Abstrak :
Hasil penilaian kinerja pada PT X di akhir tahun 2019 menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja karyawan di PT X pada posisi yang rendah. Berkaitan dengan penilaian tersebut, model Job Design-Resources (JD-R) dari Bakker dan Demeroutti, menggambarkan salah satu anteceden keterlibatan kerja adalah sumber daya pribadi (personal resources) yang mempunyai turunan yaitu modal psikologis. Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian terdahulu, adanya ketidakpastian bahwa hubungan modal psikologis karyawan dengan keterlibatan kerja akan berpengaruh lebih kuat atau lebih lemah apabila dalam situasi organisasi yang berbeda. Sementara itu PT X mempunyai visi dan misi yang mengarah pada budaya organisasi tipe market. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan peran budaya organisasi tipe market sebagai moderator dalam hubungan antara modal psikologis dan keterlibatan kerja dengan mengacu pada teori Conservation of Resource (COR) dari Hobfoll. Penelitian ini melibatkan karyawan PT X di daerah Sentul, Bogor sejumlah 71 karyawan. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Utrecht Work Engagement scale, Psychological Capital Questionaire serta Organization Culture Assessment Instrument. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tipe market tidak memoderasi dan memberikan pengaruh hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara modal psikologis dan keterlibatan kerja karyawan di PT X. Namun, hasil penelitian ini juga menjelaskan semakin tinggi skor modal psikologis yang dimiliki karyawan PT X semakin tinggi keterlibatan kerja karyawan. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa dimensi harapan, daya lenting dan optimisme memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja, namun dimensi harapan dan optimisme memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang lebih besar sehingga peneliti menyusun sebuah model rancangan program intervensi. PT X yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur mengalami suatu perubahan kebijakan manajemen terkait dengan dampak dari pandemi Covid 19, selain itu ditambah pula dengan keterbatasan waktu, maka peneliti kesulitan untuk melaksanakan program intervensi. Selanjutnya peneliti hanya sampai melakukan presentasi kepada perwakilan manajemen PT X berjumlah tiga orang mengenai rancangan pelatihan harapan dan optimisme program Alpha Design Intervention. Peneliti juga mempertimbangkan apabila program intervensi dilaksanakan, penerapan nya lebih mudah diserap oleh peserta apabila hanya ada 2 dimensi terlebih dahulu. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner evaluasi presentasi tersebut, menunjukkan pewakilan manajemen PT X merasa puas dengan nilai mean 78 % terhadap rancangan program pelatihan dan dapat dilaksanakan di PT X. ......The results of the performance assessment at PT X at the end of 2019 shows that work engagement at PT X is at a low position. Related to this, based on the capital of Job DesignResources (JD-R model) from Bakker and Demeroutti, one of the anteceden of work engagement based on the JD-R model is personal resources. Derived from personal resources i.e. psychological capital. Based on earlier studies, there exists a diffident where the relation between work engagement will be stronger or weaker depending on different situations. PT X has a vision and mission that leads to a market type organizational culture. This study aims to prove the role of market type organizational culture as moderators in the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement. This research refers to Hobfoll's Conservation of Resource (COR) theory. This research involved a total of 71employees PT X in Bogor area. The measuring instruments used are Utrecht Work Engagement scale, Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Organization Culture Assessment Instrument. The study was analysed using correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that the culture of market type organization does not moderate and gives an insignificant influence of the relationship between psychological capital and employee work engagement at PT X. However, the results of this study also explain the higher the psychological capital score that employees have the higher the employee's work engagement. The results of the regression test showed that the dimensions of hope, resilience and optimism had a significant influence on work engagement. The situation of pandemic Covid-19 caused an impact on the management of PT X, and along with time constraints, researchers struggle to apply intervention program. Researchers was only able to create a presentation to the management representatives of PT X numbering three people about the design of the “Alpha Design Intervention program”. In the makings of the training programme, researchers only chose hope and optimism due to the higher count of significant coefficient compared to the resilliance values that is also significant and expected that its application to be easily understood by participants even if there are only 2 dimensions for the time being. The results of the presentation questionnaire received a fairly good response (mean value 78%) from the management representative of PT X who felt it was appropriate and applicable to be implemented at PT X.

