"Pandemi COVID-19 tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan fisik namun juga pada SWB remaja. Remaja merupakan kelompok paling rentan terhadap dampak tersebut berkaitan dengan karakteristik perkembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kesepian, traits kepribadian (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience), dan persepsi terhadap dukungan sosial (keluarga, teman, figur yang signifikan) terhadap SWB (LS, PA, NA) remaja pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 313 orang remaja yang tinggal di Indonesia usia 13-18 tahun (M= 15.72; SD=1) dengan tingkat pendidikan sekolah menengah (sederajat SMP dan SMA). Partisipan dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah Satisfaction with Life Scale, Scale of Positive and Negative Experience, R-UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3, dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi hirarki berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesepian, traits kepribadian, dan persepsi terhadap dukungan sosial berkontribusi terhadap SWB (LS, PA, NA) remaja secara signifikan. Kontributor yang signifikan adalah kesepian, neuroticism dan openness to experience, serta persepsi terhadap dukungan sosial dari keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyusun intervensi psikologis bagi remaja dan psikoedukasi bagi orangtua dalam meningkatkan SWB remaja pada masa pandemi.

The COVID-19 pandemic not only has an impact on physical health but also on adolescents’ subjective well-being (SWB). Adolescent is the most vulnerable group affected by the negative consequences of COVID-19 pandemic. This research investigated the contribution of loneliness, personality trait (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience), and perceived social support (family, friend, and significant figure) to adolescents’ SWB during COVID-19 pandemic. The participants were 313 of Indonesian adolescents aged 13- 18 years (M= 15.72; SD=1. 517), with junior and senior high education. Participants were selected using the convenience sampling method and data were collected online. The measuring instruments used in this study are Satisfaction with Life Scale, Scale of Positive and Negative Experience, R-UCLA Loneliness Scale Version 3, and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Data were analyzed using hierarchical multiple regression technique. The results showed that loneliness, personality traits, and perceived social support contributed to adolescent SWB (LS, PA, NA). Loneliness, neuroticism and openness to experience, and perceived social support from family were significant contributors to SWB (LS, PA, NA). This study can be implemented to develop psychological interventions for adolescents and psychoeducation for parents in increasing adolescent SWB during the pandemic."

"Pandemi Covid-19 membawa sejumlah tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan, kususnya terkait proses belajar-mengajar siswa. Pandemi Covid-19 membawa sejumlah konsekuensi psikologis pada kondisi emosi siswa dan hal ini memengaruhi tingkat subjective well-being secara kusus dalam konteks sekolah. Sayangnya, penelitian mengenai dampak pandemi Covid-19 pada subjective well-being di sekolah masih belum banyak dilakukan di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor internal yang diperkirakan dapat menjadi prediktor dari subjective well-being siswa di sekolah. Secara lebih spesifik, penelitian ini ingin melihat peran academic resilience dan student engagement terhadap subjective well-being yang dimediasi oleh academic hope pada pelajar SMA. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 509 siswa SMA, SMK dan MA di Jabodetabek. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji structural equation modelling (SEM) dan diketahui bahwa model penelitian yang dikembangkan fit dengan data (RMSEA= 0.066 , GFI=0.901, NFI =0.901). Academic hope diketahui memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara student engagement dan subjective well-being, dan memediasi parsial hubungan antara academic resilience dengan subjective well-being. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan psikolog sekolah untuk mengembangkan academic resilience, student engagement, dan juga academic hope sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan subjective well-being siswa di sekolah.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought a number of challenges in the world of education, especially related learning process of students. The are some psychological consequences caused by the pandemic, it affects student’s emotional state and also the level of student’s subjective well-being, in particular in the school context. Unfortunately, research on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on subjective well-being in schools is still not widely carried out in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to look at the internal factors that are thought to be predictors of the subjective well-being of students at school. More specifically, this study wants to see the role of academic resilience and student engagement on subjective well-being mediated by academic hope in high school students. The participants of this study were 509 senior high school, vocational and MA students in Jabodetabek. The analysis was carried out using the structural equation modeling (SEM) test and it is known that the research model developed fits the data (RMSEA = 0.066 , GFI = 0.901, NFI = 0.901). Academic hope is known to fully mediate the relationship between student engagement and subjective well-being, and partially mediate the relationship between academic resilience and subjective well-being. The results of this study can be used as a reference for school psychologists to develop academic resilience, student engagement, and also academic hope as an effort to improve the subjective well-being of students in schools."

"Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru semakin berat
dengan strategi mengajar yang baru. Hal tersebut membuat guru kesulitan untuk
mempertahankan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka terutama guru perempuan yang mengajar di tingkat SD. Stres yang dirasakan oleh guru perempuan semakin bertambah dengan beban sebaga seorang ibu yang mengurus anak. Komunikasi antara anggota keluarga diasumsikandapat membantu guru untuk melewati masa sulit selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian inidilakukan untuk melihat peran pola komunikasi keluarga, baik dimensi conversation ataupun conformity, sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara perceived social support dengan psychological well-being. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenient sampling dari guru perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived social support
dengan psychological well-being baik secara langsung (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000), maupun tidak langsung melalui pola komunikasi keluarga dimensi conversation (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). Di sisi lain, pola komunikasi keluarga yang mementingkan konformitas dalam berpendapat tidak berperan sebagai mediator karena tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). Salah satu limitasi penelitian ini adalah penelitian
ini hanya dapat dilakukan masa pandemi akan tetapi hasil yang didapatkan mengimplikasikan bahwa dukungan sosial dari berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menghadapi masa pandemi agar dapat menjadi bahagia, terlepas dari pola komunikasi di rumah. Meskipun demikian, pola komunikasi yang mementingkan kehangatan dalam berpendapat dan keterbukaan dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk dukungan sosial yang menunjang psychological well-being guru di situasi pandemi.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers are facing more challenges such as new teaching strategies. Thus, makes it difficult for teachers to maintain their psychological well-being especially female teachers who teach elementary students. Some of those female teachers have responsibilities as mothers at home. The burden of caring for children in home increasing the stress felt by these teachers. It is assumed that communication between family members can help teachers through difficult times during the Covid-19 pandemic. This
research was conducted to see whether conversation or conformity dimension within family communication pattern can act as mediator in the relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being. This research is non-experimental study with convenient sampling technique given to female teachers. The result indicates that there is significant relationship between perceived social support and family communication pattern, either directly (β = 0.57, t(117) = 7.91, p = 0.000) or indirectly through the conversation
dimension within family communication family patterns (coefficient = 0.42, SE = 0.07, CI = 0.27 - 0.56). On the other hand, family with high conformity dimension do not act as mediator in relationship between perceived social support and psychological well-being (coefficient = -0.11, SE = 0.10, CI = -0.32 - 0.10, p = 0.300). One of the limitation of this study is this study can only be conducted in pandemic Covid-19 situation but the results obtained shows that social support from various sources is needed by teachers in order to be mentally healthy and happy regardless of communication patterns at home. However, communication patterns that emphasize warmth and openness can be one of the social
support that teachers needed in this pandemic situation.

"Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan adanya kebijakan untuk menerapkan Bekerja dari Rumah (BDR). Karyawan tidak memiliki pilihan selain mengikuti kebijakan tersebut, karena itu perubahan kondisi dan metode kerja menimbulkan tekanan yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis para karyawan. Berdasarkan hal itu, kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan perlu diteliti, khususnya pada karyawan BDR di Indonesia pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara thriving at work dan keterlibatan kerja dengan kesejahteraan psikologis para karyawan BDR di masa pandemi Covid-19, serta peran mediasi keterlibatan kerja. Responden penelitian berjumlah 205 karyawan BDR di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa thriving at work dan keterlibatan kerja mampu menjadi prediktor dari kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan BDR di Indonesia pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Thriving at work juga dapat menjadi prediktor dari keterlibatan kerja karyawan BDR di Indonesia pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Namun demikian keterlibatan kerja tidak memiliki peran sebagai mediator terhadap hubungan thriving at work dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Selain itu, partisipan dengan frekuensi BDR sebanyak 1 sampai 2 hari per minggu memiliki skor kesejahteraan psikologis dan thriving at work yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan partisipan dengan frekuensi BDR sebanyak 3 sampai setiap hari per minggu. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang mengatakan bahwa frekuensi BDR menjadi penentu kesejahteraan psikologis para karyawan.

