ABSTRAKPerkembangan transportasi di Indonesia saat ini khususnya di DKI Jakartamasih kurang memadai. Transportasi di Jakarta memerlukan suatu terobosan baruuntuk mengatasi kemacetan tersebut. Terobosan tersebut yaitu proyek monorailJakarta. Sebelum proyek tersebut dilaksanakan perlu didapatkan hasilpenyelidikan tanah secara menyeluruh pada lintasan monorail. Penyelidikan tanahsendiri bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi secara menyeluruh pada kondisitanah guna merancang fondasi dan konstruksi lintasan monorail. Dalam penelitianini dilakukan untuk mencari optimasi dalam kinerja waktu dan biaya sehinggadidapat hasil yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang dilakukan adalahmenggunakan fuzzy inference system dan fuzzy linear programming. Kedua hasiltersebut kemudian dibandingkan dan diharapkan mendapatkan hasil optimasilebih dari 50%.

ABSTRACTThe development of transportation in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta isstill inadequate. Transportation in Jakarta needs a new breakthrough to overcomethese bottlenecks. The breakthrough is the monorail project in Jakarta. Prior to theproject needs to obtain the results of investigations conducted thorough land onthe monorail track. Soil investigation itself aims to obtain comprehensiveinformation on the condition of the soil in order to design the foundation andconstruction of the monorail track. In this study conducted to search forperformance optimization in time and cost in order to get results more effectivelyand efficiently. The method is to use fuzzy inference system and fuzzy linearprogramming. Both results are then compared and it is expected to get theoptimization of more than 50%.
