"Penelitian ini membahas tentang perbedaan iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan dimensi-dimensinya pada Badan Intelijen Negara dan Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri serta pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja anggota polisi pada kedua Badan Intelijen tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantatif eksplanatif, yang mengkaji bagaimana responden mempersepsikan iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dalam dua unit organisasi yang berbeda. Populasi penelitian 203 anggota polisi yang terdiri dari perwira maupun bintara yang bekerja pada Badan Intelijen Negara. Sementara dari Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri sebanyak 728 anggota polisi baik yang berpangkat Komjen, Perwira, bintara dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarluaskan kepada anggota polisi di kedua unit organisasi tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa (1) Iklim organisasi anggota Badan Intelijen Negara lebih tinggi dibandingkan anggota Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri. Dari hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan variabel Iklim Organisasi yang signifikan antara Badan Intelijen Negara dengan Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri; (2) Kepuasan kerja anggota Badan Intelijen Negara lebih tinggi dibandingkan anggota Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri. Dari hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan variabel kepuasan kerja yang signifikan antara Badan Intelijen Negara dengan Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri; (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada anggota Badan Intelijen Negara, dimensi-dimensi Iklim organisasi terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan besar pengaruh sebesar 91,1%. Dari beberapa dimensi tersebut, dimensi yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja adalah support & komitmen.
Implementasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri sebaiknya dapat lebih meningkatkan dimensi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan Iklim organisasi yang meliputi reward, struktur dan tanggung jawab, warmth, support & komitmen, standard, maupun risk & conflict, sehingga nilai iklim organisasi dalam Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri pun dapat meningkat serta memiliki nilai yang tinggi seperti yang ada pada Badan Intelijen Negara. Dengan demikian, maka nilai kepuasan kerja dalam Badan Intelijen Keamanan Polri juga akan ikut meningkat.

The study discusses the differences in the context of organizational climate and job satisfaction with its dimensions between National Intelligence Agency and National Police Security Intelligence Agency as well as the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction of police officers at the two intelligence agencies. The research employs the quantitative explanatory method which examines how respondents perceive organizational climate and job satisfaction in the two different organizational units. There are 931 respondents of the research: 203 officers, consisting of officers and NCOs working for National Intelligence Agency and 728 officers, ranging from police commissioner general, NCOs, to civil servants working for the National Police Security Intelligence Agency. Data is gathered using questionnaires that are distributed to officers in both organizational units. The results of the study reveal that: (1) organizational climate of the members of State Intelligence Agency is higher than that of the members of the National Police Security Intelligence Agency. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in organizational climate variables between the State Intelligence Agency and the National Police Security Intelligence Agency; (2) job satisfaction of the members of the State Intelligence Agency is higher than that of the members of the National Police Security Intelligence Agency. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in job satisfaction variables between the State Intelligence Agency and the National Police Security Intelligence Agency; and (3) based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that for the members of the State Intelligence Agency, the dimensions of organizational climate proved to have a significant effect on job satisfaction with a large effect of 91.1%. The most dominant dimension influencing job satisfaction is support and commitment. The implementation of this research is that the National Police Security Intelligence Agency should be able to further improve other dimensions related to organizational climate which include rewards, structure and responsibility, warmth, support & commitment, standards, and risk & conflict, so that the value of the organizational climate within the Intelligence Agency Police security can also be increased and have a high value like that of the State Intelligence Agency. Thus, the value of job satisfaction in the Police Security Intelligence Agency will also increase."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap job satisfaction dan employee engagement. Perceived organizational support diukur menggunakan teori Eisenberger (2002) yang meliputi 3 (tiga) indikator berupa keadilan, dukungan atasan langsung, serta penghargaan dan kondisi kerja. Job satisfaction diukur menggunakan instrumen dari Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (MOAQ) (Cammann et al. dalam Nathan dan Gregory D., 2008). Sedangkan pengukuran employee engagement dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) dengan 3 (tiga) indikator berupa vigor, dedication, dan absorption (Schaufeli, 2002). Penelitian kuantitatif ini memperoleh data melalui survei yang dilakukan kepada 88 orang responden, yang merupakan pegawai tetap Y University Group di PT Bank X (Persero) Tbk. dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil yang diperoleh mengindikasikan bahwa perceived organizational support mempengaruhi job satisfaction dan employee engagement secara signifikan.

