"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan work life balance dalam penerapan sistem hybrid working yang berdampak pada peran ganda pekerja perempuan. Studi-studi terdahulu belum membahas kasus pekerja perempuan berperan ganda, sebagai pekerja formal dan ibu rumah tangga,  aspek fleksibilitas waktu kerja dalam hybrid working, serta peran ganda pekerja perempuan sebagai dampak dari work life balance dalam hybrid working. Pada penelitian ini menemukan fleksibilitas ruang kerja dan waktu kerja dalam sistem hybrid working yang mendorong pekerja perempuan mencapai work life balance. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan dampak work life balance terhadap peran ganda, yaitu di satu sisi pekerja perempuan dapat dimungkinkan untuk mengatur peran gandanya tetapi di sisi lain terjadi kecenderungan memperkuat atau memperkokoh peran-peran domestik (konservatif) perempuan pekerja dalam rumah tangga sehingga membuat beban pekerja perempuan semakin besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian berupa wawancara mendalam. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah para pekerja perempuan yang telah berkeluarga dan memiliki support system di dalam keluarga, seperti suami, anak, ART, serta orang tua.

This study aims to explain work life balance in the implementation of a hybrid working system which has an impact on the dual roles of female workers. Previous studies have not discussed the case of women workers having dual roles, as formal workers and housewives, aspects of work time flexibility in hybrid working, and the dual role of women workers as a result of work life balance in hybrid working. In this study found the flexibility of work space and working time in a hybrid working system that encourages female workers to achieve work life balance. In addition, this study found the impact of work life balance on multiple roles, namely on the one hand female workers can be enabled to manage their dual roles but on the other hand there is a tendency to strengthen or strengthen women's domestic (conservative) roles in the household so as to make the burden on female workers even greater. This study uses a qualitative approach with research techniques in the form of in-depth interviews. The subjects in this study were female workers who are married and have a support system within the family, such as husbands, children, household members, and parents."

"Jakarta yang menjalankan peran ganda beserta faktor faktor pendorong dan penghambat terciptanya work-life balance. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Agustus 2022 - Juli 2023. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi literatur yang melibatkan 5 orang informan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah pertama untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi work-life balance guru perempuan SMAN 1 yang menjalankan peran ganda, kedua untuk mendeskripsikan faktor pendorong dan penghambat tercapainya work-life balance. Penelitian ini memiliki manfaat penelitian untuk ilmu kesejahteraan sosial mengenai bahasan well being pekerja yang termasuk kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perbedaan mengenai kondisi work-life balance dari keempat informan, 3 diantaranya berpandangan belum memiliki work-life balace yang baik. Hal ini disebabkan faktor kehidupan pekerjaan yang berat ditambahan faktor luar pekerjaan dimana ketiga informan masih memiliki anak balita-kanak kanak sehingga terjadinya kelekatan. Kondisi tersebut berbeda dengan satu informan yang menyatakn bahwa memiliki pandangan memiliki work-life balance yang baik hal tersebut dikarenakan informan memiliki kontrol personal terhadap pekerjaannya disisi lain informan memiliki anak yang berada di fase kanak-kanak akhir. Dari penelitian ini juga dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat faktor pendorong dan penghambat. Dari lingkup organisasi memiiliki rekan kerja yang suportif dan lingkungan kerja yang baik, adapun faktor pendorong lingkup rumah yakni pasangan yang suportif, orang tua yang turut membantu dan adanya asisten rumah tangga sedangkan faktor penghambat yang ditemukan hanya berasal dari lingkup pekerjaan yakni adanya perubahan sistem penerimaan siswa baru dan adanya kasus khusus pada peserta didik. Sementara itu ditemukan faktor pendorong dari individu yakni kontrol personal dan orientasi untuk bekerja.

