative processes in supporting equipment maintenance objectives. The software system shall deliver several functionalities needed to facilitate critical administrative processes. The presence of difficulties that administration staffs have been facing and the expectation of improved process effectiveness and efficiency in the Maintenance Division encourage the development of the software system.The complete and well prepared documentation of software requirements specification is required in supporting the successful software system development. The software requirements specification delivered by adapting Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology as a guideline is excpected to assist the project team in the software system development. The adaptation of business modeling and requirements disciplines of the RUP will be configured to meet the c haracteristic and requirements of the project."

"Pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan metodologi tangkas agile adalah hal yang baru di PT XYZ. Implementasi pengembangan agile dengan metode Scrum dirasakan merupakan solusi percepatan pengiriman produk kepada pengguna akhir. Namun demikian perlu kecermatan dan kehati-hatian dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, khususnya dari sisi keamanannya, karena faktor keamanan merupakan hal yang bersifat kritis di bidang perbankan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus di PT XYZ yang bertujuan mencari framework yang cocok dan disesuaikan untuk kebutuhan XYZ, untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak yang kaya dalam aspek keamanan informasi dengan metode Scrum. Berdasarkan harapan dan tantangan yang dihadapi PT XYZ, penulis mencoba membuat model pengembangan, panduan pelaksanaan, alat bantu dan proses evaluasi, yang disarikan dari berbagai penelitian dan standar best practise yang ada, untuk membentuk framework pengembangan yang telah disesuaikan untuk PT XYZ, kemudian diimplementasikan dalam proyek-proyek baru serta diukur tingkat kematangan keamanan informasinya, menggunakan OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model SAMM. Hasil penelitian secara umum telah menunjukkan perbaikan kualitas pengembangan aplikasi, khususnya pada aspek keamanan informasi.

Software development using agile methodology is a new concept in PT XYZ. Implementation of agile development processes with Scrum is believed to be a solution to speed up product delivery to the end user. Nevertheless the need of accuracy and conscientiousness in software development, especially in security is mandatory as security is a strong word in bank industry. This case study research at PT XYZ, was conducted to find a suitable framework for PT XYZ needs, as guidance to develop software which is rich in security aspect combining with Scrum method. Based on some expectations of PT XYZ and the challenges they have, the authors determine a process model for software development, a guidance for resilience software, tools and maturity level evaluation, taken from several researches and some common best practices in the software industry, to develop a new development framework for PT XYZ, and then implementing it on the new software development project, and evaluate the maturity as well, using OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model SAMM. Results shown in general, there are some improvements in term of the quality of the software development, especially in the aspect of information security."

"ABSTRAKKelangsungan bisnis PT XYZ sangat tergantung pada SI/TI yang dimanfaatkannya. Namun PT XYZ tidak memiliki proses pemeliharaan perangkat lunak yang terdefinisi. Tidak tercapainya target pemeliharaan perangkat lunak berpotensi menghambat pemanfaatan SI/TI, yang dapat merambat pada terhambatnya proses bisnis yang menggunakan SI/TI tersebut.Untuk mengatasi masalah manajemen pada pemeliharaan perangkat lunak, perlu diketahui tingkat kematangan proses pemeliharaan terlebih dahulu, agar dapat menyusun strategi SPI. Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat kematangan berdasarkan S3m menggunakan S3mAssess. Strategi SPI akan disusun menggunakan tingkat kematangan yang lebih tinggi dari saat ini.Penelitian ini menghasilkan strategi SPI yang dapat digunakan sebagai saran perbaikan bagi PT XYZ untuk meningkatkan kematangan proses pemeliharaan perangkat lunaknya. Peningkatan kematangan proses tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pencapaian visi dan misinya.

