Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana kualitas e-government layanan aplikasi Depok Single Window (DSW). Adanya layanan aplikasi Depok Single Window (DSW) merupakan wujud dari inovasi, pemenuhan kebutuhan akan pelayanan publik yang disediakan pemerintah, serta keseriusan pemerintah Kota Depok terhadap pengembangan Smart City. Pentingnya mengetahui kualitas suatu aplikasi adalah untuk melihat bagaimana dampak suatu layanan yang diberikan pemerintah terhadap masyarakat selain itu pengukuran kualitas pada aplikasi juga akan memberikan evaluasi bagi pemerintah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi secara maksimal. Dalam penelitian ini kualitas aplikasi Depok Single Window (DSW) akan diukur dan dianalisis melalui teori E-GovQual yang dipopulerkan oleh Papadomichelaki dan Mentzas (2012).  Pengukuran akan dilakukan dengan empat dimensi yang ada yaitu dimensi efisiensi, keandalan, kepercayaan, dan dukungan pengguna. Teori E-GovQual berfungsi untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas e-government yang dimiliki suatu layanan elektronik milik pemerintah dengan mengukur efisiensi, keandalan, keamanan, dan dukungan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat dalam mengakses suatu layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa survey, wawancara kepada responden dan pemerintah Kota Depok, serta studi literatur. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa aplikasi Depok Single Window (DSW) adalah tinggi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan seluruh dimensi dan indikator dari teori E-GovQual adalah tinggi. ......This study discusses the quality of e-government application services for Depok Single Window (DSW). The existence of the Depok Single Window (DSW) application service is a manifestation of innovation, meeting the need for public services provided by the government, and the seriousness of the Depok City government towards the development of Smart City. The importance of knowing the quality of an application is to see how the impact of a service provided by the government on the community in addition to measuring the quality of the application will also provide an evaluation for the government to develop applications to the fullest. In this study, the quality of the Depok Single Window (DSW) application will be measured and analyzed through the E-GovQual theory popularized by Papadomichelaki and Mentzas, 2012. The measurement will be carried out with four dimensions, namely the dimensions of efficiency, reliability, trust, and user support. E-GovQual theory serves to find out how the quality of e-government owned by a government-owned electronic service by measuring efficiency, reliability, security, and support provided to the public in accessing a service. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of surveys, interviews with respondents and the Depok City government, as well as literature studies. The results of the study revealed that the Depok Single Window (DSW) application was high. The results of the study reveal that all dimensions and indicators of the E-GovQual theory are high.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang proses adopsi aplikasi Depok Single Window di masyarakat Kota Depok. Proses adopsi digambarkan dengan pemodelan dengan metode sistem dinamis. Model yang digunakan dalam metode sistem dinamis dalam penelitian ini adalah model difusi bass. Data yang digunakan dalam model adalah data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari data primer melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber. Hasil simulasi model pada penelitian ini memprediksi jumlah pengguna aplikasi Depok Single Window dalam lima tahun ke depan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu analisis yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Depok dalam mengambil keputusan dalam pembangunan aplikasi Depok Single Window khususnya dari segi jumlah pengguna. ......This thesis discusses the adoption process of the Depok Single Window application within the Depok City community. The adoption process is described by modeling with the dynamic system method. The model used in the dynamic system method in this study is the bass diffusion model. The data used in the model is qualitative data derived from primary data through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from various sources. The results of the model simulation in this study predict the number of users of the Depok Single Window application in the next five years. This research produces an analysis that can be used as a basis for decision making for the Depok City Communication and Information Office in making decisions in the development of the Depok Single Window application, especially in terms of the number of users.