This research describes the work-life balance conditions of female teachers at SMAN 1 Jakarta who have dual roles, along with the factors that promote and hinder the achievement of work-life balance. The research was conducted from August 2022 to July 2023. Data collection was done through interviews and literature study involving 5 informants. The objectives of this research are, firstly, to describe the work-life balance conditions of female teachers at SMAN 1 who have dual roles, and secondly, to describe the factors that promote and hinder the achievement of work-life balance. This research has research benefits for the social welfare field regarding the well-being of workers, including health and occupational safety. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that there are differences in work-life balance conditions among the four informants, with 3 of them expressing that they do not yet have a good work-life balance. This is due to the heavy work demands combined with external factors, as the three informants still have young children, resulting in attachment. This condition differs from one informant who stated that she has a positive view of having a good work-life balance, which is due to having personal control over her work, while also having a child in the late childhood phase. The research also revealed the presence of promoting and hindering factors. Within the organizational scope, supportive colleagues and a favorable work environment are promoting factors, while within the household scope, a supportive spouse, involved parents, and the presence of a household assistant are promoting factors. The hindering factors identified were related to the work domain, such as changes in the new student admission system and specific cases involving students. Meanwhile, personal factors such as personal control and work orientation were found to be promoting factors."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya dinamika pada latar pekerjaan NGO dapat mengancam kesejahteraan dan keseimbangan antara urusan kehidupan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi pekerja yang disebut work-life balance dengan adanya penerapan sistem flexible working hours di Yayasan Lentera Anak. Sedangkan, dalam proses kerjanya terdapat hal-hal yang dapat mendukung ataupun menghambat work-life balance para pekerja baik dari dalam lingkup pekerjaan maupun dari lingkungan pribadi pekerja. Penelitian ini ditujukan menjawab dua pertanyaan penelitian mengenai kondisi work-life balance para pekerja NGO di Yayasan Lentera Anak yang menerapkan sistem flexible working hours, dan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat para pekerja dalam mencapai kondisi work-life balance. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui: (1) wawancara dengan enam informan yang terdiri dari Manager Kepegawaian, HRD, dan empat orang pekerja divisi proyek Yayasan Lentera Anak; (2) observasi, dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada rentang September 2022 - Juli 2023. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa para pekerja NGO di Yayasan Lentera Anak merasa sudah memiliki kondisi work-life balance yang baik dengan adanya penerapan flexible working hours karena memberikan mereka keleluasaan dalam mengatur waktu dan pekerjaan yang dimiliki sehingga kondisi kehidupan pekerjaan dan pribadi yang dimiliki menjadi seimbang serta mereka mengalami peningkatan kualitas hidup dan memiliki kepuasan yang baik atas pekerjaan yang dimiliki. Terungkap pula bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung work-life balance dari dalam lingkup pekerjaan seperti budaya kerja yang kekeluargaan, pemberian fasilitas yang cukup, banyaknya keringanan dan keleluasaan yang diberikan dalam proses kerja. Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari lingkup lingkungan pribadi pekerja seperti kurang memiliki manajemen waktu pribadi yang kurang baik, kemacetan lalu lintas, dan tekanan-tekanan dari pihak mitra maupun pendonor. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan kondisi kerja yang terdapat di Yayasan Lentera Anak beserta dengan penerapan sistem flexible working hours yang ada sudah sangat mendukung para pekerja dalam menyeimbangkan kehidupan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadinya dalam mencapai kesejahteraannya sebagai pekerja NGO. Hal tersebut membuat para pekerja menjadi nyaman tetap terjaga produktivitasnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bersumbangsih pada ilmu kesejahteraan sosial terkait bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia di latar pekerjaan organisasi non-pemerintah atau NGO sebagai suatu human service organization (HSO).

This research is motivated by the high dynamics in the background of NGO work that can threaten the welfare and balance between work-life affairs and workers' personal lives, which is called work-life balance with the implementation of a flexible working hours system at the Children's Lentera Foundation. Meanwhile, in the work process, some things can support or detain the work-life balance of the workers, both from within the scope of work and from the worker's environment. This study aims to answer two research questions regarding the work-life balance conditions of NGO workers at the Lentera Anak Foundation which implement a flexible working hours system, and the supporting and inhibiting factors for workers in achieving work-life balance conditions. This research conducted using a qualitative approach by collecting data through (1) interviews with six informants consisting of the Personnel Manager, HRD, and four project division workers at the Anak Lantern Foundation; (2) observation, and (3) documentation study. This research took place in the range of September 2022 - July 2023. It was revealed that the NGO workers at the Lentera Anak Foundation felt that they had good work-life balance conditions with the implementation of flexible working hours because it gave them the flexibility to manage their time and work so that their work and personal life conditions became balanced and they experienced an increased quality of life and had good satisfaction with the work they had. It was also revealed that there are several factors supporting work-life balance from within the scope of work such as a family work culture, providing adequate facilities, lots of leeway, and flexibility given in the work process. The supporting and inhibiting factors from the scope of the worker's environment such as lack of good personal time management, traffic jams, and pressure from partners and donors. Thus it can be concluded that the working conditions found at the Children's Lentera Foundation along with the implementation of the existing flexible working hours system have greatly supported workers in balancing their work life and personal life in achieving their welfare as NGO workers. This makes workers feel comfortable while maintaining productivity. This research is expected to contribute to the Social Welfare Science study program, especially on the human resource management on the Non-Governmental Organization as human service organization.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan kebijakan Pengaturan Kerja Hibrida (Hybrid Working Arrangement) terhadap work-life balance, kepuasan karyawan, dan wellbeing karyawan di PT ABC. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei yang disebar kepada 255 karyawan PT ABC. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan kerja hibrida tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap wellbeing karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung dari pengaturan kerja hibrida terhadap wellbeing melalui peningkatan work-life balance dan kepuasan karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen PT ABC dan perusahaan lainnya dalam menerapkan kebijakan kerja hibrida untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan.

