"Skizofrenia adalah kondisi kecatatan yang kronik dan persisten, ditandai dengan gejala positif dan negatif. Diagnosis keperawatan yang muncul adalah risiko perilaku kekerasan dan isolasi sosial. Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir spesialis ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan tanda dan gejala serta kemampuan klien risiko perilaku kekerasan dan isolasi sosial setelah mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners dan tindakan keperawatan ners spesilais terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan keterampilan sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain operational riset, jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang klien skizofrenia paranoid dengan diagnosis keperawatan risiko perilaku kekerasan dan isolasi sosial. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tanda gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan dan isolasi sosial menurun (p-value<0.05) dan kemampuan meningkat (p-value<0.05) setelah pemberian tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan keterampilan sosial. Kesimpulan, kombinasi tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan keterampilan sosial direkomendasikan untuk diberikan pada diagnosis risiko perilaku kekerasan dan isolasi sosial.

Schizophrenia is a chronic and persistent condition, characterized by positive and negative symptoms. The purpose of the scientific work of this specialist are to know the change in the signs of symptoms and the ability of clients the risk of behavioral violence and social isolation after obtaining the of nursing generalis and nursing specialist actions of the Cognitive Behaviours Therapy and Social Skills Training. The method using the design of operational research, the number of samples of 30 patients schizophrenia paranoid with the diagnosis of the risk of violent behavior and social isolation. The results of this study were obtained signs of risk of violent behavior and social isolation (p-value of < 0.05) and increased capability (P-value of < 0.05) after the administration of nursing action, cognitive behaviour therapy, and social skills training. Conclusions, the combination of nursing action, behavioral Mind therapy and social skills therapy are recommended to be administered on the diagnosis of risk of violent behavior and social isolation"

"Perilaku kekerasan merupakan salah satu respon atau tindakan terhadap stimulus stresor, ditunjukkan dengan perilaku aktual melakukan kekerasan, baik pada diri sendiri, orang lain maupun lingkungan, secara verbal maupun nonverbal (Stuart, 2009). Klien dengan perilaku kekerasan merupakan tanda ketidakmampuan klien dalam beradaptasi terhadap emosi marah sehingga mengekspresikan tidak secara konstruktif.
Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah akhir ini adalah menggambarkan penatalaksanaan asuhan keperawatan dengan pendekatan Model Teori Adaptasi Roy pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan. Intervensi keperawatan yang dilakukan adalah assertive training dan cognitive behaviour therapy pada 15 orang klien dalam kurun waktu 9 September - 12 Nopember 2013 di Ruang Gatot Kaca RSMM Bogor.
Hasil pelaksanaan assertive training dan cognitive behaviour therapy dapat menurunkan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan pada aspek kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial dan peningkatan kemampuan koping adaptif dalam menghadapi peristiwa yang menimbukan perilaku kekerasan.
Rekomendasi penulisan ini adalah bahwa penerapan Model Teori Adaptasi Roy dengan intervensi keperawatan assertive training dan cognitive behaviour therapy dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan perilaku kekerasan.

People would respond to threatning situation/stressor in various ways. Violence was the actual aggressive behaviour directly toward to them selves, other people or external environment, with physical or verbal violence (Stuart, 2009). People with tendency to act aggressively shown that they used destructive coping strategies to express their anger.
The objective of this paper was to describe the application of Johnson's Behavioural System Model, focusing on aggresive behavior. Assertive training and cognitive behaviour therapy were recognized as nursing intervention that provided to 15 clients during 9 September – 12 Nopember 2013 at Gatotkaca Dr. H.Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital-Bogor.
Result of this study shown that sign and symptoms of aggressive behaviour were decreased (cognitive, affective, psychic, behavior and social) and increased of client's ability to express their emotion in contructive way.
This study proved that the application of Roy Adaptation Model Approach with assertive training and cognitive behaviour therapy as nursing intervention were recommended to derecrease aggresive.