This research aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction and employee engagement. Theory of Eisenberger (2002) which includes 3 (three) indicators, such as fairness, support from the Manager, rewards and work condition were used in order to measure the perceived organizational support. The instruments of Michigan Organizational Assessment Questionnaire (MOAQ) (Cammann et al. on Nathan and Gregory D., 2008) were used to measure job satisfaction, while to measure employee engagement, this research used UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) with 3 (three) indicators include vigor, dedication, and absorption (Schaufeli, 2002). This quantitative research collected data through a survey which was conducted on 88 permanent employees of Y University Group at PT Bank X (Persero) Tbk. by simple random sampling method. "Menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan mulai diberlakukanya MEA menuntut perusahaan untuk berbenah. PT Ganding Toolsindo adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri komponen otomotif,yang beberapa tahun terakhir perusahaan mengalami penurunan penjualan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun para pekerja telah bekerja sesuai dengan deskripsinya, namun belum menunjukkan hasil yang maksimal. Maka dari itu diperlukan penerapan perilaku OCB bagi semua karyawan, yang dipercaya efektif untuk meningkatkan stabilitas dan efektifitas perusahaan.
Penelitian ini akan berfokus untuk membahas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan perilaku OCB diantara para karyawan seperti Kepuasan Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT Ganding Toolssindo pada bulan September-November 2015 pada 109 responden yang merupakan karyawan dari PT Ganding Toolsindo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berperan aktif dalam memediasi kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku OCB secara penuh. Sementara itu komitmen organisasi memediasi kecerdasan emosional dengan perilaku OCB secara parsial.
Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dalam rangka meningkatkan OCB pada karyawan yang bertujun untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan stabilitas perusahaan, PT Ganding Toolsindo perlu untuk merekrut para karyawan dengan kecerdasan emosional yang tinggi.. Selain itu, PT Ganding Toolsindo juga perlu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan perilaku OCB.

In Order to face a tight competition based on upcoming MEA. The companies need to fix the problems that they face and prepare more for the future. Ganding Toolsindo is a company which places the business in the industry of otomotive component. In Recent years, the sales of company has been decreased. The thing stihh happen eventough the workers already work their best, following their job description, but it still not enough to get a maximal result. Thats why they need trying a new work method like encouraging their workers to apply organization citizen behavior as daily work behavior. Organization Citizen behavior can help to increase stability and effectivity of a company.
This study focused to search those factors in organization which possibly can increase organization citizen behavior among workers like Job Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence and organizational commitment. The researched was happened from from September to October with 109 respondents who are the workers of PT Gading Toolsindo. Based on the researched, the result showed that organizational commitment is effective mediator which connect job satisfaction with organization citizen behavior as a whole. Meanwhile organizational commitment mediate emotional intelligence with Organizational Citizen Behavior partially.
Based on the result, in order to increase organizational citizen behaviour among workers which later will increase effectivity and stability of organization, PT Gading Toolsindo needs to recruit workers with high emotional intelligence. The workers with high emotional intelligence with will practice Organizational Citizen Behavior in the work enviroment easier. Beside that way, PT Ganding Toolsindo also need to increases the job satisfaction among the workers. The increase of Job Satisfaction among employee will increase their organizational commitment will later increase organizational citizen behavior later.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosinal terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, serta untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA swasta di Kota Depok sebanyak 102 responden. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian konklusif, dengan penelitian deskriptif (single cross-sectional design). Data penelitian ini diolah dengan perangkat lunak Lisrel 8.51, menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi, serta kepuasan kerja terbukti berperan sebagai mediator hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasi pada guru SMA swasta di Kota Depok.

This study aims to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to investigate the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment. Respondents in this study are private senior high school teachers in Depok City with 102 respondents. Design of this research is conclusive research, with descriptive research (single cross-sectional design). Data was processed with Lisrel 8.51 software, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results showed that there is significant and positive effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction proved to role as mediator of relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment of private senior high school teachers in Depok City."

