"ABSTRACTIt has become as daily sightings in many big cities in Indonesia, where a group of children is singing, begging, and walking from one car to others, just to make money on the street. They are children who work on the streets, often called as street children. On the other hand, a babysitter aged 12 years, is holding a bowl of rice, back and forth chasing a little girl to feed. Meanwhile, in Jember, children are sitting and busy rolling cigarettes for a tobacco factory. Without "bargaining power", these labors are extremely vulnerable for exploitation and violence acts, such as trafficking victims, underage prostitutes, and substituted beggars. As in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, this situation must be resolved. Children are nation?s young future leaders. Laws and regulations on the rights and protection of children should be informed in all economy sub-sectors. It should not involve child labor in any business ventures. And so on with strengthening law enforcement for violations of child labor."

"Gender role socialization is a process of becoming a women or a man, which person will behave as a male or a female as is expected by society. Usually, women carry out their domestic tasks while men play the instrumental tasks. The gender stereotypes create gender hierarchy where men are higher and powerful than women. The gender hierarchy influenced by patriarchy culture. This ideology presents in every facet of living such as law, politics, economy, education, religion, family and occupation. It is shown in many evidences of inequality and discrimination against women.Recently there is equality between men and women in daily life. She or he should choose whether to take the gender difference-based role or not. "Androgyny" is an interesting notion to be discussed. Sociological point of view identifies to the human roles which are no longer gender-based. The issue would be families start to transmit androgyny values to the members, so that androgyny society can be realized in the future, to reduce the patriarchy culture."

"Since University of Indonesia got PHK institution award in 2007, Introduction to Sociology (PIS) is then promoted as a university service subject using IT so that learning innovation may increase efficiency, quality and standardization. Introduction to sociology, not only in FISIP, but other faculty in University is regarded as a required as well as non required subject, 2 to 3 SKS. Therefore, it can be said that the subject is not compulsory for all students, or optional. In the year of 2008, within one semester, two third of main issues of Introduction to sociology subject in the form of ICT based module has been produced. In 2009, the module has been tested in 3 faculties namely FIB, FH, and FISIP in UI. The experience of the content developers during module preparation could not be imagine beforehand, since it was the first one. Therefore, based on the experience, in the future, the content developers will always be assisted by some experts in technical matters. Exposure in the seminar resulting pretty good appreciation, notably when it was only the beginning of the whole project. Especially when the project is the first subject using ICT in FISIP. Moreover, student survey testified that e-learning can become an interesting teaching and learning supplement. For the students, e-learning module-test is an attractive new experience. Discussion process, quiz, and watching a film, are new interesting learning methods. From the lecturer point of view, the class quiz preparation may become a hard work, however, the next task, such as quiz scoring, can be produced automatically. Reviewing discussion and students papers need another time and effort. For lecturers who are keen on sitting a couple time in front of computers, evaluating student papers is unproblematic. However, it is quite a problem for those who are not used to. This should be a concern of the institutions conducting e-learning program. The remuneration systems for teachers/instructors is also a subject to be discussed in the future."

"ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine the extent to which the trainingorganization produces: definition and how to organize and clearknowledge for the management cadre that can be done easily and simply.The research was done to increase the number of cadres and the numberof groups the organization in order to reduce child malnutrition as childrenwith underweight. The experiment was conducted by using ActionResearch to see the results of the transformation in practical conditionsusing only post-test evaluation without control, with three stages oftraining, namely: preparation, execution and evaluation. Has achieved anincrease in the number of cadres and organizations, as well as theachievement of targets for the implementation of training and trainingsatisfaction, established an organizational structure with its work and thework plan for 2016 and 2017. The training has shown better results beforethan after and need further development."

"ABSTRACTTraining in the form of knowledge and skills in using software to strengthening organization for children malnutrition, need software application with technical Assistants for cadres as software user which is required in organizational development. This study investigates the use of software applications by guidance to cadre for skill to use and technical assistance for software to improve performance. The method used is action research and research qualitative. The use of software by cadres are expected to provide benefits and also make adjustments to the software with existing conditions. Technical assistance activities for the cadres in accessing and analyzing information using Stakeholder Analysis. Finally cadre of skilled and adaptive use of software to collect data, analysis and solve problems as they arise. Technical Assistant executed repeatedly, until the participants are able to practice and software adaptively can be use."