"ABSTRAK
Intervensi yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (intervensi kognitif dan perilaku) untuk mengurangi kecemasan yang dialami oleh remaja perempuan berusia tiga belas tahun. Tujuan intervensi adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengubah distorsi kognitif anak tentang perasaan tidak mampu (incompeten) dan menimbulkan kecemasan sehingga anak diharapkan mampu menemukan cara untuk menghilangkan kecemasan yang muncul pada situasi tertentu. Intervensi dilakukan sebanyak 8 sesi yang berlangsung dalam jangka waku dua bulan. Sesi terbagi atas dua bagian, yaitu sesi intervensi kognitif untuk mengubah distorsi kognitif pada anak serta sesi perilaku dimana anak diajak untuk mempraktekkan langsung dan mengaplikasikan materi yang didapatkan pada sesi kognitif.
Setelah delapan sesi intervensi selesai dilakukan, terlihat bahwa anak dapat menemukan dan memahami distorsi pikirannya tentang perasaan tidak mampu yang selama ini dirasakan ketika berhadapan dengan beberapa situasi (seperti situasi ujian) sehingga akhirnya anak mampu berpikir secara lebih seimbang. Kondisi tersebut akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap perilakunya, yaitu anak kembali berusaha untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar dan simptom-simptom kecemasan yang muncul akibat perasaan tidak mampu tersebut juga sudah mulai berkurang seperti ketika ada dalam situasi ujian, anak tidak lagi sakit perut dan berkeringat ketika berhadapan dengan soal ujian.

ABSTRACT
Cognitive Behavior Therapy technique is known as a method to reduce anxiety that thirteen years old girls had. With working on this method, we want to identify and try to manipulate children cognitive distortion especially incompetent feeling that end up with anxiety, so whenever this feeling happen they will find a way to handle it. The intervention took two month of work divided into eight sessions. Intervention consists of two parts. First we took cognitive intervention session, in order to manipulate cognitive distortion whenever its occurred to the children and the second part is behavioral where the children is expected to apply what they have learned before.
At the end of the eighth session, we found out that the children can figured out some of mind distortion that they had so they will be able to neutralize their mind whenever the situation occurs. This condition allowed them to boost their spirit higher especially in study and to handle several anxiety symptoms for example sweating or stomach ache that they used to have in class."

Pikiran negative pada klien harga diri rendah kronik menyebabkan klien sulit berpikir jernih dan logis terhadap diri sendiri. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberikan gambaran pengaruh penerapan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien harga diri rendah kronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy dan model stres dan adaptasi Stuart. Tindakan keperawatan terapi pikiran perilaku diberikan pada 20 klien dimana 15 keluarga klien diberikan psikoedukasi keluarga. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas pemberian teknik Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dalammengurangi gejala gangguan depresipada mahasiswa rantau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest design, dimana peneliti melihat perubahan skor partisipan saat pre-tes dan post-test menggunakan Beck Depression Inventory dan Coping Attitude Scale (CAS). Proses screening dilakukan dengan memberikan kedua kuesioner tersebut dan wawancara serta observasi pada calon partisipan. Dua orang partisipan mengikuti program intervensi ini dari awal sampai akhir sesi, sebanyak 7 sesi pertemuan. Setelah intervensi diberikan, terdapat penurunan skor BDI dan hasil kualitatif menunjukkan terdapat perubahan positif yang dirasakan oleh kedua partisipan.Temuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah masalah utama yang menyeabkan munculnya gejala depresi pada partisipan bukan disebabkan oleh pengalamannya sebagai mahasiswa perantau.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in reducing depressive symptoms for migrate college students. This study used pretest-posttest design by Beck Depression Inventory dan Coping Attitude Scale (CAS) to measure the change of depression symptoms before and after intervenstion process. Initial screening process is conducted using BDI and CAS as well as interview to migrate college students. There are two participants who followed the intervention in seven sessions. After intervention process, the participants showed positive changes. Another findings from this research is the core problems which cause depression symptoms is not about their experience as migrate college student."

