"Tingginya durasi penggunaan internet dan kesulitan dalam mengontrol penggunaan internet di kalangan remaja saat ini dapat berpotensi mengakibatkan penggunaan internet yang problematik. Adanya keyakinan metakognisi yang maladaptif bahwa dengan menggunakan internet dapat meregulasi emosi negatif secara efektif diduga dapat memediasi hubungan antara kesulitan regulasi emosi dan penggunaan internet yang berpotensi problematik pada 261 sampel remaja usia 11 hingga 20 tahun (perempuan 66.28%, M = 15). Analisis dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif non-eksperimental menggunakan Hayes PROCESS Mediation Analysis. Penggunaan internet yang problematik diukur dengan skala GPIUS2, regulasi emosi diukur dengan DERS-SF, serta keyakinan metakognisi maladaptif diukur dengan skala MCQ-30. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keyakinan metakognisi maladaptif berperan dalam memediasi hubungan antara penggunaan internet yang berpotensi problematik dan kesulitan regulasi emosi pada remaja secara parsial. Kesulitan regulasi emosi ditemukan dapat memengaruhi penggunaan internet yang berpotensi problematik baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penemuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa intervensi penggunaan internet problematik pada remaja dapat mempertimbangkan regulasi emosi dan input informasi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan keyakinan metakognisi yang adaptif.

Adolescents' exessive use of the internet and lack of control in using internet might potentially result in problematic internet use (PIU). In a sample of 261 typical adolescents aged 11 to 20 years (female 66.28%, M = 15), the association between emotion regulation difficulties and Internet users problematik is assumed to be mediated by the maladaptive metacognitive beliefs that utilizing the internet may effectively decrease negative emotions. Hayes PROCESS Mediation Analysis, non-experimental quantitative methods were used for the analyses. The GPIUS2 scale was used to test potentially PIU, the DERS-SF was used to measure emotion regulation difficulties, and the MCQ-30 scale was used to measure maladaptive metacognitive beliefs. The findings demonstrated that the association between penggunaan internet problematik and emotion regulation difficulties was partially mediated by maladaptive metacognitive beliefs. It has been discovered that potentially problematic internet use is both directly and indirectly by emotion regulation difficulties. This research suggests that problematic internet use interventions for adolescents ought to take emotion regulation, appropriate information input in developing adaptive metacognitive beliefs into account."

"This study aims to determine differences in emotional regulation between women and men which are currently enrolled in the higher education. In this study, the proposed hypotheses are: ( 1) there is a difference in emotion regulation in general between women and men; (2) there was no difference in cognitive reappraissal between women and men; and (3) there is a difference in expressive suppression between women and men. We conducted the questionnaire survey method to determine the differences in emotion regulation between women and men. The instrument was adapted from questionnaires constructed by Gross and John (2003). Participants were 81 students of the Faculty of Psychology UI, consisting of 48 women and 33 men. The results showed no difference in the cognitive reappraisal dimension between women and men, while there is no difference in expressive suppression dimension between women and men. Thus, there is also a difference in general emotional regulation between women and men. These results are consistent with the hypothesis of the study."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian embodied cognition menjelaskan emosi dalam interaksi interpersonal melalui peran suhu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh pengalaman sensorik tubuh akan suhu dingin terhadap regulasi emosi, ketika individu merasakan emosi negatif.Studi eksperimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan manipulasi sensorik suhu dingin atau hangat dan induksi emosi agresif atau netral dalam bentuk non-situated cognition. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika tubuh mengalami sensorik dingin dan mendapatkan induksi emosi agresif, mampu meningkatkan durasi respon dan lebih rendah merasakan marah, dibandingkan saat tubuh mengalami suhu hangat. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pegalaman fisik terhadap suhu dingin mengaktifkan konsep regulasi emosi.

