Krisis finansial global yang terjadi pada semester tahun 2008 telah mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan industri perbankan nasional. Di tengah krisis yang menerpa perbankan nasional, BTN berhasil tumbuh. Dengan visi menjadi bank pembiayaan perumahan terbaik, BTN fokus pada sektor KPR. Tesis ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi penerapan formulasi strategi secara teoritis dan best practice akan menghasilkan suatu struktur kuat secara fundamental hingga tetap dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dalam segala kondisi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran uraian proses formulasi strategi pada divisi kredit bank BTN.

Banking Industry growth is always affected by external factors which sometime lead to an unwanted situation. Global financial crisis in 2008 has affected the growth rate of national banking industry. In this period of had time, Bank BTN was able to grow With a vision to become a the best housing credit bank, BTN decide to focus in housing credit sector. This thesis will show that a collaboration between theoretical and best practice strategic formulation will form a fundamentally strong structure that enable BTN to keep growing and expanding. The result of this study will give a clear picture on BTN credit division?s strategy formulation process."

"Perluasan coverage atau jangkauan dari suatu operator seluler dapat dilakukan tidak hanya pada cakupan nasional dengan membangun BTS (Base Transmission Station) yang lebih banyak secara indoor dan outdoor, tetapi dapat juga dilakukan dengan memperluas jangkauan internasional melalui kerjasama International Roaming. Beberapa service yang terkait dengan International Roaming adalah Voice/Data Roaming, GPRS/MMS Roaming dan SMS Interworking.
International Roaming bukan sekedar layanan dasar bagi pelanggan. Pengelolaan yang baik dan optimal akan menjadikannya bisnis global yang dapat menjadi revenue center bagi suatu operator. Pelayanan ini telah lama diberikan kepada pelanggan tetapi pengelolaan untuk mewujudkan bisnis global yang bisa menjadi revenue center bagi operator belum dilakukan dengan optimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari belum dilakukannya terobosan-terobosan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan. Bisnis ini akan selalu berkembang sebagai bisnis global tidak hanya pada service voice dan SMS saja, tetapi akan terus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi komunikasi seluler seperti GPRS/MMS, CAMEL, EDGE dan UMTS. Kondisi ini menuntut operator untuk dapat menerapkan kerjasama International Roaming sesuai dengan level service yang ada dan harus dapat bekerjasama dengan operator yang memiliki frekuensi dan teknologi yang berbeda.
Perlu adanya perencanaan strategi dan kebijakan manajemen pada suatu unit operator seluler untuk menangani, mengelola dan mengembangkan bisnis global International Roaming. Pembuatan strategi manajemen ini bertujuan supaya operator tetap dan semakin bertahan (survive) dalam menghadapi tantangan, ancaman dan sekaligus dapat mengambil peluang yang ada saat pertumbuhan jumlah pelanggan seluler di Indonesia menurun.
Penanganan bisnis ini melibatkan hampir dari semua unit, mulai dari frontliner hingga teknisi atau operator dan juga melibatkan level management setingkat direksi hingga dengan customer service. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bisnis ini adalah suatu bisnis besar yang melibatkan banyak pihak. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu strategi dan kebijakan yang tepat untuk menangani bisnis International Roaming ini.

Coverage extension of a cellular operator can be done not only in national scope by developing more indoor and outdoor BTS (Base Transmission Station) but also in international scope by extending it through International Roaming cooperation. Some services connected to the International Roaming are Voice/Data Roaming, GPRS/MMS Roaming and SMS Interworking.
International Roaming is not only work as a basic service for the customer. Good and optimum management will turn it into a global business so that it can become a revenue center for an operator. This service has given to the customer for several time before but the optimum management which can make it a global business that can become a revenue center for the operator is not done yet. This can be seen from the un-existing development breakthrough for service increment. This business not only will always develop as a global business in service voice and SMS but also will always follow the cellular technology development such as GPRS/MMS, CAMEL, EDGE and UMTS. This condition pushed the operator for applying International Roaming cooperation that appropriate to the existing service level. They also must able to cooperate with operators which have different frequency and technology.
Strategic planning and management policy in a cellular operator unit are needed for handling, managing and developing the International Roaming global business. The purpose of this strategic management is to make the operator exist and survive in facing some challenges and threats. It is also hoped that the operator can take the market opportunity when someday the cellular costumer number in Indonesia decrease.
Almost every unit in the organization is involved in handling this business, started from frontlines up to technicians or operators. This also involved the operator management from the board of directors level down to the customer service. It is showed that this business resembles as a big business that will involved many components. In consequence, appropriate strategy and policy are needed for handling this International Roaming business.

