"Kehamilan yang pada dasarnya adalah suatu proses fisiologis, dapat pula menimbulkan gangguan atau kelainan yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan ibu dan janin yang dikandungnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pemeriksaan kesehatan selama kehamilan secara teratur yang disebut Pemeriksaan Antenatal.
Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras yang merupakan rumah sakit swasta di daerah Jakarta Barat juga memberikan pelayanan antenatal, dan diharapkan pasien-pasien yang melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras akan melahirkan juga di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras.
Tetapi kenyataannya, dari tahun ke tahun jumlah ini semakin menurun, sehingga ingin dicari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya penurunan ini terutama pada pasien-pasien yang mengikuti Paket Bersalin tetapi tidak melahirkan di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras.
Jadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan kamar bersalin oleh Pasien Paket Bersalin di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras.
Kerangka Konsep yang dipakai adalah bahwa Pemanfaatan Kamar Bersalin di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras dipengaruhi oleh 2 aspek yaitu : 1). Aspek Pemakai Jasa yang terdiri dari umur ibu, jarak rumah ke Rumah Sakit, paritas ibu, jumlah anak hidup, pendidikan ibu, pendidikan suami, pekerjaan ibu, pekerjaan suami, dan risiko kehamilan 2). Aspek Pemberi Jasa Layanan yang terdiri dari Tarif Paket Bersalin, Sikap Pelayanan Admision, Sikap Pelayanan Perawat, Sikap Pelayanan Dokter, Kenyamanan Ruang Tunggu, dan Kenyamanan Ruang Periksa.
Desain penelitian yang dilakukan adalah cross-sectional, dan analisa penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan analitik. Hipotesa yang ingin ditegakkan adalah apakah ada hubungan yang bermakna antara faktor-faktor yang terdapat pada pemakai jasa dan pemberi jasa layanan terhadap pemanfaatan kamar bersalin di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras dengan sampel 110 responden yaitu ibu-ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal dan ikut Paket Bersalin di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras yang terdiri dari 79 ibu yang melahirkan di RS Sumber Waras dan 31 ibu yang melahirkan di luar RS Sumber Waras. Hasil penelitian ini dianalisa sehingga menghasilkan distribusi frekuensi dan analisa bivariat.
Dari hasil analisa ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pemanfaatan kamar bersalin di Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras dipengaruhi oleh faktor umur ibu, pendidikan ibu dan pendidikan suami.Dan sebagai saran untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan kamar bersalin Rumah Sakit Sumber Waras oleh pasien Paket Bersalin maka diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat lebih memberikan perhatian kepada pasien Paket Bersalin ini berdasarkan umur, pendidikan responden dan suami responden, sehingga diharapkan pasien-pasien yang sudah ikut Paket Bersalin mau memanfaatkan kamar bersalin RS Sumber Waras sebagai tempat melahirkan.

The Factors Which Are Related To the Utility of Delivery Room by "Special Price Package for Delivery Patients" At Sumber Waras HospitalPrincipally pregnancy is a physiological process that sometimes could cause some disorders or anomalies, which are threatening, to the lives of mother and fetus. That is why; the pregnant mother needs some evaluation of her pregnancy periodically that is called antenatal care service.
Sumber Waras Hospital as a private hospital at West Jakarta has such antenatal care service, which the pregnant mother could have antenatal care for her pregnancy. This service of antenatal care is bundled with delivery service, which is called "special price-package for delivery patients." The management of Sumber Waras Hospital assumes that the pregnant mothers who take their antenatal care should deliver their babies at Sumber Waras Hospital.
In fact, the numbers of the pregnant mothers who have taken their antenatal care at Sumber Waras Hospital and have delivered their babies at the same hospital; have decreased in the last several years.
The objectives of this research attempts to find the factors, which influenced the utility of delivery room, especially for "special price-package for delivery patients" at Sumber Waras Hospital.
Conceptual thinking that has been used is that the utility of delivery room at Sumber Waras Hospital has been influenced with two aspects:
1. Aspects of the users (mother's age, the distance of the hospital from home, mother's parities, the sum of living children, mother's / husband's education, mother's / husband's professions, and the risk of pregnancy).
2. Aspect of the provider (fee for delivery package, the attitude of the admission officers 1 nurses 1 doctors related to services, the convenience of the waiting room and delivery room).
The research design is cross-sectional. The analyses of the research have used descriptive and analytic methods. Hypothesis presumed whether any significant correlation between user's factors and provider's factors to the utility of delivery room of Sumber Waras Hospital.
Analyses have been done for distribution of frequencies and bivariate. The results are the utility of' the delivery room of Sumber Waras Hospital has been influenced by the mother's age factor, mother's and husband's education.
The suggestion in increasing the utility of the delivery room of Sumber Waras Hospital by the special price package for delivery patients, that should be done by the hospital management is giving special attention for the package in categories such as : mother's age, mother's and husband's education. So that the pregnant mothers who take special price package for delivery will utilized the delivery room of Sumber Waras Hospital in the future.

