"Human resources are the assets of organizations that play the most important role in accomplishing company?s goals. They have the risk of getting into an accident and health problems in their working environment. The level of risk for each person varies depending on their nature of job or their working locations. Aware this condition, PT. Lestari Busana A.M., a garment industries, has implemented safety and health program in the company. One excellent way to assess the accountability of the implementation is through perception survey.
This research focused study and analyzed perception of employees to execute of health and safety work program with supported by a number of indicator that is work-accident, work-safety, work-healthy, the last safety and health work program management. Safety and health work program is constitute to prevent the occur of work accident. There are two targets of this research, that is to know how the execution of safety and health work program in the company with knowing employees perception and to know the constraints from the execution of safety and health work program in the company.
This research use quantitative approach representing selection of variation from social phenomenon studied. There are three kind of detail examination are descriptive, cross-sectional study and pure research.
The variable of this research is univariate. The measuring instrument that is used in this research are questioner, observation and also interview in order to searching answer to raised research questions. Population in this research amount to 810 peoples with amount of sample 89 peoples who is taken with non-probability of stratified random sampling for the employees who has at least one year of employment only. Measurement of mount used in this research is ordinal measurement and use likert scale. The questioner which have been gathered, then made the tabulation of percentage to know dominant value each indicator (Quantitative) and also use central tendency technique.
Pursuant to research result, all respondent express to agree with the execution of safety and health work program. The constraints from the execution of safety and health work program can be handle cause there is cooperation between employer and employee although there are a few employees have neutral responses regarding the implementation. Good execution have been proven can be minimize amount of work accident in company. The company has to involve them in identifying the hazards of their job, so they will be more aware in implementing safety in their daily task.

"Performance Appraisal Systemon PT PLN (Persero) is a step forward in appraisal system commonly used to measure the employee?s performance on public service institution. This kind of performance appraisal system has been implementing on PLN since 1998. Besides measuring the achievement of working objectives aspect, performance appraisal system on PLN also measuring the managerial and behavior aspect. The result of performance appraisal then gives reward and punishment as feedback. That phenomenon is interesting to be analyzing in seeing the implementation of performance appraisal system from employee?s perception.
The research is descriptively developed to answer the research hquestion, which is: How is the employee?s perception toward the implementation of performance appraisal at PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution Office? The approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The research used survey method and interview in collecting data. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistic analysis. Sampling technique is cluster random sampling. From six divisions in PT PLN Jakarta Raya and Tangerang Distribution Office, two divisions were choosing randomly; those are Division of Business and Division of Human Resource and Organization. There are 50 respondents used in the research."

"Each company has to take the fact that its existence in the future depend on human resources. Without having competitive human resource a company will be decrease because of incapability to face competition. Company must to do career development to improve and increase employee?s job in order to be able to give the best contribution in pursue company?s business goals.
This research aimed to know perception of employee about career development at Head Office in PT XYZ. This research entangle 76 respondents of Head Office PT XYZ?s employees. This technique of data collecting used in this research is through spreading questionnaire, interviewing, and also literature related to this research theme. Assessment from result of the answer of questionnaire uses Likert scale which delivered frequency distribution. In this research, writer use quantitative approach.
Conclusion resulted from this research is overall the employee?s perception of career development at Head Office in PT XYZ is good. In assessment phase, employee?s perception of implementation of self assessment and succession planning is good. In direction phase, employee?s perception of implementation of job posting is good. In development phase, employee?s perception of implementation of career development is good. Thereby an improvement of career development implementation such as make workbooks, skills inventory, implement career planning workshops, improve communication between organization and employee about career development program in company and giving equal opportunity to every employee with good performance.

