Abstrak :
Jumlah produksi kartu perdana untuk pelanggan Telkom Flexi menunjukkan trend meningkat mengikuti kenaikan jumlah pelanggan dari periode satu ke periode berikutnya. Namun perusahaan juga dihadapkan dengan adanya keterbatasan sumber daya yang yang dimiliki seperti keterbatasan kapasitas BTS dan sumber daya penomoran dan ketersediaan budget. Kondisi ini memperlihatkan bahwa diperlukan suatu metode perencanaan produksi yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan ketersediaan dan pemakaian sumber daya sehingga dihasilkan jumlah produksi yang optimal. Metode fuzzy linear programming (FLP) dapat digunakan untuk solusi optimasi perencanaan produksi. Penerapan metode fuzzy linear programming dilakukan berdasarkan pertimbangan diperlukan adanya suatu batasan nilai terhadap jumlah produksi dengan ketersediaan sumber daya yang ada, sehingga diperoleh jumlah produksi yang optimal. Tesis ini akan menganalisa perencanaan produksi kartu perdana Flexi dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy linear programming. ......Total production of starter pack for customers Telkom Flexi showed an increasing trend followed the increase in the number of subscribers from period to period. But the company also faces resource constraints or other factors such as the capacity of BTS, numbering resources and budget availability. This condition shows that we need a proper method of production planning to optimize the availability and use of resources or other factors so that the resulting optimal amount of production output. The method of fuzzy linear programming (FLP) can be used for production planning optimization solutions. Application of fuzzy linear programming method based on the considerations necessary to have a limit value of total production with the availability of existing resources, to obtain the optimal amount of production. This tesis will analyze the production planning of Flexi starter pack using fuzzy linear programming method.

The increasing competitiveness of todays industry forced each company to improve the quality of its products by considering customer demand One way to improve the quality is by doing a product development process using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Regardless of all the benefits of QFD possessed this method is subjective by nature, especially in the determination of engineering characteristics target efforts. This study uses Fuzzy QFD method to point out the optimal engineering characteristics value for towing tractor product, produced by PTT United Tractors Pandu Engineering, with special acknowledgement on uncertainties and vagueness in determining importance rating. satisfaction level the relationship between customer attributes with engineering characteristics, and technical correlation. The first step is to decide on parameter coeficients between attributes using fuzzy linear regression technique. These coefficients will act as constraints in determining the optimal engineering characteristics value with the means of multiobjective decision making, along with other constraints.

ABSTRAK
Perkembangan transportasi di Indonesia saat ini khususnya di DKI Jakarta masih kurang memadai. Transportasi di Jakarta memerlukan suatu terobosan baru untuk mengatasi kemacetan tersebut. Terobosan tersebut yaitu proyek monorail Jakarta. Sebelum proyek tersebut dilaksanakan perlu didapatkan hasil penyelidikan tanah secara menyeluruh pada lintasan monorail. Penyelidikan tanah sendiri bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi secara menyeluruh pada kondisi tanah guna merancang fondasi dan konstruksi lintasan monorail. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari optimasi dalam kinerja waktu dan biaya sehingga didapat hasil yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan fuzzy inference system dan fuzzy linear programming. Kedua hasil tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dan diharapkan mendapatkan hasil optimasi lebih dari 50%.
ABSTRACT
The development of transportation in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta is still inadequate. Transportation in Jakarta needs a new breakthrough to overcome these bottlenecks. The breakthrough is the monorail project in Jakarta. Prior to the project needs to obtain the results of investigations conducted thorough land on the monorail track. Soil investigation itself aims to obtain comprehensive information on the condition of the soil in order to design the foundation and construction of the monorail track. In this study conducted to search for performance optimization in time and cost in order to get results more effectively and efficiently. The method is to use fuzzy inference system and fuzzy linear programming. Both results are then compared and it is expected to get the optimization of more than 50%.