"ABSTRAK
Insan Permata Woman and Child Hospital was facing Patient Safety Incidence especially for periode of mid to late 2016 there were 12 incidents and 11 phlebitis cases. This indicated a gap between the conditions in the field and the ideal situation that should be achieved. This study aimed to see how the behavior of employees in implementing patient safety program and the factors that influence it. The sample of this study were 151 respondents as sample, consist of health and non health workers. The patient safety program focused on the accuracy of patient identification, reduction of risk of infection and reduction of risk of falling patients. This research was a quantitative research followed by qualitative method. The results showed that most employees already had good patient safety behavior, age and attitude were the most affecting factors in patient safety behavior. The lack of socialization of accreditation and patient safety, poor monitoring and some incomplete facilities should became the concern for the hospital as it was considered to have great influences in the daily implementation of patient safety program."

"Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan pada dasarnya merupakan hasil interaksi antara pengguna jasa pelayanan kesehatan dalam hal ini pasien (user) dan peyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan (provider), interaksi ini merupakan suatu hal yang sangat kompleks dan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor.
Rumah sakit Omni Medical Center (RSOMC) adalah sebuah rumah sakit umum swasta yang terletak di daerah Pulomas Jakarta Timur. Tingginya angka kunjungan pada poli rawat jalan kebidanan di RSOMC ternyata tidak diikuti oleh jumlah persalinan di RSOMC yang tinggi juga, oleh karena itu hal ini sangat menarik untuk diteliti dan diketahui apa penyebabnya.
Desain penelitian ini adalah kasus kontrol. Kasus adalah ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilan di unit rawat jalan kebidanan RSOMC dan melakukan persalinan di RSOMC juga, sedangkan kontrol adalah ibu hamil yang memeriksakan kehamilan di unit rawat jalan poli kebidanan RSOMC dan tidak melakukan persalinan di RSOMC. Jumlah responden dari kelompok kasus adalah sebanyak 15 orang ibu yang akan dipilih secara simple random sampling dan jumlah responden dari kelompok kontrol adalah sebanyak 15 orang ibu juga dan akan dipilih secara simple random sampling. Jadi jumlah keseluruhan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 orang ibu. Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang diteliti dengan pemilihan tempat persalinan di RSOMC Jakarta dilakukan analisa Univariat untuk melihat keputusan pemilihan tempat persalinan dan distribusi frekuensi dari masing-masing variabel dan analisa Bivariat untuk melihat pembuktian dan dilakukan perhitungan Odds Ratio dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square.
Hasil peneltian menunjukan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel biaya dan variabel kemudahan mendapatkan informasi dengan keputusan pemilihan tempat persalinan di RSOMC, walaupun variabel-variabel lain secara statistik tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna akan tetapi hal tersebut sangat menarik untuk ditelusuri dan perlu dicermati oleh pihak rumah sakit.

