Abstrak :
Human resources are the main assets of an organization. The successful of the organization depend on the people itself. A leader have an important role to make the organization success. Human resource management sub directorate at PT ?X? head office Jakarta is the center of human resource activity. This sub directorate have the responsibility to all others sub directorate to fulfill all the employee?s need and rights. Yet, to make a strategy to win the competitive advantages and become a market leader. The problem is how the company can achieve that, if the leader can?t make an effective organization caused by the pending of some projects that have to be done based on the schedule that have set before. It means that the leader has failed to run his leadership in order to supervise his follower. In this situation, to make an effective organization a leader have to see the situation of the follower by analyze the follower?s readiness or employees?s maturity. By measuring the maturity level of employee, what kind of leadership style that was used by the leader, and how the maturity level of employee can fit with the leadership style. According to that, writter use the theory of situasional leadership by Paul Hersey and Kenneth H. Blanchard to support the research. This theory explain that a leader have to choose a best leadership style to fit with the level of follower?s maturity. It means that, a leader can use different style of leadership with a different people. It?s all depends on the situation that an organization has faced. Nowadays, this theory becomes the most common issues in every leadership part on an organization. So that, it is important for all leaders in organization to consider their leadership style in order to make the organization more effective.The reason of this research is to explain the conformity between employee?s maturity and leadership style. The research population is all of the HRM sub directorate at PT ?X? head office Jakarta?s permanent employees. Yet, the research sample is 52 respondents, its using purpossive sampling technique. The sampling technique was used because of the respondents?s objectivity to evaluate the leadership style and level of maturity. So that, writer use the permanent employees as respondents. The research method according to the explanation level is desciptive with quantative approach. The research data consist of primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected by spreading quesionare to the respondents, and the secondary data was collected by literature study, company?s documents, and interview with top leader in HRM sub directorate of PT ?X?. The data analyzing was using frequency distribution?s table. The level of employee?s maturity and leadership style are the result of the conformity between the theory and its practice. Result of the research shows that generally, there?s unconformity between the level of employee?s maturity and the leadership style that the leader has used. According to the level of employee?s maturity, writer use two dimension of maturity level which are the employee?s ability and the willingness. Both dimension shows in the medium to high category or in M3 of maturity level. However, this level of maturity is appropriate if the leader used the Participating of leadership style. But, based on the research the result shows that the leader of HRM sub directorate at PT ?X? used the Selling of leadership style. It was proved by the data analyzing that this leadership style result at 628 or 81% on high category. Based on the research result, writer recommend several suggest to the corporation: (1) in order to make an effective of organization, a leader in sub directorate HRM PT ?X? head office Jakarta should take a look at the situation and the employee?s level of maturity; (2) the leader should change his leadership style with appropiate level of employee?s maturity.

Work engagement penting untuk dimiliki oleh para karyawan, di mana hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor, beberapa diantaranya adalah melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan oleh para pemimpin disebuah perusahaan, dengan ini karyawan dapat menjadi lebih termotivasi untuk bekerja. Perusahaan perlu untuk memperhatikan work engagement yang dimiliki oleh karyawan agar tujuan perusahaan ataupun individu tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational dan transactional leadership style terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk datanya diolah lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, di mana kuesioner disebar kepada seluruh karyawan perusahaan Haus Indonesia (PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara) dengan minimal lama bekerja 1 tahun, yang berjumlah 181 orang dan kuesioner yang kembali dan terisi berjumlah 128 responden. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji klasik dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership style dan transactional leadership style mampu mempengaruhi work engagement secara positif dan signifikan. Selain itu, seluruh hubungan antar variabel juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan satu sama lain. ......Work engagement is crucial for employees, as it can be influenced by various factors, including the leadership styles employed by leaders in a company. Through effective leadership, employees can be more motivated to work. It is essential for companies to pay attention to the work engagement of their employees to achieve organizational and individual goals. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational and transactional leadership styles on work engagement. The study adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires for further analysis. Total sampling technique is utilized, distributing questionnaires to all employees of Haus Indonesia company (PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara) with a minimum tenure of 1 year, totaling 181 individuals, and receiving 128 completed responses. Data analysis in this study involves multiple linear regression, processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results indicate that both transformational and transactional leadership styles positively and significantly influence work engagement. Additionally, all relationships between variables show positive and significant impacts on each other.

The Focus of the study is the relationship between Bass's (1985) transformational and transactional leadership style perceived by knowledge worker with spector's (1977) job satisfaction on knowledge worker. The present study is a correlational field study. The purpose of this study is to give additional evidence on which leadership style predicts higher job satisfaction. According to this research, group of knowledge worker who work under transformational leader achieve higher job satisfaction than those who work under transactional leader.