ABSTRACT
Embodied cognition research was aimed to test whether bodily sensoric of coldness influenced to emotional regulation process, particularly when the negative emotional state was applied to participant. This experimental study was applied temperature sensory manipulation cold versus warm with two different emotional induction anger versus neutral in a form of non situated cognition.The study was indicating that compared to a warm temperature, a cold sensory experience, which in the same time a negative emotional was inducted, significantly increased the response duration and reduced the intention of anger. The research findings demonstrated that bodily experience of coldness exposure activates the emotional regulation process."

"Penyalahguna narkotika wajib menjalani rehabilitasi untuk mendapatkan pengobatan dan perawatan agar pulih dari ketergantungannya. Kualitas pelayanan rehabilitasi yang baik dan pelaksanaan metode lsquo;komunitas terapetik dimodifikasi rsquo; yang benar dapat memperpanjang waktu pemulihan mereka. Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Badan Narkotika Nasional Lido menerapkan program lsquo;komunitas terapetik dimodifikasi rsquo; dengan jangka waktu 4 bulan dan 6 bulan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan metode lsquo;komunitas terapetik dimodifikasi rsquo; berdasarkan persepsi penyalahguna yang sedang menjalani program 4 bulan dan 6 bulan serta konselor adiksi agar Balai dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan pelaksanaan program rehabilitasi.
Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan deskriptif analitis. Sampel penelitian secara purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 2 residen laki-laki pada fase older primary program 4 bulan, 3 residen laki-laki pada fase older primary program 6 bulan, dan 2 konselor adiksi.
Hasil penelitian adalah para informan menyatakan bahwa semua kegiatan di program komunitas terapetik dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program dan rasa jenuh residen dapat menghambat pelaksanaan program. Secara umum, penerima dan pelaksana program menganggap program lsquo;komunitas terapetik dimodifikasi rsquo; bermanfaat, tetapi ada hal-hal yang perlu diperbaiki seperti penambahan kegiatan, pelaksanaan 5 pola hidup sehat dan regulasi emosi para residen.

Narcotics abusers are required to undergo rehabilitation to get treatment and care in order to recover from their dependence. The quality of good rehabilitation services and the correct implementation of 39 correct therapeutic communities 39 methods can extend their recovery time. Center for Rehabilitation of the National Narcotics Agency Lido implements a 39 modified therapeutic community 39 program with a period of 4 months and 6 months.
The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of 39 therapeutic community modified 39 method based on perception of abusers who are undergoing 4 months and 6 months program and addiction counselor to improve the service quality and implementation of rehabilitation program.
This research method is qualitative with analytical descriptive. The sample of research is purposive sampling. The number of samples used were 2 male residents in the older primary program phase of 4 months, 3 male residents in the 6 month primary primary program, and 2 addiction counselors.
The results of the research are informants stated that all activities in the therapeutic community program can affect the implementation of the program and the resident saturation of the resident can hinder the implementation of the program. In general, beneficiaries and program implementers consider the 39 therapeutic community modified 39 program useful, but there are things that need to be improved such as the addition of activities, the implementation of 5 healthy lifestyles and emotional regulation of the residents.

"Pada anak usia prasekolah, regulasi emosi merupakan aspek penting dari perkembangan sosial anak. Secara khusus, regulasi emosi berperan sebagai kunci dari kemampuan anak dalam mengelola tuntutan dan konflik yang mereka hadapi ketika berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Ketidakmampuan untuk meregulasi emosi merupakan faktor risiko penting dalam pembentukan perilaku agresif di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas program dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi pada anak. Penelitian ini merupakan one group pretest-posttest design yaitu menggunakan satu kelompok eksperimental tanpa adanya kelompok kontrol. Hasil dari pengolahan data wilcoxon signed rank test menunjukkan bahwa program regulasi emosi efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi anak usia prasekolah 3-4 tahun.

