Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat komitmen organisasi, komitmen jabatan serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat turnover intention dari pegawai KPP Wajib Pajak Besar dan KPP Khusus. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 225 responden pegawai kantor tekait, dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa tingkat komitmen organisasi, komitmen jabatan dan turnover intention pegawai KPP Wajib Pajak Besar dan KPP Khusus berada pada level sedang, serta komitmen organisasi dan komitmen jabatan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention. ...... This study was conducted to determine the level of organizational commitment, occupational commitment and its influence on the level of employee turnover intention in Large Tax Office and Particular Tax Office. Quantitative research was conducted by using a questionnaire to 225 respondents, and the results were analyzed using linear regression. The results of this study states that the level of organizational commitment, occupational commitment and employee turnover intention in Large Tax Office and Particular Tax Office at the moderate level, while organizational commitment and the occupational commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat peran mediasi perilaku kewargaorganisasian pada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan intensi meninggalkan organisasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, rendahnya kepuasan kerja menjadi salah satu prediktor yang ditemukan dapat menyebabkan munculnya perilaku kewargaorganisasian PKO pada guru di sekolah xyz, yang kemudian mengarahkan mereka kepada keinginan untuk meninggalkan organisasi. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru berkewarganegaraan Indonesia yang saat ini aktif bekerja di sekolah xyz dengan jumlah 80 orang. Menggunakan PKO sebagai variabel mediator, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKO ditemukan memiliki mediasi penuh pada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan intensi turnover guru di sekolah xyz Indirect effect = -0.2700, Boot SE = 0.1393, 95 CI [-0.569, -0.024] . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti melakukan intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan PKO, yang berupa training mengenai pengenalan PKO di organisasi. Pelatihan ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk usaha untuk membudayakan PKO di area kerja dan menurunkan tingkat turnover guru di sekolah xyz.
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to see the mediation role of organizational citizenship behavior, on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. Based on the data obtained, the low job satisfaction being one of the predictors found can lead to the emergence of organizational citizenship PKO behavior in teachers in the xyz school, which then leads them to the desire to leave the organization. Respondents in this study are all Indonesian citizens who are currently active in xyz school with 80 people. Using OCB as a mediator variable, the results showed that OCB was found to have full mediation on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention at school xyz Indirect effect 0.2700, Boot SE 0.1393, 95 CI 0.569, 0.024 . Based on the results of these studies, researchers conducted an interventions that can increase the OCB, that is the introduction of OCB in the organization training. This training was conducted as a form of effort to civilize OCB in the work area and reduce teacher turnover rate in xyz schools

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua studi, studi pertama merupakan penelitian korelasional dan studi kedua merupakan program intervensi. Penelitian korelasional bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara interactional justice dan turnover intentions pada karyawan Divisi X Hotel XYZ, dengan sampel berjumlah 71 orang. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu alat ukur interactional justice yang dikembangkan oleh Colquitt (2001) dan alat ukur turnover intentions yang dikembangkan oleh Mobley (1977). Hasil dari penelitian korelasional menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara interactional justice dan turnover intentions (r= -0,27, p<0,01). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti melakukan studi kedua untuk menyusun program intervensi berupa pelatihan komunikasi. Pelatihan diberikan kepada 10 atasan (supervisor dan managerial level) yang memiliki bawahan dengan nilai rendah pada skor interactional justice. Program intervensi berupa pelatihan komunikasi dan monitoring dilakukan untuk meningkatkan skor interactional justice yang dimiliki bawahan. Hasil evaluasi level 1 (reaksi) menunjukkan bahwa peserta menilai pelatihan secara keseluruhan sudah baik. Kemudian evaluasi level 2 (pembelajaran) dari program pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta secara signifikan antara sebelum dan setelah diberikan pelatihan (z= -2,46, p<0,01). Hasil evaluasi level 3 (perilaku) dari program intervensi juga berhasil meningkatkan interactional justice (z=-2,02, p<0,05) dan menurunkan turnover intentions (z=-2,03, p<0,05) dari karyawan. Diskusi dari kedua studi di atas akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini.