Factors Influencing Patient Decision of Mid-Wife-Affairs Outpatients Treatment at Omni Medical Center Hospital Jakarta Toward selection of Place of DeliveryBasically the utilization of health service in the result of interaction between the user (patients) and the providers of health service. The interaction is very complex and influenced by many factors.
Omni Medical Center Hospital is a private public hospital located at Pulomas region of East Jakarta. The high number of visit to mid-wife-affairs outpatient poly at RSOMC appears not followed by the number of deliveries at RSOMC which is also high. Therefore this matter is very interesting to be and recognized what the reasons are.
This study design is a case control. The case is a pregnant mother, her pregnancy examined at the mid-wife outpatient treatment unit of RSOMC and also conducting delivery at the RSOMC, while the control is pregnant mother, her pregnancy examined at mid-wife outpatient treatment poly unit of RSOMC and does not conducting delivery at RSOMC. The numbers of respondents of the case group are 15 mothers selected at sample random sampling and the numbers of respondent of the control group are 15 mothers as well as and will be selected at simple random sampling. Thus the total samples at this study are thirty mothers. To know the existence or not of variables studied by selecting place of delivery at RSOMC Jakarta, an Univariat analysis is carried out to see the decision of selection of delivery places at RSOMC and Bivariat analysis to see the verification and carrying out the calculation of Odds Ratio through Chi-Square test.
The result of the study shows that there is a significant relation between variables of cost and variables of facilities to obtain information by the decision of delivery place selection at RSOMC, even thought other variables statistically do not show significant relation but the matter is very interesting to be traced and need to be closely observed by the management of the hospital.

"Dilatar belakangi oleh masih tingginya keluhan terhadap pelayanan keperawatan, basil evaluasi pelaksanaan standar asuhan keperawatan yang masih belum memuaskan dan laporan Ka-Bidang Keperawatan tentang belum terlaksananya uraian tugas serta peran dan fungsi Kepala Ruangan (Ka-Ru), serta dipilihnya Ka-Ru periode sekarang dengan cara yang tidak biasanya, maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap 34 orang Ka-Ru Rawat inap RSUP Dr M Djamil Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan manajemen Ka-Ru rawat inap meliputi : manajemen personal keperawatan, manajemen unit perawatan, manajemen asuhan keperawatan dan manajemen pendidikan dan pengembangan staf, serta mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik Ka-Ru ( umur, pendidikan formal, pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan keperawatan ) dengan kemampuan manajemennya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik memakai metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan desain cross sectional.
Kemampuan manajemen diukur dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada Ka-Ru, dikonfirmasi dengan kuesioner kepada Pelaksana Perawatan dan menilai bukti dokumentasi di lapangan. Kuesioner dan daftar dokumentasi dibuat mengacu kepada uraian tugas Ka-Ru dari Gillies (1989) dan DEPKES RI (1999). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 19 dari 34 orang Ka-Ru mempunyai kemampuan manajemen dibawah nilai rata-rata. Dari 4 area manajemen ternyata 76 % Ka-Ru mempunyai tingkat kemampuan manajemen yang rendah pada pendidikan dan pengembangan staf. Pada penelitian ini tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara umur, pendidikan formal dan pengalaman kerja dengan tingkat kemampuan manajemennya. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara adanya pelatihan manajemen keperawatan kepada Ka-Ru dengan tingkat kemampuan manajemennya ( x2 = 4,10 ; p = 0,04 ). Kesimpulannya, dengan memakai nilai rata-rata kemampuan manajemen = 60 % sebagai cut of point didapatkan 56 % Ka-Ru ( dan IRNA. A, B, C ) mempunyai tingkat kemampuan di bawah rata-rata. Pelatihan manajemen keperawatan berhubungan dengan tingkat kemampuan manajemen Ka-Ru. Disarankan agar seluruh Ka-Ru mendapatkan pelatihan manajemen keperawatan, dan Instalasi yang mempunyai Ka-Ru dengan kemampuan di atas rata-rata (baik) dijadikan percontohan untuk RS. Perlu diteliti beban kerja perawat di Instalasi dengan BOR yang tinggi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan manajemen pengelolanya.

