"COVID-19 telah membentuk dunia dalam kondisi yang berbeda-beda. Ini telah mengubah cara kita bertindak, berperilaku, dan memandang sesuatu. Banyak industri yang sangat terkena dampak virus ini, lima industri teratas adalah Penerbangan, Hotel & Hiburan, Mobil, Ritel Khusus, dan Peralatan & Layanan Energi. Dari kelima industri tersebut, Industri Penerbangan merupakan industri yang paling terkena dampaknya. Manajemen pelayanan di bidang penerbangan perlu lebih terjamin pasca pandemi agar operasionalnya terjamin. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan studi kasus pada maskapai penerbangan Indonesia. Ini melibatkan Ground Handling Operations (GHO) / Operasi Penanganan Darat yang operasinya dilakukan secara manual. Sebagai solusinya, kemajuan teknologi melalui Business Process Reengineering (BPR) akan berperan dalam penelitian ini. Metode tersebut bertujuan untuk mengubah proses bisnis awal perusahaan secara drastis melalui penghapusan proses dan integrasi teknologi. Dua fase rekayasa proses bisnis adalah perbaikan proses dan pemodelan proses atau simulasi proses bisnis yang ada. Tujuh skenario perbaikan dihasilkan pada penelitian ini dan waktu pemrosesan untuk setiap kasus berbeda-beda. Setelah simulasi setiap skenario dihasilkan, maka dibuatlah prototipe digital skenario terbaik melalui Pendekatan Manajemen Strategis dan Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

COVID-19 has shaped the world in different conditions. It has changed the way we act, behave, and perceive things. Many industries are highly impacted by the virus, those top five being, Aviation, Hotel & Leisure, Automobiles, Specialty Retail, and Energy Equipment & Services. Out of those five, Aviation Industry is the highly impacted one. The service management inside aviation needs to be further assured for post pandemic so they will obtain their operational excellence back. In this research, a case study on an Indonesian flight carrier is conducted. It involves Ground Handling Operations (GHO) that involves manual & repetitive activities.  As a solution, the advancement of technology through Business Process Reengineering will play a role in this research. The method aims to change the company’s initial business process drastically by process elimination and technology integration. The two phases of business process engineering are process improvement and process modelling or simulation of existing business processes. Seven improvement scenarios are generated on this research and the processing times for each case vary. After the simulation of each scenario is generated, a digital prototype of the best scenario is made through Strategic Management and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Approaches."

"Dengan semakin berkembangnya strategi bisnis dan semakin banyaknya aplikasi yang digunakan oleh airline maka pola komunikasi yang terbentuk akan semakin kompleks. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan antara lain penggunaan infrastruktur yang tidak efisien dan integrasi antar aplikasi yang tidak efisien. Perkembangan strategi bisnis juga menuntut solusi SI/TI yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan bisnis yang ada. Permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut dialami oleh Asyst sebagai salah satu IT provider yang menyediakan solusi SI/TI bagi airline. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada desain enterprise architectureyang dapat mengakomodir bisnis inti airline yang dapat dibangun Asyst agar tercapai resource sharing dan integrasi antar aplikasi. Enterprise architecture dibangun menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah berupa desain enterprise architecture untuk menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada yang telah ditetapkan.

With the development of business strategy and the increasing number of application used by airline, the communication pattern between application will become more complex. This causes some problems, among others is inefficient use of infrastructure and integration between applications. The development of business strategy also demanding IS/IT solution which can accommodate the needs of existing businesses. These problems were faced by Asyst as one of the IT provider who provides IS/IT solution for airline. The research conducted was focused on enterprise architecture design which can accommodate the airline's core business which can be built by Asyst in order to achieve resource sharing and integration between applications. Enterprise architecture was built using TOGAF ADM. The final result of this research is an enterprise architecture design to answer existing problems which has been defined."