ABSTRACT
This research consists of two essential studies with the first study is mainly about correlational study and the second study will focus on the intervention program.The correlational study aims to determine the relationship between interactional justice and turnover intentions in Division X Hotel XYZ using 71 employees as the sample. The measurement of variables is using two measuring tools, interactional justice scale from Colquitt (2001) and turnover intentions from Mobley (1977). The results of this correlational study show that there is a significant and negative relationship between interactional justice and turnover intentions (r= -0,27, p<0,01). Based on this result, the second study is conducted to develop an intervention program which focusing on communication training. This intervetion is delivered to 10 leaders (supervisor  and managerial level) from subordinates who scored low on interactional justice score. The purpose of the intervention program (training and monitoring) is carried out to improve interactional justice owned by the subordinates. The result of level 1 evaluation shows that trainees give good rating to the training program. Next, the result of level 2 evaluation shows that the intervention program significantly increases the trainees knowledge between before and after the training is delivered (z= -2,46, p<0,01). Last, the result of level 3 evaluation shows that the intervention program is successfully increases the interactional justice score (z=-2,02, p<0,05) and decreases the turnover intentions (z=-2,03, p<0,05) score of the subordinates. More detail about those two studies will be discussed and presented further in this research.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran persepsi hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan dalam leader-member exchange, serta persepsi karyawan terhadap dukungan organisasi atau perceived organizational support, yang merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intentions karyawan. Peneliti menggunakan organizational commitment sebagai mediator variabel untuk melihat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari kedua independen variabel tersebut. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 176 orang karyawan yang terdiri atas dua kelompok responden, yaitu Responden A sebagai atasan dan Responden B sebagai pelaksana/bawahan yang akan dibandingkan hasilnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan pada kedua responden penelitian terkait dengan pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui organizational commitment sebagai mediator. Namun, menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda pada pengaruh leader-member exchange terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator. Pada Responden A, leader-member exchange tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator. Sedangkan, hasil pada Responden B menunjukkan hasil yang sebaliknya, yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan leader-member exchange terhadap turnover intentions, baik secara langsung maupun melalui organizational commitment sebagai moderator. ......This research was conducted to get a whole picture of the perception toward superiors subordinates'relationship in leader member exchange, as well as employee's perceptions of organizational support in perceived organizational support, which may affect employee turnover intentions. Researcher use organizational commitment as a moderator variable to see the direct and indirect influences from those two independent variables. Survey data were collected from 176 employees, which consists of two groups of respondents, namely Respondent A as superior and Respondent B as the executor subordinate, which will be compared the result with one another. The result of this study shows significant in both respondents related to the influence of perceived organizational support toward turnover intentions, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment as a mediator variable. However, it shows different on the influences of leader member exchange toward turnover intentions, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment as a moderator variable. Respondent A show that leader member exchange has no significant effect on the employee's turnover intentions, either directly or through organizational commitment as a moderator. Meanwhile, the results of Respondent B show the opposite, that there is a significant influence of leader member exchange on employee's turnover intention, either directly or through organizational commitment as moderator.

PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem memiliki permasalahan dalam penanaman organizational culture dan penerapan tata kelola yang baik sehingga berpotensi memiliki hasil ethical leadership dan job satisfaction yang rendah, yang menghasilkan turnover intentions yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara ethical leadership (X1) dan organizational culture (X2) terhadap turnover intentions (Y) secara langsung dan melalui job satisfaction (Z) sebagai variabel mediasi serta menganalisis efek mediasi dari job satisfaction terhadap turnover intentions pada staff karyawan PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Kuesioner disebarkan pada 336 karyawan PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem. Analisis data pre-test menggunakan factor analysis, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta analisis jalur dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara X1 dan X2 terhadap Z, pengaruh positif signifikan antara X1 dan Y, pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan antara X2 dan Y serta pengaruh negatif signifikan antara Z dan Y. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah kajian teoritis pembelajaran manajemen sumber daya manusia serta menjadi rujukan bagi pihak terkait dalam memformulasikan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan perkembangan perusahaan dan mencegah turnover yang tinggi. ......PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem has problems in the organizational culture cultivation and good governance implementation thereby have a potential to have low results of ethical leadership and job satisfaction, which resulted in high turnover intentions. This research aims to analyze the correlation between ethical leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) towards turnover intentions (Y) directly and through job satisfaction (Z) as mediation variable and to analyze the mediation effect of job satisfaction towards turnover intentions in employee staffs of PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem. The research method used is quantitative research. Questionnaires are distributed to 336 employees of PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem. The pre-test data analysis used factor analysis, validity and reliability tests and path analysis by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research results showed that there is a significant positive effect between X1 and X2 towards Z, a significant positive effect between X1 and Y, an insignificant negative effect between X2 and Y and a significant negative effect between Z and Y. This research is expected to add to the theoretical study of the human resource management learning as well as become a reference for related parties in formulating policies that can improve the company’s development and prevent high turnover.