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing Hybrid Working Arrangements on work-life balance, employee satisfaction, and the wellbeing of employees at PT ABC. The research methodology employed is a quantitative approach, with data collection conducted through a survey distributed to 255 employees of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The findings of this study indicate that hybrid working arrangements do not have a significant direct impact on employee wellbeing. However, the study discovers an indirect influence of hybrid working arrangements on wellbeing through the improvement of work-life balance and employee satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for the management of PT ABC in implementing hybrid working policies to enhance employee wellbeing."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai bagaimana dampak flexible working hours terhadap work-life balance dan work-life conflict terhadap 3 peneliti perempuan yang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak dengan rentang usia 0-5 tahun di Lembaga Demografi FEB UI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif yang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2020-Juni 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan flexible working hours memiliki dampak positif terhadap work-life balance dan negatif terhadap work-life conflict khususnya pada peneliti perempuan yang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak dengan rentang usia 0-5 tahun. Hasil ini didukung dengan temuan penelitian yang memperlihatkan bahwa para peneliti perempuan ini memiliki lingkungan yang suportif dan kondisi pekerjaan dengan prinsip output based.

This bachelor thesis discusses about how flexible working hours impacts to work-life balance and work-life conflict toward 3 female researcher that has been married and having child with age 0-5 in Lembaga Demografi FEB UI. This research was conducted with qualitative approach and descriptive research type and conducted in April 2020 – June 2021. This research shows that flexible working hours has positive impact towards work-life balance dan negative impact towards work-life conflict especially in female researchers that has been married and having child with 0-5 age. This result supported with research find that shown that they have supportive environment and working in output-based principles condition."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bentuk dan dampak dimensi-dimensi work-life balance di kalangan perempuan pekerja di industri otomotif. Fokus penelitian adalah pada kondisi work-life balance yang dihadapi oleh perempuan pekerja, yang seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan tanggung jawab pekerjaan, kehidupan pribadi dan kehidupan rumah tangga. Kebaruan studi ini dengan melihat beban kerja, aktivitas personal, pembagian beban di rumah, dukungan keluarga, kebijakan perusahaan melihat perempuan pekerja, dan kepuasan diri perempuan pekerja di industri otomotif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus (case study) dengan unit analisisnya adalah perempuan pekerja yang sudah menikah dan bekerja di industri otomotif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat informan OH, AN, NV dan MT menunjukkan mampu melakukan work-life balance baik dari segi time balance, involvement balance dan satisfaction balance dalam menjalani peran sebagai perempuan pekerja, kehidupan pribadi, dan ibu rumah tangga. Pada dasarnya menyeimbangkan pekerjaan, kehidupan pribadi dan keluarga penting untuk kesejahteraan dan produktivitas secara keseluruhan. Ketika seseorang tidak dapat menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi mereka, ini dapat mengarah pada stres, kelelahan, dan penurunan produktivitas.

