Abstrak :
Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan perilaku caring dan motivasi dengan kinerja menerapkan prinsip etik keperawatan di RSUD Sragen. Desain penelitian deskripsi korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional. Tempat penelitian di ruang IRNA dan ICU pada minggu ke-3 dan ke-4 April 2010. Sampel penelitian seluruh perawat pelaksana di IRNA RSUD Sragen, yaitu 100 perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku caring (p=0,000), dimensi respectful (p=0,000), dimensi assurance of human presence (p=0,000), motivasi (p=0,001), otonomi (p=0,006), tanggung jawab (p=0,000), dan kebijakan (p=0,004) berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kinerja menerapkan prinsip etik. Variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan adalah dimensi assurance of human presence.
This research aims to identify the relationship between caring behavior and motivation with performance in applying nurse ethics principles in nursing caring Public Hospital of Sragen (RSUD Sragen). The research design uses correlation description with cross sectional design. The place of research is hospitalized rooms and ICU in the third and the fourth week of April 2010. The research sample are all nurses in duty in Hospitalized Installation, they are 100 nurses. The result shows caring behavior (p=0.000), respectful dimension (p=0,000), assurance of human presence dimension (p=0,000), motivation, autonomy (p=0,006), responsibility (p=0,000) and policy (p=0,004) related significantly with performance of nurse in duty in applying ethics principles. The dominant variable is assurance of human presence dimension caring behavior.

Abstrak :
This research is merely correlational descriptive design which purposed to identify on correlation of individual factor and organisation factor with nurse caring behaviour at Treatment Instalationt at RSUD Kota Bandung. The population of this research are thoroughly staff nurses at 4 treatment room unit. Number of research samples are 43 nurses totally conducted. Data analysis are initiated from univariat test, bivariat and proceeded with multivariate tests. The results describe that there is a significant correlation among individual factors (age and experience) and organisation factor (leadership, compensation, organisation structure, and job desain) with nurse caring behaviour. The Head of Room Unit as a leader should posses a high ability to empowering others, in line with that a responsibility. Organitation structure that must be see. Nurse as public service agents need to improve quality and quantity during performing their duty and responsible, they need to provide opportunity to attending skill development training. Further research recommendation should be conducted in depth review by nurse caring behaviours.

ABSTRAK Kepuasan kerja perawat merupakan indikator mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Perilaku caring merupakan kinerja perawat yang menjadi inti dari praktik keperawatan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat pelaksana di RSUD Cibinong. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap sebanyak 108 orang dengan teknik proportional sampling. Uji bivariat menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat pelaksana (p=0,000, CI 95%). Perawat yang merasa puas mempunyai peluang 4,7 kali untuk berperilaku caring. Uji regresi logistik menyatakan bahwa kepuasan kerja intrinsik merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Manajer keperawatan harus melakukan monitoring kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana serta melakukan pengarahan dan pengawasan pelaksanaan caring. Perawat yang kurang berperilaku caring harus diberikan pembinaan, sedangkan untuk rekrut perawat baru perlu melakukan psikotes untuk mengkaji faktor intrinsik calon perawat baru.
ABSTRACT Nurse job satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of nursing care and affects performance. Caring behavior as the performance of nurse which become the core of nursing practice in providing quality of nursing care. Caring is the essence of nursing practice that reflects the quality of nursing care. This study aims to identify the relationship of job satisfation with caring behavior of nurses in Cibinong Hospital. This study was a descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The research sample were taken nurses in the inpatient unit as many as 108 people with a stratified sampling technique. Bivariate test using a chi-square showed no relationship between job satisfaction and nurses caring behavior (p < 0.05). Nurses who were satisfy have the opportunity to practice caring 4.7 times. Logistic regression analysis stated that intrinsic job satisfaction is the most dominant factor. Nursing managers should be monitoring job satisfaction as well as the direction and supervision of the implementation of caring. Nurse who practice caring less should be given guidance. For new nurses in recruit nurses should emphasize the intrinsic factor this would include making psikotes.

