Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh di Indonesia serta pelaksanaanya dalam praktik di tingkat perusahaan Indosat Ooredoo. Dalam hal ini Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo telah melaksanakan hal-hal yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan namun ternyata hal-hal yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dapat disimpangi dalam Anggaran rumah tangga Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo mengenai keanggotaan Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo yang terbatas pada Pekerja/Buruh tetap. Skripsi ini berfokus pada peran Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh bagi pekerja/buruh di PT. Indosat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh terutama di PT. Abstrak :
In few Asian countries is organized labor so important an economic and political factor as in contemporary Indonesia, and in few countries of the world has it been so politicized. The trade unions now faced a new situation and new problems. Since they had had an active part in the early struggle for independence and in the defense of the Republic. The purpose of this study is to trace and identify the ideological influences which have made fighting organizations of the Indonesian trade unions which pursue longrange political aims in addition to immediate economic gains. Special attention will be paid to Marxist and Leninist influences. To identify them, we have to refer to the indoctrination of the trade unions in the mother-country of communism, the Soviet Union. The reference to the Chinese communist trade union movement will show the importance of the communist victory in mainland China for other Asian countries, including Indonesia. In order to deepen our understanding of the Indonesian trade union movement, it is necessary to comprehend its political character, as manifested by the relationship of the trade unions to political parties and their propensity for political action. This understanding is required to explain the attitudes of Indonesian organized labor today. An understanding of the attitudes of the trade union movement will serve to unravel the confusing complexity of current labor relations in the country, and to explain the labor policy of the Indonesian Government.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang komodifikasi pekerja media, yakni jurnalis surat kabar, dengan studi kasus liputan otomotif di Koran Tempo. Semenjak tren tiras media cetak terus menurun karena ketatnya persaingan dengan media digital, surat kabar gencar mengeskplorasi liputan yang memiliki pasar pengiklan potensial. Tak cukup dengan mentrasformasikan nilai guna konten media dengan nilai tukar komodifikasi isi , belakangan pengelola surat kabar sekaligus mengkomodifikasi jurnalisnya. Menggunakan pendekatan ekonomi politik Marxian, peneliti memfokuskan riset pada relasi sosial eksploitatif yang dialami jurnalis peliput otomotif di Koran Tempo. Dalam relasi sosial yang eksploitatif, jurnalis yang mengalami komodifikasi tidak menyadarinya karena dirinya telah melalui tahapan alienasi, reifikasi, mistifikasi, dan terakhir naturalisasi terhadap proses komodifikasi. Penelitian ini membuktikan terjadi komodifikasi jurnalis otomotif di Koran Tempo, meskipun tidak sepanjang waktu. Komodifikasi dapat berlangsung karena jurnalis dan lingkungan perusahaan media telah menaturalisasi praktik komodifikasi sebagai hal yang wajar.

ABSTRACT
This study concerns about the commodification of media labors, ie newspaper journalists, with case study of automotive coverage in Koran Tempo. Since the trends in print media continued to decline due to the tight competition with digital media, the newspaper management intensively explored the coverage of a potential advertiser market. It is not enough to transform the use values for media contents into exchange values commodification of contents , lately newspaper managers also commodify journalists as well. Using the Marxian political economy approach, researcher focused on the exploitative social relations experienced by automotive journalists in Koran Tempo. In exploitative social relations, commoditized journalists do not realize that they were commodified. These things happen because they have gone through the stages of alienation, reification, mystification, and the last naturalization during the commodification process. This study proves that there is a commodification of automotive journalists in Koran Tempo, although not all the time. Commodification can take place because journalists and environmental media companies have naturalized the practice of commodification as a natural thing.

Abstrak :
Tulisan ini mengkaji masalah kesiapan sumber daya manusia Indonesia dalam menghadapi ASEAN Economic Community 2015. Metode kajiannya menganalisis dan membandingkan beberapa indikator ekonomi makro dengan negara ASEAN lainnya, terutama fokus pada tenaga kerja yang berimplikasi pengakuan kualifikasi dan keterampilan, serta mobilitas tenaga kerja terampil di wilayah ASEAN. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia berpotensi menjadi pemasok terbesar tenaga kerja di ASEAN. Tingkat pendapatan berada di posisi pendapatan menengah meskipun masih rendah (lower middle incomecountry). Posisi IPM sedikit lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, dan Myanmar

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengawasan hak-hak pekerja perempuan di dua perusahaan garmen oleh Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara di wilayah Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN) Cakung dan Hambatan yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan hak-hak pekerja perempuan di dua perusahaan garmen oleh Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara di Wilayah Kawasan Berikat Nusantara Cakung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang meliputi pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam. Pelaksanaan pengawasan hak-hak pekerja perempuan di kedua perusahaan garmen yang dilakukan oleh Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Jakarta Utara belum terlaksana dengan baik dan maksimal. Hambatan yang dialami oleh seksi pengawas Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja Jakarta Utara yaitu kurangnya kuantitas dan kualitas pegawai pengawas. Diperlukannya perbaikan dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan ketenagakerjaan hak-hak pekerja perempuan dapat melalui penyempurnaan peraturan, dan pengadaan pengawas yang berkualitas dan kompeten. ...... This research is to know the supervision of the rights of women workers at two garment companies by Dept. of Manpower North Jakarta in the Nusantara Bonded Zone Cakung and Barriers experienced in exercising oversight rights of women workers at two garment companies by Dept. of Manpower North Jakarta in Region Nusantara Bonded Zone Cakung. The research methods used in this research is qualitative research and depth interview. Supervision rights of women workers in the garment enterprises conducted by Jakarta Dept. of Manpower North has not done well and the maximum. Barriers experienced by the section supervisor Dept. of Manpower North Jakarta, namely the lack of quantity and quality inspectors. The need for improvements in monitoring the implementation of labor rights of women workers can, by improving regulations, and procurement of qualified and competent supervisors.