This research aims to examine the form and impact of work-life balance dimensions among women workers in the automotive industry. The focus of the research is on the work-life balance conditions faced by working women, who often face challenges in balancing work responsibilities, personal life and home life. The novelty of this study is by looking at workload, personal activities, distribution of burdens at home, family support, company policies regarding working women, and self-satisfaction of women workers in the automotive industry. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study with the unit of analysis being married female workers who work in the automotive industry. The data collection method used was in-depth interviews. The results of the research showed that the four informants OH, AN, NV and MT showed that they were able to carry out work-life balance both in terms of time balance, involvement balance and satisfaction balance in carrying out their roles as working women, personal lives and housewives. Basically balancing work, personal and family life is important for overall well-being and productivity. When a person is unable to balance their work and personal life, this can lead to stress, burnout, and decreased productivity."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fleksibilitas dan pola kerja dengan sistem remote work dan dampaknya terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari para pekerja. Pemetaan studi terdahulu dapat dibagi menjadi dua, yakni studi yang menerangkan bahwa remote work mendukung terciptanya work life balance (WLB) dan studi yang menerangkan bahwa remote work tidak mendukung terciptanya WLB. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti setuju terhadap studi yang menunjukkan bahwa remote work tidak mendukung terciptanya WLB. Studi-studi tersebut menyebutkan bahwa faktor penyebab tidak tercapainya WLB pada sistem kerja remote work adalah jam kerja yang bertambah dan kurangnya interaksi sosial. Peneliti setuju pada faktor tersebut, namun terdapat faktor lain, yakni ketidakjelasan jam kerja yang dinilai fleksibel dan perubahan pola kerja sebagai penyebab tidak terwujudnya WLB para pekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada para pekerja di daerah Jabodetabek yang bekerja dengan sistem remote work. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem remote work saat ini menggambarkan teori birokrasi jaringan dengan karakteristik sistem kerja yang fleksibel dan adanya otonomi kerja yang diberikan kepada pekerja. Kondisi tersebut selanjutnya berdampak pada munculnya faktor-faktor pendukung terciptanya WLB, namun di sisi lain juga menghasilkan berbagai tantangan yang perlu dihadapi pekerja dalam mencapai kondisi WLB tersebut karena telah meleburnya waktu dan tempat dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi.

This study aims to analyse the flexibility and work patterns with remote work systems and the impact on the daily lives of workers. Mapping of previous studies can be divided into two, studies which explain that remote work supports the creation of work life balance (WLB) and studies which explain that remote work does not support the creation of WLB. In this study, researchers agree with studies showing that remote work does not support the creation of WLB. These studies state that the factors that cause WLB in remote work systems are not achieved due to increased working hours and lack of social interaction. Researchers agree on these factors, but there are other factor, namely the ambiguity of working hours which are considered flexible and changes in work patterns as the cause of not realizing WLB for workers. The results of the study show that the remote work system describes the theory of network bureaucracy with the characteristics of a flexible work system and work autonomy given to workers. This condition has an impact on the emergence of supporting factors for the creation of WLB from saving time, but on the other hand it also generates various challenges that workers need to face in achieving these WLB conditions due to the unification of time and place in doing work and personal life."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui apakah Organizational Support dapat memaksimalkan Work-life Balance dan meminimalisir dampak Job Burnout pada pekerja industri perhotelan di Jabodetabek. Terdapat empat hipotesis yang dirumuskan dalam studi ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 318 responden yang bekerja di perhotelan di Jabodetabek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Work-life Balance memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap Job Burnout, dimana keseimbangan yang baik dapat mengurangi kelelahan kerja, terutama di industri perhotelan dengan jam kerja panjang. Organizational Support dapat memoderasi hubungan antara Work-life Balance dan Job Burnout, meskipun pengaruhnya tidak terlalu kuat. Dukungan organisasi seperti fleksibilitas jam kerja dapat membantu mengurangi kelelahan kerja. Job Burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap Work Effort; semakin tinggi kelelahan kerja, semakin rendah upaya yang diberikan oleh karyawan, yang berdampak pada penurunan kinerja dan produktivitas. Work-life Balance memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Work Effort; keseimbangan yang baik meningkatkan upaya dan produktivitas kerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine whether Organizational Support can maximize Work-life Balance and minimize the impact of Job Burnout on hospitality industry workers in Jabodetabek. There are five hypotheses formulated in this study. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, this study collected data from 318 respondents working in hospitality in Jabodetabek. The results showed that Work-life Balance has a significant negative effect on Job Burnout, where a good balance can reduce work fatigue, especially in the hospitality industry with long working hours. Organizational Support can moderate the relationship between Work-life Balance and Job Burnout, although the effect is not too strong. Organizational Support such as flexible working hours can help reduce work fatigue. Job Burnout has a negative effect on Work Effort; the higher the work fatigue, the lower the effort given by employees, which has an impact on decreased performance and productivity. Work-life Balance has a significant positive effect on Work Effort; a good balance increases employee Work Effort and productivity.

"This research proposes to find out the influence of availability of career information on career satisfaction of career woman in Jakarta, Participants in this study are 199 women, consist of lecturers, doctors, police women, bank employees, etc. Work-life balance, awareness of organizational plans for self, and match between individual and organizational career plans are used as mediating variables on the impact of availability of career information toward career satisfaction. Research finding shows that work-life balance and awareness of organizational plans have no significant effects as mediating variables on the impact of the availability of career information toward career satisfaction. Meanwhile, the match between individual and organizational career plans have a significant effect as a weak mediating variable. Work-life balance issues seem not to be a concern informing career satisfaction among career women in Indonesia."
