"Penelitian ini ialah mengenai pengelolaan informasi di MaPPI FHUI khususnya yang berhubungan dengan penyusunan laporan kegiatan untuk para klien MaPPI FHUI, dengan menggunakan dan menerapkan model Audit Informasi yang dibuat oleh Susan Henczel. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi proses alur informasi yang mencakup cara mendapatkan dan mengolah informasi di MAPPI FHUI dan untuk mengetahui masalah dan hambatan yang timbul dalam pengelolaan informasi yang mencakup cara mendapatkan, memeriksa, dan mengolah informasi yang digunakan untuk membuat laporan kegiatan serta untuk menunjang proses perumusan kebijakan-kebijakan MaPPI FHUI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap empat orang informan. Penulis berpendapat bahwa MaPPI FHUI perlu melakukan audit informasi dalam upaya mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan sahih, mulai dari mendapatkan informasi, mengolah informasi sebagai sumber penyusunan laporan kegiatan MaPPI FHUI sebagai pertanggung jawaban MaPPI FHUI ke masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses alur informasi di MaPPI FHUI yang diperiksa dengan mengggunakan model Audit Informasi dari Suzan Henczel, belum berlangssung dengan baik sehingga menghambat proses penyusunan laporan kegiatan MaPPI FHUI dan proses pembuatan kebijakan baru Ma PPI FHUI. Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan Ma PPI FHUI belum berfungsi sebagai pusat sumber informasi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi MaPPI FHUI.

This research is about the process of managing information at MaPPI FHUI, that is specifically related to the preparation of activity reports for the clients of MaPPI FHUI, by using and implementing Information Audit model made by Susan Henczel. The objectives of this research are to identify the information flow process that covers how to get and to process the information at MaPPI FHUI, and to find out problems and constraints that arise in managing the information including how to get and to examine the information, and then to process the information that will be used to prepare the activity reports as well as to support the process of formulating the policies of Ma PPI FHUI. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation and in-depth interview methods towards four informants. The writer suggests that to get authoritative and accurate information, MaPPI FHUI should conduct an information audit which covers the process of getting and processing the information that will be used to prepare the activity reports of MaPPI FHUI for the community. The result of the research shows that the information flow process in MaPPI FHUI has not been running well, which hinders the process of activity report preparation and to hinder the process of formulating new policies of MaPPI FHUI. The research also shows that MaPPI FHUI library has not been functioning as the center of information sources to fullfill the information needs of MaPPI FHUI."

"Pembangunan Infrastruktur khususnya Jalan Tol mempunyai peranan penting terhadap pengembangan perkotaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kebijakan pemerintah saat Pandemi Covid-19, yaitu PPKM. Objek penelitian ini yaitu Jalan Tol Cibitung – Cilincing. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dilengkapi dengan metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan melakukan deskripsi melalui sumber data konstruksi dan operasional, lalu dilengkapi dengan analisis di komponen biaya konstruksi bulanan dari Maret 2020 sampai dengan Juli 2021, serta melakukan wawancara, dan melakukan perbandingan antara proyeksi lalu lintas rencana tahun 2020, dan 2021 dan realisasinya saat pengopersian jalan tol Agustus 2021 – Agustus 2022. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan gambaran aspek dan komponen biaya apa saja yang paling terdampak akibat kebijakan PPKM dan penyelesaian pembangunan serta operasional Jalan Tol Cibitung – Cilincing melalui prinsip multidisiplin ilmu dan perkotaan.

Infrastructure development, specifically toll roads, has an important role in urban development. This research was conducted to analyze and evaluate government policies during the Covid-19 Pandemic, PPKM. The object of this research is the Cibitung – Cilincing Toll Road. The method used during the research was descriptive analysis, also completed with quantitative and qualitative method, it is conducting descriptions through construction and operational data sources, then complemented by analysis of the monthly construction cost components from March 2020 to July 2021, as well as conducting interviews, and making comparisons between the projected traffic plans for 2020, and 2021 and its realization during the operation of the August 2021 - August 2022 toll road. The results of this research will provide an overview of which aspects and cost components are most affected by the PPKM policy and the completion of the construction and operation of the Cibitung - Cilincing Toll Road through the multidisciplinary and urban principle."