"Perubahan merupakan suatu kondisi yang akan selalu dihadapi oleh perusahaan di bidang industri kreatif. Industri kreatif perlu berubah menyesuaikan dengan pasar untuk dapat tetap bertahan. Kesiapan untuk berubah merupakan hal penting dalam industri kreatif untuk melakukan perubahan. Terdapat beberapa atribut individu yang dapat mendukung kesiapan karyawan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara resiliensi dan kesiapan untuk berubah pada karyawan industri kreatif. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 58 karyawan di industri kreatif. Resiliensi diukur menggunakan Resilience Scale (RS-14) (Wagnild & Young, 2009) dan kesiapan untuk berubah diukur menggunakan Readiness for Change Scale (Hanpachern, 1997). Hasil utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan kesiapan untuk berubah (r = .514, p = .000, dan signifikan pada LOS .01). Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensi individu, maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan individu untuk berubah.

Change is a condition that will always be faced by companies in creative industries. Creative industries need to change to adjust to the market in order to survive. Readiness for change is important in creative industries to make changes. There are many individual attributes that can support the readiness of employees to change. This research was conducted to examine correlation between resiliency and readiness for change. The respondents for this research are 58 employees who worked at creative industry. Resiliency was measured using Resilience Scale (RS-14) (Wagnild & Young, 2009) and readiness for change was measured using Readiness for Change Scale (Hanpachern, 1997). The main result of this research showed that resiliency correlated significantly with readiness for change (r = .514, p = .000, and significant at LOS .01). That is, the higher employee resiliency, the higher employee readiness for change.

"Under the prevailing law in Indonesia no. 32/1997 about commodity futures exchange, the government had aplied the rules of risk management by market mechanism scheme. These rules had given a chance to futures broker company to serve people in futures investment. To be able to give such service, the company must have employees that can afford a maximal working effectiveness.
The purpose of this research's was to analysis upon employee's perception over the working effectiveness which have been doing in daily activity in one organization. There are seven major indicators in this measurement which are presented by George D. Halsey, The indicators are list as follow: working quantity, working quality, initiative, working attitude, effort, cooperation, and originality which are performed by employees in the company.
This research's use quantitative approach with descriptive method. The numbers of population are 40 respondents and total sampling used was sampling technique. In order to get some information, researcher has to distribute the questioner to all respondents at PT Realtime Forex Futures (RTFF), the research's period was during May 2008. Researcher did an interview to find out about the working effectiveness perception from respondents. To analyze the data the researcher used descriptive frequencies table, which use computer program SPSS version 16,0 for windows to process the data.
Based on the result of research, it has found that majority of respondents have a good perception about the working effectiveness at PT Realtime Forex Futures. The rate of satisfaction can be proven by a high respond (weighted score between 155 until 168) from respondents over the seven indicators which generally gave positive perception upon the working effectiveness in the company. To increase the working effectiveness, for the future employees need to be given the correct and appropriate socialization (regarding target and supervision), in order to know and understand what performance that is expected by the company."

"Persepsi karyawan terhadap penerapan program K3 adalah pandangan karyawan terhadap apa yang diberikan perusahaan yang bertujuan agar karyawan terjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjanya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggali persepsi karyawan terhadap program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Peternakan Ayam Broiler PT XYZ Wilayah Tangerang. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan poultry atau peternakan ayam yang memiliki tingkat bahaya dan resiko yang cukup tinggi bagi karyawan yang bekerja di lapangan. Jumlah responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu menggunakan kuesioner persepsi (kuantitatif) dan wawancara yang ditujukan kepada karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan (kualitatif). Program K3 yang diterapkan di PT XYZ antara lain pelatihan K3, Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), Sarana dan prasarana, Jaminan K3, Beban kerja dan Jam kerja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi secara umum responden terhadap program K3 di PT XYZ masih kurang baik. Dari hasil kuosioner didapatkan gambaran mengenai persepsi karyawan terhadap program K3 antara lain : Persepsi karyawan berdasarkan Pengetahuan K3 yg berkategori baik sebanyak 29 atau 51,8 % dan yang berkategori kurang baik sebanyak 27 atau 48,2 % responden, sedangkan persepsi karyawan berdasarkan sikap yang berkategori baik sebanyak 23 responden atau 41,1 % dan yang berkategori kurang baik sebanyak 33 responden atau 58,9 %.

