"Petugas shift merupakan bagian dari pekerja kritis di Instalasi RSG-GAS. Sistem kerja shift dan tuntutan kerja yang kompleks di instalasi nuklir menyebabkan petugas shift rentan mengalami kelelahan kerja. Kelelahan kerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap penurunan performa kerja, penurunan konsentrasi, penurunan pemenuhan prosedur maupun penurunan kewaspadaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kelelahan kerja petugas shift dan melakukan analisis terhadap faktor risiko yang berkontribusi pada kelelahan kerja petugas shift di RSG-GAS Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, alat ukur lingkungan kerja, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh petugas shift mengalami kelelahan dengan tingkat kelelahan ringan sebesar 31,25%, kelelahan sedang sebesar 64,58%, dan kelelahan berat sebesar 4,17%. Faktor risiko kelelahan kerja adalah status Gizi yang diukur dengan indeks massa tubuh, kualitas tidur, beban kerja, dan desain tugas. Faktor risiko kelelahan umum adalah indeks massa tubuh, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, konsumsi kafein, beban kerja, dan desain tugas. Faktor risiko kelelahan fisik adalah usia, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, masa kerja, posisi kerja, beban kerja, desain tugas, dan tekanan udara negatif. Faktor risiko pelemahan aktivitas adalah kepuasan kerja. Faktor risiko pelemahan motivasi adalah kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, desain tugas dan shift malam. Faktor risiko kelelahan mental adalah kualitas tidur, beban kerja, desain tugas, pencahayaan, dan tekanan udara negatif. Rekomendasi pengendalian melibatkan manajemen dan petugas shift dengan mengembangkan program manajemen kelelahan kerja sesuai kondisi di Instalasi Nuklir.

Shift workers are part of critical workers at the RSG GAS Installation. The shift work system and complex work demands in nuclear installations cause shift workers to be prone to work fatigue. Work fatigue has contributed to decreased work performance, decreased concentration, decreased in procedure compliance, and reduced alertness. This study aims to evaluate the level of work fatigue of shift workers and analyze the risk factors that contribute to the work fatigue of shift workers at RSG-GAS in 2022. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires, measuring tools for the environment, interviews, and documents. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive and inferential analysis with a correlation test. The results showed that all shift workers experienced fatigue with mild fatigue level of 31,25%, moderate fatigue of 64,58%, and severe fatigue of 4,17%. The risk factors for work fatigue (total score) are nutritional status as measured by body mass index, sleep quality, workload and task design. The risk factors for general fatigue are body mass index, sleep quality, sleep quantity, caffeine consumption, workload, and task design. The risk factors for physical fatigue are age, sleep quality, sleep quantity, years of service, job role, workload, task design, and negative air pressure. The risk factor for reduced activity is job satisfaction. The risk factors for reduced motivation are sleep quality, sleep quantity, task design, and night shift. The risk factors for mental fatigue are sleep quality, workload, task design, lighting, and negative air pressure. Control recommendations involve management and shift worker by developing a work fatigue management program according to the conditions at the Nuclear Installation."

"Reaktor Serba Guna GA. Siwabessy RSG-GAS menyimpan potensi bahaya radiasi, walaupun telah didesain dan dibangun dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor keselamatan. Sistem keselamatan pada pendingin primer merupakan komponen yang penting dan berfungsi sebagai penghalang ganda reaktor nuklir. Apabila sistem pendingin primer gagal beroperasi, maka sistem keselamatan pada sistem pendingin primer akan bekerja untuk mencegah pelepasan zat radioaktif, melalui sistem 'scram', sehingga reaktor dapat terhindar dari kecelakaan yang parah. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi sistem keselamatan dari sistem pendingin primer, dengan menggunakan suatu metode analisis keselamatan yang tepat, perlu dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja dari sistem keselamatan tersebut.
Fault tree analysis sering digunakan secara deduktif untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keselamatan secara probabilistik probabilistic safety assessment, PSA . Dalam melakukan PSA ini digunakan data generik karena data kegagalan komponen yang dimiliki oleh suatu objek analisis biasanya tidak tersedia secara detail. Data generik tidak menggambarkan kondisi kebolehjadian kegagalan komponen yang sebenarnya. Selain itu, data generik tidak cocok untuk diterapkan pada komponen ndash; komponen yang sudah mengalami proses ageing karena adanya penurunan keandalan komponen yang diakibatkan pada proses ageing. Penggunaan data generik akan menambah ketidakpastian pada hasil PSA.
Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diusulkan penggunaan metode fuzzy fault tree analysis FFTA. Nilai probabilitas basic events yang dihasilkan dari FFTA kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung probabilitas kejadian menggunakan metode Event Tree Analysis ETA dan diperoleh hasil probabilitas kejadian dengan nilai terbesar 4,304 x 10-8/tahun. Seluruh skenario berdasarkan CDF dan CDS, berada dalam kategori medium risk dan low risk, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa RSG ndash; GAS aman untuk dioperasikan.

