"ABSTRAK
Tugas akhir dengan judul ?Rancangan Skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior untuk PT. KMI dibuat untuk mengantisipasi kompetisi PT. KMI di masa depan. PT. KMI selama ini mampu mencapai target revenue yang ditetapkan setiap tahunnya. Namun mengingat akan semakin ketat kompetisi di masa yang akan datang, SDM PT. KMI perlu memiliki kompetensi yang kompetitif sehingga bisa memproduksi barang yang doterima oleh pasar. Dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDMnya ini, dirasakan perlu bagi PT. KMI untuk mengetahui tingkat Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawannya. Hal ini sehubungan dengan pendapat Pfeffer (1994) yang menyatakan bahwa sebuah organisasi yang sukses di masa yang akan datang adalah organisasi yang memiliki karyawan dengan keunggulan kompetitif yang tinggi. OCB adalah sekumpulkan perilaku individu dalam organisasi yang melebihi tanggung jawab kerjanya yang dilakukan secara sukarela, baik sadar maupun tidak sadar, diperuntukkan bagi individu tertentu maupun organisasi langsung, yang memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap lingkungan kerja dan membantu meningkatkan efisiensi perusahaan. Skala OCB disusun berdasarkan 5 aspek OCB (Podsakoff, 2000; Podsakoff & MacKenzie, 1998; DiPaola & Hoy, 2000; Kidwell, 1997).
Skala tersusun menjadi 4 jenis yaitu self review, superior review, peer review dan subordinate review, yang dibuat dengan maksud untuk mengurangi subjektivitas dan mendapatkan gambaran yang semakin mirip dengan kondisi nyatanya. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh dari 4 jenis skala tersebut adalah angka yang dianggap mewakili tingkat OCB karyawan bersangkutan. Pilihan jawaban adalah skala interval yang terdiri dari 6 pilihan jawaban (angka 1-6). Subjek diminta merespon dengan mempertimbangkan frekuensi munculnya perilaku tersebut. Skala belum melalui pengujian validitas dan estimasi reliabilitas."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh person organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Person organization fit mengindikasikan bahwa individu meyakini bahwa nilai-nilai mereka sesuai dengan nilai-nilai perusahaan. Organizational citizenship behavior merupakan perilaku sukarela yang menguntungkan organisasi tetapi tidak secara langsung diakui oleh sistem formal reward.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survei dengan sampel berjumlah 81 karyawan tetap kantor pusat PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Analisis korelasi dan regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kekuatan hubungan antar variabel pada penelitian ini adalah kuat dengan angka koefisien sebesar 0,715. Person organization fit karyawan ditemukan mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 51,2% dan 48.8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dalam pembahasan juga terdapat implikasi serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of person organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior. Person organization fit indicates that individuals believe their values are compatible with values of the organization. Organizational citizenship behavior is individual voluntary behaviors that are beneficial to the organization but not directly recognized by the formal reward system.
This research applied quantitative approach and data were collected through conducting a survey on 81 permanent employees at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) head office. Correlation and regression analyses were used to analyse data.
The result revealed strong relationship between variables with coefficient of 0.715. Person organization fit found to affect organizational citizenship behavior equal to 51.2% and the residual equal to 48.8% affected by other factors. The result and implications of the study are discussed and recommendations for future research are addressed.

"Organisasi pembelajar yang menempatkan unsur transfer pengetahuan sebagai pusat aktivitas merupakan kebutuhan utama bagi perusahaan yang padat teknologi dengan usia pegawai beragam dari tiga generasi yaitu Baby Boomer, Generasi X, dan Generasi Y. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dalam beberapa penelitian telah terbukti sebagai pendorong optimalnya transfer pengetahuan di organisasi. Untuk itu penelitian ini menguji faktor-faktor yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan OCB, yaitu psychological capital, organizational justice, dan organizational trust. Hasil penelitian terhadap 206 karyawan yang bekerja di PT Pembangkit Listrik ABC menunjukkan bahwa psychological capital dan organizational justice memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, sedangkan organizational trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap OCB di PT Pembangkit Listrik ABC meskipun tidak signifikan. Peneliti mengajukan rancangan intervensi agar PT Pembangkit Listrik ABC menggunakan strategi personalisasi melalui jalur implementasi yang menempatkan manusia sebagai pusat aktivitas KM dengan menerapkan program pasar pengetahuan yang mendorong optimalnya psychological capital pegawai dan memperbesar peluang meningkatnya organizational justice karena menyediakan mekanisme yang adil dalam transfer pengetahuan.

