[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini dilakukan dengan tujuan apakah faktor-faktor seperti dukungan manajemen, partisipasi manajemen, komitmen manajemen, manajemen perubahan, dan kepuasan pengguna mempengaruhi keberhasilan sebuah implementasi ERP di PT Rahayu Santosa, sebuah perusahaan karoseri bus di Indonesia. Telaah kepustakaan digunakan sebagai langkah awal untuk dijadikan dasar penelitian. Kemudian dilakukan survei dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi di lapangan sebagai bentuk konfirmasi dari teori yang ditelaah. Responden adalah seluruh pengguna Acumatica ERP di PT Rahayu santosa. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan faktor kepuasan pengguna, manajemen perubahan, dan komitmen manajemen menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan implementasi ERP di PT Rahayu Santosa.
ABSTARCT
This thesis is aimed to see wheter top management support, top management participation, top management commitment, change management, and user satisfaction influencing success in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation in PT Rahayu Santosa, an Indonesian-based carroserrie company. This thesis is started with literature exploration to see what factors that commonly influence a success and also failure in ERP implementation. Then, survey and interview were conducted to confirm explorated literature with field reality. Tesis ini membahas mengenai fenomena dimana terdapat kasus-kasus implementasi ERP di Indonesia yang mengalami kendala dalam mencapai keberhasilan/kesuksesan proyek ERP. Tesis ini juga membahas landasan teori terkait topik ERP, manajemen perubahan, manajemen proyek, dan studi relevan lainnya. Oleh karena itu penulis meneliti faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi ERP tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan yang berdasar atas faktor-faktor keberhasilan yang diteliti. Dengan dapat diperolehnya data yang berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, diharapkan tesis ini dapat bermanfaat bagi praktisi di dunia ERP, baik praktisi perangkat lunaknya maupun praktisi jasa implementasinya.
The fact that there are some ERP projects in Indonesia not running smoothly after given implementation period, has triggered the writer to research the factors affecting success in ERP implementation particularly in Indonesia. This research also covers the supporting theories in the area of ERP, change management, project management, and other relevant topics. The purpose of the research is to get the underlying research-based conclusion towards factors affecting or influencing success in ERP implementation. The conclusion of which might be useful for those who deal with ERP business, whether they are ERP software vendors or ERP implementation service providers either way.

ABSTRAK
Karya akhir ini tentang rekomendasi perbaikan implementasi enterprise resource planning (ERP) PT Mega Eltra, salah satu UKM Indonesia. Ekspektasinya adalah keputusan dan pelayanan yang cepat. Realitanya tidak sesuai karena masalah implementasi sistem belum sesuai best practice, sehingga tidak real-time dan menghambat informasi. Akar masalahnya adalah belum dipenuhinya kriteria best practice. Penelitian berjenis evaluasi, kualitatif, dan studi kasus menggunakan soft system methodology. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara enam karyawan perusahaan dan observasi terhadap aplikasi ERP yang digunakan di PT Mega Eltra yaitu SAP ERP, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kategori best practice. Kondisi implementasi ERP dibandingkan konsep best practice implementasi untuk menemukan kesenjangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aspek manajemen proyek, business process reengineering, vendor, strategi, pelatihan, dan komunikasi bermasalah, seperti lambatnya komunikasi dengan aplikasi pihak ketiga, sistem tidak terhubung dengan pelanggan dan gudang, belum adanya dukungan pihak ketiga untuk human capital management, belum semua lembaga keuangan terintegrasi dengan sistem, belum adanya dashboard, dan kesalahan manusiawi yang masih sering terjadi. Rekomendasinya upgrade server, otomatisasi aplikasi pihak ketiga untuk persetujuan, penerapan sistem customer relationship management dan supply chain management, menghubungkan aplikasi pendukung HCM ke modul tersebut, komunikasi dengan lembaga keuangan yang belum terintegrasi untuk sistem manajemen cash online, integrasi semua data yang didukung oleh manajemen perubahan sebagai basis penerapan dashboard, dan menerapkan manajemen pengetahuan dalam media komunikasi umum perusahaan.
ABSTRACT
This paper is about recommendations for resolving problems in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implemented in PT Mega Eltra, an Indonesian SME. Expectations include quick decision and service. In reality, expectations are not met because implementation best practice is not fulfilled, making system not real-time and hinder information. The root problem stems from unfulfilled best practice criteria. Research type is evaluative, qualitative, and case study using soft system methodology. Data is obtained from interviewing six employees and observing the SAP ERP, and then analyzed based on best practice categories. Implementation conditions are compared with best practice concepts to uncover gaps. Results show that project management, business process reengineering, vendor, strategy, training, and communication aspects have problems, like slow third-party application communication, no integration for customer and warehouse, lack of third-party support for human capital management, not every financial institution being integrated, lack of dashboard, and recurring human errors. Recommendations include upgrading server, automating third-party applications for approval, implementing customer relationship management and supply chain management systems, integrating HCM applications, communicating with financial institutions not yet integrated regarding online cash management system, integrating all data supported by change management as basis for dashboard, and implementing knowledge management on common communication media.

Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai evaluasi prosedur asurans yang dilakukan oleh KAP ABC atas pelaksanaan implementasi SAP Modul Material Management di salah satu perusahaan jasa transportasi yaitu, PT X1. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kesesuaian prosedur asurans yang dilakukan KAP ABC dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, prosedur asurans terhadap pelaksanaan implementasi SAP Modul Material Management yang dilakukan KAP ABC telah mengikuti ketentuan prosedur yang berlaku. Namun, dalam melaksanakan prosedur asurans tersebut, KAP ABC selaku praktisi atau auditor kurang mengedepankan professional skepticism dan professional judgment. Selain evaluasi, laporan magang ini juga berisi refleksi diri berdasarkan pengalaman yang didapatkan selama kegiatan magang.   ...... This internship report discusses the evaluation of assurance procedures on the implementation process of SAP’s Material Management Module by ABC public accounting firm in PT X1, one of transportation service companies. The evaluation was carried out by comparing the assurance procedures performed by ABC public accounting firm with the applicable standards. Based on the evaluation, the assurance procedures performed by ABC public accounting firm on the implementation process of SAP's Material Management Module were in accordance with the applicable standards. However, in carrying out the procedure, ABC public accounting as a practitioner or auditor was less professional skepticism and professional judgment. Additionally, this internship report also contains self-reflections based on the writer’s experience gained from the internship.

[ABSTRAK
Evaluasi efektivitas penerapan ERP pada suatu perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat yang diberikan dari ERP tersebut. Ada berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur efektifitas penerapan ERP, salah satunya adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kriteria ? kriteria yang mempengaruhi penerapan ERP pada suatu perusahaan dengan berdasarkan literatur yang ada serta narasumber pada perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan penilaian kriteria dengan menggunakan pendapat dari para narasumber yang mewakili desainer, implementer, trainer, support, dan user. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang sesuai adalah strategy-fit, change management, business functionality, flexibility, benefits serta kriteria turunan dari business functionality yaitu financial, operation dan juga kriteria turunan dari benefits yaitu kualitas data, kualitas laporan. Berdasarkan hasil penilian, ERP pada pada perusahaan sudah memberikan dampak yang positif tetapi masih memerlukan beberapa perbaikan untuk dapat memaksimalkan ERP tersebut terutama dalam hal laporan yang dihasilkan dari ERP tersebut.