Tingkat turnover yang tinggi merupakan salah satu tantangan dalam manajemen terutama untuk meningkatkan retensi dari karyawan sehingga diperlukannya pencegahan akan peningkatan turnover intentions. Keadaan di lingkungan kerja yang penuh tuntutan pekerjaan dapat mempengaruhi tingkat stres dan kepuasan dari karyawan yang bekerja di bank yang mampu berdampak akan turnover intentions. Salah satu sumber daya yang dapat mengatasi tuntutan di dalam pekerjaan dapat berupa job embeddedness yang berasal dari dalam maupun luar faktor pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari job satisfaction dan job stress terhadap turnover intentions yang dimoderasi oleh job embeddedness kemudian juga moderasi dari job satisfaction pada pengaruh job stress terhadap turnover intentions. Data diperoleh dari 183 karyawan yang bekerja di bank yang ada di Indonesia melalui kuesioner daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM dengan Lisrel 8.80. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara negatif dari job satisfaction dan secara positf dari job stress terhadap turnover intentions. Juga job stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction. Job satisfaction selain berpengaruh langsung, juga mampu melemahkan pengaruh job stress terhadap turnover intentions. Job embeddedness memoderasi secara positif pengaruh job satisfaction pada turnover intentions. Sementara moderasi positif moderasi job embeddedness pada pengaruh job stress dan turnover intentions tidak terbukti secara signifikan. ......A high turnover rate is one of the challenges in human resources management, especially to increase employee retention, so it is necessary to do prevention of high turnover intentions rate. Conditions in a work environment which is full of job demands can affect the employees’s stress and satisfaction level which can have an impact on turnover intentions. One of the resources that can overcome the high job demands is job embeddedness which comes from within or outside the job factor. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intentions which are moderated by job embeddedness and then also the moderation of job satisfaction on the effect of job stress on turnover intentions. Data were obtained from 183 employees who work at banks in Indonesia through an online questionnaire. This research uses SEM method with Lisrel 8.80. The results show that there is a significant negative effect of job satisfaction and a positive effect of job stress on turnover intentions. Also job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. Besides having a direct effect, job satisfaction is also able to buffer the effect of job stress on turnover intentions. Job embeddedness positively moderates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions. Meanwhile, positive moderation of job embeddedness on the effect of job stress and turnover intentions is not significantly proven.

Laporan Magang ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis emotional labor yang dihadapi karyawan lini depan dan dampaknya di PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Bekasi. Fokus Laporan Magang ini antara lain untuk memberikan laporan aktivitas magang selama tiga bulan, dan juga untuk mengeksplor pandangan pekerja lini depan terhadap emosi pekerja; untuk membahas pengaruh emosi pekerja terhadap kelelahan kerja, tingkat kepuasan kerja, dan niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan; untuk menjelaskan praktik organisasi dalam menunjang pekerja lini depan mereka dalam mengelola stres dan emosi pekerja. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dengan beberapa asisten pelayanan uang tunai, asisten pelayanan nasabah dan penyelia Sumber Daya Cabang. Dan juga observasi langsung dari penulis selama magang di Unit Sumber Daya Manusia PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Bekasi. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tingkat emosi pekerja lini depan cukup tinggi karena melakukan surface acting. Mereka juga mengalami kelelahan kerja, kurangnya kepuasan kerja, dan pernah berpikir untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan. Kurangnya praktik organisasi terutama dalam hal mengelola stres dan emosi bagi pekerja lini depan.
