Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan interactive control systems pada PT XYZ dalam menghadapi strategic uncertainties terkait kebijakan Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, di mana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode teknis analisis deduktif, di mana proses analisis berlangsung dari teori lalu ke fakta dan data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan interactive control systems pada PT XYZ kurang efektif. Hal ini disebabkan karena perusahaan terlambat untuk merespons strategic uncertainties yang dihadapi pada tahun 2018. Namun, pada tahun 2021, perusahaan tidak mengulangi kesalahan yang sama dan memilih untuk langsung merespon strategic uncertainties tersebut dengan memilih suatu sistem kendali. ......This study aims to evaluate the implementation of interactive control systems at PT XYZ in facing strategic uncertainties related to the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) policy. The method used in this research is a case study, where data collection is done by semi-structured interviews, which are then analyzed using deductive analysis techniques, where the analysis process starts from theory to facts and collected data. The results of the study show that the implementation of interactive control systems at PT XYZ was less effective. This is because the company was late in responding to the strategic uncertainties it faced in 2018. However, in 2021, the company will not repeat the same mistake and choose to respond directly to these strategic uncertainties by choosing a control system.

Terbitnya PMK 48 pada bulan Mei 2023 tentang pajak atas penjualan/penyerahan emas perhiasan, menimbulkan perubahan di pasar emas perhiasan di Indonesia. Perusahaan emas perhiasan harus mencari alternatif strategi untuk mengatasi dampak dari perubahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis alternatif usulan strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh PT ABC, sebagai perusahaan emas perhiasan di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa wawancara semi terstruktur dan informasi dari laporan PT ABC. Analisis kerangka kerja 5 kekuatan Porter untuk industri emas perhiasan, analisis rantai nilai, analisis VRIN dan SWOT untuk PT ABC digunakan dalam menganalisis strategi baru untuk menghadapi perubahan akibat faktor eksternal yang tidak dapat dikendalikan perusahaan. Gold jewelry companies must look for alternative strategies to overcome the impact of these changes. This study aims to analyze alternative proposed strategies that can be used by PT ABC, as a gold jewelry company in Indonesia. In this study, primary data was used in the form of semi-structured interviews and information from PT ABC reports. Porter's 5 Forces Framework analysis is used for the gold jewelry industry, value chain analysis, VRIN and SWOT analysis for PT ABC are used in analyzing new strategies to deal with changes due to external factors that the company cannot control. The results of this study provide a proposed new strategy for PT ABC based on the resources it has, that is by reducing the selling selling price and production cost of the gold jewelry.