Based on the writer experience in the Financial Bureau of the Ministry of Law and Human Right, the Officials, work performance is found to be still very low as shoure by the facts as follow ; no discipline in working hours, late arrival or early departure, leaving office space during working hours without clear reasons, slowness in work accomplishment, frequent absence of workdays, talking more with other officials rather than completion of work. The role of office leader in combining and making all resources Boned by the Financial Bureau of the Ministry of Law and Human Right is not yet full optimum. This situation al also suspected as the consequence of several factors such as low work satisfaction and low work compensation an the part of official (workers). The goal this research is the identification of how close the leadership style and compensation award correlation with the work Satisfaction on the part of the Financial Bureau official the Ministry of Low and Human Right. The purposes of this research are for knowledge development and contribution correlated with officials satisfaction. The Research methodology used is the explanatory survey through verificatively descriptive Research nature. The data collection method consists of observation, interview, and questionnaire-fof validity test, the writer uses the technique of split half. The analysis for data measurement uses correlation coefficience. The validity and reliability tests of the instruments show that the result is significant, meaning that all instruments are acceptable and thrust worthy. The statistical analysis using correlation coefficience reveals that the correlation between the leadership style and the work satisfaction is 0.425, while the correlation between compensation and work satisfaction of the officials is 0.530. The result of the hypotesis test shows that leadership style and compensation have significant correlation with the work satisfaction of the officials, both partially and simultanlously. Leadership style together with compensation correlates significantly with the work satisfaction of the officials of the Financial Bureau of the Ministry of Low and Human Right. Compensation has bigger individual corelation than leadership style with work satisfaction, meaning that the work satisfaction of the officials is triggered by compensation awarded by the Financial Bureau of the Ministry of Low and the Human Right.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis gaya kepemimpinan dan efektivitas komunikasi pada PT ABC. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT ABC dengan jumlah 20 partisipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran mixed methods dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran open questions kepada partisipan. Hasil dari open questions dianalisis dengan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang ada di dalam PT ABC adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang tidak suportif. Sedangkan terkait komunikasi, diperoleh hasil bahwa komunikasi yang terjadi kurang efektif akibat masih terdapat miskomunikasi antara atasan dan bawahan. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh perbedaan bahasa antara atasan dan bawahan. Miskomunikasi tersebut sejauh ini tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap interaksi kerja antara atasan dan bawahan karena dapat diatasi dengan penggunaan media lain dalam berkomunikasi
ABSTRACT<>br> This study aims to determine The Influence of Visual Merchandising on Impulse Buying Behavior Case Study on Fashion Retail Store H M Grand Indonesia Central Jakarta. Respondents in this study are the consumers of H M Grand Indonesia Central Jakarta who have experienced an impulse buying transaction for a product in H M Grand Indonesia Central Jakarta in the last two months with 120 respondents. Design of this research is quantitative. This research data is processed by softwares SPSS and Lisrel. The results showed that window display, in store form, floor merchandising, and promotional signage proved to affect impulse buying behavior in H M Grand Indonesia Central Jakarta.

Skrpisi ini membahas tentang penilaian staf Puskesmas terhadap tampilan gaya kepemimpinan kepala Puskesmas. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara 3 faktor berpengaruh yaitu predisposing, lingkungan dan densitas terhadap gaya kepemimpinan yang ditunjukkan oleh kepala Puskesmas, dan juga menilai tentang fungsi kepemimpinan kepala Puskesmas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Cirebon pada bulan April dan Mei 2009 di 10 Puskesmas terpilih. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian didapatkan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna antara ketiga faktor berpengaruh terhadap gaya kepemimpinan kepala Puskesmas dengan nilai P value lebih dari 0,05. Pada fungsi kepemimpinan didapatkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara aspek komunikasi, delegasi wewenang, koordinasi dan motivasi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan kepala Puskesmas dengan nilai P value kurang dari 0,05.
This essay discusses the assessment of community health center staff to display the leadership style of the community health center. Aims to find out what the relationship between the 3 factors predisposing effect, the environment and the density of the style of leadership shown by the community health center, and also assess the function of the central leadership of public health. This research was conducted in the city of Cirebon in April and May 2009 in the 10 selected community health center. This is the type of quantitative research with cross sectional design. Results of research found no meaningful difference between the three factors affect the leadership style of the community health center with the highest P value over 0.05. On the function of leadership have established a meaningful relationship between aspects of communication, authority delegation, coordination and motivation of the leadership style of the community health center with the highest P value less than 0.05.

Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan penjelasan tentang bagaimana seorang pemimpin dari dua periode kepemimpinan yang berbeda menangani krisis organisasi ketika terdapat perbedaan situasi, kondisi, serta dasar hukum. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma post positivis, penelitian studi kasus ini menggunakan teori gaya kepemimpinan Lippit-White, serta gaya komunikasi Stewart L. Tubbs-Sylvia Moss, dan penanganan krisis Coombs untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang studi yang dikaji. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pada situasi krisis, kepemimpinan otoriter tidak selamanya merugikan, dan kepemimpinan demokratis tidak selamanya memiliki dampak positif, namun demikian mengingat situasi yang berbeda, keduanya telah memberikan warna pada cara seorang pemimpin menangani krisis

