Abstrak :
Runtuhnya organisasi seperti Lehman Brothers dan Enron adalah petunjuk singkat tentang pentingnya perilaku etis. Bukan hanya di perusahaan keuangan saja, perusahaan farmasi di Indonesia juga mengalami kasus yang sama yaitu ketidaksesuain pencatatan laporan keuangan atau penggelembungan dana di mana adanya pelanggaran terhadap etika bisnis. Kepemimpinan adalah faktor paling penting untuk mendorong keterlibatan dan retensi karyawan. Manajemen yang baik sangat penting untuk keberhasilan mempertahankan dan membuat karyawan lebih terlibat dan manajemen yang buruk sering disebut sebagai alasan mengapa karyawan meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat dampak ethical leadership pada work engagement dengan organizational identification sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 123 karyawan X. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ethical Leadership Survey (ELS) untuk menilai kepemimpinan etis dan Utrecht Work Engagement Survey (UWES) untuk menilai keterlibatan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational identification terbukti memediasi antara ethical leadership dan work engagement.
The collapse of organizations such as Lehman Brothers and Enron is a brief guide to the importance of ethical behavior. Not only in financial companies, pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia also experience the same case, namely incompatibility of recording financial statements or inflating funds where there are violations of business ethics. Leadership is the most important factor to encourage employee engagement and retention. Good management is very important for the success of maintaining and making employees more engaged and poor management is often referred to as the reason why employees leave their jobs. This study was conducted to see the impact of ethical leadership on work engagement with organizational identification as a mediating variable. The quantitative approach is used in this study by distributing questionnaires to collect data from respondents. The sample of this study were 123 X employees. The instruments used in this study are the Ethical Leadership Survey (ELS) to asses ethical leadership and the Utrecht Work Engagement Survey (UWES) to assess work engagement. The results of the study show that organizational identification is proven to mediate between ethical leadership and work engagement

Kinerja individu atau organisasi sangat tergantung pada semua kegiatan organisasi, kebijakan, praktik, dan keterlibatan karyawan. Upaya melalui pemberdayaan teknologi dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan secara efisien dan efektif dimana salah satunya yang dialami pada sektor perbankan yakni melalui perubahan lingkungan kerja. Evaluasi karyawan terhadap manajer akan memberikan penilaian terhadap gaya kepemimpinan yang etis, karena karyawan bekerja sama dengan atasannya sehingga mengetahui perilaku dan kinerja pemimpin. Tingkat keterlibatan kerja yang dimiliki individu dalam suatu pekerjaan merupakan aspek penting yang mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja di lingkungan kerjanya. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan etis dan kebermaknaan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan responden sebesar 310 karyawan perbankan yang memiliki masa kerja minimal 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh kepemimpinan etis, kebermaknaan kerja dan keterlibatan berpengaruh cukup signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara individu termasuk adanya faktor keterlibatan kerja yang berperan sebagai mediator kepemimpinan etis dan kebermaknaan kerja terhadap hasil pekerjaan yang dicapai ......Individual or organizational performance is highly dependent on all organizational activities, policies, practices, and employee involvement. Efforts through technology empowerment are carried out to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively, one of which is experienced in the banking sector, namely through changes in the work environment. Employee evaluation of managers will provide an assessment of ethical leadership styles, because employees work closely with their superiors so that they know the behavior and performance of leaders. The level of work involvement that individuals have in a job is an important aspect that affects the quality of performance in their work environment. This quantitative study aims to examine the effect of ethical leadership and meaningfulness of work on employee performance mediated by Work Engagement which was obtained through a questionnaire with 310 banking employees having a minimum of 1 year of service as respondents. The results of this study will be analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research results obtained that ethical leadership, meaningfulness of work and involvement have a significant effect on individual employee performance, including work involvement factors that act as mediators of ethical leadership and meaningfulness of work on the work achieved.

Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh ethical leadeship terhadap ethical behavior yang dipengaruhi oleh peran penting dari ethical climate sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini meneliti pada industri perbankan menggunakan kuesioner yang didapatkan dari 262 responden yang bekerja di PT Bank M sebagai salah satu bank BUMN. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan dari penelitian sebelumnya dan diuji menggunakan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ethical leadership memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ethical climate tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap ethical behavior pegawai PT Bank M. Sedangkan ethical climate memiliki pengaruh signifikan full mediating terhadap hubungan antara ethical leadership dengan ethical behavior pegawai PT Bank M.