Instruksi dari Pemerintah mengenai peningkatan kewaspadaan terhadap penyebaran COVID-19 direspon oleh Sekolah Dasar XYZ sebagai suatu ketidakpastian strategis (strategic uncertainties) yang berpotensi menggagalkan pelaksanaan intended strategy yaitu Project Based Learning. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan Interactive Control Systems dalam proses perumusan new emergent strategy Sekolah Dasar XYZ selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dan penelitian kualitatif dimana data akan diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dengan Manajemen Institusi dan Kepala Sekolah Dasar XYZ. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa proses perumusan new emergent strategy Sekolah Dasar XYZ menggunakan Interactive Control Systems pada tahap perumusan awal strategi dan evaluasi penerapan strategi. Pada tahap perumusan awal strategi, Kepala Sekolah Dasar bersama Manajemen Institusi XYZ menentukan sistem kendali yang berfokus pada infrastruktur pengajaran dan ketrampilan mengajar guru. Pertemuan atau rapat interaktif yang terjadi membahas data-data yang dikumpulkan dari sistem kendali yang menjadi fokus strategic uncertainties Sekolah Dasar XYZ dan digunakan secara interaktif oleh Kepala Sekolah Dasar XYZ bersama dengan kepala unit Pra-TK, TK, dan SMP, serta Manajemen Institusi. Pada debat dan dialog, data perkembangan penggunaan infrastruktur pengajaran dan ketrampilan mengajar guru menjadi fokus yang didiskusikan serta diperdebatkan. Hasil dari debat dan dialog perumusan new emergent strategy pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar XYZ adalah strategi pembelajaran bernama Home Learning dengan tetap mengedepankan desain pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Pada tahap evaluasi, Interactive Control Systems tetap berfokus pada infrastruktur pengajaran dan ketrampilan mengajar guru. Pada debat dan dialog ditambahkan data hasil survey dari orang tua siswa dan siswa setelah pelaksanaan uji coba strategi pembelajaran Home Learning. Hasilnya adalah new emergent strategy baru yaitu pembelajaran Home Learning dengan desain Project Based Learning yang dikombinasikan dengan pedagogical intelligence, social emotional, dan pengayaan. ......Sekolah Dasar XYZ responded to instructions from the Government regarding increasing vigilance against the spread of COVID-19 as strategic uncertainties that could potentially thwart the implementation of the intended strategy, namely Project Based Learning. This study was aimed at evaluating the application of an Interactive Control Systems in the process of formulating a new emergent strategy for Sekolah Dasar XYZ during the COVID-19 pandemic. The approach used is a case study and qualitative research where the data will be obtained through in-depth interviews with the Institutional Management and the Principal of Sekolah Dasar XYZ. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the process of formulating a new emergent strategy for Sekolah Dasar XYZ uses an Interactive Control Systems at the initial stage of strategy formulation and evaluation of strategy implementation. At the initial strategy formulation stage, the Principal of Sekolah Dasar XYZ together with the Institutional Management determined a control system that focused on teaching infrastructure and teacher teaching skills. Interactive meetings or meetings that occur discuss data collected from the control system which is the focus of Sekolah Dasar XYZ's strategic uncertainties and are used interactively by the Principal of Sekolah Dasar XYZ together with the Head of Pra-TK, TK, and SMP units, as well as Institutional Management. In the debates and dialogues, data on the development of the use of teaching infrastructure and the teaching skills of teachers became the focus of discussion and debate. The result of the debate and dialogue on the formulation of the new emergent learning strategy for Sekolah Dasar XYZ is a learning strategy called Home Learning while still prioritizing the Project Based Learning learning design. At the evaluation stage, the Interactive Control Systems remains focused on teaching infrastructure and teacher teaching skills. In the debates and dialogues, survey data from parents and students were added after the implementation of the Home Learning learning strategy trial. The result is a new emergent strategy, namely Home Learning learning with a Project Based Learning design combined with pedagogical intelligence, social emotional, and enrichment.

Laporan magang ini mengevaluasi kesesuaian implementasi tinjauan kinerja mingguan yang dilakukan pada divisi digital goods PT XYZ dengan teori serta menganalisa refleksi diri penulis dari pengalaman magang di PT XYZ. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melihat kesesuaian dokumen tinjauan kinerja mingguan, metrik yang dianalisis, dan implementasi action items & weekly playbook dengan teori diagnostic control system dan The 4Ps of Strategy oleh Simons (2014). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, disimpulkan bahwa PT XYZ telah melaksanakan implementasi tinjauan kinerja mingguan yang telah sesuai dengan kriteria diagnostic control system dan alur dari hirarki strategi. Selanjutnya, pengalaman magang penulis dianalisa melalui evaluasi pada hal yang telah berjalan dengan baik dan belum dari pilihan pengalaman penulis selama menjalani kegiatan magang, dilakukan dengan mengaitkan teori dan hasil observasi yang sejalan dengan pengalaman tersebut, serta menentukan beberapa tindak lanjut yang sedang dilakukan oleh penulis kedepannya sebagai hasil dari refleksi diri. ......This internship report evaluates the suitability of the implementation of weekly performance reviews at the Digital Goods division at PT XYZ with theories. In addition, the report also analyzes the author's self-reflection from the internship experience. The evaluation was conducted by comparing the suitability of weekly performance review documents, selected performance metrics, and implementation of action items & weekly playbooks with diagnostic control systems and The 4Ps of Strategy Theory by Simons (2014). Based on the evaluation results, it is concluded that PT XYZ had carried out the implementation of weekly performance reviews that are in accordance with the criteria for diagnostic control systems and flow of the strategy hierarchy based on The 4Ps of Strategy. Furthermore, the author's internship experience was analyzed through an evaluation of experiences that had and had not been going well from the chosen experience during the internship, carried out by linking the theory and the results of observations that were in line with the experience, as well as determining some of the follow-up that was being carried out by the author going forward as a result of the self-reflection.