Management Competency Analysis of Ward's Head Nurses at DR.M. Djamil Padang General HospitalBase on customers frequent complains toward nursing care, evaluation of patient care standard using in the ward and Head of Nursing Departemen reporting about Ward's Head Nurses jab description had still not satisfied yet, and there were unususal process in selection of Ward's Head Nurses , the study had been carried out to 34 Ward's Head Nurses in Dr M. Djamil Padang General Hospital . This study was aimed to identify; their level of Ward's Bead Nurse management competency, that consist of : management of nursing pesonnel, management of patient care unit, management of patient care and educational responsibilities. This study also to identify corerelation between personnel characteristic ( age , education, working experience and nursing management training) with level of competency.
This study was analytical descriptive, using quantitative and qualitative approach in cross sectional methode. Questionare to Ward's Head Nurse and Staff against list of documentations was used to evaluate their level of management competency. Questioner and study of documentation based on Ward's Head Nurse job description by Gillies ( 1989) and DEPKES RI (1999 ). This study had found, 19 of 34 Ward's Head Nurse had level of management competency below mean value ( cut of point = 60 % ). Management of Educational and Staff Development was the lowest values of 4 management area. Twenty six of them ( 76 % ) had level management competency below the cut of point value. In this study, there were no correlation between age, education, working experiences .and level of management competency, except the training of nursing management ( x2 = 4,10 ; p = 0.04 ).
Conclusions: By using cut of point = 60 %, there was 19 out of 34 (56 % ) Wards Head Nurses were below the cut of point. Training of nursing management is very important to improve management competency. It was suggested that Ward's Head Nurses have to attend the nursing management training program at Dr M. Djamil Padang General Hospital. It is important to evaluate nurse work load in 3 bigger lnstalations ( IRNA. A, B, C ) Dr M. Djamil General Hospital, which probably influence Ward's Head Nurses management competency.

"In order to control Antibacterial Resistance at the hospital in Indonesia, the Government of Indonesia established an Antibiotics Resistance Control Committee and issued a Regulation from the Ministry of Health, regulation no 8/2015 on an antibiotics resistance control program at the hospital. This is an investigation on the Antibacterial Resistance Control Program (ARCP) at the Hospital, which compares its implementation at a government hospital and a private hospital, Persahabatan Central General Hospital (CGH) and Bogor Indonesian Red Cross Hospital (BIRCH). This was a descriptive study with a qualitative analysis obtained through indepth interviews and documentary research. We discovered that the ARCP was implemented better at Persahabatan CGH compared to BIRCH. Problems include ineffective communication, limited resources, lack of an antibiotic guideline (at BIRCH), lack of coordination between organizations, lack of supervision from the government, and the lack of motivation to implement the policy. These issues can be solved by intensifying the socialization of the policy, conducting more workshops and trainings for private and government hospitals that has not received any, providing an incentive for them to implement the program, such as including ARC into hospital accreditation indicators, and clarifying the benefits of the program to the stakeholders.

Salah satu upaya pengendalian resistensi antibiotika di Indonesia adalah pembentukan pembentukan Komite Pengendalian Resisten Antibiotika (KPRA) dan diterbitkannya Permenkes no. 8 Tahun 2015 tentang program pengendalian resistensi antibiotika (PPRA) di rumah sakit (RS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam terhadap implementasi kebijakan PPRA di RS dibandingkan antara RS pemerintah dengan RS swasta yaitu RS Persahabatan dan RS PMI. Metode penelitian merupakan studi deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan PPRA di RS Pemerintah lebih baik dari RS Swasta. Saran yang diajukan adalah mempercepat peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya PPRA, terutama bagi RS."

