ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku donasi dan potensi filantropi warga Nahdhatul Ulama dalam menyalurkan donasi zakat, infak, dan sedekah serta persepsi mereka tentang keputusan memilih untuk mendonasikan dana ZIS di Lembaga Amil Zakat Infak dan Shadaqah (Lazisnu). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang berlokasikan di 15 kota dan kabupaten di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling, dengan salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi AMOS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warga Nahdhatul Ulama memiliki perilaku donasi dan potensi filantropi yang baik, hal tersebut tergambar dari nilai signfikansi setiap variabel eksogen yaitu pelayanan dengan nilai p = 0,003, promosi dengan nilai p= 0,040, lokasi dengan nilai p = 0,012, religiusitas dengan nilai p = 0,024, preferensi dengan nilai p = 0,021, dan lingkungan dengan nilai p = 0,29. Keseluruhan variabel memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel endogen yaitu keputusan memilih warga Nahdhatul Ulama pada lazisnu sebagai tempat penyaluran donasi zakat, infak, dan sedekah.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the behavior of donations and philanthropic potential of Nahdhatul Ulama residents in channeling donations of zakah, infaq and shadaqa as well as their perceptions about choosing a decision to donate ZIS funds in Lazisnu. This study uses a quantitative approach, which is located in 15 cities and districts in Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, with one method used was convenience sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS application version 23. The results showed that Nahdhatul Ulama residents had good donation behavior and philanthropic potential, this was illustrated by the significance value of each exogenous variable namely service with a value of p = 0.003, promotion with a value of p = 0.040, location with a value of p = 0.012, religiosity with a value of p = 0.024, preference with a value of p = 0.021, and an environment with a value of p = 0.29. The entire variable has a positive influence on endogenous variables, namely the intention of the Nahdhatul Ulama residents to choose Lazisnu as a place to channel charity donations, infaq, and shadaqa.

Disaster can give different impacts for different community members. In the case below, a concept of sensitivity and capacity explains the different risks faced by the diffabel community members. Unlike other community members in a disaster situation, they face double threats. This situation is caused partly by the social construction to the diffabel members. However, some finding in this small research shows that in their limited condition, their volunteerism that are visible in post Yogya earthquake situation 27 May 2006.