"Pandemi wabah novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) merupakan salah satu ancaman kesehatan masyarakat yang dampaknya menyebar ke berbagai sektor bernegara lainnya, seperti politik, ekonomi dan sosial budaya. Menghadapi ancaman tersebut, Pemerintah Indonesia memanfaatkan segala unsurnya dalam upaya menekan penyebaran Covid-19, diantaranya melibatkan Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) sebagai salah satu aktor keamanan nasional. Pada prosesnya, berbagai aktifitas BIN seperti swab massal, edukasi, pengadaan alat laboratorium dan terutama keterlibatannya pada penelitian obat Covid-19 dianggap tidak sesuai dengan fungsi intelijen sebagai penyampai informasi melalui cegah dini dan deteksi dini. Berbagai kontra narasi juga mengemuka, terutama menganggap bahwa wabah Covid-19 bukan menjadi ranah intelijen, sehingga pelibatan BIN dalam penanganan wabah mematikan tersebut melahirkan adanya tumpang tindih kewenanganan (overlapping) sekaligus pengerdilan lembaga pemerintah lain yang lebih berkompeten dalam sektor kesehatan masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan konstruktivisme, hasil penelitian berupa wawancara dan studi pustaka telah diverifikasi melalui Teori Kesiapsiagaan Pandemi dan Teori Intelijen Strategis serta keterkaitannya dengan beberapa regulasi mengenai keterlibatan multisektor dalam penanganan pandemi dan kedaruratan kesehatan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BIN mempunyai wewenang untuk menangani pandemi Covid-19 karena didukung oleh urgensi, peran dan fungsinya dalam deteksi dini, peringatan dini, pencegahan, penangkalan dan penanggulangan setiap hakikat ancaman. Namun begitu, berbagai irisan dan tumpang tindih kewenangan dengan otoritas kesehatan masyarakat, menjadikan berbagai aktifitas BIN tersebut berpotensi menghasilkan penyimpangan (bias) yang justru kontra produktif terhadap penanganan pandemi dan ancaman terhadap kesahatan masyarakat di masa depan.

The pandemic of the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) is one of the public health threats whose impact has spread to various other sectors of the country, such as politics, economy and socio-culture. Facing this threat, the Government of Indonesia is using all its elements in an effort to suppress the spread of Covid-19, including involving the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) as one of the national security actors. In the process, various BIN activities such as mass swabs, education, procurement of laboratory equipment and especially its involvement in Covid-19 drug research were deemed incompatible with the intelligence function as a transmitter of information through early prevention and early detection. Various counter-narratives have also emerged, especially considering that the Covid-19 outbreak is not the realm of intelligence, so that the involvement of BIN in handling the deadly outbreak has resulted in overlapping powers (overlapping) as well as dwarfing other government institutions that are more competent in the public health sector. Through a constructivist approach, research results in the form of interviews and literature studies have been verified through Pandemic Preparedness Theory and Strategic Intelligence Theory and their relationship to several regulations regarding multi-sectoral involvement in handling pandemics and health emergencies. The conclusion of this study shows that BIN has the authority to handle the Covid-19 pandemic because it is supported by the urgency, its role and function in early detection, early warning, prevention, deterrence and countermeasures any nature of threats. However, various slices and overlaps of authority with public health authorities have made BIN's various activities have the potential to produce biases that are actually counter-productive to handling the pandemic and threats to public health in the future."

"Kemampuan knowledge creation untuk menghasilkan produk intelijen yang berkualitas merupakan kunci keberhasilan organisasi intelijen keamanan. Organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri (Polisi Republik Indonesia) menarik untuk dikaji, karena kemampuan knowledge creation-nya selama ini. Untuk memahami bagaimana knowledge creation terjadi di organisasi, penelitian ini mengangkat tiga masalah, yaitu: 1) bagaimana pola knowledge creation yang terjadi di dalam organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri; 2) bagaimana karakteristik knowledge creation di dalam organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri; dan 3) bagaimana dari knowledge creation di organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri.
Menggunakan model knowledge creation SECI (Socialization, tempat terjadinya kreasi pengetahuan, penelitian ini memberikan manfaat: 1) pemahaman teoritis tentang karakteristik dan pola-pola proses knowledge creation di organisasi intelijen; dan 2) pengetahuan praktis bagaimana mengelola knowledge creation di dalam organisasi intelijen bagi anggota organisasi dalam pelaksanaan tugas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode systems thinking-system dynamics untuk memahami fenomena kompleksitas dinamik melalui analisis struktur reinforcing & balancing loop.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan: pertama, pola knowledge creation yang terjadi di dalam organisasi intelijen keamanan Polri memiliki kekhasan tersendiri, dimana proses SECI terjadi dalam pola umpan balik dan tidak membentuk pola spiral; kedua, knowledge creation organisasi ini memiliki karakteristik yang dominan pada tacit knoweldge, struktur dominan reinforcing loops, dan peran teknologi yang relatif signifikan; ketiga, karakteristik Ba pada proses knowledge creation, terutama tahap sosialisasi dan internalisasi, efektif dilakukan pada saat pelaksanaan tugas di lapangan atau justru di luar kantor.

