"Produksi minyak sawit dan inti sawit pada tahun 2018 tercatat sebesar 48,68 juta ton yang terdiri dari 40,57 juta ton CPO (Crude Palm Oil) dan 8,11 juta ton PKO (Palm Kernel Oil). Dalam pengangkutan hasil perkebunan kelapa sawit tersebut, diperlukan armada transportasi atau fleet. Pengelolaan atau manajemen fleet menjadi hal yang harus dijaga, mengingat pentingnya untuk mengakomodir ketersediaan fleet. Salah satu cara untuk mengelola fleet adalah dengan membuat business intelligence dashboard pemantauan fleet tersebut. Pada penelitian terdahulu, perancangan dashboard belum dilakukan pada domain sawit. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan rancangan dashboard BI fleet pada perkebunan kelapa sawit di client PT. XYZ yang membutuhkan pengelolaan fleet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Design Science Research (DSR) dengan dua iterasi. Pada iterasi pertama, dihasilkan rancangan berupa low-fidelity prototype (wireframe) dan pada iterasi selanjutnya dihasilkan rancangan berupa highfidelity prototype (clickable prototype). Prototipe yang dihasilkan memiliki empat tampilan utama, yakni tampilan informasi perjalanan fleet, informasi atribut fleet, informasi alokasi fleet, dan informasi status pupuk. Evaluasi pada iterasi pertama menggunakan wawancara serta iterasi kedua menggunakan wawancara dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Pada iterasi kedua, nilai SUS yang diperoleh adalah 66.25 atau “OK (Acceptable)”, yang menandakan bahwa rancangan telah dibuat dengan cukup baik. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat berupa kontribusi kepada dua area, yaitu sebagai rujukan pengembangan dashboard BI fleet pada perkebunan kelapa sawit, serta perbaikan dan pengembangan rancangan dashboard BI fleet menggunakan metodologi DSR.

Production of palm oil and palm kernel in 2018 was recorded at 48.68 million tons, consisting of 40.57 million tons of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) and 8.11 million tons of PKO (Palm Kernel Oil). In transporting palm oil plantation products, a transportation fleet is needed. Fleet management is something that must be maintained, considering the importance of accommodating fleet availability. One way to manage a fleet is to create a business intelligence dashboard for fleet monitoring. In previous research, dashboard design had not been carried out in the palm oil domain. Therefore, this research aims to develop a BI fleet dashboard design for oil palm plantations at client of PT. XYZ which needs fleet management. This research uses the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology with two iterations. In the first iteration, a design was produced in the form of a low-fidelity prototype (wireframe) and in the next iteration a design was produced in the form of a high-fidelity prototype (clickable prototype). The resulting prototype has four main displays, namely the display of fleet travel information, fleet attribute information, fleet allocation information, and fertilizer status information. Evaluation in the first iteration used interviews and in the second iteration used interviews and the System Usability Scale (SUS). In the second iteration, the SUS value obtained is 66.25 or "OK (Acceptable)", which indicates that the design has been created well. This research provides benefits in the form of contributions to two areas, namely as a reference for developing BI fleet dashboards on oil palm plantations, as well as improving and developing BI fleet dashboard designs using the DSR methodology."

"PT Shippindo Teknologi Logistik atau Shipper merupakan perusahaan penyedia layanan logistik yang menyediakan layanan penyewaan gudang. Sebagai sebuah perusahaan yang memiliki lini bisnis pergudangan, Shipper perlu memiliki visibilitas terhadap informasi penggunaan gudang untuk menjadi landasan dalam melakukan perbaikan dan evaluasi proses bisnis pada lini bisnis pergudangan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Shipper adalah tidak efisien dan optimalnya proses bisnis saat ini untuk mendapatkan informasi penggunaan gudang yang memakan estimasi waktu 7 hari. Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi, alat visualisasi data yang memberikan informasi penggunaan gudang dengan cepat dan akurat telah dikembangkan yakni dashboard. Dashboard yang dihasilkan bertujuan untuk menjadi sumber informasi yang kredibel, cepat, dan mudah dipahami oleh pemangku kepentingan yakni tim produk dalam menjalankan tanggung jawabnya yakni melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan proses bisnis terkhusus pada lini bisnis pergudangan. Dashboard dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Metabase dengan memanfaatkan tabel-tabel data dari tabel basis gudang, basis barang, dan basis penyimpanan. Informasi yang mampu diberikan melalui dashboard yang telah berhasil dikembangkan secara umum mencakup informasi-informasi seperti ketersediaan lokasi di gudang beserta trennya, persentase penggunaan gudang, serta kategori kepadatan lokasi di dalam gudang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, dashboard yang telah dikembangkan dapat memberikan informasi dengan cepat dan mudah dipahami kepada tim produk yang menangani lini bisnis pergudangan.