ABSTRACT
This study examined the effect of ethical leadeship on ethical behavior which is influenced by the important role of ethical climate as a mediator. This research examined the banking industry using a questionnaire obtained from 262 respondents working at PT Bank M as one of the state-owned banks. The research hypothesis was formulated from previous studies and tested using structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that ethical leadership had a significant influence on ethical climate but did not directly influence the ethical behavior of employees of PT Bank M. While ethical climate had a full mediating significant effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical behavior of employees of PT Bank M.

Felt Accountability merupakan kunci yang menuntun pada kesuksesan dalam dunia organisasi karena dapat membantu mengarahkan karyawan membentuk ekspektasi peran dan kewajiban bersama, serta memperjelas kriteria evaluasi kinerja dan perilaku mereka. Selain itu, felt accountability juga dapat berasosiasi dengan tindakan-tindakan tidak etis dan ilegal karyawan. Oleh karena itu, menjadi penting untuk mengetahui faktor yang dapat memprediksikan felt accountability. Penelitian berdesain korelasional ini dilakukan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang dapat berhubungan dengan felt accountability. Secara spesifik ingin meneliti hubungan dari faktor individu berupa conscientiousness dan faktor kelompok berupa ethical leadership dengan felt accountability karyawan. Adapun untuk mencegah common method bias, pengambilan data menerapkan metode time lag yang memisahkan pengambilan data independent variable dan dependent variable dengan jarak dua minggu pada masing-masing partisipan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 140 orang karyawan dengan dua struktur perusahaan berbeda: organic dan mechanistic. Seluruh alat ukur penelitian menunjukkan konsistensi internal yang baik dengan koefisien reliabilitas yang berada pada rentang 0,7 ndash; 0,9. Hasil analisis multiple regression menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara conscientiousness dan felt accountability. Akan tetapi, tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara ethical leadership dan felt accountability. Adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini didiskusikan lebih lanjut. ...... Felt Accountability is a key that leads to success in organization because it provides guidance and direction for employees to form their role expectations and mutual obligations, also clarify the evaluation criteria for their performance and behavior. Felt accountability is associated with employees unethical and illegal conducts, hence it is important to explore the predictors of felt accountability. This research is conducted to investigate the factors involved in correlational relationship of felt accountability. Specifically, aim to investigate the relationship of individual factor, such conscientiousness and group factor, such ethical leadership to felt accountability in employee. To avoid common method bias, the survey was applying time lag method which separate the independent from dependent variable for two weeks gap of survey time. This research is conducted towards 140 employees in two different structure of companies organic and mechanistic. All of the research instruments show good internal consistency with coefficient of reliability from 0,7 ndash 0,9. Analysis result of multiple regression shows a positively significant correlational relation between conscientiousness and felt accountability. However, there is no significant correlation found between ethical leadership and felt accountability. The implications of this study is discussed further.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimimpinan ethical leadership terhadap kreativitas pegawai dengan menggunakan variabel leader member exchange, motivasi intrinsik dan pemberdayaan psikologis sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 296 pegawai di Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equational modeling SEM . Variabel motivasi intrinsik dan pemberdayaan psikologis memediasi secara penuh hubungan gaya kepemimpinan ethical leadership terhadap kreativitas pegawai. Sedangkan variabel leader member exchange tidak memediasi hubungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran motivasi intrinsik dan pemberdayaan psikilogis sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai dalam bekerja. Kata kunci: ethical leadership, kreativitas pegawai , leader member exchange, motivasi intrinsik, pemberdayaan psikologis.