Employee perceptions of program implementation Ocupational safety and health is a view of what is given to the employee that the company aims to secure the safety and health of employees work. The primary objective of this study is to investigate and explore employee perceptions of safety and health programs in Poultry Broiler XYZ Tangerang region. XYZ is a company of poultry or poultry that has the level of hazard and high risk for employees who work in the field. The number of respondents involved in this study were 56 people.
This research was conducted by two methods: using perception questionnaire (quantitative) and interviews addressed to employees and company management (qualitative). Ocupational safety and health program implemented in PT XYZ including training Ocupational safety and health, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Personal Protective Equipment, facilities and infrastructure, Security Ocupational Safety and Health , workload and working hours.
The results showed that the general perception of respondents to the Ocupational Safety and Health program in PT XYZ is still not good. From the results obtained questionnaire overview of employee perceptions of Ocupational Safety and Health program are: perception of employees based knowledge Ocupational Safety and Health which categorized either by 29 or 51.8% were categorized as poor and as much as 27 or 48.2% of respondents, while the perception of employees categorized by attitude well as much as 23 respondents or 41.1% were categorized as poor and a total of 33 respondents, or 58.9%.

"Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aset terpenting suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya karena itu memiliki masalah dan tantangan tersendiri bagi organisasi tersebut. Menurut Slamat (2004:465), tujuan mengadakan suatu program pensiun bagi perusahaan atau pemberi kerja adalah sebagai Kewajiban moral / Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility) yaitu perusahaan mempunyai kewajiban moral untuk memberikan rasa aman / kesejahteraan kepada karyawan pada saat mencapai usia pensiun, loyalitas yaitu dengan diadakannya program pensiun karyawan diharapkan akan mempunyai loyalitas dan dedikasi terhadap perusahaan serta kompetisi perusahaan yaitu dengan memasukkan program pensiun sebagai suatu bagian dari total kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan diharapkan perusahaan akan memiliki daya saing dan nilai lebih dalam usaha mendapatkan karyawan yang berkualitas dan profesional di pasaran tenaga kerja. Selain bagi pemberi kerja (perusahaan), tujuan mengadakan suatu program pensiun bagi karyawan atau peserta antara lain rasa aman karyawan terhadap masa yang akan datang dalam arti tetap memiliki penghasilan pada saat mencapai usia pensiun dan kompensasi yang lebih baik yaitu karyawan mempunyai tambahan kompensasi meskipun baru bisa dinikmati pada saat mencapai usia pensiun / berhenti kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, berdasarkan tujuannya, penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif, berdasarkan dimensi waktu penelitian dilakukan secara cross-sectional, teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah mengumpulkan data atau informasi dari sampel atau populasi yang spesifik, biasanya dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara atau survei, populasinya adalah para Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Disjaya dan Tangerang yang berjumlah 28 responden. Pelaksanaan program pelatihan agrobisnis pertanian dalam rangka pembekalan pegawai yang akan menjalani masa persiapan pensiun pada PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsi dan tujuannya. Dimensi Pembelajaran dan Perilaku merupakan dimensi yang bobot indikatornya rata-rata tinggi sehingga dapat membantu membangun rasa positif (optimis) pada diri peserta dalam menghadapi dan memasuki masa pensiun.Pelatihan ini dapat membantu peserta dalam mempersiapkan karir kedua / pensiun dan pelatihan ini dapat mengingatkan peserta dalam tanggung jawab peserta terhadap diri, keluarga dan masyarakat. Indikator yang memiliki skor terendah, yaitu keluasan penguasaan materi pelatihan dan kedalaman materi pelatihan yang dimiliki instruktur. Saran disampaikan adalah agar pada indikator yang masih memiliki skor rendah, yaitu pada kompetensi instruktur meliputi keluasan penguasaan materi pelatihan, kedalaman dan kemampuan komunikasi agar menjadi perhatian manajemen terkait misalnya dengan mencari instruktur yang lebih kompeten, memberikan pelatihan bagi para instruktur tersebut atau melakukan kerjasama dengan instansi terkait perihal pemenuhan kebutuhan instruktur pelatihan, pemilihan materi peneliti menyarankan agar pihak penyelenggara menyediakan lebih banyak lagi pilihan-pilihan materi lainnya yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minat peserta, lebih meningkatkan lagi sosialisasi kepada para pegawainya, dalam hal peningkatan kualitas program pembekalan pegawai yang akan menjalani masa persiapan pensiun, agar PT PLN (Persero) Disjaya dan Tangerang melakukan analisa dan evaluasi program tersebut sehingga materi-materi, kurikulum dan jenis pelatihan dapat terus diperbaharui mengikuti perkembangan jaman dan kebutuhan para pesertanya sehingga tujuan dari program tersebut yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosial pegawai yang berkelanjutan bagi para pegawai yang sudah pensiun dalam rangka mengembangkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Indonesia seutuhnya dapat terwujud, peneliti juga juga menyarankan kepada PT PLN (Persero) Disjaya dan Tangerang untuk menambah materi keagamaan selama pegawai mengikuti program pembekalan dengan harapan pegawai dapat memperdalam ajaran agama masing sehingga dapat mengurangi stes serta dapat mengisi waktu luang para pegawai yang sudah pensiun dengan meningkatkan kegiatan keagamaan dan diharapkan perusahaan melakukan program pasca pensiun.