Perilaku caring perawat merupakan esensi dari ilmu keperawatan ldquo;the heart of nursing rdquo; , karena hal ini merupakan penentu kualitas dan mutu pelayanan asuhan keperawatan dan secara langsung akan berdampak terhadap tingkat kecemasan, tingkat stres dan strategi koping keluarga primary caregiver yang anggota keluarganya mendapatkan perawatan di instalasi gawat darurat IGD . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan, tingkat stres dan strategi koping keluarga primary caregiver yang anggota keluarganya dirawat di IGD. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelasi, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden, pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Caring Behavior Assesmant Tool CBA , Depression Anxiety Stress Scales DASS 42 dan F COPES Family Crisis Oriented Personal Scales . Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan tingkat kecemasan Pvalue 0.001; r -0,0362 , tingkat stress keluarga Pvalue 0.000; r -0,467 dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan strategi koping keluarga P value 0.938, r -0,009. . Hasil Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa perilaku caring perawat harus dijadikan sebagai budaya dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan serta pihak manajeman rumah sakit menentukan kebijakan berkaitan kebijakan mengenai perilaku caring perawat di layanan instalasi gawat darurat.
ABSTRACT
Caring behavior of nurses is the essence of nursing science the heart of nursing , as this is what determines the quality and service quality nursing care and will directly affect the level of anxiety, stress and coping strategies family primary caregiver who had family members get care in the emergency department ED . This study aims to identify the correlation between nurse caring behaviors with levels of anxiety, stress and family coping strategies caregiver whose family members were treated in the ER. Methods This study used a descriptive correlation approach, with a total sample of 75 respondents, the sample selection was conducted by sampling proposive. The research instrument used Assesmant Caring Behavior Tool CBA , Depression Anxiety Stress Scales DASS 42 and F Copes Family Crisis Oriented Personal Scales . Results of the study found that there is a correlation between nurse caring behaviors with a level of anxiety pvalue 0.001 r 0.0362 , the level of family stress Pvalue 0.000 r 0.467 and there is no correlation between nurse caring behaviors with family coping strategies P value 0938, r 0.009. . The results of this study imply that nurses caring behavior should be used as a culture in providing nursing care and hospital management determines the policies related policies on caring behavior of nurses in emergency department services

Indeks Kinerja Individu (IKI) sebagai hasil penilaian kinerja perawat seharusnya menggambarkan perilaku caring perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan perilaku caring dengan Indeks Kinerja Individu perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional melibatkan 228 perawat pelaksana di satu rumah sakit pemerintah di Jakarta yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengukuran menggunakan Caring Behavior Inventory (CBI)-42 dan IKI didapat dari data sekunder. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara perilaku caring dengan Indeks Kinerja Individu perawat pelaksana (p=0,680) walaupun skor perilaku caring perawat tinggi dan nilai IKI yang sangat baik. Selain itu didapatkan dimensi hubungan positif dan memberikan perhatian dalam perilaku caring perlu ditingkatkan. Kesimpulan: Perilaku caring tidak berhubungan dengan Indeks Kinerja Individu, namun hal ini kemungkinan karena perilaku caring mendapat proporsi yang kecil dalam penilaian tersebut. Penilaian kinerja yang mengevaluasi perilaku caring perawat secara lebih obyektif dan dari survey kepuasan pasien perlu dikembangkan agar dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan program penguatan perilaku caring.

