"Halusinasi dan isolasi sosial sering muncul secara bersamaan. Dampak dari halusinasi yang tidak ditangani adalah perilaku mencederai diri sendiri, dan lingkungan, sedangkan isolasi sosial yang tidak ditangani dapat memicu gejala positif dan berkontribusi pada kekambuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengaruh Cognitive Behaviour Therapy dan Cognitive Behavioural Social Skills Training pada gejala klien. Desain quasi eksperimental digunakan dengan jumlah sampel 56 responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan penurunan gejala kognitif, afektif dan perilaku lebih besar pada klien yang mendapatkan terapi daripada mereka yang tidak mendapatkan. Terapi ini direkomendasikan pada klien halusinasi dan isolasi sosial.

Hallucination and social isolation often occur simultaneously. Impact of dishandled hallucinations is injuring self and environment, while dishandled social isolation will trigger negative sign to possitive sign and contribute in client recurrence. The goal of this study was identify the influences of therapy for client symptomps. Quasi-experimental designs used with sample of 56 respondents. The study found a decrease symptoms of hallucination and social isolation who have CBT and CBSST than the clients that did not receiving therapy. Cognitive, affective, attitude of symptomps hallucination and social isolation have increased significantly. It is recommended for clients with hallucinations and social isolation.

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dalam perilaku social loafing antara mahasiswa dari berbagai negara di Asia dengan mahasiswa dari Australia. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa University of Queensland, yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok kondisi yaitu kondisi kerja kelompok koaktif atau kerja kelompok kolektif. Masing-masing kondisi terdiri dari antara mahasiswa Asia atau mahasiswa Australia. Partisipan diberikan mental task dan kemudian performanya diukur untuk menunjukkan tendensi perilaku social loafing. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok koaktif dan kolektif, mahasiwa Australia pada kelompok koaktif bekerja lebih baik dibanding mahasiswa Asia pada kelompok koaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasi bahwa budaya individualistik barat menunjukkan performa kerja lebih baik dibanding budaya kolektivis timur ketika ditempatkan pada kondisi kelompok kerja koaktifABSTRACTThis research is done to investigate the differences in social loafing between Asians students from various Asian countries and Australian students. "Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai dinamika antara disclosure, reaksi sosial, dan posttraumatic growth pada mahasiswi penyintas kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan partisipan mahasiswi sebanyak 42 orang. Posttraumatic growth diukur menggunakan Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI; Tedeschi & Calhoun, 1996) dan reaksi sosial diukur menggunakan Social Reactions Questionnaire-Shortened (SRQ-S; Ullman et al., 2017). Disclosure diukur berdasarkan jumlah penerima disclosure yang dilakukan penyintas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disclosure tidak memiliki hubungan dengan posttraumatic growth. Masing-masing jenis reaksi sosial memiliki hubungan yang unik dengan posttraumatic growth, dimana reaksi sosial positif dan unsupportive acknowledgment memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan posttraumatic growth, dan reaksi sosial turning against tidak memiliki hubungan negatif dengan posttraumatic growth. Terakhir, penelitian menemukan bahwa reaksi sosial positif dapat memprediksi posttraumatic growth pada mahasiswi penyintas kekerasan seksual.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between disclosure, social reactions, and posttraumatic growth among female college student survivors of sexual assault. This study uses quantitative approach, involving 42 female college students as participants. Posttraumatic growth was measured using Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI; Tedeschi & Calhoun, 1996) and social reactions was measured using Social Reactions Questionnaire-Shortened (SRQ-S; Ullman et al., 2017). Disclosure was measured based on the number of disclosure recipients. The result shows that there is no significant relationship between disclosure and posttraumatic growth. Each type of social reactions shows different relationship to posttraumatic growth, positive social reactions and unsupportive acknowledgment social reactions have significant positive relationships with posttraumatic growth, and turning against social reactions shows no significant relationship with posttraumatic growth. Finally, positive social reactions also predict posttraumatic growth among female college student survivors of sexual assault.

"Prodroma early psychosis dimulai pada awal masa remaja dimana merupakan masa transisi yang mengalami perubahan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis yang dapat menyebabkan remaja mengalami prodroma early psychosis, ansietas dan harga diri rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap prodroma early psychosis, ansietas dan harga diri remaja di pondok pesantren. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah rdquo;quasi experimental dengan rancangan pre-post test with control group rdquo;. Menggunakan instrumen prodroma early psychosis PQ16 Dengan metode purposive sampling. Responden berjumlah 78 yang dipilih dengan tehnik simple random sampling terdiri dari 39 orang setiap kelompok. Tindakan keperawatan ners diberikan pada kelompok intervensi 1 dan tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga pada kelompok intervensi 2.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prodroma early psychosis dan ansietas megalami penurunan secara bermakna serta peningkatan secara bermakna pada harga diri pada intervensi 1 dan 2 dengan p-value < ? 0,05 , penurunan prodroma early psychosis dan ansietas serta peningkatan harga diri lebih besar pada kelompok intervensi 2 dibandingkan dengan kelompok intervensi 1. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai program preventif dan promotif dengan pemberian tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga.

Prodroma early psychosis begain in early adolescence, teenagers is the transition that experienced changes either physicall or psychological that can cause teenagers experienced anxiety and low self esteem. The purpose of this research to know the effect of cognitive behaviour therapy and family psychoeducation therapy towards prodroma early psychosis, anxiety and self esteem of adolescents in islamic boarding school. Design research used is quasi experiment pre post test with control group with purposive sampling methods. Instrement of this research using Prodroma Questionnaire PQ16. Responden were 78 the selected with simple random sampling consisting of 39 people every group. The group of intervention 1 given nursing therapy and the group intervention 2 given nursing therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and family psychoeducation therapy.
The results of the study showed prodroma early psychosis and anxiety had significant decrease and self esteem had significant increase after giving nursing intervention and cognitive behaviour therapy with p value 0,05. The results showed prodroma early psychosis and anxiety higher decrease and self esteem higher increase in a compare group 1 and 2. The results of this study can be consedered as preventive and promotive program with nursing therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and family psychoeducation.