As the corporate social responsibility, to keep the employee's loyalty, as the total compensation, and for the competition among other company, PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang offer The Agribusiness Training Program in Order To Preparing The Retirement Era at PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang for its employee who will go through retirement preparation time. The aims of this program is to prepare a second carreer for retired emlpoyee and also to swithcing the employee's mind set from worker into enterpreneur. The aim of this research is to discover how the employee's perception of the agrobusiness training implementation in order to preparing their retirement era. through the process of organizations and to discover its effectivity. This research is using the descriptive method which will explain or describe the research foundings. This research is using the survey approach which implies the use of questioners and interviews as the two major tools used to collect data and information, beside the other secondary and literature sources. The criteria for selecting a sample in survey research are statistical onces. They are based upon well-established and formal statistical grounds formulated by Arikunto. This total sampling process have results 28 employees as samples. To oversee wheter the employee's perception of the agrobusiness training program implementation in order to preparing their retirement era has been attempted in a good procedure, researcher used the range criteria method, which will strech from the lowest range to the highest range. However, the implementation of employee's empowerment program who will go through retirement preparation era done at PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang, has not been completely effective. This demontrates several problems and barries found in the process, especially for the competence of instructur. Determining effectivity of the employee's perception of the agrobusiness training implementation in order to preparing their retirement era can be seen by measuring the human resources productivity after employee retired. To pursue and reach the program goal, the success of this process will lead to a more prospectous economical n social future for the employee of the organizations iin order to develop Indonesian human resources which is program goals and targets."

Studying and understanding jobs through the process known as job analysis. Job analysis is a vital part of Human Resources Management (HRM) program and in many respects in the foundation upon which all others HRM activities must be constructed. Job analysis is a purposeful, systematic process for collecting information on the important work related aspects of a job, so the employees can be work effectively. With job analysis, management will have guidance in next human resources program.
The research questions is how the perception of Employee Benefit Department employees towards the job analysis at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Head Office Jakarta - To answer of that research questions, researcher used quantitative approach and using research method by using the survey approach, which implies the use of questioners and interviews as the two major tools used to collect data and information, beside the others secondary and literature sources.
The criteria for selecting a sample in survey research are statistical onces. This sampling process have minimum percentage from total population (minor one) of 52 employees, the sampling process result 45 employees as samples. To oversee whether the implementation of job analysis has been attempted in a good procedure, researcher used the range criteria method which will stretch from the lowest range to the highest range.
This research found that the perception of Employee Benefit Department employees for the job analysis has been attempted in a good procedure, which resulted good points average value. The data show that job analysis implementation PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Head Office Jakarta already effective because the good value and synchronize with the function, but description about task giving to the employees are not overlapping with the employees in another department still have special attention to management PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Head Office Jakarta.
Determining affectivity of the job analysis implementation can be seen by measuring the human recourses productivity in doing their tasks and duties. To pursue and reach the '2010 One' company's goal, company should be aware about negative response that came from the employees. The success of this process will lead to a more prospectus future of the organizations existence in the global market as well as reaching its goals and targets. "