In preschoolers, emotional regulation is an important aspect of children 39 s social development. In particular, emotional regulation plays a key role in the ability of children to manage the demands and conflicts they face when interacting with others. The inability to regulate emotions is an important risk factor in the formation of aggressive behavior in the future. This study aims to see the effectiveness of the program in improving emotional regulation in children. This research is one pretest posttest design group that uses one experimental group without any control group. The results of the wilcoxon signed rank test showed that the emotional regulation program was effective in improving the emotional regulation ability for preschoolers 3 4 years."

"Mengkonsumsi makanan berlebihan sebagai respon emosi negatif yang dapat merugikan kesehatan individu dan mengarah pada kematian. Di masa pandemi muncul suatu trend menerapkan perilaku sehat yang marak diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah benar terdapat efek moderasi yang signifikan dari regulasi emosi pada hubungan emotional eating dan perilaku sehat (aktivitas fisik dan konsumsi makanan sehat) di masa pandemi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non-eksperimental dan cross-sectional. Partisipan penelitian ini merupakan 129 dewasa muda Indonesia berusia 18-25 tahun (64,3% perempuan; Musia = 21,50, SD = 1,37) yang memiliki tingkat BMI minimal 25 kg/m2. Emotional eating di ukur menggunakan Emotional Eating – Revised (EES-R), regulasi emosi diukur menggunakan Difficulties in Emotion Regulation – Short Form (DERS-SF), dan perilaku sehat diukur menggunakan Skala Perilaku Sehat. Melalui analisis moderator menggunakan Hayes PROCESS ditemukan bahwa tidak adanya peran moderator dari regulasi emosi pada hubungan emotional eating dan perilaku sehat (b = 0,002, t(129) = 1,158, p > 0,001). Artinya, pada tiap tingkat regulasi emosi, tidak terdapat perubahan kekuatan hubungan antara emotional eating dan perilaku sehat yang signifikan. Melalui analisis korelasi Pearson ditemukan emotional eating memiliki korelasi positif dan tidak signifikan dengan perilaku sehat (r (129) = 0,10, p > 0,01); emotional eating memiliki hubungan positif secara signifikan dengan regulasi emosi (r(129) = 0,23, p < 0,01) artinya individu dengan skor tinggi pada regulasi emosi cenderung memiliki tingkat emotional eating yang tinggi pula. Terakhir, regulasi emosi memiliki korelasi positif dan tidak signifikan dengan perilaku sehat (r (129) = 0,03, p > 0,01).

Consuming excessive food as a negative emotional response which can be detrimental to individual health and lead to death. During a pandemic, there is a trend to applying healthy behaviors and widely studied. This research aims is to determine whether there is a significant moderating effect of emotional regulation on the relationship between emotional eating and healthy behavior (physical activity and consumption of healthy foods) during pandemic. The research design used was non-experimental and cross-sectional. Participant in this study were 129 Indonesian young adult aged 18-25 years (64.3% women; Mage = 21.50, SD = 1.37) who had a BMI level at least 25 kg/m2. Emotional eating was measured using Emotional Eating – Revised (EES-R), emotional regulation was measured using Difficulties in Emotion Regulation – Short Form (DERS-SF), and healthy behavior was measured by using Skala Perilaku Sehat. Through a moderator analysis using Hayes PROCESS, it was found that there was no moderating role for emotional regulation on the relationship between emotional eating and healthy behavior (b = .002, t (129) = 1.158, p > .001). This means that at each level of emotional regulation, there is no significant change in the strength of the relationship between emotional eating and healthy behavior. Through Pearson correlation analysis, it was found that emotional eating has a positive and not significant correlation with healthy behavior (r (129) = .10, p > .01); emotional eating has a significant positive relationship with emotional regulation (r (129) = 0.23, p < .01) meaning that individuals with high scores on emotional regulation tend to have high levels of emotional eating as well. Finally, emotion regulation has a positive and not significant correlation with healthy behavior (r (129) = 0.03, p > .01)."