This research is expected to provide an explanation of how a leader of two different periods handle organizational crisis when there is a difference circumstances and the legal. Using a qualitative approach to the post-positivist paradigm, this research uses the theory of leadership style Lippitt-White, communication styles Stewart L. Tubbs-Sylvia Moss, and Coombs crisis management to acquire understanding of the research. Research found that in a crisis situation, authoritarian leadership is not always adverse, and democratic leadership does not always have a positive impact, however, because of different circumstances, both have given color on how a leader handles the crisis

Proses integrasi yang dilakukan oleh Uni Eropa terhadap negara-negara yang dianggap berada di wilayah Eropa berawal dari integrasi ekonomi yang kemudian berubah menjadi integrasi politik. Salah satu negara yang ingin bergabung menjadi anggota Uni Eropa adalah Turki. Turki sudah mengajukan diri untuk mengikuti proses negosiasi keanggotaan Uni Eropa sejak tahun 1959, tetapi hingga tahun 2019 Turki masih belum mendapat status sebagai negara anggota Uni Eropa. Padahal, Turki telah memiliki pemimpin baru dari partai pro kebijakan Eropa. Pemimpin tersebut adalah Recep Tayyip Erdogan yang kemudian menjabat posisi Perdana Menteri dan Presiden Turki. Namun, terdapat pandangan di elit Uni Eropa yang menyebut bahwa Erdogan adalah penyebab memburuknya hubungan Turki dan Uni Eropa. Gaya kepimpinan milik Presiden Erdoğan dapat menjadi salah satu pengaruh tidak diterimanya Turki sebagai negara anggota Uni Eropa. Pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan dalam makalah ini adalah bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan Recep Tayyip Erdogan dan mengapa hal tersebut dapat memengaruhi proses keanggotaan Turki di Uni Eropa Untuk membantu menjawab pertanyaan penelitian tersebut maka teori yang digunakan adalah teori gaya kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan oleh Margaret G. Hermann. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang datanya diperoleh dari sumber data primer hasil dari kuesioner dan publikasi transkrip wawancara Erdogan dengan media serta sumber data sekunder hasil dari studi pustaka berupa buku biografi, artikel jurnal, berita, internet, dan statistika. Penelitian ini memiliki temuan bahwa Erdogan memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang siap dalam mengahadapi hambatan politik, tertutup dalam proses pengolahan informasi, dan memiliki motivasi untuk membangun relasi. Gaya kepemimpinan tersebut berdampak pada sulit untuk diterimanya Turki sebagai negara anggota Uni Eropa. ......The process of integration carried out by the European Union towards countries considered to be in European territory originated from economic integration which later turned into political integration. One country that wants to join as a member of the European Union is Turkey. Turkey has volunteered to take part in the process of negotiating European Union membership since 1959, but until 2019 Turkey still has not received the status of an EU member state. In fact, Turkey already has a new leader from the pro-European party. The leader was Recep Tayyip Erdogan who then held the position of Prime Minister and President of Turkey. However, there is a view in the European Union elite that Erdogan is the cause of deteriorating relations between Turkey and the European Union. President Erdogans leadership style can be one of the influences not accepted by Turkey as an EU member state. The research question raised in this paper is what is the leadership style of Recep Tayyip Erdogan And why does this affect Turkeys membership process in the European Union To help answer these research questions, the theory used is the theory of leadership style developed by Margaret G. Hermann. This study uses qualitative research methods whose data are obtained from primary data sources as a result of questionnaires and publication of transcripts of Erdogans interviews with media and secondary data sources resulting from literature studies in the form of biographies, journal articles, news, internet, and statistics. This study found that Erdogan has a leadership style that is ready to challenge political constraints, closed in the opensess to information, and has the motivation to build relationships. This leadership style has an impact on Turkeys acceptance as an EU member state.

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja personel dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan yang ada di organisasi terhadap kinerja personel, Gaya Kepemimpinan yang ada di organisasi terhada kepuasan kerja, menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja personel. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah anggota POLRES Lebak. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dan purposive sampling dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner. Kuesioner yang disebar adalah sebanyak 125 kuesioner, dan yang dapat digunakan adalah sebanyak 92 kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh adalah dengan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat beberapa kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, adanya pengaruh signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja personel. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis 1 (H1) diterima. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis 2 (H2) di terima. Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja personel. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis 3 (H3) di terima. Sehingga, kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja personel. ......This study examines the influence of Leadership Style on personnel performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study aims to analyze the influence of the leadership style in the company on the performance of personnel, the leadership style in the company on job satisfaction, and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the personnel. The sample of this study were members of the Lebak POLRES. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling and purposive sampling with data collection carried out by giving questionnaires. There are 125 questionnaires distributed, and 92 questionnaires can be used. The analytical technique used to analyze the data obtained is the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique using Smart PLS software. From the results of hypothesis testing, there are several conclusions in this study, namely, there is a significant influence between Leadership Style on personnel performance. So it can be concluded that Hypothesis 1 (H1) is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between Leadership Style on job satisfaction. So it can be concluded that Hypothesis 2 (H2) is accepted. There is a significant positive effect between job satisfaction on personnel performance. So it can be concluded that Hypothesis 3 (H3) is accepted. Thus, job satisfaction can mediate Leadership Style on personnel performance.