PT Shippindo Teknologi Logistik or Shipper is a logistics service provider company that provides warehouse rental services. As a company that has a warehousing business line, Shipper needs to have visibility into warehouse utilization information to become the basis for making improvements and evaluating business processes in the warehousing business line. The problem that occurs at Shipper is the inefficiency and optimization of the current business process to obtain warehouse utilization information which takes an estimated time of 7 days. To answer the problems faced, a data visualization tool that provides warehouse utilization information quickly and accurately has been developed, namely a dashboard. The resulting dashboard aims to be a source of information that is credible, fast, and easy to understand by stakeholders, namely the product team in carrying out its responsibilities, namely evaluating and improving business processes, especially in the warehousing business line. The dashboard was developed using Metabase by utilizing data tables from the warehouse base table, item base, and storage base. The information that can be provided through the dashboard that has been successfully developed generally includes information such as the availability of locations in the warehouse and its trends, the percentage of warehouse utilization, and the location density category in the warehouse. Based on the evaluation results, the dashboard that has been developed can provide information quickly and easily understood to the product team handling the warehousing business line."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai bagaimana melakukan perancangan model Dashboard Manajemen untuk mengukur kinerja manajemen pada industri farmasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balance Scorecard dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Perancangan dimulai dari penerjemahan visi, misi dan nilai ke dalam sasaran strategi perusahan hingga indikator kinerja atau Key Performance Indicator )KPI), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menetapkan kriteria keberhasilan kinerja. Hasil dari penelitian implementasi Dashboard menunjukkan kenaikan kinerja sebesar 7%.

The purpose of this study is to design a model called "Dashboard Management system" as an early warning system. The approach used a Balance Scorecard and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to interpreted company vision, mission and value into strategy map and key performance indicator. "Tesis ini membahas tentang pengembangan dasbor pemanfaatan raw data hasil pendataan Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK) sebagai alat bantu perencanaan di Puskesmas. Belum lengkapnya informasi terkait indikator PIS-PK pada dasbor terdahulu melatarbelakangi pengembangan sistem. Penelitian ini merupakan riset operasional dengan teori pendekatan sistem. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) secara iterative. Hasil penelitian berupa dasbor yang berisi tabel dan grafik yang memberikan informasi dari 12 indikator PIS-PK secara detail.

This thesis discusses the development of dashboards using raw data from the Indonesian Program data collection with the Family Approach (PIS-PK) as a planning tools at the Puskesmas. This research is operational research with a systems approach theory. The incomplete information regarding the PIS-PK indicators in the previous dashboard lies behind the development of the system. The development of this information system uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method iteratively. The research results are in the form of a dashboard that contains tables and graphs that provide information from 12 detailed PIS-PK indicators."

"PT Chevron Indonesia Company (CICo) mengalami perubahan organisasi yang sebelumnya termasuk dalam entitas PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) menjadi PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT) sebagai entitas terpisah. Proses perubahan organisasi juga dibarengi dengan proses migrasi aplikasi bisnis. Proses migrasi tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk proyek-proyek tiap aplikasi bisnis. Tidak mungkin mencapai Kesuksesan 100% dalam pengerjaan proyek, tetapi dapat diteliti mengapa sebagian berhasil sebagian tidak. Setelah dilakukan gap analysis, didapat bahwa perlu mengidentifikasi critical success factor proyek pengembangan aplikasi bisnis, kemudian dilakukan pemeringkatan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas perbaikan. Peringkat tertinggi untuk Project Success Criteria (PSC) adalah outcome/benefit/manfaat, dan peringkat tertinggi untuk untuk Critical Success Factor (CSF) adalah dukungan manajemen puncak. Rekomendasi perbaikan disusun berdasarkan permasalahan organisasi dan hasil penelitian.