ABSTRAK
Kompetensi pembimbing klinik berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan perilaku caring dan komitmen perawat baru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kompetensi pembimbing klinik dengan perilaku caring dan komitmen perawat baru di RS. Desain penelitian adalah analitik komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional pada 104 perawat baru di satu RS di wilayah Jakarta Selatan yang dipilih dengan metode random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Kuesioner Kompetensi Pembimbing Klinik, Caring Behavior Inventory CBI -24 dan kuesioner Komitmen Allen Meyer. Hasil uji t-independent menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kompetensi pembimbing klinik dengan perilaku caring perawat baru p < 0,001; ? = 0,05 dan hasil uji chi square menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara kompetensi pembimbing klinik dan komitmen perawat baru p = 0,844 . Uji regresi linier mendapatkan bahwa karakteristik personal pembimbing klinik merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yang berhubungan perilaku caring. Upaya pembinaan dan pemeliharaan karakteristik personal caring yang baik perlu diprogramkan, juga pelatihan dan penyegaran pembimbing klinik perlu dimasukkan dalam perencanaan strategis dan rencana kerja tahunan. ABSTRACT
Competence of clinical instructure contributes to improving caring behavior and commitment of new nurses to improve the quality of nursing service. This study aims to identify the relationship of clinical instructure rsquo s competence with caring behavior and commitment of new nurses at the hospital. The study design was analytic comparative with the cross sectional approach of 104 new nurses in one hospital in South Jakarta area selected by random sampling method. The measuring instruments used are Competency Guidance Questioner Clinic, Caring Behavior Inventory CBI 24 and Allen Meyer 39 s Commitment Questionnaire. The result of the t independent test showed that there was a relationship between clinical instructure rsquo s competence and caring behavior of new nurse p 0,001 0,05 and chi square test showed the clinical instructure rsquo s competence was not relation to new nurse rsquo s commitment p 0,844 . The linear regression test found that personal characteristics of clinical instructure were the most dominant factor in caring behavior. Better coaching and maintenance of good personal caring characteristics needs to be programmed, as well as training and review of clinical instructures should be included in strategic planning and annual workplans. Perilaku caring dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis, salah satunya adalah karakteristik kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik kepribadian dan perilaku caring perawat di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yang melibatkan 153 perawat di satu rumah sakit swasta di Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Caring Behavior Inventory (CBI-24) dan data sekunder hasil tes Myers Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI). Hasil uji anova didapatkan ada perbedaan skor perilaku caring di antara karakteristik kepribadian, namun tidak bermakna secara statistik (p=0,320; α=0,05). Hasil analis post hoc test didapatkan perawat berkarakteristik conceptualizers memiliki skor perillaku caring tertinggi, sementara experiencers memiliki skor terendah. Kesimpulan: Karakteristik kepribadian menurut MBTI tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku caring perawat. Hal ini mungkin karena MBTI tidak secara spesifik mengukur kepribadian caring. Hasil tes psikologi tentang karakteristik kepribadian perawat dapat digunakan dalam pengembangan karir dan penempatan perawat. Akan tetapi, alat ukur yang lebih spesifik mengukur kepribadian caring diperlukan untuk seleksi dan mengukur perilaku caring perawat yang lebih stabil.
Caring behavior can be influenced by psychological factors, one of which is personality characteristics. This study aimed to determine the relationship between personality characteristics with nurses' caring behavior in hospitals. The study design used a cross-sectional approach involving 153 nurses in a private hospital in Jakarta. The samples selected by convenience sampling technique. This study used Caring Behavior Inventory (CBI-24) and secondary data from Myers Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI) test results. The result of statistic test found that there was a difference in caring behavior scores among personality characteristics, but it was not statistically significant (p = 0.320; α= 0.05), In the post hoc test analysis showed that the conceptualizers's nurses had the highest caring behavior score, while the experiencers's nurses had the lowest scores Conclusion: Personality characteristics according to the MBTI are not related to the caring behavior of nurses. The possible cause that MBTI does not specifically measure caring personality. The results of psychological tests on the personality characteristics of nurses can be used in career development and nurses placement. However, a more specific tool in measuring caring personality is needed to identify and measure the nurse caring behavior which is more stable.

Perilaku caring sebagai identitas diri perawat pada kenyataannya masih belum sepenuhnya diterapkan dalam setiap asuhan keperawatan, adanya peningkatan beban kerja serta menurunnya komitmen kerja perawat dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi memberikan dampak terhadap kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan beban dan komitmen kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat di Rumah Sakit. Desain penelitian dengan observasional menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional pada 47 perawat yang dipilih dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan Caring Nurse-Patient Interaction CNPI versi-23 menilai aspek frekuensi perawat melakukan tindakan keperawatan yang mencerminkan perilaku caring A Three Component Allen and Meyer rsquo;s Instruments TCM untuk mengukur komitmen kerja perawat sedangkan beban kerja dengan teknik pengamatan work sampling. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan perilaku caring perawatan kenyamanan p=0,02 , hubungan antara komitmen kerja dengan perilaku caring perawatan klinis p=0,01 , hasil pengamatan beban kerja belum mencapai nilai optimum 72,72 . Rekomendasi yang diberikan agar top manajer melakukan evaluasi terhadap fungsi manajemen yang ada, telah menggambarkan perilaku caring sebagai acuan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Perlu disusun standar analisis beban kerja yang lebih objektif sehingga peran dan fungsi SDM Keperawatan lebih produktif.
ABSTRACT
Caring behavior as a nurse 39 s self identities is in fact still not fully applied in every nursing care, an increase in workload and decreased nurse occupational commitment in achieving organizational goals have an impact on patient satisfaction on health services. This study aims to identify the relationship nursing workload and occupational commitment with caring behavior of nurses at Ministry Hospital. Research design with observasional using cross sectional approach on 47 nurses selected by consecutive sampling technique. Measurements using Caring Nurse Patient Interaction CNPI with 23 statements to assess the frequency aspect of nurses performing nursing actions that reflect caring behavior. A Three Component Allen and Meyer 39 s Instruments TCM to measure nurses 39 occupational commitments while nursing workload with work sampling observation techniques. The result of statistical test showed that there was a correlation between nursing workload and comfort care of caring behavior p 0,02 , relation between occupational commitment and clinical care of caring behavior p 0,01 , nursing workload observation not yet reached optimum value 72,72 . Recommendations gaven to top managers to evaluate the existing management functions, has described caring behavior as a reference in providing nursing care. A more objective workload analysis standard is needed so that the roles and functions of the Nursing were more productive.