ABSTRACT
This study examines the relationship between ethical leadership and employee creativity with mediating role of leader member exchange, intrinsic motivation and psychological empowerment. Data were collected from 296 employees in Indonesian Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Region and Transmigration. This reserach used structural equational modeling SEM to analyze the data form responden. Intrinsic motivation and psychological empowerment fully mediated the relationship between ethical leadership and employee creativity. In addition, leader member exchange does not mediate this relationship. The results showed that the role of intrinsic motivation and psychological empowerment are important to improve employee creativity. ABSTRAK
Whistleblowing diyakini memiliki peran penting dalam mengontrol terjadinya pelanggaran di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran faktor situasional seperti ethics training, perceived ethical leadership dan perceived ethical climate serta faktor individual seperti moral courage terhadap whistleblowing intention di salah satu lembaga sektor publik. Hasil analisis 239 sampel yang diambil dari pegawai Lembaga Negara Lima Citra menunjukkan bahwa ethics training berpengaruh negatif signifikan sedangkan perceived ethical leadership berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap whistleblowing intention. Ethics training dan perceived ethical leadership ditemukan berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap perceived ethical climate, sedangkan perceived ethical climate berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap whistleblowing intention. Efek mediasi perceived ethical climate pada hubungan antara ethics training dan perceived ethical climate dengan whistleblowing intention tidak terbukti begitu juga dengan efek moderasi moral courage terhadap hubungan antara perceived ethical climate dan whistleblowing intention. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan pada peningkatan sistem whistleblowing di lembaga pemerintah.
ABSTRACT
Whistleblowing is believed to have an important role in controlling the occurrence of violations in the workplace. This study was conducted to determine the role of situational factors such as ethics training, perceived ethical leadership and perceived ethical climate and individual factors such as moral courage towards whistleblowing intention in one public sector institution. The results of the analysis of 239 samples taken from Lima Citra State Institution employees show that ethics training has a significant negative effect while perceived ethical leadership has a negative and not significant effect on whistleblowing intention. Ethics training and perceived ethical leadership were found to have a significant positive effect on perceived ethical climate, while perceived ethical climate had a positive but not significant effect on whistleblowing intention. The mediating effect of perceived ethical climate on the relationship between ethics training and perceived ethical climate with whistleblowing intention was not proven as well as the effect of moral courage moderation on the relationship between perceived ethical climate and whistleblowing intention. The results of this study are expected to provide input on improving the whistleblowing system in government institutions.

Tingkat work engagement(keterikatan kerja) karyawan dapat mempengaruhi ketahanan suatu organisasi di tengah persaingan bisnis. Namun karyawan perbankan kerap kali dihadapkan pada tingkat partisipasi konsumen, jam kerja yang kaku, dan cakupan target konsumen yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat keterikatan kerja dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, dan ethical leadership, terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan perbankan melalui mediasi dari psychological capital. Sampel yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian adalah 297 karyawan bank umum konvensional di Indonesia. Hasil analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) memperlihatkan bahwa emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, dan psychological capital dapat mempengaruhi work engagement. Psychological capital menunjukkan peran mediasi secara parsial terhadap pengaruh dari emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support dan ethical leadership terhadap work engagement. Pemahaman yang lebih mendalam terhadap emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, dan psychological capital sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan work engagement dapat membantu sektor perbankan untuk mempertahankan karyawan, meningkatkan kinerja karyawan serta organisasi, dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi di tengah ketatnya persaingan antar perbankan di Indonesia. ......The level of employee work engagement can affect an organization's resilience amid business competition. However, banking employees are often faced with the level of consumer participation, rigid working hours, and the range of target consumers that can affect the level of work engagement of employees. This study aims to determine the role of emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, and ethical leadership on banking employee engagement through mediation from psychological capital. The samples involved in the study were 297 employees of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. The structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis shows that emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support, ethical leadership, and psychological capital can affect work engagement. Psychological capital shows a mediating role partially in the effect of emotional intelligence, perceived organizational support and ethical leadership on work engagement. A deeper understanding of emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, and psychological capital to increase work engagement can help the banking sector retain employees, improve employee and organizational performance, and maintain an organizational competitive advantage amid intense competition between banks in Indonesia.

PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem memiliki permasalahan dalam penanaman organizational culture dan penerapan tata kelola yang baik sehingga berpotensi memiliki hasil ethical leadership dan job satisfaction yang rendah, yang menghasilkan turnover intentions yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara ethical leadership (X1) dan organizational culture (X2) terhadap turnover intentions (Y) secara langsung dan melalui job satisfaction (Z) sebagai variabel mediasi serta menganalisis efek mediasi dari job satisfaction terhadap turnover intentions pada staff karyawan PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Kuesioner disebarkan pada 336 karyawan PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem. Analisis data pre-test menggunakan factor analysis, uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta analisis jalur dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara X1 dan X2 terhadap Z, pengaruh positif signifikan antara X1 dan Y, pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan antara X2 dan Y serta pengaruh negatif signifikan antara Z dan Y. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah kajian teoritis pembelajaran manajemen sumber daya manusia serta menjadi rujukan bagi pihak terkait dalam memformulasikan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan perkembangan perusahaan dan mencegah turnover yang tinggi. ......PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem has problems in the organizational culture cultivation and good governance implementation thereby have a potential to have low results of ethical leadership and job satisfaction, which resulted in high turnover intentions. This research aims to analyze the correlation between ethical leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) towards turnover intentions (Y) directly and through job satisfaction (Z) as mediation variable and to analyze the mediation effect of job satisfaction towards turnover intentions in employee staffs of PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem. The research method used is quantitative research. Questionnaires are distributed to 336 employees of PT. Andalan Fluid Sistem. The pre-test data analysis used factor analysis, validity and reliability tests and path analysis by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The research results showed that there is a significant positive effect between X1 and X2 towards Z, a significant positive effect between X1 and Y, an insignificant negative effect between X2 and Y and a significant negative effect between Z and Y. This research is expected to add to the theoretical study of the human resource management learning as well as become a reference for related parties in formulating policies that can improve the company’s development and prevent high turnover.

ABSTRACT
Research that examines factors influencing idea promotion, an intermediary phase between idea generation and idea implementation in an innovation process, remains sparse. This research analyzed the impact of ethical leadership on employees rsquo willingness to pursue idea promotion with their leader at work through the transfer of relational energy. One hundred forty five employee leader pairs working in The Netherlands and Indonesia completed questionnaires at one point in time. Individual employees evaluated their perceptions of their direct leaders ethical behavior and how their leaders influence their level of relational energy. In turn, the leaders assessed the extent to which employees under their direct supervision promote creative ideas to them. Multiple linear regression analysis and process procedure showed that ethical leadership was only positively associated with employees feelings of relational energy. We further present implications of our findings and discuss areas for future research.
ABSTRACT
Masih jarang adanya penelitian yang meneliti faktor-faktor pengaruh promosi ide, sebuah fase perantara antara pembuatan ide dan implementasi ide dalam proses inovasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak kepemimpinan etis terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk mempromosikan ide kepada pemimpin mereka di tempat kerja melalui adanya transfer energi relasional. Seratus empat puluh lima pasangan karyawan dan pemimpin yang bekerja di Belanda dan Indonesia menyelesaikan kuesioner sebanyak satu kali. Setiap karyawan mengevaluasi persepsi mereka tentang perilaku etis dari atasan langsung mereka dan bagaimana atasan mereka mempengaruhi tingkat energi relasional yang mereka rasakan. Sebaliknya, para pemimpin menilai bagaimana karyawan yang berada langsung dibawah pengawasan mereka mempromosikan ide-ide kreatif kepada mereka. Analisis regresi linier berganda dan prosedur PROCESSmenunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis hanya berhubungan positif dengan energi relasional yang dirasakan karyawan. Kemudian, kami menyampaikan implikasi dari temuan kami dan membahas hal-hal untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Tujuan utama dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi (afektif, kontinyu, normatif) sebagai variabel mediasi pada hotel bintang 3 di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 163 orang karyawan yang bekerja pada hotel bintang 3 di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan etis tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan hanya memiliki pengaruh bila menggunakan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa komitmen organisasi memiliki peran mediasi secara penuh di antara kepemimpinan etis dengan kepuasan kerja. ......The main purpose of this research is to examine the influence of ethical leadership on job satisfaction with organizational commitment (affective, continuance, normative) as mediating variable in 3 Star Hotels in West Java. This study was carried out with 163 participants working in three star hotels in West Java. Based on the research, it was found that ethical leadership has no direct effect on employee’s job satisfaction and only has an effect if it use organizational commitment as mediating variable. It was also found that organizational commitment has a full mediator function between ethical leadership and job satisfaction.