Beragam survei menyatakan Indonesia merupakan negara paling dermawan, seperti survei dari CAF (2021) dan Gallup (2018) yang selalu menjadikan prestasi tersendiri bagi banyak orang di Indonesia. Data yang ditampilkan berupa kumpulan angka dengan beberapa unsur-unsur yang menunjang dalam pencapaian hasil peringkat, di antaranya jumlah donasi, jumlah relawan, dan jumlah aksi membantu orang yang tidak dikenal atau asing. Etnografi relawan komunitas Turun Tangan ini memberikan temuan lapangan beserta penjelasan secara emik atas kegiatan kerelawanan yang telah dimulai sejak 2013 dengan anggota yang tersebar di Indonesia. Etnografi ini menjelaskan dinamika dan kompleksitas atas keragaman motif, aktor, imajinasi sosial, arena, waktu di dalam aktivitas kedermawanan dan kerelawanan dengan analogi permainan untuk melihat empati, eksistensi, dan kontestasi yang berlangsung. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan etnografi dengan terlibat aktif dalam aktivitas komunitas, melakukan observasi dan wawancara, serta data sekunder. ......Various surveys state that Indonesia is the most generous country, such as surveys from CAF (2021) and Gallup (2018) which always make it a special achievement for many people in Indonesia. The data displayed is a collection of numbers with several elements that support the achievement of ranking results, including the number of donations, the number of volunteers, and the number of actions to help people who are unknown or foreign. This ethnography of the volunteer community of Turun Tangan provides field findings along with an emic explanation of the volunteer activities that have been initiated since 2013 with members spread across Indonesia. This ethnography explains the dynamics and complexity of the diversity of motives, actors, social imagination, time, and arenas in philanthropy and volunteerism activities with the analogy of a game to see empathy, existence, and contestation. Methods of data collection using ethnography by being actively involved in community activities, conducting observations and interviews, as well as secondary data.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) atau yang dikenal sebagai Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan Perusahaan sebagaimana yang diatur dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas, berkaitan erat dengan kegiatan sosial yang memberikan kontribusi yang berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat. Pada prakteknya, kegiatan-kegiatan CSR yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia memang dilakukan dengan kegiatan filantropi berupa sumbangan, inilah mengapa dapat ditemukannya kegiatan CSR yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha bertajuk ldquo;donasi CSR rdquo; dengan melibatkan konsumen. Pada prakteknya tindakan ini menyebabkan penyimpangan karena telah melanggar ketentuan Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas di mana pelaksanaan CSR harus menggunakan biaya perusahaan dengan tidak dibantu oleh pihak lain. Selain itu jika dilihat dari sudut pandang pelindungan konsumen, terdapat pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang ditemukan dalam praktek pembebanan donasi CSR terhadap konsumen tersebut. Pelanggaran praktek pembebanan donasi CSR ini kemudian juga memberikan kerugian bagi konsumen, kerugian tersebut berupa dilanggarnya hak-hak konsumen sebagiamana yang diatur pada Undang-Undang tentang perlindungan Konsumen. Kerugian tersebut berupa dilanggarnya hak konsumen atas nilai tukar, hak atas pelayanan yang benar dan jelas, serta kesukarelaan dalam memberikan donasi.
ABSTRACT
Corporate Social Responsibility CSR as governed under Law No. 20 of 2007 is closely related to social acitivities that make a sustainable contribution into the community. In practice, CSR activities conducted by companies in Indonesia are in the forms of philantropic activities such as charity. Therefore, a CSR activity named ldquo CSR donation rdquo that is carried out by business players by engaging the consumers can be found. In pratice, this action is considered as an infringement as it violates the provisions of Limited Liability Companies Law specifying that CSR must be conducted using the company rsquo s own cost and not supported by any other party. Moreover, in the perspective of consumer protection, there are other violations identified in the practice of charging of CSR donation to consumers. This charging of CSR donation subsequently also causes disadvantage the consumers by violating the rights of consumers as specified under Consumer Protection Law. The disadvantage is in the forms of the violation of consumers rsquo right to exchange value, consumers rsquo right to proper and clear services and sincerity in the provision of donation.

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang masih memiliki permasalahan dalam penyediaan sumber air bagi masyarakat. Wakaf uang dapat menjadi solusi untuk menghadirkan barang publik seperti penyediaan sumber air. Studi ini meneliti mengenai advertisement appeals dan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi intensi dan perilaku aktual berwakaf uang. Metode yang digunakan berupa eksperimen kelas yang melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan wakaf uang masih berada pada tahap kognitif karena masih rendahnya familiaritas terhadap wakaf uang. Religiositas dan familliaritas memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku berwakaf uang. Oleh karena itu organisasi filantropi islam kedepannya dapat mengembangkan konten iklan yang menekankan pada pengetahuan.
There are may regions in Indonesia that still lack of clean and sustainable water. As a country with moslem majority, cash waqf could be used as alternative funding for provision of public goods including water supply. In this study, we use laboratory experiment to examine factors affecting the intention and the actual donation for cash waqf. This study reveals that cash waqf is still at the cognitive stage due to low of familiarity. Factors that have significant effect on cash waqf behaviour is religiosity and familiarity. In particular, altruistics content might give a bigger cash waqf compare to the egoistic and neutral content. Therefore, Islamic philanthropy can develop advertisement content that focused on information about cash waqf.

Kode Etik Filantropi Media Massa adalah produk baru yang dihasilkan atas insiatif pengelola filantropi media massa di Indonesia pada 11 Januari 2013. Tujuannya untuk menjaga transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana publik dan juga sebagai dinding api fungsi jurnalistik dan fungsi filantropi di media massa. Tesis ini meneliti bagaimana pelaksanaan Kode Etik Filantropi Media Massa di dua media televisi yang melakukan kegiatan filantropi sebagai bagian dari tanggungjawab sosial media massa. Teori Social Responsiblities Media Massa dan Corporate Philantrophy menjadi teori yang peneliti gunakan dalam menelaah mengenai Kode Etik Filantropi Media Massa ini. Hasil penelitiannya, menunjukkan pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip kode etik filantropi media massa belum efektif, karena belum adanya konsepsi yang sama mengenai tanggungjawab sosial dan filantropi media massa.