G.A. Siwabessy Multipurpose Reactor RSG GAS has significant potency of radiation hazard, although it has been designed and constructed by considering comprehensive safety factors. The safety system of primary cooling system is one of the most important components of the reactor and serve as multiple barriers in a nuclear reactor. If there is a failure on the primary cooling system operation, the safety system in the primary cooling system will work to prevent the release of radioactive material through the ldquo scram rdquo system, a severe accident of the reactor can be avoided. Therefore, an evaluation toward the safety system of the primary cooling system by occupying the proper safety analysis method, is required to be carried out. So that, the performance level of the safety system can be figured out.
Fault tree analysis is frequently applied to deductively carry out the safety system evaluation by occupying the probabilistic assessment method PSA . To perform this PSA, the generic data is used because the data of components failure owned by an object of analysis, is not available in detail. The generic data used in the safety analysis does not describe the real probability of component failures. In addition, generic data is not applicable for old components because the old components reliability is really affected by the ageing process. But, when generic data is occupied on PSA then, it will increase the uncertainty value of the PSA result.
To solve this problem, another safety analysis method, called as Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis FFTA Method, is proposed in this research. The basic event probability values generated from FFTA are then applied for calculating the probability of event using Event Tree Analysis ETA Method in order to obtain the probability of each event, with the result that, the obtained greatest value is 4.304 x 10 8 year. All scenario based on CDF and CDS are in the medium risk and low risk category, so it can be concluded that RSG GAS is safe to be operated.

"Pengemudi dump truck merupakan salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang berisiko mengalami kelelahan karena adanya faktor terkait pekerjaan dan tidak terkait pekerjaan yang dapat mempengaruhi pengemudi. Pada HSE Monthly Report pada bulan Desember 2021 didapatkan bahwa angka lagging indicator untuk night work lebih tinggi dari day work. Dari sudut pandang ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran kelelahan dan melakukan analisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck shift malam dengan sistem double shift. Penelitian dengan desain studi cross sectional dilakukan pada 130 pengemudi dump truck PT X. Faktor terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan penelitian adalah waktu kerja, kondisi pencahayaan, getaran kabin, dan beban kerja, sedangkan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan penelitian adalah durasi tidur, kualitas tidur, umur, pekerjaan sampingan, indeks massa tubuh, aktifitas fisik, konsumsi minuman berenergi tinggi gula dan dukungan keluarga. Uji chi-square dilakukan untuk menganalisis keeratan hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independent sedangkan uji regresi logistik berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan variabel terikat. Prevalensi kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck adalah sebesar 37,7% dan 62,3% tidak mengalami kelelahan. Dari empat faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan yang diteliti, pencahayaan, getaran dan beban kerja memiliki hubungan secara statistik dengan kelelahan. Sedangkan dari delapan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan yang diteliti, waktu tidur, kualitas tidur, usia, pekerjaan sampingan, aktifitas fisik, dan dukungan keluarga memiliki hubungan secara statistik dengan kelelahan. Pada hasil akhir multivariat didapatkan jika beban kerja dan pencahayaan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik dengan p-value < 0,05. Untuk mengurangi kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck PT X Jobsite TB maka disarankan melakukan pengukuran kelelahan secara rutin sesuai dengan faktor risiko kelelahan yang dominan yaitu beban kerja, dan pencahayaan.