"Harga diri rendah adalah perasaan atau bentuk dari evaluasi diri yang negatif terhadap diri sendiri atau kemampuan diri. Remaja adalah populasi yang rentan terjadi masalah harga diri rendah. Jika harga diri rendah pada remaja tidak diatasi maka selanjutnya dapat berdampak negatif pada berbagai aspek kehidupan. Terapi kognitif perilaku dilakukan supaya remaja memiliki kemampuan untuk mengatasi harga diri rendah dikombinasikan dengan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga agar keluarga memiliki kemampuan untuk merawat.
Laporan ini dibuat dalam bentuk case series terhadap lima remaja berusia 13-19 tahun dengan masalah harga diri rendah yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa. Kelima pasien dilakukan tindakan keperawatan yang sama yaitu tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku sebanyak enam kali pertemuan dan psikoedukasi keluarga sebanyak dua sampai tiga kali pertemuan.
Hasil tindakan keperawatan yaitu kelima pasien mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengatasi harga diri rendah yang dibuktikan dengan adanya penurunan gejala negatif serta peningkatan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat pasien. Penerapan terapi kognitif perilaku dan psikoedukasi direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi harga diri rendah khususnya pada remaja namun waktu dan jumlah pertemuan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasien supaya diperoleh hasil yang maksimal.

Low self esteem is the feeling or form of a negative self evaluation or self ability. Adolescents are a vulnerable population of low self esteem problems. If low self esteem in adolescents is not overcome then it can have a negative impact on various aspects of life. Cognitive behavioral therapy is performed so that adolescents have the ability to cope with low self esteem combined with family psychoeducation therapy in order for families to have the ability to care for.
This report was made in case series to five 13 19 year olds with low self esteem treated in Mental Hospital. The five patients performed the same nursing action of nursing ners, behavioral cognitive therapy as much as six times of meetings and family psychoeducation of two to three meetings.
The results of nursing actions are the five patients experienced an increase in the ability to overcome low self esteem as evidenced by the decrease of negative symptoms and increased ability of the family in treating patients. The application of behavioral and psychoeducation cognitive therapy is recommended to overcome low self esteem, especially in adolescents, but the time and number of meetings is tailored to the needs of the patient in order to obtain maximum results."

Mencuri adalah salah satu perilaku kenakalan remaja yang dapat mengarah kepada masalah.Perilaku mencuri akan lebih merugikanjika tidak segera dihentikan. Pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan, sering ditemukan keterbatasan dari lingkungan untuk mencegah perilaku mencuri yang sesuai. Untuk remaja, perilaku mencuri yang dibiarkan, akan membuat perilaku tersebut menjadi kebiasaan dan resistenuntuk dihentikan. Saat ini sudah banyak penelitian terkait masalah mencuri, namun masih belum banyak penelitian terkait intervensi untuk mengatasi perilaku mencuri. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimanaprinsip Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalahmencuripadaremaja laki-lakiberusia16tahunyang tinggal di panti asuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desainpenelitiankuasi-eksperimental dengan subjek tunggal (n=1).Partisipandiberikan program intervensisebanyak6sesiuntuk membantu partisipan mengidentifikasi persepsi yang terdistorsi terkait masalah dan menggantinya dengan pikiran yang lebih adaptif.Pengukuran perilaku mencuridilakukan pada fase pra-intervensi,tepat setelah sesi intervensi terakhir diberikan (pasca-intervensi), dan pada fase follow up selang 1bulan setelah pasca-intervensi.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan perilaku mencuri pada remaja berdasarkan alat ukur SRDS. Selain itu wali juga melaporkan adanya perubahan perilaku dengan tidak munculnya perbuatan mencurihingga intervensi berakhir.