"Tesis ini membahas efek modifikasi status hidrasi dengan memperhitungkan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) pada petugas ground handling di Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Yang sering terpajan panas dalam waktu lama, yang dapat menyebabkan dehidrasi dan kelelahan. Lestari (2016) dalam penelitiannya menyatakan iklim kerja yang panas dan melebihi NAB dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya dehidrasi.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, 219 responden yang bekerja di dalam Gedung dan apron. Status hidrasi diukur menggunakan berat jenis urin, IMT diukur dengan berat badan dan tinggi badan, dan kelelahan diukur menggunakan kuisioner IFRC. Hasil penelitian 63,5% responden mengalami kelelahan berat dan 36,5% mengalami kelelahan ringan. 70,3% pekerja memiliki status hidrasi yang baik, sementara 29,7% mengalami dehidrasi. 58,9% responden obesitas dan sisanya 41,1% tidak obesitas. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara status hidrasi terhadap kelelahan kerja (p-value 0,340), ada hubungan signifikan antara IMT dengan kelelahan (p-value 0,014). Ada interaksi antara status hidrasi dengan IMT. Analisis multivariat menyatakan ada hubungan signifikan antara efek modifikasi status hidrasi dengan memperhitungakan IMT terhadap kelelahan (p-value 0,022 dan cOR 1,184). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh status hidrasi terhadap tingkat kelelahan kerja bergantung atau bervariasi menurut status IMT, sehingga diketahu nilai OR pada IMT obesitas (kode 1) adalah 1,46. Artinya responden yang obesitas dengan status dehidrasi berisiko 1,46 kali lebih tinggi pada responden yang mengalami kelelahan berat dibandingkan dengan status euhidrasi setelah dikontrol oleh faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan dan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan.

This thesis discusses the effect of hydration status modification considering Body Mass Index (BMI) on ground handling workers at Soekarno Hatta airport. Those worker are often exposed to prolonged heat, which can cause dehydration and fatigue. Lestari (2016) stated that a hot working climate exceeding TLV can increase the risk of dehydratin. This cross-sectional study involved 219 respondents working inside buildings and the apron. Hydration status was measured using urin specific gravity; BMI was measured with weight and height; and fatigue was measured using the IFRC questionnaire. The result showed that 63,5% of respondents experienced severe fatigue and 36,5% experienced mild fatigue; 70,3% of workers had good hydration status, while 29,7% were dehydrated; 58,9% of respondents were obese and the remaining 41,1% were not obese. Statistical analysis results showed no significant relationship between hydration status and work fatigue (p-value 0,340), but there was a significant relationship between BMI and fatigue (p-value 0,014). There was an interaction between hydration status and BMI. There was also a significant relationship between the effect of hydration status modification considering BMI on fatigue (p-value 0,022 amd cOR 1,184). This shows that the impact of hydration status on the level of work fatigue varies depending on BMI status. The OR value for obese BMI (code 1)was 1,46; meaning that obese respondents with dehydration were 1,46 times more likely to experience severe fatigur compared to respondents with good hydration status, after controlling for work-related and non-work-related risk factors.

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengembangan kepemimpinan bagi manajer lini pertama di PT Aero Wisata sesuai dengan konteks dan kondisi yang terjadi di perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deksriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kesenjangan (gap) antara karakteristik manajer lini pertama yang ideal untuk masuk ke jenjang berikutnya dengan kondisi yang ada pada saat ini. selanjutnya penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Leadership Pipeline yang digunakan sebagai kerangka pemikiran acuan diperusahaan belum dapat sepenuhnya membantu perusahaan dalam mengatasi kesenjangan yang ada. Diperlukan dukungan, peran, tanggungjawab dan komitmen dari perusahaan baik manajemen puncak, atasan langsung para manajer lini pertama dan divisi sumber daya dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan para manajer lini pertama.

This thesis explores a leadership development for first line manager at PT Aero Wisata based on its current context and condition. The type of this research is a qualitative research with descriptive design. The result of this research shows that there is still a gap between an ideal first line manager characteristic which fits to the next level according to the company’s current condition. This research also shows that Leadership Pipeline as a basis of framework reference in the company can not assist the company to overcome the gap. Development will need a support, role, responsibility and commitment from the top management, direct line managers and human resource division in order to develop leadership for first line managers."