Dump truck driver is one type of work that is at risk of experiencing fatigue due to work-related and non-work related factors that can affect the driver. In the HSE Monthly Report in December 2021, it was found that the number of lagging indicators for night work is higher than day work. From this point of view, the study was conducted to see the description of fatigue and to analyze the risk factors related to fatigue in night shift dump truck drivers with a double shift system. Research with a cross-sectional study design was conducted on 130 PT X dump truck drivers. Meanwhile, of the eight non-work-related risk factors studied, sleep time, sleep quality, age, side work, physical activity, and family support were statistically associated with fatigue. In the final multivariate result, it was found that the workload and lighting had a statistically significant relationship with p-value <0.05. To reduce fatigue on PT X Jobsite TB dump truck drivers, it is recommended to carry out regular fatigue measurements according to the dominant fatigue risk factors, namely workload, and lighting."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisis hubungan faktor risiko pekerjaan dan non pekerjaan terhadap kelelahan pekerja konstruksi di suatu proyek bangunan tingkat tinggi di wilayah Jakarta. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan di sektor konstruksi salah satunya kelelahan. Kelelahan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor risiko pekerjaan maupun non pekerjaan. Analisis hubungan antara faktor risiko dengan kelelahan yang terjadi menjadi penting sebagai baseline data dalam upaya mengurangi kecelakaan di sektor konstruksi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor risiko pekerjaan: lama kerja, faktor psikososial (effort, Reward, dukungan sosial, kepuasan kerja, stress kerja) dan faktor non pekerjaan (kuantitas dan kualitas tidur) terhadap terjadinya kelelahan pekerja konstruksi Proyek X.

This thesis discusses the analysis of work related dan non work related risk factors towards fatigue of construction workers in a high-rise building project in the Jakarta. Many factors that cause accidents in the construction sector, one of them is fatigue can be affected by work and non-job risk factors. Analysis of the relationship between risk factors and fatigue that occurs becomes important as a baseline of data in an effort to reduce accidents in the construction sector. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional design. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between occupational risk factors: duration of work, psychosocial factors (effort, Reward, social support, job satisfaction, work stress) and non-work factors (quantity and quality of sleep) to the fatigue of Project X construction workers."

Fatigue pada pekerja merupakan sebuah risiko yang dapat timbul apabila suatu
pekerjaan dituntut untuk menggunakan tenaga fisik dan pikiran mental yang
berlebihan serta dituntut untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu yang terbatas
tanpa adanya waktu istirahat yang optimal. Fatigue merupakan risiko utama dari
pekerja shift seperti pada pekerja shift industri MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and
Overhaul) transportasi udara. Transportasi udara dituntut beroperasi selama 24/7 dan
memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhi standar kelaikudaraan. Salah satu industri MRO
adalah Perusahaan ?X?. Bekerja dalam sistem shift menjadi sumber risiko fatigue bagi
pekerjanya karena bekerja bertentangan dengan irama sirkadian tubuh, oleh karena
itu dibutuhkan penilaian keluhan fatigue pada pekerjanya sebagai langkah awal
program fatigue management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko
keluhan fatigue pada pekerja shift dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan disain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan
Oktober-Desember 2015, di bagian Domestic & International Line Maintenance
Perusahaan ?X?, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 105 responden. Hasil
menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara shift kerja (p=0,002),
kerja lembur (0,005), kuantitas tidur (p=0,048), dan commuting time (p=0,042)
dengan keluhan fatigue.

"Dalam industri transportasi, permasalahan kelelahan menjadi salah satu isu penting yang erat kaitannya dengan kesehatan dan kualitas hidup pengemudi, serta potensi kecelakaan. Pekerjaan mengemudi merupakan suatu pekerjaan yang membutuhkan tingkat konsentrasi tinggi karena memerlukan koordinasi yang cepat dan tepat antara indera, sehingga mengemudi merupakan suatu pekerjaan yang sangat berisiko tinggi mengalami kelelahan. Terdapat banyak faktor risiko kelelahan pada pengemudi, baik itu dari faktor pekerjaan maupun faktor non pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor risiko pekerjaan dan non pekerjaan dengan kelelahan pada pengemudi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diadopsi dari kuesioner Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) dan Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery (OFER) untuk mengukur kelelahan pengemudi secara subjektif dan menggunakan aplikasi Sleep-2-Peak untuk mengukur kelelahan pengemudi secara objektif. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara masa kerja, waktu isitrahat, jenis pekerjaan, monotoni, usaha kerja, penghargaan kerja, stress kerja, usia, dan kualitas tidur dengan kelelahan. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan pengembangan program pencegahan dan pengendalian kelelahan (fatigue management) di tempat kerja, melihat hubungan faktor pekerjaan lebih dominan terhadap kelelahan dibandingkan faktor non pekerjaan.

