Abstrak :
Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu penyumbang PDB tertinggi, bahkan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Ironisnya, data BPS mencatat setidaknya 25,14 juta penduduk berada di bawah garis kemiskinan dengan 15,15 juta diantaranya merupakan penduduk di wilayah pedesaan yang mayoritas bekerja di sektor pertanian. TaniFund merupakan perusahaan rintisan yang memiliki visi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. TaniFund membangun kemitraan dengan petani di pedesaan dan membuka akses ke permodalan lewat sistem peer-to-peer lending. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan gambaran TIK pada program kemitraan TaniFund dengan petani mitra, menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi melalui studi literatur, dokumentasi, observasi serta wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi berbagai bentuk pemanfaatan TIK dan perannya sebagai enabler. Pemanfaatan TIK juga memungkinkan pertukaran data dan informasi yang lebih lancar, lebih cepat, lebih transparan dan akuntabel, serta mendorong inklusi keuangan. Terdapat dampak postif dan negatif yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini serta temuan lainnya yang terdiri dari terpenuhinya pemenuhan strategi pengentasan kemiskinan lainnya serta terdapat pemenuhan variabel-variabel inovasi sosial dalam model bisnis dan program kemitraan. TaniFund secara keseluruhan ......The agricultural sector is one of the highest contributors to Indonesia’s GDP, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. The irony is that based on Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics data, at least 25.14 million Indonesian were below the poverty line, with 15.15 million lives in rural areas and the majority of whom worked in the agricultural sector. TaniFund is a startup company that has a vision to improve the welfare of farmers by utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) in its operational activities. TaniFund builds partnerships with farmers in rural areas and opens access to capital through a peer-to-peer lending system. This study aims to describe the ICT in the TaniFund partnership program with farmers, using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach through literature study, documentation, observation and in-depth interviews The results of the research identified various forms of ICT utilization and their roles as enablers. ITC utilization also allows the smoother, faster, more transparent and accountable data and information exchange, as well as encourages financial inclusion. There are positive and negative impacts found in this study as well as additional impacts including of the fulfilments of other poverty alleviation strategies and the fulfilments of social innovation variables in TaniFund overall business model and partnership programs

ABSTRACT
The number of complaints, the slow performance, and the lack of productivity demands the need for a reformed public sector. Reform can be done with social innovation by involving and making citizens as participants and end users. Not only that, fundamentally, changing the role of various stakeholders in the provision of services. Where citizens act to decide themselves and play an active role in making decisions. Ruslani Innovation is one of the forms of social innovations based on the problem of limited access to the fulfillment of healthy habitable home ownership for the poor. How the implementation of Ruslani innovation based on the community empowerment done in Samarinda Seberang Sub District is analyzed in this research. By using a descriptive qualitative method, data collection is conducted through in depth interviews of key informants selected purposively and by analyzing secondary data documents. The results show that the implementation of Ruslani program has been aligned based on the principle of Law Number 23 of 2014 on Regional Government, according to principles; increased efficiency; improvement of effectiveness; improvement of service quality; no conflict of interest; oriented to the public interest; done openly; fulfill propriety values; can be accounted for the results that are not for self-interest. On the other hand, the Ruslani program has also followed the criteria relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, observability, and criteria of service innovation based on the Regulation of Menpan RB Number 19 of 2016, which in its implementation has introduced a new, productive, impactful and beneficial approach, and the most important thing is this program has running sustainably. Factors supporting and inhibiting innovation based on environmental categories, organizations, and individuals generally do not hinder the implementation of the program.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan CSR dan inovasi sosial yang dilakukan oleh Danamon sudah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, analisis dan evaluasi, serta wawancara. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa implementasi ISO 26000 dan inovasi sosial pada Danamon telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip yang ada dan telah memenuhi kriteria sukses. Namun, Danamon berada di urutan ke-8 dari 9 perusahaan kategori perbankan dan jasa, sehingga direkomendasikan kepada Danamon untuk melaksanakan kegiatan CSR dengan berpedoman pada standar yang berlaku secara global yaitu dengan mengimplementasikan ISO 26000 dan melaksanakan pelatihan untuk para karyawannya terkait dengan CSR Implementation ISO 26000 Reporting.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine whether CSR and social innovation activities of Danamon already meet existing principles. The methods of this research are literature study, analysis and evaluation, and interview methods. In the conclusion, implementation of ISO 26000 and social innovation of Danamon have met the principles and the success criteria. However, Danamon was ranked 8th out of 9 companies in category of banking and services. Therefore, in the recommendation, Danamon should carry out CSR activities based on the globally accepted standard, ISO 26000, and conduct training for its employees related to CSR Implementation ISO 26000 Reporting.