The learning organization that placing knowledge transfer as the center of activities is special need for technology-intensive company with three ages generation employees that are baby boomer, X generation, and Y generation. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the various researches was proofed as the booster for optimizing transfer knowledge in organization. This research aimed to proof the factors that have effect to improvement OCB, that are psychological capital, organizational justice, and organizational trust. The result from 206 responden from PT Pembangkit Listrik ABC proofed psychological capital and organizational justice have significantly effect to OCB, whereas organizational trust has effect to OCB in PT Pembangkit Listrik ABC but has not significantly. Researcher propose project intervention for PT Pembangkit Listrik ABC using personalisation strategy through implementation path that placing human capital as center of KM activities following knowledge market program for optimizing employee?s psychological capital pegawai and gaining opportunity for improve organizational justice because it provides fair mechanism in knowledge transfer."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person-job fit dan person-organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan keterikatan pegawai sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengambil studi pada PT Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) Tbk dengan karyawan tetap kantor pusat perusahaan ANTAM Tbk sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori person-job fit, person-organization fit, organizational citizenship behavior, dan keterikatan pegawai untuk mengkaji permasalahan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey kuesioner menggunakan total sampling terhadap karyawan tetap PT ANTAM Tbk di head office yang berjumlah 144 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antar setiap variabel. Selain itu terdapat pula pengaruh signifikan antara person-job fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui keterikatan pegawai dan person-organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui keterikatan pegawai.
This study aims to analyze the effects of person-job fit and person-organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with employee engagement as a mediating variable. This research takes a study in Aneka Tambang (ANTAM) Tbk company with permanent employees of PT ANTAM Tbk at head office as the object of research. This study uses the theory of person-job fit, person-organization fit, organizational citizenship behavior, and employee engagement to study the problem. The data collection technique used in this study was a quantitative approach using a questionnaire survey method that used total sampling of permanent employees of the PT ANTAM Tbk at the head office which amounted to 144 respondents. This study using path analysis method) to test the hypothesis.The result show that there is a significant efffect between each variable. Furthermore, there is a significant effect between person-job fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with employee engagement as a mediating variable and person-organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with employee engagement as a mediating variable."

"ABSTRACT
In today?s challenging and turbulent world, strategic management prescribes
organizations to develop resources and capabilities in order to gain competitive
advantage. The central question has been how to find ways and means to improve the
performance of the organization. Among many capabilities which could be developed
by the organization, the ability of the leaders to motivate and/or inspire members ofthe
team and/or workers to perform in their jobs and beyond the scope of their jobs, is
being researched here.
This dissertation studies how leadership by focusing at the bottom level of the
organization and by using various influence tactics, can create Organizational
Citizenship Behavior among the employees; in so doing, it could increase the overall
performance of the organization. The research is done in a Indonesian entity, a publicly
listed distribution company of a large pharmaceutical business group, operating through
40 branches across Indonesia, from Banda Aceh to J ayapura. The target population for
research is 460 marketing Eelds and staff members of the company, who have filled-in
some comprehensive questionnaires.
The research combines and extends three existing theories, the Leader-Member
(LMX) Theory, the lntluence Theory, and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB) Theory. It also utilized eleven (11) influence tactics, and the OCB related to the
organization. The dissertation contirms this new extension of theories by demonstrating
the existence of the linkages (or mediations) between various variables of the model. It
has tested fifteen (15) sets of hypotheses. Most of the hypotheses have been confirmed
and the relationships between the variables are signiiicant.
Throughout the research, it was found that some speciitic iniluenee tactics
(inspirational appeal, personal appeal, consultation, collaboration, rational, appraising,
ingratiation, exchange or legitimation) are the most effective tactics used by the leaders
to motivate the subordinates performing in their jobs, and beyond the scope of their
jobs (OCR). The subordinates may help their colleagues; they may participate in many
social or informal activities beneficial to the organization culture; they may try to
protect the assets or properties of the organization, etc. With such an extraordinary
performance, they will contribute in their aggregate efforts to increase the level of
performance of the company as a whole. Other influence tactics such as coalition and
pressure do not develop OCB.
Equally important, it was demonstrated empirically that the ranking of OCB-
Organjzation Indexes is significantly correlated with the ranking of Total Sales of the
40 business units. It means that OCB-Organization can create high Total Sales, and
therefore high organization performance.
The contribution to the advancement of strategic management are (1) a new
extension of theories by combining three existing theories, (2) the practical
implementation of the Endings of this research in the day to day leadership and
management of a business organization, with focus at the bottom level, (3) the first
time application of such model in Indonesia, and (4) the opportunity to generalize the
application of the extension of theories, leading to a possible new theory to be called
?LMX-Organization Perfomance Theory?, and further practical implications, the result
of which would contribute meaningfully to the improvement in the quality of
management of organizations."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian dan iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada organisasi JOB XYZ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 178 sampel pada JOB XYZ. Sampel didapatkan dengan menggunakan probability sampling yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling untuk mendapatkan proporsi responden dari PT X, PT Y dan JOB XYZ hire. Penelitian ini mengukur organizational citizenship behavior menggunakan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (Podsakof, 2000), kepribadian diukur berdasarkan skala Five Factor Personality Scale (Goldberg, 1999), iklim organisasi diukur menggunakan Organizational Climate Scale (Litwin & Stinger, 1968). Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, heterokesdatisitas dan multikolaritas kemudian menggunakan inferential multiple regression. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kepribadian memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB karyawan. Begitu juga halnya iklim organisasi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB karyawan.