PT Chevron Indonesia Company (CICo) underwent an organizational change that was previously included in the PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) entity to become PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT) as a separate entity. The process of organizational change is also accompanied by a process of migrating business applications. The migration process is carried out in the form of projects for each business application. It is impossible to achieve 100% success in working on the project, but it can be investigated why some succeed in part or not. After a gap analysis, it was found that it was necessary to identify the critical success factor of the business application development project, and then ranking using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority of improvement. The highest ranking for Project Success Criteria (PSC) is the outcome/benefit, and the highest ranking for Critical Success Factor (CSF) is top management support. Recommendations for improvement are based on organizational issues and research results.

"Penelitian ini mengemban tugas yang penting dalam menghadirkan solusi lokal untuk pengelolaan sistem terdistribusi di jaringan guna filtrasi konten internet publik, sejalan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Meskipun regulasi telah mengamanahkan filtrasi konten, pasar lokal masih kekurangan produk yang memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Dalam upaya mengatasi kekosongan ini, penelitian tersebut menitikberatkan pada perancangan sebuah dashboard yang komprehensif. Dashboard ini tidak hanya mencakup fungsi-fungsi utama yang diuji secara fungsional, tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek keamanan dengan penerapan SSL dan pengujian secara performa. Selain itu, keseluruhan pengembangan, termasuk dari sisi frontend, hingga backend dikerjakan dengan cermat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama telah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, sementara antarmuka yang dibuat telah terbukti mendukung penggunaannya secara efisien. This research undertakes the crucial task of providing a local solution for managing distributed systems in networks to filter public internet content, in line with the prevailing regulations in Indonesia. Despite regulatory mandates for content filtering, the local market still lacks products that meet these requirements. To address this gap, the research focuses on designing a comprehensive dashboard. This dashboard not only encompasses the main functionalities tested for their functionality but also considers security aspects through SSL implementation and performance testing. Furthermore, meticulous development, from frontend to backend, was carried out. Test results indicate that all primary functions have performed as intended, while the interface has proven to support efficient usage. Performance measurements have also successfully identified limitations within the architecture, serving as a crucial step in enhancing the system’s reliability moving forward."

"Adanya pengembangan transformasi digital dan perusahaan kelapa sawit yang terus melakukan digitalisasi, banyak perusahaan kelapa sawit yang sudah mulai menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam sistem operasional untuk mewujudkan sistem operasional yang efektif dan efisien, salah satunya dengan corporate dashboard. Adanya corporate dashboard sebagai sistem monitoring terintegrasi saat ini memberikan kemudahan dalam memonitor kegiatan kebun dan pabrik yang terdesentralisasi. Namun masih terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh corporate dashboard ini. Salah satu masalah terbesar adalah belum adanya evaluasi user experience corporate dashboard tersebut. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai evaluasi user experience dan perancangan user interface corporate dashboard tersebut. Terdapat enam dimensi UX yang diteliti, yaitu efficiency, effectiveness, usability, ease of use, satisfaction, dan error. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode User-Centered Design agar solusi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode pengambilan data yaitu: Performance Measurement, System Usability Scale (SUS), Single ease question (SEQ), dan Computer System Usability Question (CSUQ), Retrospective Think Aloud, dan in-depth interview. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penilaian User Experience, dan rancangan desain rekomendasi corporate dashboard yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

With the development of digital transformation and palm oil companies that continue to digitize, palm oil companies have begun to use information technology in operational systems to achieve effective and efficient operational systems, one of which is with a corporate dashboard. The existence of a corporate dashboard as an integrated monitoring system currently provides convenience in monitoring decentralized garden and factory activities. However, there are still problems faced by this corporate dashboard. One of the biggest problems is that there is no evaluation of the website's user experience. This research will discuss the evaluation of user experience and the design of the corporate dashboard interface. There are six dimensions of UX studied, namely efficiency, effectiveness, usability, ease of use, satisfaction, and error. This research was conducted using the User-centered design method so that the solution provided was in accordance with user needs. Data collection methods are: performance measurement, System Usability Scale (SUS), Single ease questions (SEQ), and Computer System Usability Questions (CSUQ), Retrospective Think Aloud, and in-depth interviews. The result of this study is a User Experience assessment, and a design of corporate dashboard recommendations that suit user needs."