There are various methods that can be used to measure the effectiveness of ERP implementation, one of which is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study identifies the criterias that affect the implementation of ERP in a company on the basis of literature and informant at the company. In this study also was assessed the criteria from opinions of the informant representing designers, implementers, trainers, support, and user. The results showed that the appropriate criteria are-fit strategy, change management, business functionality, flexibility, benefits and criteria derived from the business functionality such as financial and operations and also criteria derived from the benefits such as the quality of the data and the quality of the report. Persaingan yang semakin meningkat membuat kalangan dunia usaha terus meningkatkan daya saingnya, dengan cara implementasi Teknologi Informasi and implementasi ERP. Proyek ERP penuh dengan risiko karena merupakan proyek implementasi yang besar, kompleks, kurang dikenal dan membutuhkan jadwal implementasi yang ketat. Untuk itu perlu model implementasi yang mendukung proses bisnis. Masalah dalam proyek ini adalah kecepatan memetakan antara model dan teknik implementasi yang sebenarnya. Untuk mengurangi risiko dan meningkatkan kemungkinan proyek sukses, suatu organisasi dapat menggunakan pendekatan yang telah dikembangkan seperti layaknya suatu proyek, dimulai dengan fase pemilihan dan diakhiri dengan fase operasi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan 3 metodologi untuk mengetahui metodologi yang terbaik pada satu perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan metodologi ASAP proyek ini diselesaikan dengan 183 hari, Project Implementation ERP diselesaikan dengan 254 hari dan Cheap Dynamic diselesaikan dengan 236 hari. Perusahaan ini menggunakan metodologi ASAP dalam implementasi ERP nya. ......In the recent time, business environment become much more competitive. Dealing with such situation, many companies improve their competitive advantage through implementation information technology and ERP implementation. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project is considered highly risky, since it is large, complex, and usually unfamiliar to the organization and implemented under a tight timetable. To obtain a fair level of understanding of the system, it is then necessary to model to supported business process. However, the problem is the accuracy of the mapping between the model and the actual thecnical implementation. To reduce the risk and improve the probability of project success, an organization can use a structured development approach for such a project, beginning with the selection stage and culminating in the operation stage. The metodology suggested in this paper is comparison of three methodes to know the best for implementation ERP at one company: (1) ASAP methode, (2) Project Management Implementation ERP Methode, (3) Cheap Dynamic Methode. With using ASAP methode the project is finished by 183 days, Project Implementation ERP is finished by 254 days and Cheap Dynamic is finised by 236 days. This company used ASAP methodology in their implementation of ERP.

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisa implementasi ERP dan implikasinya, serta mendalami keberhasilan, hambatan dan juga tantangannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode telaah sistematis atau systematic review. Telaah sistematis digunakan untuk melakukan tinjauan terhadap literatur terkait dengan ERP. Metode telaah sistematis ini diawali dengan kegiatan pencarian literatur / jurnal terkait pembahasan implementasi ERP. Pencarian literatur menetapkan periode pencarian mulai dari tahun 1990 hingga 2016 menghasilkan sebanyak 4,519 jurnal, dan terdapat 10 jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria. Informasi juga dikumpulkan melalui in-depth interview dengan pihak yang memiliki keterkaitan. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan yaitu tidak semua faktor kritikal dibahas pada penelitian ini dikarenakan penggunaan data sekunder sebagai bahan analisis.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of ERP and its implications, as well as explore the successes, obstacles and challenges. It was conducted using systematic review method. Systematic review is used to perform a review of the literature related to the ERP. Systematic review begins with a literature search journals related to the discussion of ERP implementations. Literature searching period starting from 1990 to 2016, resulted as many as 4.519 journals, and 10 journals that meet the inclusion criteria. Information were also gathered through in depth interviews with related parties. The limitations of the study were not all critical factors discussed because it uses secondary data for analysis.

Proyek Akhir ini fokus pada rancangan dan evaluasi implementasi sistem ERP dengan software SAP Business Solution menggunakan ASAP Methodology yang dimulai dari alasan pemilihan software ERP, perbandingan beberapa metodologi implementasi ERP yang populer saat ini, pengorganisasian, tahap implementasi step by step, dan evaluasi output yang didapat pada kondisi sebelum dan sesudah implementasi ERP. Pada akhir tulisan penulis menyarankan pentingnya mengelola perubahan budaya organisasi disisi manusia / karyawan yang terjadi dalam proyek implementasi. ......In the Recent time, business environment become much more competitive.