Covid-19 pandemic led to implementation of Work from Home (WFH). Employees do not have other choices than to follow the policy, therefore changes in working conditions and methods create pressure that has an impact on the psychological well-being of employees. Therefore, the psychological well-being of employees needs to be re-examined, especially for WFH employees in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted to see the relationship between thriving at work and work engagement with psychological well-being of Indonesia's employees who work from home and whether work engagement has a mediating role on the relationship between thriving at work and psychological well-being. The participants of this research consist of 205 Indonesian WFH Employees. The results show that thriving at work and work engagement can be the predictors of psychological well-being of employees who work from home in Indonesia during Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, thriving at work can also be a predictor of work engagement of employees who work from home in Indonesia during Covid-19 pandemic. However, work engagement does not have a mediating role on the relationship between thriving at work and psychological well-being. Participants with WFH intensity of 1 to 2 days per week had higher psychological well-being and thriving at work than those of 3 to every day per week. This is in line with previous research which says that the WFH intensity is one of the determinants of the psychological well-being of employees."

"Dihadapi dengan ketidakstabilan dan tantangan masa emerging adulthood, individu cenderung rentan akan masalah psikologis. Salah satu hal yang dapat menjadi faktor protektif individu pada masa ini adalah keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran keberfungsian keluarga terhadap aspek kognitif dan aspek afektif subjective well-being pada emerging adult. Terdapat 311 partisipan WNI berusia 18–25 tahun yang diukur keberfungsian keluarga serta subjective well-being-nya menggunakan Family Assessment Device, Satisfaction With Life Scale, dan Positive and Negative Affect Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberfungsian keluarga secara signifikan berperan pada subjective well-being, baik pada aspek kognitif (Adjusted R2 = 0,262, p < 0,001), afek positif (Adjusted R2 = 0,093, p < 0,001), maupun afek negatif (Adjusted R2 = 0,090, p < 0,001). Dari 6 dimensi keberfungsian keluarga (pemecahan masalah, komunikasi, peran, respon afektif, keterlibatan afektif, dan kontrol perilaku), dimensi peran dan respon afektif berperan pada aspek kognitif dan afek positif subjective wellbeing sementara dimensi keterlibatan afektif berperan pada afek negatif subjective wellbeing. Melalui hasil penelitian ini, keluarga dan emerging adult diharapkan mampu membentuk fungsi peran, respon afektif, dan keterlibatan afektif yang efektif agar subjective well-being individu pada emerging adult optimal.

Emerging adults tend to be vulnerable to psychological problems due to the instability and challenges of emerging adulthood. One of the protective factors in this life period is family. This research aims to examine the influence of family functioning on cognitive and affective aspects of subjective well-being in emerging adult. There were 311 Indonesian participants, aged 18–25 years old, who had their family functioning and subjective well-being measured using the Family Assessment Device, Satisfaction With Life Scale, and Positive and Negative Affect Scale. Research results show that family functioning significantly influences subjective well-being, whether in life satisfaction (Adjusted R2 = 0,262, p < 0,001), positive affect (Adjusted R2 = 0,093, p < 0,001), or negative affect (Adjusted R2 = 0,090, p < 0,001). Among the 6 dimensions of family functioning (problem solving, communication, role, affective responsiveness, affective involvement, and behavior control), the role and affective responsiveness dimension influences the cognitive aspects and positive affect of subjective well-being. On the other hand, affective involvement dimension influences the negative affect of subjective wellbeing. From these results, family and emerging adults should be able to maintain effective functioning of family roles, affective responsiveness, and affective involvement so that emerging adults' subjective well-being is optimal."

