Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi pengaruh penerapan prinsip-prinsip Total Quality Management terhadap kinerja auditor. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 228 responden yang merupakan auditor Inspektorat Jenderal di 7 tujuh instansi pemerintah. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, antara lain dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengkonfirmasi hasil kuesioner. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa variabel pemberdayaan dan keterlibatan pegawai, kerjasama, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan terbukti dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor di Inspektorat Jenderal. Variabel kepemimpinan dan pengukuran kinerja dalam penelitian ini tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor di Inspektorat Jenderal.

The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of Total Quality Management on the performance of auditors in the Inspectorate General Auditor rsquo s Perception in 7 seven Government Institution. The sample in this research were 228 respondents who are auditors within the Inspectorate General in 7 seven government institution. Methods of data analysis using quantitative analysis, with a validity test, reliability test, the assumption of classical test and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis. Data in the study was collected by questionnaire and interviews to confirm the results of the questionnaire. The statistical test result is employee involvement, teamwork, education and training, and continuous improvement variables proved in this study have positive significant impact to the performance of auditors. Other variables such as leadership and performance measures, proved in this study do have a significant impact on the performance of auditors within the Inspectorate General.

Abstrak :
Proyek-proyek migas dilakukan sebagai bagian dari dukungan terhadap fasilitas produksi sumber energi. Ada fenomena di pelaksanaan proyek migas, yaitu seringnya terjadi keterlambatan waktu penyelesaian dan kelebihan biaya dari yang direncanakan. Komunikasi merupakan hal yang penting diperhatikan dalam mendukung kesuksesan kinerja proyek. Dibuat suatu hipotesa bahwa peran peran PMO dapat meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi proyek. Kuesioner dilakukan terhadap pimpinan proyek migas Indonesia. SEM-PLS digunakan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian memperoleh faktor-faktor dominan dalam komunikasi proyek dan peran PMO. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari peran PMO terhadap komunikasi proyek dalam meningkatkan kinerja proyek migas.

Oil & gas projects are performed to support energy production facilities. There is a fenomena where project execution in oil & gas industry often have experiences in schedule delay and cost overrun compared to the plan. Communication is one of important thing which has impact to the project performance. Hipotesis was developed that PMO role can improve project communication effectiveness. Quesioner was performed distributed to the Oil & Gas Project Managers in Indonesia. SEM-PLS was used to analise relationship among variables. Result obtained dominan factors in project communication and also PMO role. Result also shows that PMO role has a significant influence in project communication to improve the project performance.

Abstrak :
Diketahui bahwa daerah-daerah di Indonesia masih kesulitan pendanaan untuk penanganan infrastruktur jalan. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan dapat melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosialnya terhadap lingkungan melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) infrastruktur jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung terciptanya CSR perusahaan pada jalan daerah, selanjutnya disusun menjadi model implementasi faktor CSR untuk perbaikan jalan daerah dan mengidentifikasi faktor dominan terciptanya CSR. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode literature review yang berisi informasi, teori dan konsep, kemudian pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan hasil kuesioner diidentifikasi menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil pemodelan faktor implementasi CSR dan faktor dominan divalidasi oleh para ahli dan untuk selanjutnya dapat bermanfaat untuk membantu dalam implementasi CSR. ......It is known that regions in Indonesia are still struggling with funding for the handling of road infrastructure. In this case, the company can carry out its social responsibility towards the environment through the road infrastructure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that support the creation of corporate CSR on regional roads, then compiled into a model for implementing CSR factors for improving regional roads and identifying the dominant factors for the creation of CSR. The method used is the literature review method which contains information, theories and concepts, then data collection through questionnaires and the results of the questionnaires are identified using SEM-PLS. The results of modeling CSR implementation factors and dominant factors were validated by experts and henceforth can be useful to assist in CSR implementation.

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan market otomotif terbesar di Asia Tenggara, tercatat lebih dari satu juta unit mobil terjual di Indonesia pada 2018. PT X adalah salah satu perusahaan distributor kendaraan di Indonesia. PT X memiliki 38 dealer di seluruh Indonesia yang melayani jasa penjualan dan servis kendaraan. Setiap tahun PT X memiliki proyek untuk dilelang. Proyek tersebut dimiliki dan dijalankan oleh dealer yang ditunjuk oleh PT X. Dari seluruh proyek yang dibangun dan dioperasikan banyak yang tidak optimal menjalankan fungsinya sesuai dengan target. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan optimasi proses seleksi proyek dengan menggunakan metode analytic hierarchy process (AHP), dengan penerapan project portfolio management pada PT X. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 5 kriteria dengan bobot prioritas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap dipilihnya sebuah perusahaan untuk menjadi pemenang seleksi proyek. Kriteria tersebut dengan masing – masing bobot prioritas adalah kriteria keuangan (34%), pengelolaan bisnis (28%), sumber daya manusia (18%), competitiveness improvement (12%) dan kemampuan mengelola proyek (8%). PT X dapat menggunakan sistem seleksi baru dengan scoring model berbasis AHP sehingga kinerja proyek dan kinerja operasional dealer dapat tercapai optimal. ......Indonesia is the country with the largest automotive market in Southeast Asia, with more than one million cars sold in Indonesia in 2018. PT X is one of the vehicle distributor companies in Indonesia. PT X has 38 dealers in Indonesia that provide sales and service services for vehicles. Every year PT X has a project up for auction. The project is owned and executed by a dealer appointed by PT X. Of all the projects built and operated, many did not perform their functions optimally according to the target. The purpose of this study is to optimize the project selection process using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) method, with the application of project portfolio management at PT X. The results show that there are 5 criteria with priority weights that most influence the selection of a company to be the winner of the project selection. The criteria with each priority weight are financial criteria (34%), business management (28%), human resources (18%), competitiveness improvement (12%) and the ability to manage projects (8%). PT X can use a new selection system with AHP-based scoring model so that project performance and dealer operational performance can be achieved optimally.