ABSTRACT
Stealing is one of juvenile delinquence behaviours that can lead to problems. Stealing behaviour can lead to damaging problemsif not haltedimmediately. For adolescencesthat stay in the orphanage,it isoften found limited care to prevent stealing behaviour.Stealing behaviour will be resistant or difficult to stop, if it not halted or prevented immediately.Although there are studies about stealing, there is limited research concerning treatments that resolve stealing behaviour. This study aims to see how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principle can be applied toresolve stealing behaviour in a 16-year-old male that live in the orphanage. This study usesquasi-experimental design with singlecase subject (n=1). Participant wasgiven6 CBT session to help him identified distorted perceptions that contribute to their problems and find an alternative thought that are more adaptive. Measurement of stealing behaviourwere carried out in the pre-testphase, right after the last interventionsession was given (post-test), and in the follow-up phase 1months later.The results of this study indicated decreasing stealing behaviour on SRDS measuring instrument. The guardian also reported change in behaviour by not stealing anymore until the intervention ended."

"ABSTRAK
Skizofrenia merupakan penyakit neurobiologis berat dan terus menerus yang mengakibatkan terganggunya kehidupan individu. Tanda gejala yang terjadi klien berupa berupa gejala positif dan gejala negatif dengan diagnosis keperawatan harga diri rendah kronik dan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Tujuan karya ilmiah akhir spesialis ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan tanda gejala dan kemampuan klien harga diri rendah kronik dan risiko perilaku kekerasan setelah mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners generalis dan ners spesialis : terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif. Asuhan medik adalah pemberian antipsikotik dan asuhan keperawatan adalah tindakan ners dan ners spesialis. Metode karya ilmiah akhir yang digunakan adalah riset operational dengan jumlah sampel 30 klien. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa tanda dan gejala harga diri rendah kronik dan risiko perilaku kekerasan menurun secara bermakna (p-value ≤ 0.05) dan kemampuan klien meningkat secara bermakna (p-value ≤ 0.05) setelah pemberian tindakan keperawatan ners generalis dan ners spesialis terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif. Pemberian kombinasi tindakan ners, ners spesialis terapi kognitif perilaku dan latihan asertif sangat direkomendasikan untuk penatalaksanaan diagnosis keperawatan harga diri rendah kronik dan risiko perilaku kekerasan.

ABSTRACT
Schizophrenia is a severe and continuous neurobiological disease that results in disruption of individual life. Signs and symptoms that occur on clients are in the form of positive symptoms and negative symptoms with a nursing diagnosis chronic low self-esteem and the risk of violent behavior. The purpose of this specialist s final scientific work is to determine changes in signs and symptoms and the client's ability who have chronic low self-esteem and the risk of violent behavior after obtaining nursing actions by generalist nurses and specialist nurses : cognitive behaviour therapy and assertiveness training. Medical care is the provision of antipsychotics and nursing care is the action of nurses and specialist nurses. The final scientific method used is operational research with a sample of 30 clients. The results of this study showed that the signs and symptoms of chronic low self-esteem and the risk of violent behavior decreased significantly (p-value ≤ 0.05) and the ability of clients increased significantly (p-value ≤ 0.05) after giving generalist nursing actions and specialist nursing actions cognitive behaviour therapy and assertiveness training. Giving a combination of actions by nurses, specialist nurses cognitive behaviour therapy and assertiveness training is highly recommended for the management of nursing diagnoses of chronic low self-esteem and the risk of violent behavior."

"[Latar Belakang : Konflik relasi berpacaran rentan dialami oleh dewasa muda. Konflik yang tidak terselesaikan memunculkan kekerasan dalam pacaran. Kekerasan dalam pacaran mungkin terjadi dalam bentuk fisik, psikologis, seksual dan ekonomi. Riwayat pengalaman traumatis yang dialami sebelumnya oleh individu, membentuk self-esteem rendah pada individu dan membuka peluang pada individu untuk kembali terjebak pada relasi berkekerasan yang serupa, salah satunya kekerasan dalam pacaran. Self-esteem yang rendah mengakibatkan korban sulit untuk keluar dari siklus relasi berkekerasan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi untuk meningkatkan self-esteem pada dewasa muda yang mengalami kekerasan dalam pacaran. Intervensi yang telah terbukti efektif dalam menangani self-esteem yang rendah adalah cognitive behavior therapy. Metode : Penelitian ini berupa intervensi CBT pada 4 orang partisipan. Desain penelitian ini termasuk dalam one group pretest-posttest design (before and after). Analisis : Analisis dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan data kuantitatif dari hasil pre-test dan post-test pada alat ukur RSES. Analisa kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap perkembangan dan perubahan yang dialami partisipan. Hasil : CBT cukup berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan self-esteem pada partisipan, namun demikian intervensi selama 6 sesi pertemuan ini dirasa belum cukup untuk mengatasi permasalahan kekerasan dalam pacaran secara menyeluruh. Partisipan mengalami perubahan aspek kognitif dan perilaku. Partisipan merasa percaya diri dan nyaman terhadap penampilan fisik maupun kemampuan yang dimiliki. Partisipan memperoleh pemikiran yang lebih realistis untuk keluar dari relasi pacaran yang tidak sehat.