"Motivasi bagi kebanyakan pegawai bekerja adalah mencari nafkah. Apabila di satu pihak pegawai menggunakan pengetahuan, keterampilan, tenaga dan sebagian waktunya untuk berkarya, di Iain pihak pegawai mengharapkan, menerima imbalan tertentu. Berdasarkan pemikiran demikian, saat ini masalah imbalan dipandang sebagai salah satu tantangan yang periu dihadapi oleh manajemen suatu organisasi, oleh karena imbalan tidak Iagi dipandang sebagai alat pemuasan kebutuhan materi tetapi sudah dikaitkan dengan karakter dan martabat manusia. Sebaliknya organisasi memikirkan sebagai faktor-faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan, untuk mencapai tujuan dan berbagai sasarannya. Berarti daiam mengembangkan dan menerapkan suatu imbalan tertentu, kepentingan organisasi dan kepentingan para pekerja mutlak perlu diperhitungka.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dengan motivasi pegawai. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu menjelaskan hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lain, dalam hal ini hubungan antara sub-sub variabel kompensasi dengan sub-sub variabel motivasi, dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data "rho Spearman's" dibantu program SPSS 10.00 for 1/Wndows. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kantor Deputi Bidang Sejarah dan Purbakala, Kementerian Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, dengan sampel sebanyak 95 orang responden, masing-masing mewakili 4 (empat) asisten deputi yang ada di lingkungan Deputi Bidang Sejarah dan Purbakaia.
Hasit peneiitian membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan antara kompensasi dengan motivasi pegawai di Deputi Sejarah dan Purbakala Kementerian Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, lebih rincinya ada hubungan antara kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non hnansiaf 'dengan motivasi pegawai, tetapi diantara kedua variabel kompensasi tersebut, temyata rata-rata variabel kompensasi non inansial berkorelasi dengan semua variabel motivasi, berarti pemberian kompensasi non tinansial menunjukkan lebih dominan pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi. Hubungan antar variabel yang ditampilkan sangat bervariasi yaitu hubungan ? cukup kuat dan signiikan ?, hubungan cukup kuat ini tidaklah mendominasi, karena hubungan ?|emah? dan bahkan ?tidak adanya hubungan" ditunjukkan dalam hubungan antara kompensasi dengan motivasi. Hal ini menunjukkan setiap unsur kompensasi memiliki pola interaksi berbeda terhadap semua unsur motivasi. Oleh karena itu para deciskan maker perlu hati-hati daiam merancang pola pemberian kompensasi, dan memikirkan komposisi terbaik dan pota pemberian kompensasi agar seluruh pegawai benar-benar temwotivasi, Sena melaksanakan pemantauan terhadap pola interaksi antara kompensasi dengan motivaƩi secara kontinyu."

It can be comprehended because even other resources are available; they are beneficial if other resources are empowered by good quality human resources. It means that human who has ability and willingness, and meets the need of organizational activities will accomplish expected productivity of work.
This research aims to analyze the main problem in this thesis which is, is there any relation between human resource empowemlent with employee's productivity of work in that institution and what are the factors which relate to human resource empowerment" The aim of the research is to analyze, the relation between human resource empowerment and employee's productivity of work and factors which are significant in the human resource empowerment process.
The method of survey is used in this research which is carried out in the National Law Education Institution. It is applied to analyze the population (universe), big and small population, then select and analyze the sample which is chosen from the population, to find incident, distribution, and relative inter-relation of the sociology and psychology variables.
The result of the analysis show that respondents characteristics influence the productivity except age of respondent. Meanwhile, correlation between empowerment of human resource and empIoyee's productivity of work is significantly strong, The factors which intiuence the empowerment of human resource are ability, employee?s work placement, obvious authority, responsibility, trust, support, leadership and motivation."