ABSTRACTBusiness continuity of PT XYZ depends on the usage of IS IT. However, PT XYZ does not have defined processes for its software maintenance. Unachieved maintenance target has potential to hamper the utilization of IS IT, thus could obstruct the business processes that depends on the IS IT as well.To solve the management problem of the software maintenance process, the maturity level of current process need to be figured out first, so the SPI strategy can be established. This research appraises maturity level based on S3m using S3mAssess. The SPI strategy will be established using higher maturity level than the current maturity level.This research establishes the SPI strategy that will be used to as a suggestion for improvement for PT XYZ to increase its maturity level of its software maintenance process. The increase in maturity level is expected to help it in achieving its vision and mission."

"Sistem informasi, infrastruktur, jaringan dan perangkat keras merupakan aset teknologi informasi di Pusdatin BKPM yang perlu dikelola dan dipelihara dengan baik untuk mengurangi terjadinya permasalahan di kemudian hari. Pemeliharaan aset TI, bukan hanya tentang bagaimana memperpanjang jangka hidup aset dan memastikan bahwa aset tersebut beroperasi secara efisien dan ekonomis tetapi juga mempertimbangkan aspek perencanaan dan strategi pengelolaan aset TI. Ketiadaan informasi mengenai aset-aset TI berdampak pada pengelolaan aset-aset TI yang kurang baik sehingga perlu dilakukan suatu pendataan aset TI yang terstruktur, terjadwal dan rutin. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset TI (SMATI) digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menyimpan data dan informasi yang berkaitan aset TI. SMATI juga menyediakan kapabilitas pendukung keputusan melalui analisis data aset TI sebagai bahan pendukung keputusan pimpinan (bottom-up) dalam melakukan pengawasan, melakukan penilaian efektivitas pengelolaan aset, dan pemilihan teknologi di masa depan. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan spesifikasi kebutuhan sistem informasi dengan menggunakan Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan disiplin Requirement pada Fase Inception dan Elaboration. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa dokumen artifak kebutuhan yang merepresentasikan kebutuhan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset TI di Pusdatin.

Information system, infrastructure, network, and hardware are information technology asset (IT Asset)s which have to be maintained and to be managed by Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) in order to minimize problems in the future. IT asset management, is not only about how to extend the lifecycle and to operate efficiently but also to consider in strategic aspect. The absence of IT assets information results poor IT asset management. Pusdatin requires a structured, scheduled, routine asset inventory to overcome this problem.

IT Asset Mangement System (SMATI) used by Pusdatin to collect and to reserve IT asset information. SMATI also provides decision support capability through analytical data. It can be used as a management decision support (bottom-up) in monitoring, assessing the effectiveness of asset management, and technology selection in the future.

This research is designing the system requirements specification information system using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with Requirement discipline in Inception and Elaboration phase. The results of this study are in the form of a document artifacts that represent the needs of IT Asset Management Information System."

"Perkembangan bisnis otomotif di Indonesia semakin tahun semakin meningkat, tumbuh dan berkembang baik. PT Toyota-Astra Motor adalah salah satu perusahaan otomotif distributor pemegang merek Toyota di Indonesia. Untuk membantu dalam menjalankan bisnisnya PT Toyota-Astra Motor memiliki satu organisasi departemen dalam bidang teknologi informasi yang bernama system support. Departemen ini bertugas membantu menjalankan dan mengembangkan bisnis perusahaan di bidang teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan dan memetakan kompetensi Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SI/TI) departemen system support dalam menyediakan layanan teknologi informasi untuk dapat mendukung bisnis perusahaan saat ini. Perumusan dan pemetaan kompetensi tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan gabungan antara Ward & Peppard, SKKNI (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia), NICS (National ICT Competency Standard) dan melakukan wawancara dengan perwakilan manajemen, dalam hal ini adalah Kepala seksi STP (System Technology Planning). Hasil penelitian ini adalah standar kompetensi SI/TI dan peta kompetensi teknologi informasi departemen system support untuk mendukung bisnis perusahaan. Selain itu, penelitian juga berhasil memetakan kondisi aktual kompetensi pegawai dengan mengacu pada standar kompetensi SI/TI yang sudah dirumuskan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan SDM di masa yang akan datang.