Dating violence may occur in physical, psychological, sexual, and economic matter. Previous traumatic events, experienced by individual, conceive low self-esteem and provide more possible chance for individual to get back to the same violence based relationship, including dating violence. Low self-esteem causes the victims to withdraw themselves from the violence-based relationship. Hence, interventions are required to enhance self-esteem on young adults who experience dating violence. Cognitive behavior therapy is considered effective in enhancing self-esteem. Method: This research investigated CBT intervention on 4 participants with the research design of one group pretest-posttestdesign(before and after). Analysis: Analysis was carried out by comparing quantitative data of pre-test and post-test result acquired from RSES instrument. Qualitative analysis was carried out through interview and observation on the development and changes experienced by participants. Results: CBT is influential enough in enhancing self-esteem on participants, nevertheless 6 meetings session of intervention are considered less effective in solving dating violence entirely. Qualitative result indicated that participants experienced changes in cognitive and behavior aspects. Participants felt confident and secure either about their physical performance or their competence. Low self-esteem causes the victims to withdraw themselves from the violence-based relationship. Hence, interventions are required to enhance self-esteem on young adults who experience dating violence. Cognitive behavior therapy is considered effective in enhancing self-esteem. Method: This research investigated CBT intervention on 4 participants with the research design of one group pretest-posttestdesign(before and after). Analysis: Analysis was carried out by comparing quantitative data of pre-test and post-test result acquired from RSES instrument. Qualitative analysis was carried out through interview and observation on the development and changes experienced by participants. Results: CBT is influential enough in enhancing self-esteem on participants, nevertheless 6 meetings session of intervention are considered less effective in solving dating violence entirely. Qualitative result indicated that participants experienced changes in cognitive and behavior aspects. Participants felt confident and secure either about their physical performance or their competence. Participants obtained realistic thinking to withdraw themselves from unhealthy dating relationship.]"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas program cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) untuk meningkatkan self-esteem pada remaja dari keluarga dengan status sosial ekonomi rendah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja perempuan usia 11 tahun yang memiliki self-esteem rendah. Self-esteem diukur dengan menggunakan skala Self-Perception Profile for Children (SPPC) dari Harter (2012). Penelitian ini merupakan single subject design tipe AB yang terdiri atas 12 sesi terhadap subjek dan 2 sesi terhadap orangtua.
Berdasarkan pengukuran yang dilakukan melalui SPPC dan kemajuan subjek yang memenuhi indikator pada setiap pertemuan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa CBT efektif untuk meningkatkan self-esteem pada remaja dari keluarga dengan status sosial ekonomi rendah pada seluruh domain, baik global self-esteem maupun specific self-esteem.

This study conducted to understand the effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) in increasing self-esteem on adolescent with low socioeconomic status. The participant of the study is a 11 year old adolescent who has low selfesteem. Self-esteem was assessed by the Self-Perception Profile for Children (SPPC) from Harter (2012), one of the most used measures of global and specific self-esteem. This study was a single subject design type AB that consist of 12 child sessions and 2 parents sessions.
Based on the measurement that has been done using SPPC and progress indicators that meet the subject at each meeting, it can be concluded that the CBT effectively increase global and specific self-esteem on adolescent with low socioeconomic status.