"Online marketplace menerapkan berbagai bentuk promosi penjualan untuk menarik pembeli di mana salah satunya adalah flash sale. Flash sale merupakan penjualan produk dengan harga lebih murah dalam jumlah dan waktu terbatas. Pembelian impulsif merupakan perilaku pembelian online yang dapat terjadi di mana pembelian dilakukan secara tiba-tiba serta tanpa perencanaan sebelumnya. Flash sale dapat menjadi peluang bagi online marketplace untuk merangsang dilakukannya pembelian impulsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi pembelian impulsif pada flash sale. Teori Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR), Competitive Arousal Model, Pleasure-Arousal-Dominance (PAD) serta konsep scarcity digunakan untuk merepresentasikan hubungan faktor-faktor pada flash sale terhadap pembelian impulsif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan 1.093 responden dan analisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Wawancara juga dilakukan untuk mendukung hasil penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pembelian impulsif dipengaruhi rangsangan untuk membeli dan perasaan senang. Waktu dan jumlah terbatas memengaruhi rangsangan untuk membeli. Informasi, perasaan terhibur, dan keuntungan ekonomis memengaruhi rangsangan untuk membeli dan perasaan senang. Rangsangan untuk membeli berpengaruh terhadap perasaan senang. Sikap terhadap flash sale dipengaruhi oleh informasi, ketertarikan pada tampilan visual, perasaan terhibur, dan keuntungan ekonomis. Pihak online marketplace dapat memerhatikan keuntungan ekonomis dan pengalaman berbelanja yang menghibur untuk meningkatkan peluang pembelian impulsif pada flash sale.

Online marketplaces use various sales promotions to attract buyers, one of the promotions is flash sale. Flash sale offers products at lower prices in limited quantity and limited time. Impulse buying is an online buying behavior that can occur which purchases are made suddenly and without prior planning. Flash sale can be an opportunity for online marketplaces to stimulate impulse buying. This study aims to examine factors that influence impulse buying on flash sale. Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, Competitive Arousal Model theory, Pleasure-Arousal-Model (PAD) theory and scarcity concept are used to represent the relationship of flash sale factors toward impulse buying. This study was conducted with 1.093 respondents and PLS-SEM is used for analysis. Interviews were also conducted to support the result. Results show impulse buying is influenced by arousal and pleasure. Limited quantity scarcity and limited time scarcity affect arousal. Information, entertainment, and economic benefits affect arousal and pleasure. Arousal affects pleasure and attitude towards flash sale influenced by information, visuality, entertainment, and economic benefits. Online marketplace can give more attention to economic benefits and entertaining shopping experience to increase the chance of impulse buying occurs."

