Abstrak :
Gangguan muskuloskeletal pada fisioterapi dapat menyebabkan hilangnya hari kerja hingga pergantian pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui distribusi dan frekuensi jenis serta tingkat keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal, dan faktor risikonya pada fisioterapis di Rumah Sakit X Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari 14 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner nordic body map, REBA, dan focus group discussion. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan spss dan transkrip. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 92.9% responden mempunyai keluhan ringan yang paling banyak dirasakan pada pinggang berupa pegal (42.9%) dan nyeri (14.3%). Keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal terjadi pada semua responden usia ≤35 tahun, perempuan, semua ukuran tubuh kecuali kurus, mantan perokok, olahraga kurang dari atau sama dengan 2 kali seminggu, bekerja kurang dari 5 tahun, menangani ≥10-20 pasien per hari, semua spesialisasi kecuali neuromuskular dan kegiatan fisioterapi. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor REBA, keluhan muskuloskeletal dirasakan pada risiko ergonomi rendah dan tinggi 100%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat berguna sebagai masukan dalam upaya pencegahan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada fisioterapis serta lebih waspada dalam bekerja. ......Musculoskeletal disorders in physical therapist can lead to absenteeism and even change jobs. The purpose of this study is to understand the distribution and frequency of types, level of musculoskeletal disorders complaints, and risk factors in physical therapist at Jakarta X Hospital. This research is semi quantitative descriptive. The data were collected from 14 respondents by using Nordic Body Map questionnaire, REBA and focus group discussion. Quantitative data were analyzed by SPSS and transcripts. The results of the analysis showed that almost all respondents (92.9%) have mild complaints. it is mostly in lower back in the form of soreness (42.9%) and pain (14.3%). Musculoskeletal disorders complaint occur in all respondents aged ≤ 35 years, women, ex-smokers, exercise less than twice a week, working less than 5 years, treat ≥10-20 patients per day, all body size except skinny, all specialties except neuromuskular, and every physical therapy activity. 100% of respondent in low and high ergonomic risk had musculoskeletal complaint based on REBA score calculation. The results of this study can be useful as recommendation to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in phsycial therapists and to be more aware of good ergonomic practices while working.

Agregat batita bayi tiga tahun di perkotaan berisiko mengalam risiko keterlambatan perkembangan bicara dan bahasa. Faktor penyebabnya yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua dalam stimulasi bicara dan bahasa serta faktor kesibukan dari orang tua. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui ke efektifan intervensi stimulasi bicara dan bahasa pada tiga keluarga binaan di RW 2, Kelurahan Curug. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan 3 keluarga binaan. Hasil dari intervensi yang telah diberikan sebanyak tujuh kali kunjungan keluarga dengan stimulasi bicara dan bahasa menunjukan adanya peningkatan bicara dan bahasa pada keluarga binaan. Stimulasi bicara dan bahasa yang efektif adalah stimulasi menggunakan gambar dan kegiatan sehari-hari yang ada di lingkungan anak dan dapat di observasi secara langsung. Saran dari studi kasus ini adalah diharapkan keluarga berperan aktif untuk stimulasi bicara dan bahsa serta mempertahankan komunikasi yang intensif pada anak. ......Toddler aggregate in urban area susceptible to have risk of delay in speech and language development. Main factors that caused the problem are parent rsquo;s deficiency of knowledge in the stimulation of speech and language and also parent rsquo;s busy activities. The purpose of this paper is to know the effectiveness of speech and language stimulation intervention to three assited families in RW 2, Kelurahan Curug. The design of this research is case study with 3 assisted families. The results of interventions that have been given for seven family visits with speech and language stimulation indicate an increase in speech and language in the built family. Effective speech and language stimulation is the stimulation of images and daily activities that exist in the child 39;s environment and can be observed directly. The recommendations from this case study are to do an active role in the stimulation of speech and language for the family and also maintain intensive communication in children.

Abstrak :
Kasus keganasan sistem saraf pusat merupakan jenis keganasan kedua terbanyak yang menyerang anak-anak hingga dewasa. Pada tumor medulla spinalis, ditemukan manifestasi khas seperti nyeri servikal, kelemahan motoric dan sensorik, hingga gangguan dalam kontrol eliminasi. Tatalaksana utama yang dilakukan umumnya adalah pembedahan. Efek samping dari manifestasi klinis dan tatalaksana yang dilakukan dapat mempengruhi fisik hingga psikologis pasien kanker anak. Sebagian besar pasien kanker anak mengalami kecemasan selama periode perawatan. Manajemen ansietas dilakukan untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan, salah satunya dengan teknik distraksi terapi seni menggambar dan mewarnai. Penerapan intervensi terapi seni menggambar dan mewarnai selama 8 hari yang didasari oleh bukti penelitian didapatkan tingkat kecemasan pasien menurun yang ditandai dengan penurunan skor instrument PROMIS Pediatric Anxiety dari skor 22 menjadi 15. Hasil dari penerapan intervensi ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan masukan dan pertimbangan bagi pelayanan keperawatan, institusi ilmu keperawatan, dan penelitian selanjutnya. ...... Malignancy of central nervous system are the second most common type of cancer that occurs in children to adults. Typical manifestation of spinal cord tumors such as cervical pain, motor and sensory weakness, impaired elimination control are found. Surgery is the main treatment to tumors. The side effects of clinical manifestations and the treatment can affect the physical and psychological aspects of pediatric cancer patients. Most of the pediatric cancer patients experience anxiety during the treatment period. Drawing and coloring art therapy can be used for anxiety management to reduce the patient anxiety level. The results of applying the art therapy intervention of drawing and coloring for 8 days based on evidence-based practice showed that the patient's anxiety level decreased, which was indicated by a decrease in the score of the PROMIS Pediatric Anxiety instrument from a score of 22 to 15. The results of implementing this intervention are expected to be used as recommendation and consideration for nursing services, institute of nursing science, and further research.