In the transportation industry, fatigue has become one of the important issues that are closely related to the health and quality of life of the driver, as well as the potential for accidents. Driving is a job that requires a high level of concentration because it requires fast and precise coordination between the senses, so driving is potentially pose a greater risk to fatigue. There are many risk factors that can contribute to driver fatigue from work related and non work related factors. This study was conducted  to determine the relationship between work related and  non-work related factors to driver fatigue. The research is using cross sectional study design. Data was collected by using an adopted questionnaire from the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) and Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery (OFER) to measure driver fatigue subjectively and the Sleep-2-Peak application to measure driver fatigue objectively. Univariate and bivariate logistic regression  was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a significant association between work period, rest breaks, type of work, monotony,effort, reward, work stress, age, and quality of sleep with fatigue. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fatigue management program in the workplace, refers to the result that the relationship between work related factors and fatigue is more dominant than non-work related factors."

"Berkembangnya sektor Jasa Konstruksi yang semakin kompleks dan tingginya persaingan, seringkali menuntut pekerja bekerja maksimal sehingga kesehatan pekerja terabaikan. Hal ini berdampak pada kelelahan kerja, yang dapat memicu kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji hubungan antara faktor risiko kelelahan dengan kejadian kelelahan pada pekerja konstruksi di PT. X tahun 2022. Data terkait faktor diluar pekerjaan (usia, status gizi/IMT, dan masa kerja), dan faktor pekerjaan (durasi kerja, beban kerja, dan suhu lingkungan kerja) terhadap terjadinya kelelahan pekerja proyek PT. X diteliti menggunakan kuesioner, dengan desain penelitian analitik semi- kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Data kuesioner dianalisis untuk melihat gambaran kelelahan kerja dan hubungan dua variabel menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 33% responden mengalami kelelahan kerja sedang dan 67% kelelahan kerja rendah. Dari uji diferensial, terdapat hubungan antara status gizi (IMT), durasi kerja dan beban kerja (p 0,000) terhadap kelelahan kerja. Sedangkan faktor usia (p 0.426), masa kerja (p 0.412) dan suhu lingkungan kerja (p 1,000) tidak berhubungan dengan kelelahan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa beberapa variabel yang diteliti terbukti berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja konstruksi di PT. X. Rekomendasi terkait fatigue management perlu dijalankan oleh manajemen dan pekerja guna meminimalisir dan mengendalikan kelelahan serta meningkatkan produktifitas kerja di tempat kerja.

The development of Construction Services sector which is increasingly complex and high competition, often demands workers to work optimally so that their health is neglected. This has an impact on fatigue, which can lead to work accidents. This study aims to examine the relationship between fatigue risk factors and fatigue in construction workers at PT. X 2022. The data of non-work related factors (age, BMI, and years of service), and work-related factors (work duration, workload, and work temperature) on the occurrence of fatigue was examined using a questionnaire, with a semi-quantitative analytic research design with a cross sectional study approach. Data were analyzed using chi-square for the description of fatigue and relationship between two variables. The results showed 33% of respondents’ experienced moderate fatigue and 67% low fatigue. Inferential tests revealed a fatigue relationship between BMI, work duration, and workload (p 0.000). While the age (p 0.426), years of service (p 0.412) and working temperature (p 1.000) were not related to fatigue. The conclusion is several studied variables are proven related to fatigue in construction workers at PT. X. Recommendations related to fatigue management need to be carried out by management and workers to minimize and control fatigue and increase productivity."

"ABSTRACT
Kelelahan kerja merupakan bahaya yang penting dalam berbagai sektor industri karena dampaknya yang memengaruhi kemampuan pekerja untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaannya dengan aman. Sektor manufaktur, yang umumnya menerapkan sistem produksi 24 jam memiliki risiko kelelahan pada pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kelelahan pekerja dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhinya di sektor manufaktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan terikat yang diteliti. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 orang pekerja pada bagian produksi di Stamping Plant milik PT. XYZ. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan secara subjektif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Tingkat kelelahan pekerja akan diukur menggunakan Subjective Self Rating Test dari IFRC, data kualitas dan kuantitas tidur menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, data beban kelelahan akan menggunakan kuesioner NASA-TLX, sedangkan untuk data kebisingan akan menggunakan data sekunder perusahaan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 47,3 dari seluruh responden mengalami kelelahan terkait dengan durasi kerja, beban kerja, kualitas tidur, dan kuantitas tidur.

ABSTRACT
Work related fatigue is a significant hazard in many industrial sectors for the impact it caused to workers rsquo ability to do their jobs safely. Workers in manufacture sector, which often applies 24 hour production system, are at risk for work related fatigue. This study aimed to review manufacturing workers rsquo fatigue level and analyze factors that may influence it. Cross sectional was used as a design study to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables investigated in this study. Sample of this study were 110 workers from production department in PT. XYZ Stamping Plant. Data collecting was done subjectively by using questionaire. Workers rsquo fatigue level was rated by Subjective Self Rating Test from IFRC, sleep quantity and quality by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, and NASA Task Load Index was used to rate workload. Meanwhile, noise level used were from the companys secondary data. The result showed that 47,3 of total 110 repondents were experiencing fatigue in the last week and it was related significantly to their work duration, workload, sleep quantity and quality."