"Emerging adulthood adalah fase kehidupan individu yang dipenuhi oleh banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek, salah satunya adalah dalam aspek psikosial. Pada periode ini, muncul kebutuhan untuk menjalin relasi dan hubungan intim dengan individu lainnya. Untuk dapat menjalin hubungan dengan baik dan sehat, emerging adulthood perlu untuk memiliki subjective well-being yang baik. Subjective well-being yang dimiliki oleh individu ditentukan oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah tipe attachment yang dimiliki oleh individu dengan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan subjective well-being berdasarkan tipe adult attachment yang dimiliki oleh individu. Adult attachment style akan ditentukan menggunakan alat ukur Experience in Close Relationship - Short Form (ECR-SF) dan subjective well-being akan diukur menggunakan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) dan Positive and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS). Partisipan sebanyak 311 individu baik perempuan maupun laki-laki berusia 18-25 tahun menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Menggunakan metode analisis uji beda ANOVA nonparametrik Kruskal-Wallis, terbukti bahwa terdapat perbedaan subjective well-being berdasarkan tipe adult attachment style yang signifikan, dengan tipe attachment securememiliki subjective well-being paling baik dilihat dari ketiga komponen subjective well-being, yaitu kepuasan hidup (kognitif), afek positif (afektif), dan afek negative (afektif). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan informasi terkait tipe adult attachment style dan subjective well-being pada emerging adulthood.

Emerging adulthood is a phase of an individual's life that is filled with many changes in various aspects, one of which is the psychosocial aspect. In this period, the need arises to establish relationships and intimate relationships with other individuals. To be able to have good and healthy relationships, emerging adulthood needs to have good subjective well-being. An individual's subjective well-being is determined by many factors, one of which is the type of attachment the individual has with their parents. This research aims to look at differences in subjective well-being based on the type of adult attachment an individual has. Adult attachment style will be determined using the Experience in Close Relationship - Short Form (ECR-SF) measuring instrument and subjective well-being will be measured using the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS). Participants totaling 311 individuals, both women and men aged 18-25 years, were the samples in this study. Using the Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric ANOVA different test analysis method, it was proven that there were significant differences in subjective well-being based on the type of adult attachment style, with the secure attachment type having the best subjective well-being seen from the three components of subjective well-being, namely life satisfaction. (cognitive), positive affect (affective), and negative affect (affective). The results of this research can be used to develop knowledge and information regarding types of adult attachment style and subjective well-being in emerging adulthood."

"Kegiatan perilaku prososial semakin sering terjadi pada situasi krisis, seperti situasi pandemi COVID-19. Dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan pandemi COVID-19, pemerintah membuat kebijakan pembatasan sosial sehingga memengaruhi kondisi well-being masyarakat. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara perilaku prososial dan well-being pada dewasa muda setelah berakhirnya pembatasan sosial COVID-19. Sejumlah 409 individu dewasa muda berusia 18-29 tahun yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Perilaku prososial diukur menggunakan alat ukur Prosocialness Scale for Adults (PSA) (Caprara dkk., 2005) dan well-being diukur menggunakan alat ukur PERMA Profiler (Butler & Kern, 2016). Hasil analisis korelasi menggunakan Pearson correlation menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara perilaku prososial dan well-being (r(409)= 0.487, p < 0.01, r2=0.237).

Prosocial activities are happening more often during the time of a crisis, like the COVID-19 pandemic situation. As a measure to prevent and manage the COVID-19 pandemic, changes in regulations are made by the government which limit people’s daily activities and thus potentially affect their well-being. Therefore, this study aimed to see a relationship between prosocial behavior and well-being in young adults’ post COVID-19 pandemic. The study sample is 409 young adults between the ages of 18-29 years old living in Jakarta greater area (Jabodetabek). Prosocial behavior was assessed with Prosocialness Scale for Adults (PSA) (Caprara et al., 2005) and well-being was assessed with the PERMA Profiler (Butler & Kern, 2016). Result in correlation by Pearson correlation technique shows a significant and positive relationship between prosocial behavior and well-being (r(409)= 0.487, p < 0.01, r2=0.237)."

