Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur efisiensi rantai pasok industri suku cadang otomotif. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok ini dilakukan untuk memahami kondisi perusahaan dalam hal rantai pasok. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), yang digunakan sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Penelitian ini fokus pada perbaikan masalah yang terjadi dalam rantai pasok. Untuk menentukan tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja, para ahli menggunakan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan dan pembobotan. Terdapat 27 indikator kinerja yang diukur, yang terbagi menjadi atribut dalam model SCOR. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2022 mencapai 60,07%, berada dalam kategori rata-rata dengan warna kuning dalam Traffic Light System Monitoring. Selanjutnya, setiap indikator dipetakan dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengidentifikasi indikator dengan kinerja yang belum baik namun memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan analisis IPA, terdapat 6 indikator dalam rantai pasok perusahaan yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Performance measurement of the supply chain is necessary to assess the condition of a company's supply chain. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), which serves as a framework for measuring the performance of the company's supply chain. The improvement carried out in this research is related to the issues that occur within the supply chain network. The importance level of performance attributes is measured based on weighting using a pairwise comparison questionnaire by several experts. There are 27 performance indicators measured, divided into SCOR model attributes. From the measurement results, the company's supply chain performance in 2021 was found to be 60.07%, indicating an average performance categorized by a yellow color in the Traffic Light System Monitoring. Subsequently, each indicator is mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to identify indicators that have a performance that needs improvement and have a significant importance level to be enhanced. By using the IPA quadrant, six indicators in the company's supply chain were identified as needing improvement in their performance. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve these performance areas.
Penggunaan Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) banyak diterapkan perusahaan untuk mengukur kondisi rantai pasoknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT.X yang bergerak di bidang industri obat herbal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kinerja rantai pasok ini adalah metode SCOR sebagai kerangka utama penelitian dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai metode pendukung untuk memberikan bobot penilaian pada indikator SCOR. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan serta memberikan usulan rekomendasi strategi perbaikan jika ditemukan indikator yang berkinerja kurang baik. Terdapat 28 indikator kinerja tervalidasi yang akan diukur dalam model. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan pada rantai pasok proses produksi PT. X tahun 2022, nilai rata-rata kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan adalah sebesar 67,85% yang menunjukkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan termasuk ke dalam kategori rata-rata berdasarkan sisem Traffic Light Monitoring. Kinerja setiap indikator dipetakan ke dalam diagram IPA untuk mengetahui indikator mana yang memiliki Performance yang belum baik namun memiliki Importance yang tinggi sehingga perlu untuk diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan diagram IPA terdapat enam indikator dari rantai pasok proses produksi perusahaan yang harus ditingkatkan. Setelah dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut, penelitili mengusulkan rekomendasi strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja indikator tersebut. ......Many companies use the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model to measure the condition of their supply chain. This research was conducted at PT.X which is specialized in herbal medicine industry. The method used in this supply chain performance research is the SCOR method as the main research framework and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a supporting method to give scoring weight to the SCOR indikator. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the company's supply chain performance and to provide recommendations for improvement strategies if indikators were found to be underperforming. There are 28 validated performance indikators that will be measured in the model. From the results of performance measurements carried out in the production process supply chain of PT. X in 2022, the average value of the company's supply chain performance is 67.85% which shows that the company's supply chain performance is included in the average category based on the Traffic Light Monitoring system. The performance of each indikator is mapped onto the IPA diagram to find out which indikators have poor performance but have high importance so they need to be repaired or increased. Based on the IPA diagram, there are six indikators of the company's production process supply chain that must be improved. After further analysis, the researcher proposes recommendations on strategies to improve the performance of these indicators.
This research was conducted to measure supply chain performance in medical device companies in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) as a performance measurement framework and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of each performance indicator. The objective of this research is to measure the supply chain performance of the company in 2021 and obtain improvement strategies to improve the overall supply chain performance of the company. 29 performance indicators are measured and divided into the SCOR model’s perspectives for each level. The result of the measurement indicates that the performance of the supply chain in 2021 is 63,35% which shows the company's performance is in an average category. Then, each KPI will be mapped to the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to get which indicators that need to be improved. The proposed strategy is analyzed by conducting focus group discussion with the company's representative. There are six proposed action plan strategies chosen to improve five KPIs based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which is expected to give a good impact on the company’s overall supply chain performance improvement.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan manufaktur peralatan listrik di Indonesia, sebelum menyusun rancangan strategi diperlukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Terdapat 30 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam model SCOR untuk tiap level. Tingkat kepentingan indikator kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner oleh beberapa expert yang dibantu dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2021 sebesar 71,47% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori ‘Good’. Setelah itu, setiap indikator dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), untuk mendapatkan indikator yang memiliki performance yang belum baik dan memiliki importance yang cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau di tingkatkan kinerjanya. Berdasarkan kuadran IPA didapatkan 6 indikator pada rantai pasok perusahaan yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan, maka dari itu diperlukan strategi untuk dapat memperbaiki kinerja tersebut. Diusulkan sembilan rancangan strategi yang dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok mereka.
This research was conducted to design a strategy to improve supply chain performance in electrical equipment manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework for measuring the company's supply chain performance. Thirty performance indicators are measured and divided into a SCOR model for each level. The importance of the performance indicators is measured by weighting with a questionnaire by several experts assisted by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the measurement results, the company's supply chain performance in 2021 is 71.47% which shows the company's performance is in the 'Good' category. After that, each indicator is mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to get indicators that have not performed well and have a large enough importance to improve or improve their performance. Based on the IPA quadrant, there are six indicators in the company's supply chain whose performance needs to be improved. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve this performance. Nine draft strategies are proposed to help companies improve their supply chain performance.