Tesis ini membahas kegiatan business coaching pada agen pos Asha Zafhina yang merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang jasa ekspedisi, bedomisili di daerah Ciangsana. Agen pos merupakan usaha berbentuk kemitraan antara PT.Pos Indonesia dengan individu. Produk utama yang ditawarkan UMKM ini adalah jasa pengiriman surat dan barang. Permasalahan yang menjadi topik utama penulisan tesis ini adalah kondisi keuangan UMKM yang relatif mengalami kerugian setiap bulannya dikarenakan kurangnya masyarakat atau konsumen yang menggunakan jasa UMKM ini.
Tujuan dari penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang analisis laporan keuangan UMKM, memberikan gambaran apakah UMKM ini dapat menghindari kerugian melalui analisis break even point (BEP) serta usulan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dengan cara memperluas jaringan konsumen.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the business coaching activities in the postal agent Asha Zafhina which are MSMEs engaged in freight forwarding services, located in Ciangsana?s area. Postal agent is a business in the form of a partnership between PT.Pos Indonesia and an individual. The main products offered by MSMEs are mail and goods delivery services. The problem that became the main topic of this thesis is the financial condition of MSMEs that relatively losses every month due to lack of people or consumers who use the services of these MSMEs.
The purpose of this thesis is to provide an overview of the analysis of financial statements of MSMEs, gives an idea whether MSMEs can avoid losses through the analysis of break-even point (BEP) as well as the proposed marketing strategy to increase revenue by expanding the network.

Peran UMKM yang sangat luas, baik dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja maupun sumbangan pada Produk Domestik Bruto menyebabkan sebuah NGO bernama Women For the World tertarik untuk membina para UMKM. Usaha mikro pada makanan ringan adalah salah satu binaan Women For the World. UMKM ini berharap agar saluran distribusinya dapat meluas, namun belum memiliki kapasitas yang sesuai untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan utama tersebut, beberapa tujuan antara dibuat agar UMKM memenuhi kapasitas tersebut secara bertahap. Hasil dari program business coaching ini adalah UMKM berhasil mencapai salah satu tujuan antara dan masih terus berporses untuk mencapai tujuan utama.

ABSTRACT
The huge role of SMEs, both in creating employment and its contribution in producing Gross Domestic Product invite a NGO, named Women For the World intereted in developing these SMEs. One of micro-scale entreprise in snacks build upon to do expansion of its distribution channel, however, it needs more capacity to make it comes true. To reach its goal, some intermediate goals created to make the SME fulfill the capacity gradually. The result of the business coaching program is the SME can reach one of intermediate goals and still in process to reach the final go.

Online marketplace merupakan sebuah format e-commerce yang cukup populer di Indonesia dan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dibanding dengan online store pada umumnya. Karakteristik jual-beli dapat dipahami melalui pendekatan relational exchange menggunakan variabel transaction cost. Transactional cost merupakan salah satu komponen penting kegiatan pertukaran baik online maupun offline dan sudah cukup sering di diskusikan dalam berbagai penelitian ilmiah terkait dampaknya terhadap perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengaruh dari information searching cost, moral hazard cost, dan specific asset investment yang merupakan komponen dari transactional cost terhadap perceived value dan repurchase intention dari konsumen online marketplace Forum Jual Beli Kaskus. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengguna FJB Kaskus di kota-kota besar di Jawa, dan data yang didapat diolah dengan menggunakan metode structural equation modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa information searching cost dan moral hazard cost berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pembentukan perceived value yang dirasakan konsumen dalam proses jual-beli, sedangkan specific asset investment tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perceived value konsumen. Selanjutnya dalam kaitannya terhadap intensi pembelian ulang, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa information searching cost dan specific asset investment memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mendorong repurchase intention konsumen.
ABSTRACT
Online marketplace is a fairly popular e-commerce format in Indonesia which has different characteristic compared to the common online stores. Transaction characteristics can be well-explained by relational exhchange approach, using transaction cost variables. Transaction cost is one of the most important component for both online and offline exchange activity and frequently discussed on scientific research related to consumer behavior. This study will analyze the impact of information searching cost, moral hazard cost, and specific asset investment which are the components of transaction cost to perceived value and repurchase intention of consumer of popular online marketplace; FJB Kaskus. Data on this study collected from FJB Kaskus user which live in Java Island’ biggest cities. The data analyzed using two-step approach structural equation modelling. The results indicates that information searching cost and moral hazard cost significantly influence to the consumer perceived value, while specific asset investment has no significant influence to the perceived value. Related to consumer repurchase intention, the result indicates information searching cost and specific asset investment has significant influence on consumer repurchase intention. However, moral hazard cost has no impact on consumer repurchase intention."