The development of the automotive business in Indonesia is increasing, growing and developing well. PT Toyota-Astra Motor is one of the company's automotive brands holder Toyota distributor in Indonesia. To assist in running the business of PT Toyota-Astra Motor has a department in order to handle information technology matter called system support. This research was conducted to define and map the competencies of Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) in system support department to support the company's business. Formulation and competency mapping is done by using a combination of Ward & Peppard, SKKNI (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia), NICS (National ICT Competency Standard) and conducted interviews with management representatives, in this case is section head of STP (System Technology Planning). The result is a standard of competence IS/IT and information technology competence map in system support departments. In addition, this research have also managed to map the actual competence of the employees with reference to the competency standard IS/IT. The result is expected to be a reference for the development of human resources in the future."

"ABSTRAKSalah satu aplikasi e-Government yang dibangun oleh Kementerian Keuangan untuk mendukung reformasi birokrasi adalah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pengadaan Langsung (SIMPeL). Aplikasi ini mulai dibangun pada tahun 2013 dengan tujuan untuk memfasilitasi proses pengadaan langsung secara elektronik. Terdapat dua jenis pengadaan langsung yang dapat dilaksankan melalui aplikasi SIMPeL, yaitu pengadaan langsung dengan Surat Perintah Kerja (SPK) dan pencatatan pembelian untuk pembelian dengan menggunakan kuitansi. Aplikasi ini dibangun secara internal dengan pengembangan secara bertahap. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi SIMPeL, Biro Manajemen Barang Milik Negara dan Pengadaan belum memiliki dokumen perencanaan maupun cetak biru yang baik. Hal ini menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan aplikasi SIMPeL untuk menyesuaikan dengan perubahan kebijakan pengadaan barang/jasa dan perubahan kebijakan internal Kementerian Keuangan terkait pengelolaan sistem informasi. Pada saat ini aplikasi SIMPeL membutuhkan perbaikan dari sisi proses bisnis untuk menyesuaikan dengan peraturan yang berlaku dan perbaikan dari sisi teknis yang berkaitan dengan bahasa pemograman yang digunakan aplikasi sudah tidak sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan Kementerian Keuangan. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan spesifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan SIMPeL dengan menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) terbatas untuk tahapan requirement pada fase inception dan elaboration. Dari penelitian ini, dihasilkan dokumen artifak kebutuhan aplikasi SIMPeLyang terdiri dari Requirement Management Plan, Stakeholder Requests, Vision, Software Requirements Specification, Use Case Specification, Supplementary Specification, dan Glossary. Kebutuhan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 38 Stakeholder Requests, 24 Needs, 18 fitur utama, dan 35 use case.

One e-Government application developed by the Ministry of Finance to support bureaucratic reform is the Direct Procurement Management Information System (SIMPeL). This application began to be built in 2013 with the aim to facilitate the direct procurement process electronically. There are two types of direct procurement that can be carried out through the SIMPeL application, namely direct procurement with Work Order (SPK) and recording of purchases for purchases using receipts. This application is built internally with gradual development. In developing the SIMPeL application, the Bureau of Management of State Property and Procurement does not yet have a good planning document or blueprint. This has become an obstacle in the development of the SIMPeL application to adjust to changes in procurement policies and changes in internal policies of the Ministry of Finance related to information systems management. At this time the SIMPeL application requires improvements in terms of business processes to adjust to applicable regulations and improvements in technical terms relating to the programming language used by the application is not in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Finance. This research designs the specification of the development needs of SIMPeL using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method is limited to the requirements phase in the inception and elaboration phases. From this research, requirement analysis artifact documents that produced consisted of Requirement Management Plans, Stakeholder Requests, Vision, Software Requirements Specification, Use Case Specification, Supplementary Specification, and Glossary. The requirements generated from this research consisted of 38 Stakeholder Requests, 24 Needs, 18 main features, and 35 use cases"