This study describes about the influence of personality and organizational climate related to organizational citizenship behavior JOB organization XYZ. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 178 samples at XYZ JOB. Samples of this study obtained by using probability sampling that is proportionate stratified random sampling to achieve the proportion of respondents from PT X, Y and JOB PT XYZ. This study measured the Organizational Citizenship Behavior by using Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale (Podsakof, 2000), personality measured by the scale of the Five Factor Personality Scale (Goldberg, 1999), organizational climate is measured by using the Organizational Climate Scale (Litwin and Stinger, 1968). The data is analyzed by using the classical assumption of normality test, heteroskedastic and multicorrelation then using inferential multiple regression. This study found that the personality has significant influence to the OCB of employees. Moreover, the organizational climate has significant influence to the OCB of employees as well."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara PsyCap dan OCB. Penelitian ini merupakan tipe penelitian kuantitatif korelational. Kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel ini adalah Psychological Capital Questionnaire PCQ-24 milik Luthans, Youssef, Avolio 2007 dan OCB scale milik Lee Allen 2002. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan bank. Dari 144 responden, didapatkan hasil bahwa r = .461, n = 144, p< .01, one tailed. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat PsyCap, maka semakin tinggi tingkat OCB karyawan bank. Tingginya nilai PsyCap dan OCB pada karyawan, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan, karyawan dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien, serta dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain.

This research aims to know the relationship between PsyCap and OCB. The research is a quantitative research type and correlational design. The questionnaire which used to measure this variable is Psychological Capital Questionnaire PCQ 24 by Luthans, Youssef, Avolio 2007 and OCB scale by Lee Allen 2002. Respondents in this research are bank employees. From 144 respondents, the obtained results is r .461, n 144, p .01, one tailed. It means on the bank employees, as the level of PsyCap increased, the level of OCB will also increased. The high score of PsyCap and OCB on employees in expected to increase productivity of company, employees can work effectively and efficiently, and can compete with other companies."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan shared service PT. Elnusa, Tbk Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 63 karyawan tetap non-manajerial PT. Elnusa, Tbk Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling serta teknik stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan linear regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan hubungan antar variabel pada penelitian ini adalah kuat menuju sangat kuat, dengan angka koefisien sebesar 0.613. Pemberdayaan karyawan yang dilakukan PT. Elnusa, Tbk mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior karyawan sebesar 36.6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 63.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

The objective of this research is to analyze how the effect of employee empowerment toward organizational citizenship behavior of shared service employees in PT. Elnusa, Tbk Jakarta. This research applied quantitative approach. The samples of this research are 63 employees of PT. Elnusa, Tbk Jakarta, collected using non-probability sampling and stratified random sampling. This research used questionnaire as research instrument and analyzed with linear regression. The result of this research indicates that the correlation between two variables is strong to very strong. Employee empowerment effects employee?s organizational citizenship behavior equal to 36.6%, and the residue equal to 63.4% affected by other factor."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara general self-efficacy dan resilience dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) serta efektivitas dari intervensi 'Self Improvement Program' dalam upaya meningkatkan general self-efficacy dan resilience. Responden penelitian berjumlah 38 orang AoC volunteer di PT X.
Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara general self-efficacy dengan OCB (rs = .557, p < .01). Resilience pun terbukti memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan  OCB (rs = .553, p < .01). Selanjutnya, peneliti merancang intervensi yang tepat untuk menangani masalah organisasi dengan memberikan 'Self Improvement Program' kepada 5 orang sampel AoC. Berdasarkan hasil uji perbedaan antara sebelum dan setelah intervensi diberikan, terdapat perubahan skor yang signifikan pada general self efficacy (Z = -2,023, p < .05), resilience ( (Z = -2,023, p < .05), dan OCB (Z = -2,023, p < .05).

Aims of this study are to determine the relationship between general self-efficacy and resilience with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the effectiveness of the "Self-Improvement Program" intervention to optimize general self-efficacy and resilience. The respondents of this research consist 38 volunteer agent of change at PT X.
Results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between general self-efficacy and OCB (rs = .557, p < .01). Resilience also shown have a positive and significant relationship with OCB  rs = .553, p < .01). The intervention was design to solve organizational problems by giving the 'Self Improvement Program' to 5 samples of AoC. The difference test results demonstrated a significant score change in general self-efficacy  (Z = -2,023, p < .05), resilience ( (Z = -2,023, p < .05), and OCB (Z = -2,023, p < .05).