Knowledge creation capability to produce quality intelligence is the key for successful security organization. Police security intelligence organization (Indonesian Police) is interesting to be studied, because of its knowledge creation capability so far. To understand how knowledge creation occurs in the organization, this study raised three issues, namely: 1) how the patterns of knowledge creation that occurs in the organization of the Polri security intelligence; 2) how the characteristics of knowledge creation in the Polri security intelligence organization; and 3) how the 'Ba' characteristics of the knowledge creation in Polri security intelligence organization.
Using a model of SECI knowledge creation (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) and the concept of 'Ba' or place of the knowledge creation, this study provides the benefits: 1) a theoretical understanding of the characteristics and patterns of knowledge creation process in intelligence organization, and 2) practical knowledge of how to manage knowledge creation in the security intelligence organization for the organization members in the performance of duties by utilizing optimal support of 'Ba' organization. This study used a qualitative approach and systems thinking-system dynamics method for understanding the phenomenon of dynamics complexity by analysing the structure of reinforcing and balancing loops.
The study concluded: first, the pattern of knowledge creation that occurs in Polri security intelligence organization has its own exclusiveness, which SECI process occurs in a pattern of feedback and does not form a spiral pattern; second, knowledge creation in this organization has a dominant characteristic of the tacit knoweldge, dominant structure in reinforcing loops, and a relatively significant role of technology; third, characteristics of Ba in the process of knowledge creation, especially the socialization and internalization, effectively carried out during the implementation of tasks in the field or just outside the office.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional terhadap persepsi atas politik yang terjadi diorganisasi, kepuasan kerja, perputaran kerja dan perilaku lalai pada salah satu perusahaan swasta di Indonesia, PT. XYZ. Data penelitian ini diambil dari 215 sampel karyawan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional hanya mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kepuasan kerja, perputaran kerja danperilaku lalai lebih dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh persepsi politik di perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the impact of emotional intelligence towards employee?s perception of organizational politics, job satisfaction, turnover intention and negligent behavior on private sector in Indonesia. The research data were collected from 215 samples of employees using a questionnaire. By Structural Equation Modeling method suggested that emotional intelligence significantly affected to job satisfaction, whereas job satisfaction, turnover intention and negligent behavior more significantly affected by perceived organizational politics."

"ABSTRAK
Fenomena job-hopping atau kutu loncat bagi angkatan kerja gen Y merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh departemen SDM di perusahaan-perusahaan saat ini. Para ahli memperkirakan pada tahun 2020, gen Y akan memenuhi 50 tenaga kerja di dunia. Tingginya angka turnover pada karyawan gen Y menyebabkan perusahaan mulai beradaptasi dengan fenomena ini. Berbagai program dan tawaran disiapkan untuk menarik minat dan kesetiaan karyawan gen Y. Mulai dari gaji, work-life balance, hingga suasana kerja yang nyaman disiapkan perusahaan untuk menyambut angkatan kerja gen Y yang akan semakin banyak. Organizational emotional intelligence OEI adalah variabel dengan level iklim yang melibatkan norma dan kebiasaan karyawan di kantor yang merupakan indikator untuk mengukur iklim suasana kerja. Penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana OEI dapat mempengaruhi intention to leave karyawan gen Y melalui mediasi sikap karyawan yang dihubungkan kepada variabel job satisfaction dan affective commitment. Dengan mensurvei karyawan di instansi pemerintah di Jakarta n=109 , penelitian ini menemukan bahwa job satisfaction dan affective commitment memediasi dampak dari OEI pada intention to leave. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk pemahaman yang lebih luas tentang persepsi dampak OEI terhadap sikap karyawan terhadap organisasi dan pekerjaan; dan bagaimana sikap ini berdampak pada intention to leave.