"Reaktor Riset Nuklir dengan air ringan sebagai zat pendingin memiliki sistem pendingin yang dilengkapi dengan komponen kamar tunda. Fungsi ruang tunda adalah untuk menunda aliran agar gas hasil reaksi fisi khususnya Nitrogen-16 (N-16) dapat meluruh pada ambang batas yang diizinkan. Gas tersebut akan menumpuk pada bagian atas kamar tunda yang diduga sebagai sebab terjadinya shutdown operasi reaktor karena sinyal Loss Of Coolant Accident (LOCA). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui performa dari kamar tunda. Performa yang ingin di kaji meliputi lama waktu aliran didalam kamar tunda, serta perubahan hilang tekan terhadap penumpukan gas didalamnya. Computations fluid dynamics (CFD) menggunakan metode particle tracking pada model skala kamar tunda dilakukan untuk mengetahui lama waktu tinggal aliran. Metode pengujian eksperimen dengan membuat model skala uji digunakan untuk melihat fenomena variasi rasio udara terjebak terhadap perubahan hilang tekan pada kamar tunda. Hasil simulasi model skala menunjukkan waktu tinggal aliran selama 15,6 detik dan divalidasi dengan persamaan skala yang dilakukan dan didapatkan error sebesar 10,09%. Meningkatnya rasio udara terjebak didalam kamar tunda sebanding dengan kenaikan hilang tekan didalamnya. Kenaikan hilang tekan kamar tunda mulai mempengaruhi sistem pada rasio udara terjebak sebesar 12%, dimana terlihat pembentukan buble dan laapisan udara di bawah sekat 1 serta adanya void yang terbentuk pada outlet.

The Nuclear Research Reaktor with light water as a coolant has a cooling system equipped with a delay chamber component. The function of the delay chamber is to delay the flow so that the fission gas can decay at the permissible threshold, especially Nitrogen-16 (N-16). The gas will accumulate at the top of the delay chamber that suspects to activate the Loss Of Coolant Accident (LOCA) signal and shut down the reaktor. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the decay chamber. Performances of the delay chamber are the residence time of the flow inside the delay chamber and the change of pressure drop due to gas accumulation inside. The delay chamber scaled model simulation has been carried out. Computations fluid dynamics (CFD) using the particle tracking method carried out to determine the residence time of the flow. The experimental test scale model is used to see the relationship between trapped air and pressure drop inside the delay chamber. The CFD scale model simulation results that the residence time of the flow is 15.6 seconds. the result is validated by the scale equation and an error of 10.09% is obtained. An increase in the ratio of trapped air causes an increase in pressure drop between the inlet and outlet. The increase in pressure loss inside the delay chamber began to affect the system at a 12% trapped air ratio. The experiment has shown the formation of bubbles and air layers inside the delay chamber and the presence of voids formed at the outlet."

"Dokter gigi memiliki risiko yang cukup tinggi untuk mengalami gangguan otot dan tulang rangka dikarenakan aktivitas pekerjaan yang dilakukan sehari-hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan gangguan otot dan tulang rangka akibat kerja pada dokter gigi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari – November 2022 yang melibatkan 111 dokter gigi yang bekerja di Puskesmas Wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data antara lain form Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factor (BRIEF), Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ III) dan Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara; kebiasaan olahraga, faktor fisik pada tangan dan siku, serta tuntutan pekerjaan terhadap gejala gotrak akut dan kronis. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengendalian dan intervensi lebih lanjut untuk mengurangi risiko keluhan gangguan otot dan tulang rangka pada dokter gigi.

Dentists are at risk for musculoskeletal disorders due to daily work activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze risk factors of work-related musculoskeletal disorder in dentist. This research was conducted in January to November 2022 involved 111 dentists working at the South Jakarta primary health care. This study used a cross sectional study design. The instruments used for data collection included the Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factor (BRIEF) form, the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ III) and the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ). The results of this study indicated that there is a significant relationship among exercise habits, physical factors on the hands and elbows, as well as work demands on acute and chronic symptoms of musculoskeletal disorder. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further control and intervention to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in dentist."
