"Latar Belakang.

Background. There was a high prevalence anxiety and depression in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Some aspects interconnecting them, such as intestinal dysbiosis. Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio, one of dysbiosis parameter, found low in SLE patients and also depressed patients.
Objectives. This research aim to study intestinal microbiota profile among anxious and depressed SLE patients, and also to know the correlation between Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio with anxiety and depression score in SLE patients.
Methods. We used secondary data from research entitled Effects of synbiotic supplementation on disease activity, immune response, gut permeability, and microbiota of systemic lupus erythematosus patients. We used baseline data of demographic data, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index 2000, drugs used, nutrients intake, and intestinal microbiota profile at phylum level. All those data were described descriptively and also analysed for the correlation between Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio with anxiety score and depression score.
Results. From all 41 subjects, the proportion of anxiety was 53,66% and depression 14,63%. Anxiety group had more Bacteroidetes than not anxiety group. Depressed group had more Bacteroidetes, less Firmicutes, and lower Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio than not depressed group. The scatterplot shows that there is no linear relationship between the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio with anxiety and depression symptom scores so that correlation analysis cannot be done.
Conclusion. Descriptively there was a tendency for dysbiosis in the group that experienced anxiety and depression than the group that did not experience psychological disorders."

The phenomenon of Korean culture, especially from the music industry, is that K-pop is common among teenagers. In adolescence they experience a transition or transition from childhood to adulthood at risk of mental health disorders. Adolescence is the process of finding a figure that can be portrayed and not a few of them have the figure of a Korean idol that they love. The aim of this study is to get a picture of the levels of stress, anxiety, and depression in the district. This descriptive study uses a purposive sampling method involving 108 K-pop teenagers residing in Tangerang District. Research data collected in June 2024 using the DASS-42 questionnaire (Depression, anxiety, stress scale). The study also examined the characteristics of respondents such as gender, age, education, and economics where the majority of the study was followed by late adolescents (69.44%), the most followed adolescents of the female type (95.4%), respondents were mostly from college (49.07%) and the main source of income was still borne by parents (90.74%). There are differences in the levels of stress, anxiety, and depression that are likely to be influenced by the use of coping strategies by K-pop fans. Recommendations for further research could further analyze the relationship between levels of Stress, Anxiety and Depression to K-Pop fans' behavior by considering the balance in the characteristics of respondents."

Background: Anxiety and depression are the most common psychosomatic disorders. Both of them have the highest prevalence of chronic diseases. In Lupus Erythematosus patients, anxiety is more common compared to depression. They have been widely penelitianed and found to have a clinical relationship. Not only they are one of the manifestations of NPSLE, they can also trigger inflammation that will affect lupus activity. On the other hand, many patients with anxiety and depression are undiagnosed and treated inappropriately. There is a screening tool that can measure both disorders quantitatively, namely the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Mexican Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Systemic Disease Activity (Mex-SLEDAI) can also be used to measure lupus activity. The advantage of this scoring is that it can be tested without measuring complement or anti-dsDNA levels, which is not necessarily available in every hospital. One of the factors that affects the activity of lupus is complement activity. Currently, no one has investigated the relationship between anxiety and
depression using HADS with levels of C3 and C4 in SLE patients.
Objective: To determine the correlation between anxiety and depression with levels of C3 and C4 in SLE patients in RSCM.
Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design, analyzed the primary data of SLE patients aged 18-60 years. Interviews and physical examinations were carried out as well as filling out the HADS questionnaire followed by taking blood samples to assess C3 and C4 levels. The correlation between HADS scores of anxiety and depression with levels
of C3 and C4, and Mex-SLEDAI was obtained using the Spearman correlation test using SPSS.
Results: 120 samples with a median age of 31 years (24-37), with the use of steroid doses with a median of 16 mg/week (0-28) and lupus activity with a median of 6 (0-11), there was a correlation between anxiety HADS and C3 levels and C4 which is significant with a value of r = -0.189 and r = -0.206. However, for HADS Depression with levels of C3 or C4 no correlation was found. In addition, in this study, there was no correlation between HADS Anxiety and Depression with Lupus Mex Sledai activity
Conclusion: There was a negative correlation between HADS Anxiety and levels of C3 or C4.

Introduction: Physicians in Public Health Center (PHC) sometime do not recognize the existence of depression in a person. Provision of psychiatric training for physicians in PHC is expected to enhance the knowledge and skills of physicians to the problem of psychiatric diagnosis.. Ministry of Health has develooped a training module that is General Practitioner (GP). This module aims to enhance the skills of doctors in the health center in case of detection of depression disorder in the community frequently. The module refers to PPDGJIII.
Objective: To assess the effectiveness of training module GP toward physicians to enhance their knowledge and skills to diagnose depressive disorders.
Methods: The study design used was one group pre and post test. Subjects were twenty-three general practitioner who served in Health Center in Banjar, South Kalimantan. The study was conducted in the period Mei-Oktober 2015. Samples were taken by simple random sampling. All recipients GP training modules for one day. Knowledge assessed before training, one day and three months after training with the knowledge questionnaires filled by the subject. Skills diagnosis assessed by assessmet team.
Results: One day after training, 100% of subjects experienced an increase in knowledge. But three months after training only 8.7% of the subjects continued to experience an increase in knowledge. Interview skills outcome is varied, twelve people pass, eight people borderline, and three people did not pass.
Conclusion: Providing GP training modules effective to improve knowledge of physician about depressive disorders one day after training, but can not last three months after training. Providing GP training modules is not effective in improving interviewing skills to diagnose depressive disorder.