This internship report is intended to explore the emotional labor of frontline employees and its consequences in PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Bekasi. The focus of this report is to report the internship activities during three months internship program, as well as to explore the perspective of frontline employees towards emotional labor; to examine the implication of emotional labor on job burnout, job satisfaction, and turnover intentions; to examine the organizational practices support their frontline employees. The author uses qualitative research method by conducting interviews with several tellers, customer service officers, and Human Capital Manager. In addition, direct observation was conducted during internship in PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk Kantor Cabang Bekasi. This study found that there is high emotional labor of frontline employees due to perform surface acting. They also experience job burnout, job satisfaction, and they ever thought to leave their current job. However, there is lack of organizational support particularly in managing stress and emotional for frontline employees.

Lecturers are expected to peiform Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi involving education and learning, research, and devotion to society. In executing the job, lecturers might feel uncomfortable, nervous, insecure, wony, and powerless toward the continuity his job (job insecurity). The higher the job insecurity, the lower the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, resulting in higher turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct influence of job insecurity on turnover intentions and the indirect influence of job insecurity on the relationships between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intentions. The sample is taken from accounting lectures at Christian Universities of Central Java and Special District of Jogjakarta. We use survey method with convenience sampling approach. This study uses simple regression method and multiple regressions to test the hypotheses developed in this study. The results of the study show that job insecurity positively and significantly influences turnover intentions. The results also show that job insecurity negatively and significantly influences turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intentions. Peneliti menggunakan sampel 200 orang karyawan yang telah bekerja di Bank CIMB Niaga di lima wilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya minimal satu tahun. Data yang diperoleh oleh peneliti kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equity Modelling (SEM). Hasilnya, citra organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peluang pengembangan karir begitu pula dengan peluang pengembangan karir yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan terakhir komitmen organisasi dalam penelitian ini secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif dengan turnover intentions. Sedangkan untuk efektivitas pelatihan ternyata memiliki pengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap peluang pengembangan karir. ABSTRACT

This study aims to investigate the moderating effects of commute time, availability of nearby replacement jobs, and family embeddedness to the relationship between employee embeddedness and turnover intentions. Employee embeddedness includes organizational and community embeddedness. Previous studies showed that employee embeddedness is a good predictor of turnover. However, other studies have subsequently demonstrated different results in employee embeddedness-turnover relationship. The present study hypothesizes that commute time, availability of nearby replacement jobs, and family embeddedness moderate the relationship between employee embeddednessturnover intentions. Data were obtained from a sample of 330 full-time employed nurses in two hospitals in Jakarta, Indonesia. Results showed that commute time and family embeddedness moderated the organizational embeddednessturnover intention relationship. Availability of nearby replacement jobs did not moderate employee embeddednessturnover intentions. Theoretical and practical implications of the findings are discussed.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali efek moderasi waktu tempuh antara rumah dan tempat kerja, ketersediaan alternatif pekerjaan lain, dan family embeddedness pada hubungan antara employee embeddedness karyawan dengan turnover intentions (intensi meninggalkan organisasi). Employee embeddedness terdiri dari organizational embeddedness dan community embeddedness. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan employee embeddedness merupakan prediktor variabel turnover yang baik. Akan tetapi, studi selanjutnya mengenai hubungan employee embeddednessturnover menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah waktu tempuh antara rumah dan tempat kerja, ketersediaan alternatif pekerjaan lain, dan family embeddedness adalah moderator yang signifikan pada hubungan antara employee embeddedness dan intensi meninggalkan organisasi. Sampel penelitian adalah 330 perawat di dua rumah sakit di Jakarta, Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tempuh antara rumah dan tempat kerja dan family embeddedness memoderasi hubungan antara organizational embeddedness dan intensi meninggalkan organisasi. Akan tetapi, ketersediaan alternatif pekerjaan lain tidak terbukti sebagai moderator employee embeddedness dan intensi meninggalkan organisasi. Selanjutnya akan dibahas implikasi teori dan praktis dari hasil studi.