In this volume, Michael Cole and Martin Packer first present their cultural-historical activity theory and how it can help to formulate a meta-theory that can further organize cultural developmental science. Next, in his chapter on cultural neuroscience, Shihui Han presents his research program on cultural differences in neurocognitive representation of the self with a special focus on elf-face recognition and self-reflection Nolan Zane and Cindy Huang then focus on cultural issues in mental health treatment and summarize a program of research dedicated to examining the disparities in mental health treatments and outcomes for ethnic minority groups, and in the identification of critical cultural factors associated with treatment processes and outcomes for these groups. Next, in her chapter on Spanish/English bilingualism, Aída Hurtado presents a social psychological analysis that shows that Spanish is not only a communication tool but also a marker of group membership in an ethnic group with numerous implications for the treatment of bilingual speakers. Susan Fiske and Federica Durante present their program of research on the stereotype content model, and its antecedents, consequences, and moderators. Lastly, Catherine Cramton presents her research program concerning globally distributed or virtual work teams and their promise and challenges.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua studi, studi pertama merupakan penelitian korelasional dan studi kedua merupakan program intervensi. Penelitian korelasional bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara interactional justice dan turnover intentions pada karyawan Divisi X Hotel XYZ, dengan sampel berjumlah 71 orang. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu alat ukur interactional justice yang dikembangkan oleh Colquitt (2001) dan alat ukur turnover intentions yang dikembangkan oleh Mobley (1977). Hasil dari penelitian korelasional menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara interactional justice dan turnover intentions (r= -0,27, p<0,01). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti melakukan studi kedua untuk menyusun program intervensi berupa pelatihan komunikasi. Pelatihan diberikan kepada 10 atasan (supervisor dan managerial level) yang memiliki bawahan dengan nilai rendah pada skor interactional justice. Program intervensi berupa pelatihan komunikasi dan monitoring dilakukan untuk meningkatkan skor interactional justice yang dimiliki bawahan. Hasil evaluasi level 1 (reaksi) menunjukkan bahwa peserta menilai pelatihan secara keseluruhan sudah baik. Kemudian evaluasi level 2 (pembelajaran) dari program pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta secara signifikan antara sebelum dan setelah diberikan pelatihan (z= -2,46, p<0,01). Hasil evaluasi level 3 (perilaku) dari program intervensi juga berhasil meningkatkan interactional justice (z=-2,02, p<0,05) dan menurunkan turnover intentions (z=-2,03, p<0,05) dari karyawan. Diskusi dari kedua studi di atas akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini.
ABSTRACT
This research consists of two essential studies with the first study is mainly about correlational study and the second study will focus on the intervention program.The correlational study aims to determine the relationship between interactional justice and turnover intentions in Division X Hotel XYZ using 71 employees as the sample. The measurement of variables is using two measuring tools, interactional justice scale from Colquitt (2001) and turnover intentions from Mobley (1977). The results of this correlational study show that there is a significant and negative relationship between interactional justice and turnover intentions (r= -0,27, p<0,01). Based on this result, the second study is conducted to develop an intervention program which focusing on communication training. This intervetion is delivered to 10 leaders (supervisor  and managerial level) from subordinates who scored low on interactional justice score. The purpose of the intervention program (training and monitoring) is carried out to improve interactional justice owned by the subordinates. The result of level 1 evaluation shows that trainees give good rating to the training program. Next, the result of level 2 evaluation shows that the intervention program significantly increases the trainees knowledge between before and after the training is delivered (z= -2,46, p<0,01). Last, the result of level 3 evaluation shows that the intervention program is successfully increases the interactional justice score (z=-2,02, p<0,05) and decreases the turnover intentions (z=-2,03, p<0,05) score of the subordinates. More detail about those two studies will be discussed and presented further in this research.

This paper uses Aetor-Network Theory (ANT) to understand the relation between farmers and nature by seeing how this shapes their participation in agricultural initiatives. Using Jatropha development in indonesia as focus, this paper show that actants’ relation with nature is mediated through different. Sometimes conflicting, paths. In building the argument, this paper use a historical narrative started from Jatropha research in the laboratory in 2002 up to foreign investment after 2008. This paper identifies three period of Jatropha development in Indonesia in which its classification are based on its actors. Additionally, this paper identifies two type of substituation called function- oriented and actant-oriented determining the network durability.

Wellbeing atau kesejahteraan manusia menjadi faktor penting dalam membentuk kondisi merasa baik serta memaksimalkan apa yang dirasakan orang tentang kehidupan mereka (Seligman, 2011). Desain lingkungan di sekitar kita mempengaruhi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan kita, dan dapat memiliki implikasi jangka panjang untuk kualitas hidup Hal terebut harus dapat menyinggung orang dalam perilaku positif, yang dalam hal ini menggunakan penelitian NEF tentang lima perilaku menyebabkan kesejahteraan atau dikenal sebagai Five Ways of Wellbeing. Memiliki tujuan prioritas menjadi tempat untuk mempromosikan wellbeing, skripsi ini difokuskan pada eksistensi perilaku Five Ways of Wellbeing dalam beberapa museum yang dianalisa. Kualitas desain museum yang menjadi komponen untuk membentuk perilaku tersebut, akan menjadi alat penilaian untuk membuktikan apakah museum yang diobservasi sudah menjadi museum yang mampu memenuhi fungsinya atau tidak. ......Wellbeing has become an important factor in shaping the state of feeling good and maximizing how people feel about their life (Seligman, 2011). The design of our built environment affects our health and wellbeing, and can have long-term implications for quality of life. It should "nudge" people into positive behaviors, which in this case are using the (NEF)'s current research on five behaviors that could lead to wellbeing or known as the Five Ways of Wellbeing. Having a priority purpose of becoming a place to promote wellbeing, this undergraduate thesis focuses on the existence of Five Ways of Wellbeing behaviors inside several museums. The components that are used for shaping those behaviors, would become an assessment tool for National Museum of Indonesia as it is already becoming a museum that able to fulfill its function.
