Selain hard Kompetensi, maka soft kompetensiPejabat Pembuat Komitmen dapat menentukan keberhasilan proyek. Kinerjapelaksanaan proyek tidak selalu sesuai yang diharapkan, oleh karena itu padapenelitian ini menganalisa pengaruh dan keterkaitan soft kompetensi PejabatPembuat Komitmen terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Dengan menggunakanStructural Equation Modeling didapat bahwa soft kompetensi yang palingberpengaruh pada penelitian ini adalah memliki Integritas, kemampuanmemimpin orang lain, kemampuan bekerja dengan orang lain, kemampuan akankesadaran bersosial, kemampuan mengelola stakeholder dan kemampuanberkomunikasi.

"ABSTRAKDalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan dan menjalankan strategi perusahaan dalam hal memimpin pertumbuhan bisnis broadband baru, tim bisnis secara terus menerus melakukan inovasi fitur-fitur paket broadband sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan kemudian melakukan request perubahan kepada tim IT. Salah satu request perubahan tersebut adalah request terkait proyek teknologi informasi sistem ordering paket broadband. Tidak seluruh proyek teknologi informasi sistem ordering paket broadband mengalami keberhasilan. Permasalahan pada proyek tersebut antara lain adalah proyek yang melebihi target waktu dan proyek yang memiliki kualitas yang kurang diharapkan. Agar proyek teknologi informasi sistem ordering paket broadband mengalami peningkatan keberhasilan sehingga dapat membantu mencapai strategi perusahaan, maka analisis pemeringkatan faktor penentu keberhasilan proyek teknologi informasi sistem ordering paket broadband di PT Telkomsel perlu dilakukan.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan peringkat faktor penentu keberhasilan proyek teknologi informasi sistem ordering paket broadband di PT Telkomsel. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi solusi terhadap permasalahan faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan proyek. Tinjauan pustaka dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan proyek teknologi informasi di organisasi telekomunikasi. Hasil identifikasi dari tinjauan pustaka tersebut kemudian divalidasi oleh pakar manajemen proyek dan narasumber pemangku kepentingan proyek yang diteliti. Faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan tersebut kemudian dilakukan pemeringkatan melalui kuesioner pairwise comparison yang diolah dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan pengguna dan komunikasi yang efektif adalah faktor penentu keberhasilan yang paling penting diikuti kemampuan dan motivasi tim, manajemen dan metodologi proyek, kemampuan dan kepemimpinan manajer proyek, requirement management, tujuan proyek yang jelas, dan dukungan manajemen puncak dan budaya organisasi

In order to increase revenue and run the companys strategy in terms of leading the growth of the new broadband business, the business team continuously innovates broadband package features according to customer needs and then requests a change to the IT team. One of the change requests is a request related to the information technology project for broadband package ordering system. Not all information technology projects for broadband package ordering systems have been successful. Problems with the project include projects that exceed the target time and projects that have less expected quality. In order for the information technology project for broadband packet ordering system at PT Telkomsel to be more successfull so that it can help achieve the companys strategy, an analysis of the ranking of critical success factors of the information technology project for broadband packet ordering system at PT Telkomsel needs to be done.This research was conducted to obtain a rank of critical success factors of information technology project for broadband packet ordering system at PT Telkomsel. In addition, this research was also conducted to obtain recommendations for solutions to the problems of critical success factors of information technology project for broadband packet ordering system at PT Telkomsel. The literature review was conducted to identify the critical success factors of information technology project in telecommunications organizations. The results of the identification from the literature review were then validated by project management experts and stakeholder of the project studied. The critical success factors then ranked through a pairwise comparison questionnaire which was processed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The results of this study indicate that user involvement and effective communication are the most important critical success factors followed by team capability and motivation project management and methodology project managers capabilities and leadership, requirements management clear project goals , and top management support and organizational culture "

"Penelitian ini menginvestigasi mengenai keberhasilan suatu proyek organisasi mahasiswa, kepemimpinan etis menjadi fenomena yang banyak dikaitkan dampaknya terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Perilaku kepemimpinan dan keberhasilan sebuah proyek umum didiskusikan pada organisasi yang rutin mengadakan berbagai proyek. Peneliti meneliti para anggota organisasi mahasiswa berbasis keIslaman di UI sebagai objek yang diteliti yang menjalankan suatu proyek. Telah terkumpul Sebanyak 279 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa anggota organisasi keIslaman di UI periode tahun 2023. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024. Kemudian, hasil data dianalisis melalui metode SEM menggunakan Lisrel. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan proyek melalui mediasi pemberdayaan psikologis dan kepercayaan pemimpin sebagai mediasi serta etika kerja Islami yang berperan sebagai moderasi. Studi ini berkontribusi pada organisasi berbasis keIslaman berupa rekomendasi faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan proyek organisasi mahasiswa, yaitu kepemimpinan etis. Lebih lanjut, faktor lain yang turut menentukan keberhasilan proyek adalah pemberdayaan psikologis kepada anggota dan kepercayaan terhadap pemimpin serta etika kerja Islami yang memperkuat pengaruh faktor pemnberdayaan psikologis terhadap keberhasilan proyek.

In previous research on the success of an organisational project or programme, ethical leadership has been a variable that has been associated with and proven to have an impact on project success. This topic is quite interesting for researchers because issues related to leadership behaviour and the success of a project are also commonly discussed in organisations that routinely hold various projects, be it companies, mass organizations, student organizations, and so on. The researcher tried to raise the topic in the student organisation environment to prove that the issue of ethical leadership and project success is relevant to what happens in the context of student organisations coupled with the variables of psychological empowerment and leader trust as mediation and Islamic work ethics as moderation. The researcher examined the members of Islamic-based student organisations at UI as the object of study. A total of 279 respondents have contributed in collecting data. Then, the data results were analysed through the SEM method using Lisrel. The findings of the study show that ethical leadership has a positive effect on project success through the mediation of psychological empowerment and leader trust as mediation and Islamic work ethics acting as moderation. These results are useful for various forms of organisations, especially Islamic- based organisations to apply ethical leadership values and in accordance with Islamic teachings in order to achieve the success of organisational projects."
