Perilaku Kerja Kotraproduktif (PKK) masih sering ditemui, khususnya di Indonesia. Hal ini dapat berdampak negatif terhadap produktifitas dan efektivitas karyawan. Penelitian korelasional ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran dari self-control yang terdiri dari dua dimensi perilaku, yaitu stop control dan start control sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara trait mindfulness dan perilaku kerja kontraproduktif. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional dengan menggunakan sampel pada pekerja yang bertempat tinggal di Jabodetabek berusia 20-39 tahun, dan bekerja penuh waktu (N = 306). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain; Self-control Measure; Stop Control dan Start Control Scale,Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), dan alat ukur Counterproductive Work Behavior Checklist (CWB-C). Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek tidak langsung antara trait mindfulness terhadap perilaku kerja tidak produktif melalui stop control (ab = -0,11, p < 0,01) dan juga melalui start control (ab = -0,04, p < 0,01), serta terdapat efek langsung antara trait mindfulness terhadap PKK melalui stop control (c = -.0,7, p < 0,01), dan start control (c = -0,24, p < 0,01) yang signifikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa stop control dan start control memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara trait mindfulness dan PKK.  ......Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) is still common, especially in Indonesia. This can have a negative impact on the productivity and effectiveness of employees. This correlational research aims to examine the role of self-control which consists of two dimensions of behavior, stop control and start control as a mediator in the relationship between trait mindfulness and CWB. This is a correlational study with workers residing in Jabodetabek aged 20-39 years, and working full time (N = 306). Instruments used in this study among others are Self-control Measure; Stop Control and Start Control Scale, Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), and Counterproductive Work Behavior-Checklist (CWB-C) measurement. The result of mediation analysis has shown a significant indirect effect between trait mindfulness towards CWB through stop control (ab = -0,11, p < 0,01), and also through start control (ab = -0,04, p < .01) and there is a direct direct effect between trait mindfulness to CWB through stop control (c = -0,17, p < 0,01), and start control (c = -0,24, p < 0,01). It can be concluded that stop control and start control partially mediates the relationship between trait mindfulness and CWB.

Perkembangan zaman dan revolusi industry membawa perubahan terhadap tuntutan karier dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia sehingga para mahasiswa tingkat akhir harus mampu beradaptasi untuk terjun ke dunia kerja. Penelitian korelasional ini melihat hubungan mindfulness dan adaptabilitas karier para mahasiswa tingkat kahir. Penelitian in juga meninjau peran mediasi dari fleksibilitas kognitif. Hasil penelitian pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir (N=150) menggunakan alat ukur CAAS-Indonesian version, CFS, dan MAAS menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness berhubungan positif dengan adaptabilitas karier (β = 0,13; SE= 0,04; t = 3,36; p<0,05; 95%; CI = [0,02-0,25]). Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas kognitif memiliki peran mediasi secara parsial dalam hubungan antara mindfulness dan adaptabilitas karier (β = 0,09; SE= 0,03; t = 2,00; p<0,05; 95%; CI = [0,03-0,16]). ......The development of the times and the industrial revolution 4.0 brought changes to career demands and human resource competencies so that final year students must be able to adapt to enter the Work field. This correlational study looks at the relationship between mindfulness and career adaptability in Final year College student, and this study also examined the mediating role of cognitive flexibility. The results of research on final year students (N=150) using the CAAS-Indonesian version, CFS, and MAAS measurement tools show that Mindfulness is positively related to career adaptability (β = 0.13; SE= 0.04; t = 3.36; p<0.05; 95%; CI = [0.02-0.25]). This study also shows that Cognitive Flexibility has a partially mediating role in the relationship between mindfulness and career adaptability (β = 0.09; SE= 0.03; t = 2.00; p<0.05; 95%; CI = [ 0.03-0.16]).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah mindfulness berperan sebagai mediator pada hubungan resiliensi terhadap distres psikologis pada prajurit TNI yang sedang melaksanakan tugas operasi daerah rawan konflik saat masa pandemi Covid-19. Pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner Hopkins Symptoms Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 10 (CD-RISC 10), dan Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) secara daring. Diperoleh data sejumlah 169 sampel prajurit TNI AD (100% laki-laki) yang sedang bertugas di daerah rawan konflik. Analisis mediasi dilakukan dengan analisis model mediasi pada makro PROCESS dari Hayes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan distres psikologis (M = 37,5, SD = 8,88), resiliensi (M = 36,14, SD = 8,12), dan mindfulness (M = 99,43, SD = 29,23). Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa mindfulness memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara resiliensi dan distres psikologis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi referensi untuk mengembangkan intervensi berbasis mindfulness guna meningkatkan resiliensi dan menurunkan distres psikologis pada prajurit TNI yang sedang melaksanakan tugas operasi di daerah rawan konflik, khususnya saat sedang terjadi pandemi. ......This study aims to find out whether mindfulness plays a role as a mediator in the relationship of resilience to psychological distress in Indonesian Army who are carrying out military operations in conflict-prone areas during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaire via online such as the Hopkins Symptoms Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 10 (CD-RISC 10), and the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ). Data were obtained from a sample of 169 TNI AD soldiers (100% male) who were on deployment in conflict-prone areas. Mediation analysis was performed by analyzing the mediation model in the PROCESS Macro from Hayes. The results of this study indicate psychological distress (M = 37.5, SD = 8.88), resilience (M = 36.14, SD = 8.12), and mindfulness (M = 99.43, SD = 29.23). The results of this study also show that mindfulness fully mediates the relationship between resilience and psychological distress. The research results can be used as a reference for developing mindfulness-based interventions to increase resilience and reduce psychological distress in Indonesian Army who are carrying out military operation deployment in conflict-prone areas, especially during an pandemic.

Guru berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran, bahkan ketika pembelajaran berlangsung secara jarak jauh (PJJ). Beban kerja guru yang bertambah banyak di masa PJJ, juga terdapat guru yang sekaligus berperan sebagai orang tua, dapat berdampak pada kondisi kesejahteraan psikologisnya. Sulitnya memisahkan kehidupan pribadi dan personal selama PJJ, serta keterbatasan dalam interaksi sosial secara langsung dapat turut berperan pada kondisi kesejahteraan guru perempuan. Adanya peningkatan kesadaran (mindfulness) pada diri guru diduga dapat membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru, dengan cara membantu guru perempuan untuk mempersepsikan ketersediaan dukungan yang dibutuhkan di lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran variabel persepsi dukungan sosial sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara mindfulness dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini melibatkan 117 orang guru SD, perempuan, yang juga berperan sebagai orang tua bagi anak pada kelompok usia kelas 1-3 SD. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara dalam jaringan (daring) melalui berbagai jejaring media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Psychological Well-Being Scale (α=.917), Five Facet of Mindfulness Questionnaire (α=.819), dan Social Provisions Scale (α=.928). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap dukungan sosial berperan sebagai mediator sebagian (partially mediated) dalam hubungan antara mindfulness dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. ......Teachers play an essential role in the learning process, even when learning takes placeremotely, known as distance learningning (PJJ). With the increasing teachers' workload psychological well-being. The difficulty of separating professional and personal life during PJJ, as well as limitations in social interaction can also contribute to the psychological well-being. Increasing awareness (mindfulness) in teachers is assumed to improve the psychological well-being, by helping female teachers to perceive the availability of support needed in their environment. This study aims to examine the role of the perceived social support on the relationship between mindfulness and psychological well-being. This study involved 117 primary school teachers, women, who also act as parents for children in the 1-3 grade. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires through various social media. This study used measuring instrument of the Psychological Well-Being Scale (α = .917), the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (α = .819), and the Social Provisions Scale (α = .928). Data analysis was performed using mediation test. This study indicates that perceived social support play a partially mediated role in the relationship between mindfulness and psychological well-being. Remaja merupakan masa dimana individu mulai mengalami emosi yang intens dan fluktuatif serta meningkatnya kebutuhan akan otonomi dan privasi. Hal ini membuat remaja cenderung memberikan sedikit informasi kepada orang tua atau lebih sedikit melakukan disclosure kepada orang tua. Padahal, proses disclosure tersebut dapat membantu orang tua untuk memonitor aktivitas anak remajanya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan peran orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang positif seperti melakukan penerimaan, regulasi emosi, dan menyadari kondisi emosi remaja sehingga proses komunikasi dengan remaja dapat tetap berjalan dengan baik. Perilaku orang tua tersebut terangkum dalam konsep mindfulness yang diterapkan dalam pengasuhan atau mindful parenting. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara perceived mindful parenting dengan self disclosure pada remaja. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur perceived mindful parenting adalah Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting Scale (IMP-31) dari De Bruin (2014) sedangkan self disclosure diukur dengan Jourard Self Disclosure Questionnaire dari Jourard dan Lasakow (1958). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 241 remaja dengan rentang usia 15 hingga 18 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived mindful parenting dan self disclosure pada remaja (r=0.442, p< 0.05).