"Rumah sakit harus memberikan pelayanan kesehatan menyeluruh, terpadu dan berkesinambungan yang dalam penyelenggaraannya rumah sakit tidak terlepas dari pelayanan farmasi. Kebutuhan akan penyediaan dan pemakaian obat-obatan yang berkualitas dan rasional diatur dalam sistem formularium dimana obat-obatan yang dipakai terdapat dalam buku formularium. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa formularium RSUD Cimacan dilihat dari penyusunan, pemeliharaan dan evaluasi obat formularium. Evaluasi obat formularium dengan melakukan analisis ABC pemakaian, investasi, indeks kritis dan VEN sehingga didapatkan hasil berupa usulan revisi formularium RSUD Cimacan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.
Hasilnya adalah proses penyusunan formularium RSUD Cimacan belum optimal, prosedur pemeliharaan formularium sudah ada namun belum lengkap, pengadaan dan peresepan belum sesuai formularium. Ditemukan 495.690 pemakaian obat non formularium dan 201 jenis obat non formularium yang disediakan di instalasi farmasi. Ada 322 jenis obat formularium yang dipakai (43%), ada 21 jenis obat dengan nilai investasi RP. 3.001.658.694. Hanya 31 jenis obat yang sangat kritis dan 39 jenis obat yang Vital terhadap pelayanan pasien.

Hospitals must provide comprehensive, integrated and sustainable health services which in the organization of the hospital is inseparable from pharmaceutical services. The need for the provision and use of qualified and rational medicines is regulated in the formulary system where the drugs used are contained in the formulary book. The purpose of this study was to analyze the formulary of RSUD Cimacan seen from the preparation, maintenance and evaluation of formulary drugs. Evaluation of formulary drugs by performing ABC analysis of use, investment, critical index and VEN to obtain the result of proposed revision formulary of RSUD Cimacan. This research uses qualitative approach.
The result is the process of formulary of RSUD Cimacan not optimal, procedure of maintenance of formulary already exist but not yet complete, procurement and prescription not according to formulary. 495,690 non-formulary drug use and 201 kinds of non-formulary drugs were provided in pharmaceutical installations. There are 322 kinds of formulary drugs used (43%), there are 21 types of drugs with an investment value of RP. 3.001.658.694. Only 31 types of drugs are very critical and 39 types of drugs are Vital to patient care.

"Studi ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan waktu tunggu pasien dan bagaimana pelaksanaan appointment system di unit rawat jalan RS Awal Bros Pekanbaru. Metode kuantitatif digunakan menganalisis lamanya waktu tunggu dan hubungan faktor keterlambatan dokter, status kepegawaian dokter, pola kedatangan pasien, karakteristik perjanjian, jenis pembayaran, lama pelayanan rekam medis dan jenis poliklinik dengan jumlah sampel 625 pasien. Metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa informan untuk mengetahui tentang pelayanan rawat jalan dan appointment system. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu rawat jalan adalah 136,02 menit, masih melebihi standar pelayanan minimal ≤ 60 menit. Hasil bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square didapatkan seluruh faktor mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan lama waktu tunggu. Hasil multivariat dengan menggunakan regresi logistik didapatkan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara keterlambatan dokter dan status kepegawaian dokter dengan lamanya waktu tunggu. Dari metode kualitatif diketahui bahwa appointment system belum berjalan dengan baik.

This study discusses the factors associated with patient waiting times and how the implementation of the appointment system in the outpatient unit Awal Bros Hospital Pekanbaru. Quantitative methods are used to analyze the long waiting time and the relationship between physicians arrival delay time, physician’s employment status, the pattern of the patient's arrival, the characteristics of the appointment, type of payment, length of medical records service and type of clinic with patient waiting times, with a sample of 625 patients. The qualitative method by conducting in-depth interviews to several informants to find out about outpatient services and appointment system. The results showed that outpatient waiting time was 136.02 minutes, still exceeding the minimum service standards ≤ 60 minutes. The results of the bivariate using Chi Square test obtained all the factors have a meaningful relationship with a long waiting time. Results of multivariate logistic regression there is no significant relationship between physicians arrival delay time, physician’s employment status, with long waiting times. From a qualitative method is known that the appointment system has not gone well."