ABSTRACT
The phenomenon of job hopping for the Y workforce is a problem faced by the HR departments of the companies today. Experts estimate by 2020, Y genes will meet 50 of the workforce in the world. The high number of turnover in gen Y employees cause companies to adapt to this phenomenon. Various programs and offers are set up to attract the interest and loyalty of gen Y employees. Starting from salary, work life balance, to a comfortable working atmosphere the company prepares to welcome the growing Y workforce. Organizational emotional intelligence OEI is a variable with a climate level that involves the norms and habits of employees in the office which is an indicator to measure the climate of work atmosphere. This study will look at how OEI can influence the intention to leave gen Y employees through mediation of employee attitudes that are linked to job satisfaction and affective commitment variables. By surveying employees at a government agency in Jakarta n 109 , this study found that job satisfaction and affective commitment mediate the impact of OEI on intention to leave. This study contributes to a broader understanding of OEI 39 s impact perceptions on employee attitudes towards organization and employment and how this attitude affects the intention to leave."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan pada level staf di kantor pusat PT. X. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi masalah organisasi, ditemukan bahwa karyawan merasa adanya unfair rewards di perusahaan dimana karyawan yang mempersepsikan hal tersebut sebagian besar merupakan karyawan pada level staf yang bekerja setelah PT. X di akuisisi oleh salah satu bank ternama di Indonesia. PT. X saat ini masih melakukan pembenahan diri setelah diakuisisi oleh perusahaan induk yang diasumsikan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur Iklim Organisasi yang dimodifikasi dari alat ukur Kolb dan Rubin (1984) serta alat ukur Kepuasan Kerja yang diadaptasi dari alat ukur The Job Satisfaction Survey oleh Spector (1985 dalam Spector, 1994). Hasil penelitian pada 87 karyawan level staf PT. X menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja (r = 0.761, p < 0.05) serta dimensi iklim organisasi yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah standar pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan kejelasan organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti menyusun format uraian jabatan baru dan rancangan kegiatan goals setting yang disampaikan ke perusahaan dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan.

This study was conducted to determine the relationship and influence between organizational climate and job satisfaction of employees at the headquarters of PT. X. Based on the identification of organizational problems, it was found that employees feel there was unfair rewards at the company where employees who perceive it is largely a new staff who work after PT. X got acquired by one of Indonesia's leading banks. PT. X itself is still reform themselves after being acquired by the parent company which is assumed to affect employees satisfaction. Measuring instrument used in this study is Organizational Climate Questionnaire which modified from Kolb and Rubin (1984) Questionnaire and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire which adapted from The Job Satisfaction Survey by Spector (1985 in Spector, 1994). The results of the study on 87 staff of PT. X found that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction (r = 0.761, p < 0.05) and the dimensions of organizational climate which has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction is employment standard and organizational clarity. Based on these results, researchers construct a new job description format and design goals setting activities that delivered to the company by training."

"Kepuasan kerja merupakan suatu bentuk kepuasan individu terhadap pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti fenomena kepuasan kerja, serta menguji pengaruh dari emotional intelligence dan participative leadership yang ada pada individu terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan menggunakan variabel keterikatan kerja sebagai mediasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada pegawai di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 285 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa emotional intelligence memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan kerja. Sedangkan participative leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja namun memiliki pengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi hubungan antara emotional intelligence dengan kepuasan kerja, dan participative leadership dengan kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi manajemen di bidang sumber daya manusia dalam menciptakan kondisi yang dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional dan keterikatan kerja para pegawainya, khususnya di sektor publik.

Job satisfaction is a form of individual satisfaction with his work. This study aims to examine the phenomenon of job satisfaction, and to look at the influence of emotional intelligence and participative leadership in individuals on job satisfaction, using work engagement variable as a mediation. This study used the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research was conducted on employees in the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance with a total of 285 respondents. The results of this study showed that emotional intelligence has a significant influence on job satisfaction and work engagement. While, participative leadership does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction but has an influence on work engagement. he results of this study also show that work engagement acts as a mediation for the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, and participatory leadership and job satisfaction. Furthermore, this research is expected to be able to contribute to management in the field of human resources in creating conditions that can improve the emotional intelligence and work engagement of its employees, especially in the public sector."