Fase eksplorasi karir pada individu dewasa awal tidak selalu berjalan lancar. Untuk mengatasi fenomena tersebut, mereka memerlukan kemampuan untuk mengambil keputusan karir yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan terkait trait mindfulness dengan tingkat career decicision making self efficacy (CDMSE) pada dewasa awal. Penelitian menggunakan metode korelasi untuk mencari hubungan antara kedua variabel. Partisipan merupakan lulusan perguruan tinggi yang berumur 18-25 (n=95). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire dan Career Decision Making Self Efficacy Scale yang sudah diadaptasi ke bahasa Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat hubungan signifikan secara positif antara variabel trait mindfulness dan CDMSE (r = 0,315, p < 0,001). Ditemukan dimensi non-reactivity dan problem solving memiliki hubungan signifikan yang kuat dibanding dimensi lain. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar studi dengan topik mindfulness pada perilaku karir lainnya. ......The career exploration phase in emerging adulthood individuals does not always progress smoothly. To tackle this issue, the ability to make well-informed career decisions becomes essential. This study aims to investigate how trait mindfulness is linked to the level of career decision making self efficacy (CDMSE) among emerging adulthoods. The study utilizes a correlation method to examine the relationship between these two variables. The participants in this study were college graduates aged 18-25 (n=95). The researchers used the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire and the Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale that had already been adapted into Bahasa. The analysis reveals a significant positive correlation between trait mindfulness and CDMSE (r = 0.315, p < 0.001). Particularly, the dimensions of non-reactivity and problem-solving exhibit stronger associations compared to other dimensions. These findings provide a foundation for future investigations into mindfulness and its impact on other careerrelated behaviors.

Fleksibilitas kognitif merupakan suatu kemampuan yang dimiliki individu untuk dapat menemukan solusi alternatif terhadap masalah yang dialami. Kemampuan fleksibilitas kognitif berperan penting dalam memunculkan perilaku adaptif yang baik dalam diri seseorang. Individu yang memiliki fleksibilitas kognitif yang baik cenderung memiliki persentase yang tinggi untuk dapat berhasil, baik di dalam aspek akademik, karir, maupun hubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap apakah mindfulness memiliki peranan memprediksi fleksibilitas kognitif seseorang. Partisipan penelitian melibatkan 193 orang. Dalam hal ini hanya melibatkan partisipan dengan karakteristik berupa berusia 18-25 tahun, berdosmilisi di Jabodetabek, serta berkewarganegaraan Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI). Mindfulness diukur melalui pengukuran alat ukur The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale dan fleksibilitas kognitif diukur dengan alat ukur Cognitive Flexibility Inventory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peranan mindfulness terhadap fleksibilitas kognitif. Secara spesifik, peranan mindfulness terhadap dimensi kontrol yang dimiliki oleh fleksibilitas kognitif. Di sisi lain, ditemukan pula tidak adanya keterkaitan mindfulness terhadap dimensi alternatif yang dimiliki oleh fleksibilitas kognitif. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya untuk melihat faktor mindfulness sebagai salah satu faktor yang membantu pemunculan kemampuan fleksibilitas kognitif yang dimiliki oleh individu. ......Cognitive flexibility is the ability to find solutions to the problems experienced. Cognitive flexibility tends to have an essential role in the emergence of good adaptive behavior in an individual. Individuals with good cognitive flexibility tend to have a high percentage of success, both in academic, career, and relationship aspects. This study aims to reveal whether mindfulness has a role in the cognitive flexibility of an individual. This study researched on a number of 193 individuals. There are some characteristic of the participants, individual that around 18-25 years, domiciled in Greater Jakarta, and are citizens of Indonesian Citizens (WNI). The mindfulness is measured through The Mindful Attention Awareness scale and the cognitive flexibility is measured through the Cognitive Flexibility Inventory scale. The results of the study show that mindfulness plays a role in cognitive flexibility. Specifically, the role of mindfulness on the control dimension that is owned by cognitive flexibility. On the other hand, it was also found that there was no link between mindfulness and the alternative dimensions of cognitive flexibility. This shows the importance of looking at the mindfulness factor as one of the factors that helps individuals develop cognitive flexibility ability.