Tujuan dari Millenium Developmet Goals 2015 untuk menekan angka kemiskinan diprediksi tidak akan berhasil dicapai pada tahun 2015 (Laporan Utusan Khusus Presidan untuk MDGs, 2011). Hal ini disebabkan oleh kegagalan mekanisme pasar, pendekatan policy dan inisiatif organisasi sipil (Murray, 2012). Konsep inovasi sosial adalah konsep pendekatan multi-stakeholder yang dapat menjadi alternatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan sosial dengan cara mengkolaborasikan sektor tripartit. Meskipun demikian, konsep inovasi sosial yang dijalankan dengan cross partnership membutuhkan sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang terintegrasi sehingga sumber daya inovasi sosial yang tersebar pada berbagai sektor dapat diakumulasikan dan diakses bersama. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti merancang sistem manajemen inovasi sosial Indonesia yang akan menghimpun sumber daya inovasi sosial pada sektor tripartit dan memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SECI Model. Metode tersebut mencakup, pemetaan karakteristik pengetahuan dan analisis penciptaan dan transfer pengetahuan pengetahuan tacit-explicit. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa platform online open innovation/shared design thinking, platform online community of practice untuk inovasi sosial, platform open volunteerism, platform crowdfunding, dan platform Changemakers Hub yang menghubungkan sektor tripartit. ...... Market mechanism, government policy and civic organizations inisiatif failed to fill it (Murray, 2012). The concept of Social Innovation as a multi-stakeholder approach is an alternative approach to solve a social problem with collaboration of tripartite sectors. However, the concept of social innovation characterized by cross partnership requires an integrated knowledge management system in order that the social innovation resources can be accumulated. Researcher elicits social innovation knowledge management system that will collaborate tripartite sectors to accumulate social innovation resources and solve social problems. Methodology used in this research is SECI Model analysis. The methodology includes knowledge characteristic analysis and formulation for creating and transferring tacit-explicit. The research products are platform onlines for open innovation/shared design thinking, community of practice for social innovation, open volunteerism, crowdfunding, and changemakers hub for the tripartite sectors.

Latar belakang berkembangnya dimensi sustainable performance adalah dari perluasan definisi pemegang saham menjadi pemangku kepentingan. Hubungan berkelanjutan antara perusahaan dengan para pemangku kepentingan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam penciptaan nilai jangka panjang. Hal ini yang menyebabkan peningkatan sustainable performance menjadi perhatian penting bagi perusahaan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social capital terhadap peningkatan sustainable performance dengan social value creation sebagai variabel mediasi dan social innovation sebagai variabel moderasi pada karyawan PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial. Proses pengambilan data dan penelitian skripsi ini dilakukan dalam kurun waktu Oktober 2022 hingga Mei 2023 dengan 33 responden dan 10 narasumber. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif post-positivisme. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa social capital, social value creation, dan social innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan sustainable performance di PT Sarana Multigriya Finasial. ......The background for the development of sustainable performance dimension is the extended definition of shareholders into stakeholders. Sustainable relationships between companies and stakeholders can help companies create long-term value. Therefore, increasing sustainable performance is an important concern for companies today. This study aims to analyze the effect of social capital on augmenting sustainable performance with social value creation as a mediating variable and social innovation as a moderating variable for employees of PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial. The data collection process and thesis research were carried out from October 2022 to May 2023 with 33 respondents and 10 sources. The type of research used is explanatory with a post positivism quantitative approach. The results of the analysis show that social capital, social value creation, and social innovation have a positive effect on augmenting sustainable performance at PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial.

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumen-dokumen pendukung, dan data audiovisual. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: 1 crowdfunding platform Kitabisa.com adalah salah satu bentuk inovasi sosial sebab crowdfunding platform Kitabisa.com adalah gagasan atau ide baru yang dimunculkan oleh pemuda dalam perspektif organisasi dengan tujuan menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial; 2 crowdfunding platform Kitabisa.com merupakan salah satu bentuk kewirausahaan sosial sebab platform Kitabisa.com adalah proses berwirausaha yang mengedepankan misi untuk memecahkan permasalahan sosial di atas memperkaya diri profit maximization ; 3 program inovasi sosial oleh platform Kitabisa.com meliputi membuat platform Kitabisa.com dengan tampilan yang sesederhana mungkin dan mobile friendly; meminta endorsement dari beberapa public figure untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat luas; membuat success story terhadap campaign yang berhasil terdanai; melakukan update campaign dari total donasi yang terkumpul dan total donatur; dan melakukan aktivitasnya dengan fulltime job. ......This research aims to analyze social entrepreneurship through social innovation programs conducted through crowdfunding platform Kitabisa.com.