"Metode fuzzy-AHP populer digunakan untuk pemilihan alternatif dalam berbagai industri, salah satunya industri aviasi. Sebagai salah satu sektor bisnis aviasi, bisnis sewa pesawat adalah bisnis yang menjanjikan. Sebagai penyedia jasa sewa pesawat, PT. Pelita Air Service sudah melayani berbagai pelanggan dari bermacam-macam industri, kebanyakan berasal dari perusahaan minyak dan gas, menteri, hingga presiden dan wakil presiden RI (pelanggan VVIP), dan pelanggan yang membutuhkan sewa pesawat untuk keperluan dan evakuasi medis. Mengetahui adanya perbedaan dari aspek kebutuhan pelanggan, PT. Pelita Air Service ingin mengembangkan proses bisnis yang berbeda, sehingga 3 ide proses bisnis dengan fokus yang berbeda diajukan: Proses Bisnis 1 yang berfokus terhadap keamanan dan keselamatan, Proses Bisnis 2 yang mengutamakan kenyamanan pelanggan, dan Proses Bisnis 3 yang berfokus terhadap ketersediaan dan kemampuan sumber daya. Fuzzy-AHP diaplikasikan untuk memilih proses bisnis yang sesuai untuk tiap pelanggan. Hasil dari proses pemilihan adalah ditetapkannya proses bisnis 3 untuk perusahaan minyak dan gas, proses bisnis 2 untuk pelanggan VVIP, dan proses bisnis 1 untuk pelanggan yang menyewa pesawat dengan tujuan medis. Ide bisnis proses lalu dipetakan dengan mengacu Airline Process Classification Framework, atau Airline PCF yang merupakan terminologi standar untuk mendefinisikan proses dan ukuran untuk perbandingan yang dibuat oleh APQC.

Fuzzy-AHP method has been used for selection problems in various industry, such as in the aviation industry. One of the promising sectors of the aviation industry in Indonesia is the aircraft charter business. One of the aircraft charter service providers in Indonesia, PT. Pelita Air Service has served various industries; its three main customers include Oil and Gas Producers (OGP) companies, VVIP, such as the ministry, president and vice-president of Indonesia, and customers who charter the aircraft for medical purposes and evacuations (Medivac). Knowing that the customer requirements and needs are different, PT. Pelita Air wants to develop a different business process, thus, three ideas of business processes were proposed: Business Process Idea 1, which focuses on safety and security throughout the flight operations, Business Process Idea 2, which emphasizes customer comfort, and Business Process Idea 3, focusing on resources and skills availability and capacity. The fuzzy-AHP method is conducted to select the most suitable business process idea for each customers. After the selection process, OGP customers have business process idea 3 as their alternative, VVIP customers obtained business process idea 2, and business process idea 1 is selected for Medivac customers. Furthermore, the business process idea is mapped, by benchmarking to Airline Process Classification Framework or Airline PCF, which is the standard for terminology on process definitions and measures for benchmarking established by APQC."

"[ABSTRAK
Evaluasi efektivitas penerapan ERP pada suatu perusahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar manfaat yang diberikan dari ERP tersebut. Ada berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur efektifitas penerapan ERP, salah satunya adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kriteria ? kriteria yang mempengaruhi penerapan ERP pada suatu perusahaan dengan berdasarkan literatur yang ada serta narasumber pada perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan penilaian kriteria dengan menggunakan pendapat dari para narasumber yang mewakili desainer, implementer, trainer, support, dan user. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang sesuai adalah strategy-fit, change management, business functionality, flexibility, benefits serta kriteria turunan dari business functionality yaitu financial, operation dan juga kriteria turunan dari benefits yaitu kualitas data, kualitas laporan. Berdasarkan hasil penilian, ERP pada pada perusahaan sudah memberikan dampak yang positif tetapi masih memerlukan beberapa perbaikan untuk dapat memaksimalkan ERP tersebut terutama dalam hal laporan yang dihasilkan dari ERP tersebut.

Effectiveness evaluation of ERP implementation in a company is very important to know how big the benefits provided from the ERP. There are various methods that can be used to measure the effectiveness of ERP implementation, one of which is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study identifies the criterias that affect the implementation of ERP in a company on the basis of literature and informant at the company. In this study also was assessed the criteria from opinions of the informant representing designers, implementers, trainers, support, and user. The results showed that the appropriate criteria are-fit strategy, change management, business functionality, flexibility, benefits and criteria derived from the business functionality such as financial and operations and also criteria derived from the benefits such as the quality of the data and the quality of the report.