"Tantangan penyesuaian peran ganda yang disebabkan oleh pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak buruk pada psychological well-being ibu yang bekerja, khususnya pada ibu yang bekerja dengan anak kelas 1-3 sekolah dasar karena adanya tantangan perkembangan serta perubahan sistem pembelajaran akibat pandemi COVID-19. Mindful parenting merupakan gaya pengasuhan yang dapat diterapkan untuk menghindari penurunan psychological well-being. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi mindful parenting terhadap psychological well-being pada ibu bekerja dengan anak yang duduk di kelas 1 sampai dengan 3 SD. Mindful parenting dan psychological well-being pada ibu bekerja dengan anak yang duduk di kelas 1 sampai dengan 3 SD (N=310) diukur menggunakan Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting Scale dan Ryff’s Scale of Psychological Well-being. Hasil analisis statistik regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa mindful parenting memiliki kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological well-being.

The challenge of adjusting to multiple roles caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the psychological well-being of working mothers. Especially for mothers who work with children in grades 1-3 of elementary school due to developmental challenges and changes in the learning system due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mindful parenting is a parenting style that can be applied to avoid a decrease in psychological well-being. This correlational study aims to examine the contribution of mindful parenting to psychological well-being in working mothers with children who are in grades 1 to 3 of elementary school. Mindful parenting and psychological well-being of working mothers with children in grades 1 to 3 of elementary school (N=310) were measured using the Interpersonal Mindfulness in Parenting Scale and Ryff's Scale of Psychological Well-being. The results of simple linear regression statistical analysis showed that mindful parenting had a positive and significant contribution to psychological well-being."

Social comparison dalam bidang akademik mengacu pada kecenderungan individu untuk membandingkan kinerja akademik, kemampuan, atau prestasi mereka dengan rekan-rekannya dalam lingkungan akademik. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa social comparison dikaitkan dengan dampak negatif yang memengaruhi psychological well-being. Namun, temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa social comparison juga dapat menjadi faktor protektif. Memahami faktor protektif dan faktor risiko yang memengaruhi psychological well-being menjadi penting untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran social comparison dalam konteks akademik terhadap psychological well-being serta mengidentifikasi dimensi apakah yang paling berperan terhadap psychological well-being mahasiswa yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 152 partisipan mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 20-25 tahun, dari universitas negeri maupun swasta di Indonesia. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWB) dan Academic Social Comparison Scale (ASCS). Hasil menunjukkan social comparison berkontribusi sebesar 16,1% terhadap psychological well-being mahasiswa. Dimensi yang paling berperan terhadap psychological well-being mahasiswa adalah dimensi downward comparison dan upward comparison. Penelitian ini memberikan masukan kepada penelitian selanjutnya untuk lebih mendalami faktor-faktor lainnya yang memengaruhi psychological well-being pada tingkat pendidikan tinggi.

 

Social comparison in the academic setting to the tendency of individuals to compare their academic performance, abilities, or achievements with those of their peers within an academic setting. Previous research has shown that social comparison is associated with negative impacts on psychological well-being. However, other findings suggest that social comparison can also serve as a protective factor. Understanding the protective and risk factors influencing psychological well-being is crucial to supporting the psychological welfare of students. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the role of social comparison in the academic context on psychological well-being and to identify which dimensions most significantly affect the psychological well-being of students working on their theses. This study is quantitative research with a correlational design. It involves 152 student participants, aged between 20 and 25 years, from both public and private universities in Indonesia. The measurement tools used are the Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWB) and the Academic Social Comparison Scale (ASCS). The results indicate that social comparison contributes 16.1% to the psychological well-being of students. The dimensions that play the most significant role in students' psychological well-being are downward comparison and upward comparison. This study suggests that future research should further explore other factors that influence psychological well-being in higher education settings

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya perbedaan tantangan dan beban mengajar pada guru SMA dan SMK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan psychological well being pada guru sekolah menengah atas dan sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kabupaten Bangka Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Ryff rsquo s Scale of Psychological Well Being yang telah diadaptasi oleh kelompok payung penelitian Psychological Well Being 2012 Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 152 guru terdiri dari 74 guru SMA dan 78 guru SMK di Kabupaten Bangka Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan perbedaan skor mean psychological well being yang signifikan pada guru SMA dan SMK di Kabupaten Bangka r 152 1 801 p 0 074 signifikan pada L o S 0 05 Hasil tersebut dapat diartikan tidak terdapat perbedaan psychological well being pada guru SMA dan SMK di Kabupaten Bangka.
